How many works do you have on AO3? 13! It's definitely not representative of everything I've written, since a lot of the prompts and ask answers I fill here on tumblr never end up on AO3, but sometimes they'll end up there if I'm proud of them lol

What's your total AO3 word count? 93,061!

What fandoms do you write for? Pretty much exclusively Danny Phantom adsfhj. If I write for another fandom it's probably bc it's a crossover with DP let's be real

What are your top 5 fics by kudos? - Mine - 81 kudos - She didn't even bother to look up from her work. "Who'd you tick off this time?" / "It wasn't my fault!" He pressed his back flush against the counter. "She started it!" / Her eyebrow hitched upward. "Who started it?" (Gray Ghost fluff for Shiptember) - Tag - 105 kudos - Valerie has always done the chasing when it comes to ghosts, but when she's summoned by the GIW to provide key information in interrogating a ghost they believe to be part human, the tables suddenly turn. Now she's faced by her own inner conflict, and Danny's left to make a nearly impossible choice. - Glow - 143 kudos - Danny introduces Valerie to a few little friends. It goes better than he expected. Much better. (more Gray Ghost fluff) - the bond we share (who cares about the rest) - 147 kudos - CPS is called on the Fentons when Danny goes to the hospital after the latest ghost attack. It goes differently than one would expect. - Supernova - 298 kudos - The Ghost Zone is tearing itself apart. The instability threatens the future of both Earth and the Infinite Realms. Danny isn't exactly thrilled that for some reason, the responsibility to restore balance falls on him. And he's definitely not thrilled at the prospect of having to use the Ring and the Crown to do so.

Do you respond to comments? *side eye* oKAY LISTEN I am admittedly downright awful about remembering to respond to comments, but I swear up and down that whenever I get an email saying I've gotten a comment I do a little internal happy dance and I treasure that comment forever

What is the fic you wrote with the angstiest ending? HA funny question for the Fluff Child. Uhhhh anyway not counting any of the stuff I've written on tumblr and not cross-posted, I would argue either Tag or the only shot has the angstiest ending. Bear in mind this is Hannah Angst (TM) so like it's not even all that angsty ahdfsjhfsadk

What's the fic you wrote with the happiest ending? HONESTLY any of my fluff fics fsdahk. My gut response is saying that the happiest ending is Glow or In Over My Head (with you)

Do you get hate on fics? Mmmm not yet, as far as I know, but I'm sure I've gotten silent hate lolol. Which is honestly so valid, I know I tend to be Way Fluffier than I should be adfhsk

Do you write smut? If so, what kind? I plead the fifth afdshk

Do you write crossovers? What's the craziest one you've written? If I write a crossover, it's because the stars have aligned lulz. I haven't written anything too crazy in terms of crossovers, though I feel like I might have taken a stab at a DP and Psych crossover back in my FFN days? But I could be dreaming ashdfkjl

Have you ever had a fic stolen? Nope! Thankfully lol

Have you ever co-written a fic before? Yes actually! Lunch Date was co-written by me and @scarletsaphire! It turned out to be a lot of fun lol, especially getting to put Fenton and Phantom into Shenanigans

What's your all-time favorite ship? DON'T MAKE ME CHOOSE SHDFK it is most definitely a tie between Gray Ghost (Danny/Valerie), Pitch Pearl (Fenton/Phantom), and Swagger Bishie Golden Twinkie (Dash/Danny)

What's a WIP you want to finish but doubt you ever will? I have a second gen AU that I've spent a long time developing, but I doubt it will ever see the light of day dafhk. It spiraled into something Big and what with the mess I've gotten myself into with Supernova, I don't know if I can handle another longfic right now lol

What are your writing strengths? I love characters and their feelings! I don't know if I can rightfully consider it a strength, but I try to pay keen attention to characterization and how a character is feeling in any given moment. I try to focus on showing these emotions in the things they say and do

What are your writing weaknesses? Definitely action scenes. Every time I write one, I have no idea how to choreograph it, and I feel like it devolves into a flat telling of events.

Thoughts on writing dialogue in another language for a fic? Generally all for it! I'm not usually as into it when whole lines and conversations are being delivered in another language without a translation immediately provided, but I love throwing words and phrases into dialogue. Ghostspeak is a huge one, and another personal favorite of mine is letting Paulina use Spanish in her dialogue!

First fandom you wrote for? If we're being technical, it was probably for Sonic like way back when I was eight or something adfshkl. First published fic was DP ofc lol

Favorite fic you've written? HHHHH that's a toughie, but In Over My Head (with you) and Tag will always be personal favorites of mine. And ofc Supernova will always hold a special place in my heart!

3. What fandoms do you write for?

So far, all my published fics are for Danny Phantom. It's a fandom that's near and dear to my heart and my favorite to write for. I've written fanfiction for myself in a lot of different fandoms over the years. Miraculous Ladybug, Mega Man (Star Force, Battle Network) and Fire Emblem are a few. (Will these ever see the light of day? Probs not, lol)

4. What are your top 5 fics by kudos? 5. Frayed Ends - 37 kudos - Jazz and Maddie are fighting more often. Jack wants to reach out and help his family. 4. The Same Blood - 45 kudos - Maddie and Jack try to help a sick girl that collapsed in front of their house. They don't know what to make of her condition. Danny wants to help.

3. Returned Home - 49 kudos - Maddie finds Danny at home after he disappeared ten months ago.

2. The Broken Pieces Left Behind - 66 kudos (tie) - Maddie knew what the portal did to Danny. If she could create something that essentially turned him into a ghost, she could figure out a way to fix all of it. Even if she hasn't made any progress in the past two months, she'll keep trying. She didn't account for what Danny wanted. 1 . What's Out of Out Control - 66 kudos (tie) - Danny thought he had it under control. He thought he could finally hang out like they used to always do. Tucker could feel the rift between them widening. It wasn't getting smaller anytime soon.

5. Do you respond to comments?

I try to! There were a few comments from my two earlier fics that I never responded to and it's already been so long and I feel like I ended up putting it off too long to say anything now 😓But I'm so so thankful for all the comments I receive! I never thought anyone would read my work, let alone comment on it. I'm always between two modes of 'author commentary' and 'screaming thank you and running away'.

6. What is the fic you wrote with the angstiest ending?

Lol, I love my angsty stuff and there are so many different flavors of angst, so it's hard to pick just one. I'd say the piece I aimed to write for Angst Fest, The Broken Pieces Left Behind, might be it. It ends on a rather hopeless note for the Fenton family that even I don't know how to make everything better for them

7. What's the fic you wrote with the happiest ending?

Probably Home for a Cat. It was for a Ectoberhaunt prompt that I was absolutely stumped on. So I decided someone was going to adopt a cat by the end of the fic.

8. Do you get hate on fics?

Ahh, so I actually posted a fic on FFN wayyy back when I was in high school. I remember it being received pretty well but I got a really rude comment on a simple spelling mistake. Back then, I was just told I had dyslexia a few years prior and I had some really bad self-esteem issues tied in with that. So, yeah, that comment basically made me terrified to ever show my work to anyone ever.

It's been over ten years since then and I wanted to actually get over that fear. I impulsively decided to do Angst Fest with the mindset that no one would even look at what I posted. Not only did people look, everyone has been so kind!!!

9. Do you write smut? If so, what kind?

lkdajldkf, nope. I get flustered trying to write basic romance and having two characters hold hands, lmao. Major props to those that can, it's definitely a skill that takes time to master just like any other genre.

10. Do you write crossovers? What's the craziest one you've written?

I haven't.

11. Have you ever had a fic stolen?

Also haven't had this either.

13. Have you ever co-written a fic before?

Nope, but it seems like a lot of fun.

14. What's your all-time favourite ship?

Back when the show was airing, Amethyst Ocean (Danny/Sam) was my go to. I'm a sucker for friends to lovers tropes and it's really nostalgic for me. But, I don't really read a lot of shippy things for Danny Phantom, so ships don't make or break a fic for me.

If I'm looking to read romance, the whole Love Square (MariChat my beloved) with Miraculous Ladybug will always be great. Even if I jumped ship on the show around season 2 or 3 and I have no clue what they're doing now, lol.

15. What's a WIP you want to finish but doubt you ever will?

I honestly have so many WIPs that are unfinished on my computer from over the years. Maybe a super old one that I titled 'Phantoms in the Daylight'. Angst once more with Character Death as the main pain point. I like the beginning but oh boy, does it get sloppy and confusing real quick. I'd need serious outlining energy put into it if I'd ever want to salvage it and I just don't have it in me.

16. What are your writing strengths?

Dialogue! Give me two blorbos and I'll make them talk forever.

17. What are your writing weaknesses?

Scenery and description. I love the dialogue portion so much that I end up running into the floating heads in an empty room problem in the first drafts of my fics. My first round of edits are dedicated to making sure I have a scene and grounding characters into it. And then I have to go back later to make it not feel so robotic sounding.

(Also a weakness but more as in fic than writing. Summaries and Titles. I stare at my drafts on AO3's editor for at least half an hour trying to pull something together, lol)

18. Thoughts on writing dialogue in another language for a fic?

I can probably talk about this for hours, lol. I absolutely love foreign languages, especially when it comes to linguistics. So, I'll try to be brief, lmao. Short answer: depends on the fic but normally no. I already spend so much time fussing over the word choice/slang/formality/dialect characters use in my native language. I don't have a good enough grasp on another language for it to sound natural to the reader. ("They would not fucking say that" is my internal monologue during dialogue edits, lol)

19. First fandom you wrote for?

It's a toss up between Pokemon and Danny Phantom. I first learned about fanfiction from a friend who showed me FFN for the Pokemon fics. I looked around the site and found all of the Danny Phantom fics soon after and got hooked on those. I started writing around then and it would have been for one of those two.

20. Favorite fic you've written?

Hard to chose one! Writing technicality wise, I'm proud of how What Remains on the Table turned out. I consider description my weak point, so the original draft was 0 dialogue with very stiff descriptions. I was able to edit it to really practice my environmental storytelling. (Although, please mind the tags if you click the link as it does deal with the dissection topic)

Impromptu Ramblings about the NEO:TWEWY Demo

In case y'all weren't aware, I've been a pretty big fan of TWEWY for a couple years now, and with the sequel coming out next month, the excitement I feel for this game is greater than ever :) I played the Demo for the first time yesterday, and following a couple views of some livestreams of others playing it, I felt like sharing my (very ramble-y) thoughts prior to the release of the full game. This post WILL contain spoilers for both TWEWY and NEO:TWEWY, so if you want to avoid those from now on, please block the tags: #twewy spoilers, #ntwewy spoilers, #neo twewy spoilers, #ntwewy, and #neo twewy ^_^ Oh, and if you wanna keep up with any other posts I make about my experience with this game, please refer to the tag "kat plays neo twewy" :)

-First things first: I have not watched the Final Trailer and I don't plan on doing so to avoid spoilers, especially after the pre-release era of KH3 where a lot of the later trailers spoiled a lot of the endgame content. That being said, I've seen some minor screenshots from the final trailer including what many believe to be characters from the original TWEWY, namely Shiki and Joshua. That is all I know about the Final Trailer and I would very much like to remain as blind as possible going into NEO :)

-The very first cutscene was quite ominous in the sense that this game is likely going to be about "changing fate" (a recently common theme in Squeenix games, which I do appreciate), perhaps leading off from the end of A New Day in the OG and trying to stop an Inversion of Shibuya. Also worth noting that A New Day had similar aspects in which the main character experienced "future visions" of tragic events, although in A New Day these events were not able to be changed, while in NEO it seems like one of the main "powers" our protagonist has is specifically to rewrite these events and avoid a "bad ending." Very interesting indeed!

-I really like the revamped comic book style dialogue scenes, it's much more fluid and modern, which is an excellent direction for the series to take!

-I would love to have an actual PokemonGO knockoff of Final Fantasy creatures, please Squeenix that would be incredibleeeeee

-Also the LINE stickers??? Are so cute???

-I would just like to point out that Fret is an absolute treasure throughout this entire demo, he's hilarious and I will protect him with my life

-UHHHH don't like that Fret picked up some Reaper Pins just out of nowhere.....or the fact that they're apparently popular all over Shibuya.............did y'all not learn anything from the OG game or what lmao

-Okay so when I first got the "curry or ramen" scene and heard NPCs talking about the new curry place replacing the old ramen place I became IMMENSELY distressed that Ramen Don was totally cut from the game because....well, Ramen Don is a King okay?? But I'm glad to learn that no, he didn't fall off the face of the earth, he's still in business and he's the one opening the curry restaurant lolol. PHEW, crisis averted!

-.....I don't like the sudden appearance of a Wall Reaper and being able to read NPC thoughts. Wtf happened when they left the ramen place??? Are they playing the Game alive somehow?

-Okay so I have my own theories about this "Swallow" character and what they're up to but considering this is only the Demo and I still Have No Idea What's Happening, I'm just gonna say that I think Swallow intentionally led Rindo and Fret to the Crossing so they could join the Game. I mean, add in the fact that Swallow still communicates with Rindo during the Game and you've got yourself a suspicious character right there lol

-"Hey they're shooting off fireworks!" Fret honey that's not fireworks oof (see also: "*laughs* I'm in danger")

-WOOOOOO way to traumatize Rindo right off the bat like that LMAOO

-The visuals for the intro are VERY GOOD, the song is pretty decent until it gets all "screamo" (which I absolutely cannot stand sorry lol)

-Shoka is every Customer Service employee ever and I respect that

-Susukichi went from being "meh" to "WOW THIS GUY IS FUN" in the span of 10 seconds and I also respect that (he is also built like an Absolute Unit which is hilarious)

-The Wall Reapers (and just Reapers in general) seem.....way nicer and more helpful this time around?? Like in the OG the Wall Reapers were SO RUDE gfhjgjdfkhn and yeah I'm sure we'll get some like that but the juxtaposition of the first Wall Reaper in the OG compared to the first one in NEO is insane.

-The puzzles are quite a bit more entertaining this time around even if it's generally the same "fetch quest" formula lol

-"Rindo's Group" way to go Fret HFKJDGHSDFKJ mans really left the default name in there lmao

-OKAYOKAYOKAY so to those who aren't aware I am a MASSIVE SIMP for Sho Minamimoto, he's my absolute favorite and I think about him daily. HIS INTRODUCTION IS. INCREDIBLE. I LOVE IT SM.

-GOD hearing him actually SPEAK FULL SENTENCES is just SO SURREAL I love this sm

-Also the remix of his theme???? NEO TRANSFORMATION????? IT'S SO GOOD????????? It's like gone from a Boss Theme to a more triumphant sounding theme and I am HERE for it (every version of Transformation is just INCREDIBLE and getting a new one is even better)

-I Love Him, Your Honor

-Also idk how exactly but it's kinda weird seeing Sho in the OG vs NEO, cuz while he's mostly the same Insane Math-Obsessed Catboy, he's.....calmed down quite a bit?? Like OG made a whole point of how poorly he cooperates with others (not to mention just being completely unhinged and trying to kill everyone), whereas here in NEO he's......actually kinda working with others??? HELLO???? Sir what happened to you and Neku during those 3 years I would love to know all about it

-I guarantee you Sho is still probably scheming shite and will likely pull some total insane BS later down the road, and I am very much looking forward to that. Also, is he looking for a certain Pin or something??? Cuz he keeps talking about different Pins and even mentions "this is just another Psych Pin" like he's actively looking for a Pin to do something with. Maybe it also has to do with the "latent powers of Players" thing he mentioned as well??? What is this dude UP TO oml (also is he in contact with Neku at all?? they're both technically fugitives at this point right?? WHAT HAPPENED AFTER A NEW DAY I AM BEGGING YOU)

-I seems like Sho ALSO has an idea of what's going on in this specific game (even if he won't admit it straightforward). Per his quote "The game's 142,857. Factor it out," he's essentially saying, "This game is a neverending cyle, figure out how to get out of it" (or at least that's what I got from his "cyclic number" nonsense lolol)

-I do like how Sho mostly stays out of sight until he's needed for a battle or assisting with a mission, that's kind of on par with his whole "uncooperative" quirk from the OG, plus he might literally have to stay out of sight of other Reapers and Players considering he's likely breaking the rules of the Game (not surprising considering him and Neku broke practically every rule in the book during OG)

-The nicknames for Sho- I can't- They're so FUNNYYYY GFHJSDFKJ

-He goes from being called "Pi-Face" and "Tabooty" in OG to "Mr. Minami" and "M-Teezy" in NEO LMAOO

-(Wowee I just realized I've been mostly talking about Sho oopsies sorry y'all, this is what I meant by thinking about him almost daily he is THAT much of a fav of mine ghfkjsd)

-Okay RIP Fret and Rindo for not getting literally ANY explanation as to how the Game works OOF, that is kinda cringe that whoever gets the Pin earns points, not whoever erases the Noise (which like I understand but also URRRGGHHH I WANNA SEE THE SQUAD SUCCEED)

-"I should be going home now it's getting late" Oh you sweet summer child-

-Also love the mention of parents in this game???? KH you could learn a thing or two from TWEWY (poor Rindo's mom fhgjkdh)

-KUBO IS HILARIOUS I SUPPORT HIM AND HIS GROSS FACE (also thank you Final Trailer thumbnail for spoiling my suspicions about him very cool smh)

-Kaie is a LAD I also support him, go King type those funky texts I believe in you

-FRET PLS STOP SCANNING FHGJKSDHKJFGHFKJ he's like me when I scan in OG during Weeks 2 and 3 and see Taboo Noise coming after me ghfjdshfj

-Also Rindo can you stay off your phone for TWO SECONDS ik you're trying to figure things out but Fret is a jelly boi and I don't want him to be upset with you my guy

-Sho being an actual sorta mentor to the kiddos?? Who are you sir this is so unlike you ghfgskj what happened to the guy who tried shooting children in the face 8 times over LMAO (granted he's probably just using them but it's still nice to see him actually cooperating and sharing knowledge with the kiddos aaaaa)

so, i have seen something going around the mystic messenger fandom...and i would like to just share my thoughts on it.

i would like to quickly add that this is just my opinion on it and my perspective. i also am not sure if this has been confirmed or not - but, either way, my personal thoughts mostly stay the same.

in my eyes, it is no small thing what’s going around...whether this is a fictional story or not.

tw: heavy mentions of suicide and mental health. major spoilers ahead.

i have had several discussions based on this going around. i have also seen it on instagram, heard it is going around on twitter and have seen it on tiktok.

i think, to go so far as to put something like that on another character is a bit much...even in a fictional game. it could, potentially, mess up a lot of people’s mindsets playing. i do not think it is a fair perspective on players or what this game is even about. it could also be possibly triggering to players. yoosung is depressed. he lost someone really close to him, that gave him motivation/inspiration. and his grades started slipping, he lost his drive and he just distracted himself with lolol without taking care of himself. and if we really look at it...no character takes care of themselves here. zen doesn’t eat properly...a diet of salad and beer, long hours. he sometimes smokes. jaehee works long hours without getting proper rest or meals - relies strictly on caffeine to keep going. jumin says he takes of himself but it is canon that people have seen him take multiple espresso shots to get going in the day at once. not to mention how he turns to drinking in different points of any route and his sleep schedule is crazy. saeyoung hardly sleeps either; just eats junk food, or mostly chips and soda, and struggles to take care of himself. jihyun is also not taking care of himself, including not receiving needed medical care, as he tries to solve everything going on in the background. saeran isn’t able to take care of himself either when you get to his route due to his situation, including further poisoning his body with the elixir. vanderwood is even in a similar position as saeyoung but, perhaps, dealing in different ways we have not seen much of yet.

so much of this can be attributed to, again, the stress every member is under due to their jobs, student life and situation. so much is attributed to their trauma, mental state, mental health... and so much we find out about in every route. it is also based around their relationships, families and secrets we uncover.

and, coming back to yoosung...i will say that, heartbreakingly, suicidal ideation may happen. and connecting it to the other members once more; there is a moment in jaehee’s route where jumin purposefully, while under the influence, endangers his own life. saeyoung is also severely depressed and “jokes” about his will to live at different points...and in jihyun’s after ending, when he believes his brother has passed, he no longer wants to live and has to be stopped by jumin and vanderwood. jihyun himself is so self-sacrificial...he is willing to risk his own life in order to protect others and to even prove his “love” to rika. and saeran does attempt suicide at the end of jihyun’s route after giving a farewell call to mc...and then has to be saved by jihyun who thanks god for him being alive. and, even before that, expresses (similarly to saeyoung) his lack of care for his own life. and mina (rika) is also shown to idealize self-harm and, perhaps, even suicide as well.

...and then looping back to yoosung, i do think he is a character who needs help (much like everyone else in the game) and he does need to be acknowledged about this and for his struggles. his mental health, stress as a student, lack of motivation due to all of these facts and reeling from the “death” (another apparent suicide) of a family member close to him. again, i believe there may even be moments from yoosung about his own suicidal thoughts (i’m not denying this fact)...things said in passing based in moments of high emotion and severe depression.

suicide, mental health/illness, including (in some contexts) suicidal ideation are all, heartbreakingly, major themes and subjects in mystic messenger.

but, also, i have to add...that to say that someone would have committed suicide without another certain character...is detrimental to some of the positive themes shown in this story. themes of recovery, forgiveness and self-love. of showing actually getting better, healthier coping mechanisms and forming strong bonds with healthy relationships.

perhaps, this theory (or fact, if it has been confirmed, i have not seen such confirmation yet though)...is saying, more in the sense, that without intervention for yoosung (and any member) these unhealthy coping mechanisms and pain they were going through would not have been properly acknowledged. it is a major part of the whole storyline to acknowledge their feelings and help them through that...to highlight the importance of that. (and not doing so, or encouraging further toxic behaviors, is what leads to the bad endings...this is not hating on completing bad endings or saying you shouldn’t do so - but that is what those can represent. and why only the good endings are considered canon.)

but i fear that if anyone were to take the stance of “_____ would have killed themselves if _____ was not there” is almost along the lines of “i would no longer want to live if you were not here” or “i would k*ll myself if you were gone”...both of these mindsets are not okay, severely toxic and painful. and, in terms of forming healthy and strong bonds like these characters should (and eventually do)...it ruins the theme of that. the lesson in that.

my point is; it is all about perspective and showing the deeper context of such a statement. and to please, please be careful when sharing such a statement or reading it. every character in this story is not in a good place at all when you/mc/hana enter the picture. and, sure, it can be said that mc gives them that boost of energy (brings the spring breeze again, so to speak)...but, really, they just encourage them to do it themselves and talk to each other. while i love the hc where we can have a more active part in helping everyone - to say mc (or hana) does nothing as it is now is not true.

they holds their hands, they are kind and they listen. they encourage them to take care of themselves and is just there through it. and when helping someone going through something - that’s what it’s really about. (there is no english translation for the webtoon yet so this part is just based on me skimming the chapters as they are released.) but hana seems to also be kind, encouraging and gives them that kick again. everyone in the rfa truly does care about each other and, sure, they needed someone to remind them again. but i genuinely think to take that dark of a possible “what if” is not fair to the story at all or the characters.

things like this never take just one person or are on one person’s back. it’s everyone involved - it’s a support system. that is just what the rfa needed to see more clearly. (even before mc came in and helped...it’s still said that, while the rfa were worried and didn’t know where to go from where they were...they still did use the chatroom as an outlet to talk to each other. so, they were getting there. could things have gotten more complicated if mc hadn’t come? yes...again, they changed the course tremendously. but for things to go that far is just...not true to me.)

(side note: the only thing that makes me sad is how someone could be potentially left out when you’re on another route. it’s why i wish for a final route where you can help everyone. and/or what i’m wishing for the webtoon to be.)

but each route gets to show the possibility of hope and recovery for every single character in this game - and how that strength and care and love was in them all along. again, i have no idea about anything like that being confirmed or not. mental health is a HUGE theme in mystic messenger as a whole - but i take the perspective of what i said more when thinking about it either way. (along with some other things that I’ve posted about on tumblr before.) anyways, in your life, reach out for help if you need it. there is hope..support each other and you can find strength within yourself again. & in my opinion, when playing the game (or now reading the webtoon), that’s something it teaches and shows as well.

edit: this is not a “this is right and this is wrong” post. things are never black and white - mental health and recovery is never linear. i just want to add that in case anything here came across as preachy or like i was trying to sound...well, lecturing even. i am not a professional by any means and am just someone who also struggles with their own mental health. so, i hope nothing in this post came across as offensive, hurtful or insensitive.

IM ALWAYS DOWNNNN TO talk about languages and cultures and news and stuff lol. I actually have a langblr here on tumblrs called @learningcherryblossoms based off of sakura haruno because I want to be as strong literally and mentally as she is lol and she’s also wicked smart and looked down upon constantly, .... just like me LOL anyway

My biggest pointers for learning a language are kind of simple 1. Make sure you want to stick with it for the long haul 2. Make sure you know the reason why you want to study it -can literally be anything - and 3. make sure you take breaks lol I’m glad the langblr and studyblr community have really come around to the whole idea of taking breaks and things -even if none of us follow our own advice xD -- because burnout is real and it’s strong and I had it for years until 2017 xD I have a whole post on that somewhere on my blog. anyway xD Languages and just the study of Language is just so cool and so rad lol OPE I just saw the tarot questions but I’m too excited so no time for waiting xD Honestly, I say learn whatever you truly want to learn xD right my love for languages started when I was... nine and I said to myself, one day I am going to France. Hasn’t happened yet BUT it started my journey on learning French and through that process and honestly some amazing teachers, one of whom was my art instructor and friend who I lost a couple of weeks ago, I’ve truly developed a love for that language, culture and... Europe as a whole. Like through that development I found out about cool places in Europe, I found a love in Japan and Eastern Europe. I’m studying six languages lololol. I’m fully convinced that, had I not pursued French with such a passion as I did, I’d probably.... idk be no where lol. And that’s kind of saying something because the biggest thing after that to me is animal science and environmental activism lol I was literally in college pursuing a biology degree and I am a huge environmental science nerd xD Anyway anyway anyway xD I drew the Empress, 10 of pentacles, knight of cups with the nine of cups in reverse as the overall energy. and I’ll also talk about what was behind it which was the Lovers.

Okay, so this tells me that the universe wants you to know that.... you should be pursuing the language you have in mind ;) kind of an odd belief but I believe things are brought to us for a reason. Right, I have an older sister who firmly believes I once lived in France in a past life. that’s why I decided at such a young age to learn French before I even knew what France or Europe even was xD so I believe that concept applies to you as well. whatever you are thinking about learning, you should pursue it.

I’m seeing that the language you are thinking about is going to bring you a lot of happiness, a lot of abundance, and a lot of... self love and confidence. and honestly, a weird thing about learning a second... third... language lol is that we display ourselves differently. Like my Japanese voice is soooo much softer than my aggressive and loud French and my spunky english lol. it’s so interesting how different parts of ourselves develop as we learn about the cultures around the languages.

and that’s what’s going to be happening to you. You’re going to open up and immerse yourself in this new world. I think you already have some knowledge on the culture honestly. I think that’s how you might have been drawn into the language. 10 of pentacles is also a tale of work. ;) learning a language isn’t always a fun ride.... we have our days -and some of us years *me, I’m talking about me lol* but the most important thing is though, is that you go back to it.

And I guess that’s why the nine of cups is your overall energy here in reverse. there’s a dissatisfaction but I’m telling you that’s not going to last lol. seeing the improvements of language learning and how you develop with it takes a lot of time. I’ve been practicing French for five years now and it’s now like coming to me as I sit in my French class, tutoring people that I know more than I think I do. and I think you’re going to be the same way lolol.

Don’t be dissatisfied with your lack of progress or what you think your progress is. you know a lot more than you think you do ;) which is why ultimately, you’ll become the Lovers card. You’ll be making the choice daily -or nah, despite popular belief you don’t need to study daily xD consuming media is studying so listen to music, watch the show, read the article lol - to keep loving the language. you’ll feel more complete knowing it, and it might inspire you to take a trip somewhere ;)))) but honestly, regardless if this reading was good or bad, I would’ve said to go for it anyway lol. but das just me. you can learn a lot from languages, even if you only ever stay in an A2 or beginners level of the language. After her lovely morning with Jennie, Min went to meet up with Sebastian at the bowling alley.

“So I am quite surprised Jennie isn’t here right now.” Sebastian said tying his bowling shoes.

“She has training at 3 so I called her an uber to take her back to her back. However, I asked her to be my Valentine so I will see her in a few days.” Min said with a proud look on her face.

“Dam Princess, you are not playing around are you?”

“Nope, she’s the first girl that made me feel like this to be honest. God damn when I first saw her it was like time stopped and nothing else mattered.” Min said grabbing her desired bowling ball placing it on the stand waiting for Sebastian.

“I know I was there, you were all flustered. I was laughing on the inside.” Sebastian said setting his ball down setting up the screen.

“Pshh, so what you doing Valentine? Ganna work up the courage and ask Margarita?” Min said with a wink before walking off throwing the first toss hitting 6 pins.

“I don’t know yet, I was hoping to spend Valentine with Ma this year. She misses you, she keeps asking me about you last time I talked to her.”

“Tell her I miss her too, and that I will visit the moment I am in New York.” Min said throwing her ball and misses. “God dang it.”

“So what you planning on doing on Valentine for her other then the obvious.” He said winking at her. “Oh shut up.”

“What? It’s true. You both were so loud last night, you do remember I am a man right. I have urges too. Shit you both made it so hard for me to sleep last night, you were practically mauling her. And this morning Chris and I couldn’t have left fast enough and still heard you guys” Sebastian said with a smirk on his face.

“Aww did we get you guys all worked up? Come on you had Chris, you know the world ships Stucky. It’s all over Tumblr you know. You could have made millions of girls dream come true.”

“Oh yeah you did, worked out my biceps though because of it so win win situation. Plus they ship BuckLin more, we are engaged after all.” He said flexing his right arm.

“Oh my god Sebastian. The mental image.” She said covering her burning face making him laugh.

The next few weeks have been uneventful, Sebastian has went back to New York while Min and Jennie explore their new found relationship before Min heads off to film Age of Ultron.

The Avengers are in the process of infiltrating a HYDRA base in Sokovia, when Tony bounces off of the base's force field.

“Shit!” Tony said

“Language!” Steve said making Linda laugh from the motorcycle behind him. “JARVIS, what's the view from upstairs?”

“The central building is protected by some kind of energy shield. Strucker's technology is well beyond any other Hydra base we've taken.” Jarvis answered.

“Loki's scepter must be here. Strucker couldn't mount this defense without it. At long last.” Thor said

“At long last is lasting a little long, boys.” Natasha said taking out agents after agents.

“Yeah. I think we lost the element of surprise.” Clint said.

“Wait a second. No one else is going to deal with the fact that Cap just said ‘language?’” Tony said making Linda laugh louder as Steve turns at rolls his eyes at her.

“I know, it just slipped out.” Steve said throwing his bike at the Hydra jeep before jumping onto Linda bike pushing her behind him.

“Hey unfair, get your own.” Linda said crossing her arms around her chest.

“I just did.” He said playfully. They were driving on the motorcycle when something dashed into them knocking them both off the bike.

“Oh come on.” Linda said looking around.

"We have an enhanced in the field.” Steve said as both runs toward the direction it was going.

“ Clint's hit!” Natasha said “Somebody want to deal with that bunker?” She said seeing the Hulk coming to the rescue smashing right into the bunker. “Thank you.”

While Linda and Steve was running on the field they reached a group when Steve sends his shield while Linda whips the agents knocking them out. “Stark, we're really need to get inside.”

“ I'm closing in. JARVIS, am I...closing in? Do you see a power source for that shield?” Tony said

“There's a pathway below the north tower.”

“Great, I wanna poke it with something, Drawbridge is down, people.” Tony said blowing up the invisible shield around the base. Linda and Steve still working together knocking the agents out when Thor came out of nowhere, sending a blast of his hammer knocking over the rest while Linda absorbs the aftershock feeling rejuvenated.

“The enhanced?” Thor asked when they ran over to him.

“He's a blur. All the new players we've faced, I've never seen this. In fact, I still haven't.” Steve said looking around.

“Clint's hit pretty bad, guys. We're gonna need evac.” Natasha said over the com.

“I can get Barton to the jet. The sooner we're gone the better. You, Linda, and Stark secure the scepter.” Thor said

“Copy that.” Steve said as they watch the soldier approaching them in their Hydra tanks making Linda smirk standing back knowing what’s going to happen.

“Looks like they're lining up.” Thor said twirling his hammer.

“Well, they're excited.” Steve said lifting his shield up for Thor to hit and the force knocks down all the soldiers while Linda absorbs all the aftershock.

“Shit, how I miss that feeling.” Linda/Luna said opening her black eyes looking at Thor and Steve all giggly making Thor smirk.

“Find the scepter.” He said before flying off.

“And for gosh sake, watch your language!” Tony said causing Linda to laugh seeing Steve sigh. “That's not going away anytime soon.” Steve said looking down.

“Come on time to have some fun.” Linda/Luna said running over to the base whipping all the agents in her way with the excess energy she has running through her veins somehow still surprising Steve after all the years of knowing her.

When they made it to the staircase she knocks out the last Agent before running into Strucker running down the stairs.

“Baron Strucker. Hydra's number one thug.” Steve said coming in after her.

“Technically, I'm a thug for SHIELD.” Strucker said.

“Well then technically you're unemployed.” Linda/Luna said pretending to think before grinning menacing.

“Where's Loki's scepter?” Steve said

“Don't worry, I know when I'm beat. You'll mention how I cooperated, I hope.” Strucker said a little to confident making Linda question his motive.

“I'll put it right under illegal human experimentation. How many are there?” Steve ask while Linda begins to look around when someone walks up to her knocking her and Steve down the stairs and quickly leaves.

“We have a second enhanced. Female. Do not engage.” Steve said when they ran up the stairs looking at Strucker.

“You'll have to be faster than…” Strucker said when Steve kicks up his shield knocking Strucker out.

“Guys, I got Strucker.” Steve said picking up Strucker tossing him over his shoulder walking out with Linda practically skipping behind him.

“Yeah, I got...something bigger.” Tony said over the com “Thor, I got eyes on the prize.”

“So how long does the extra energy take to wear off normally.” Steve said watching Linda doing flips and cartwheels making him laugh at her.

“I don’t know Steve, how long does it take for your extra energy to wear off?” Linda asked smuggly hanging upside down from the tree looking at him.

“Rude.” He said with a smirk walking into the jet.

“Ignore her, normally Loki and her disappears for days in their room.” Thor said with a smirk before Linda sends him a small jolt.

“Oww, so this is the thanks I get?” Thor asked rubbing his butt.

“Oh I know, maybe Capsicle can help you work off….” Tony said before Linda ramps up her finger about to jolt him but he walks to the pilot seat before finishing.

“Nope learned that the hard way.”

“Thor, report on the Hulk?” Natasha asked turning their attention to look at her and Banner.

“The gates of Hell are filled with the screams of his victims.” Thor said with a smile on his face but Natasha glares at him and Banner groans in despair. “ Uh, but, not the screams of the dead, of course. No no, uh...wounded screams, mainly whimpering, a great deal of complaining and tales of sprained deltoids and, and uh... and gout.”

“Hey Banner, Dr. Cho's on her way in from Seoul, is it okay if she sets up in your lab?” Tony asked changing the subject.

“ Uh, yeah, she knows her way around.” Banner said

“Thanks. Tell her to prep everything, Barton's gonna need the full treatment.” Tony said to Jarvis.

“Very good sir.”

“JARVIS, take the wheel.” Tony said standing up walking over to the scepter.

“Yes, sir. Approach vector is locked.”

“ It feels good, yeah? I mean, you've been after this thing since SHIELD collapsed. Not that I haven't enjoyed our little raiding parties, but…

“No, but this...this brings it to a close.” Thor said.

“As soon as we find out what else this has been used for. I don't just mean weapons. Since when is Strucker capable of human enhancement?” Steve asked

“Banner and I'll give it the once before it goes back to Asgard. Is that cool with you?” Tony asked as Thor nods his head. “ I mean, just a few days until the farewell party. You're staying, right?”

“Yes, yes, of course. A victory should be honored with revels.” Thor said

“Yeah. Who doesn't love revels. Captain?” Tony asked

“Hopefully this puts an end to the Chitauri and HYDRA, so. Yes, revels.”

The Avengers aircraft lands at the Avengers headquarters where Barton is taken to have his wound tended to; Maria walk up to Stark.

“Lab's all set up, boss.”

“Uh, actually, he's the boss. I just pay for everything, and design everything and make everyone look cooler.” Tony said pointing over to Steve who was putting things away with Linda.

“What's the word on Strucker?”

“NATO's got him.”

“The two enhanced?” He asked Maria who gives him the tablet.

“Wanda and Pietro Maximoff. Twins. Orphaned at ten when a shell collapsed their apartment building. Sokovia had a rough history. It's nowhere special but it's on the way to everywhere special.”She said as they walked off the jet.

“ Their abilities?”

“He's got increased metabolism and improved thermal homeostasis. Her thing is neural electric interfacing, telekinesis, mental manipulation.” Maria explained making Linda giggle knowing he didn’t understand what she said judging the funny look he was giving her.

“He's fast and she's weird.” She rephrased.

“Well, they're going to show up again.”

“Agreed. File says they volunteered for Strucker's experiments. It's nuts.” Maria said as Linda and Steve walks into the elevator.

“Right. What kind of monster would let a German scientist experiment on them to protect their country?”

“We're not at war, Captain.” Maria said.

“They are.” Steve said when the door closes.

“I don’t think that’s what Maria meant Steve.” Linda said feeling the tension rolling off Steve.

“I know, still hurts.” Steve said with a smirk making Linda scoff.

“Whatever, Jarvis take me to the pool. I gotta work off this energy before I burst.” Linda said.

“Yes Miss Grey.” Jarvis said taking her to the pool.

“Captain.” Linda said jokingly walking out of the Elevator.

I'm not sure if you would know but when do you think Loki's Main Route will come out? I just finished Edgar's (🎉👏♥️😍😍) and I'm not sure if I should wait or if I should just play Jonah's route as if there is time.-I am going to guess around the end of Feb. Maybe the 20-22 since the new bonus stories end around that time XD Might be a few days before, but all the bonus stories will be released before the route is released I'm sure. OH! You can start a new route! Ikerev allows you to switch routes for free and it saves you spot on the old route! So whenever you want to go back, you don’t have to start all over again. I hope that helps!

Some of those prompts seemed a little assulty?? I'm sorry! E.g. kisses them to make them stop saying something; angry kisses (no consent...) - These are prompts and not stories, so extrapolating saying its non-consensual is of your own imagination. “Angry kisses,” and “Stopping someone one from saying something with a kiss,” can be written a thousand different ways. Many of the prompts here have hundreds of different scenarios to be written around. However, If I write something, that is dub/con or non/con it will be tagged at the beginning of the fic so you can freely skip over it. :)

He’s very outgoing and friendly tho and definitely seems like someone i COULD work with,,, but I wanna see how everything plays out, Caeleb - adopted him as my grandson. Bc he called me his grandma. He seems like a sweetie pie it’s his first org ever though so go him!! Hopefully grandma can take him under her wing hehe Mo - literally one of my first close friends in the community,, an angel whom owns my heart, I feel like he’d wanna work w me but I’d never know fully until we prove our loyalties yk? So I’m also holding out hope for him,,, king. Alex - I love him!!!? So much???? He said he stans me I love him sm Bc I remember stanning him when I first started playing Bc he’s all I’d heard about art in the community lolol but I’m v excited to actuallh play with him I fucking called him being here :) Jules - my love my light we just clicked real quick, she’s legitimately an angel whom I adore??? okie I feel like I should do a cast assessment of my tribe, just as a starter. my opinions will like 1000% change so this is by no means final but woo I'll go with this!

In general... this cast is... pretty good? Like I was very very worried since I'm so annoying that everyone that hates me would reappear for this season, but I think(?) only like... one person in the cast would dislike me/gun for me for preseason stuff. Anywho:

Benj: Okay he seems super super nice! Like he seems really friendly, we have a lot in common already and I think since we are both in weird timezones we could work really well as allies! He seems super like chill and would work with just people he seems to get along with, so I feel like... that could be a real potential alliance in the future ahhh!

Ian: Ian I haven't spoken to all that much yet (he was towards the end of the cast reveal) but he seems really really chill! He has also come 2nd twice which is something I can relate to, so maybe we will be on a similar page as players?

Jared: Okay first fellow newbie. We haven't spoken much or had the chance to really like have a good conversation so far! I feel like since its 12-8 for newbies, maybe its a good idea for us to group up tho, idk if it can happen since at least for me, I haven't really connected to the newbies as much?

Jason: He is so so fun! Like I've really liked talking with him so far, he was on the CAH call yesterday and was getting along with Julia which is really good too, since I defo wanna work with them both!

Julia: A QUEEN. okay I was very worried seeing her on the cast reveal since both times I've played with her, I've voted her out very very early.... BUT, she seems interested in wanting to work with me and I'd love to because such a wild time, and I feel like... me and her strengths/weaknesses can kind of counterbalance in a way that'll work really well! She could always be playing me, but tbh... its what I deserve anyway, and I'd LOVE to see her do really well this season.

Madeline: I really like her! I've spoken to her probs the most of the newbies and she seems really nice and social which is super good! I feel like she'll fit in for a while and have quite smooth sailing

Michael: I'm sure he is great, but we haven't really.. been able to talk all that much? I feel like if I had to predict who would go if our tribe lost, I'd... probably say him?

Mitch: omg this cast is so big I'm not even through my tribe AHH. anyway mitch was on the first cast reveal like I was. I get ok vibes from him, he seems like... he is here to play the game hard which makes me nervy, but hopefully I can like fudge that to my advantage?

Noah: okay he is super fun, I feel like... our conversations have been very dry, but also that its 100% my fault. idk the ability to be interesting just kind of _dropped_ out of me but I'll try and redeem that today

okay the other tribe I'll just skim through and do the ones I know:

Alex C.: he seems like a king! I've been in VLs for seasons he has been in, I feel like he will not like me but I'd love to meet him!

David R.: okay he will 10000% not remember me, but he was in my first season ever! he was very inactive and his only like... confessional was about me being annoying KJSLDAD which is maybe a.. bad sign! lets see how it goes this time

Jones: She seems SO nice! I have been in VLs with her before, and she seems so so so nice! I'd love to play with her down the line, but I think she is also probs here to WIN which is scary.

Jules: A LEGEND! I love Jules, would love to work with them if possible! They're probably the person I am closest to pregame but can hopefully keep that hush hush...

Mo: a king! I hosted him for his first season, and he was SO much fun. I feel like he has gone off me, but I'm super excited to see how he does!

Tom: he is... probably the biggest problem for me in the cast? Like he was in the only season I won, and saw me play a snake game which I do not intend to play like this time? But I feel like if he still dislikes me (which he might), he could like... tell people how snakey I was! I would love to like work with him if he wants, but I feel like he wouldn't trust me at all KASDLF

Willow: A queen! I haven't spoken to her in ages but used to around her first season a lot! so so nice.

Yeah so overall thoughts on each tribe:

Durmitor: Almost everyone I knew preseason was on this tribe, which is probably to my advantage, that'll hopefully help out in like... a swap situation? Worried about Tom but am cautiously optimistic about Willow/Mo/Jules! I feel like this tribe is gonna do very very good on challlenges which... AHHHH i don't wanna go to tribal

Budva: Okay I really like my tribe! I get the best vibes from Benj, Julia & Jason who are all people I'd love to work with! I think(?) I could be okay for now, like I feel like I've already got some good ties, and that there are other people that would go... before me... maybe? Its probably only like 2 rounds on these tribes so I maybe don't even need to last that long aksfda

Well except for Jason and Julia. I do know them as well as Alex and Rob. Basically I don’t know anyone post chamonix and I feel like a fish out of water. I’ll either flop hard or finally fucking win so let’s see how this game plays.

My tribe is idk, quiet? But like we called and played cards against humanity which was fun but like idk Anau and Monte Rosa were just more active and fun and all.

Julia - fellow oldie, I might work with her since she’s quite social and all. Witchcraft and all.

Jason - I wanna work with him because 1) oldie 2) fellow runner-up and 3) he knows josh. And if my TS career hasn’t proven me wrong, people who I play with who know josh are a huge BOON to my game so yeahhH

Benj - he seems nice. He lives New Zealand so we will probably be the only ones awake at our respective time zones so that can be grounds for something :D

Ali - seems nice as well. We talked about the weather and all so that was fun.

Mitch - we had a short convo so idk him very well to get a good read on him.

Jared - We only started talking now so we will see hmmm

Michael - I’m 50% sure he’s a robot. Just because he sends messages like a robot but I could be wrong. Idk it’s hard to get a read on him but we talked some and I hope he is good at challenges

Madeline - She told me she was a returnee but the wiki says she ain’t? What is the truth. Seems nice?? Idk

Noah - we haven’t talked

Tbh this is probably the most quiet starting tribe I’ve been on. Nicole G is my sprit animal btw

America I think I fucked myself over on this one. I told JJ and Tom last night that I got 155k in sandwich stacker the last time I played it and now I think they’re expecting me to recreate that score?? And like,,, do better?????? But it turns out I’m unexpectedly very busy today and I can’t even do it when I get home Bc I’m not gonna have a laptop to play it on,, so I fucked myself over on this one chief. Not only am I most likely not doing this challenge, but I set myself up to look like a challenge threat!! When I can’t even back it up???? Love that for me :)

okay so I've now had a chance to talk to pretty much my whole tribe more which is fun. I LOVE THEM ALL AND REFUSE TO EVER. GO. TO. TRIBAL.

So my favourites atm are defo Julia, she is SUCH a legend, and her hex powers will carry us to success. I'm also really liking Benj & Jason on a personal level, they are super fun, and like chill on a game level which I really like!

Of the rest, Jared approached me to work with me which AHH exciting! But it was kind of unprompted and outta nowhere, so I'm worried he could play a bit too hard too fast, so will try and keep an eye on him. Madeline is super fun, I'm really liking talking to her, and I'm more reassured about working with my fellow newbies now, since Jared/Madeline I'm really liking! Michael is super sweet, he sent me this long nice message about how to pronounce my name which was super sweet, I haven't spoken to him too much yet! Noah I've spoken to the least, he is my biggest ??? so far, which ahh but I'll figure that one out. Mitch is quite quiet but I really like him! Ian is a king!

AHH I LOVE EVERYONE THIS IS A PROBLEM. I always do this where I make friends with everyone and then have to betray someone every round. I'm determined to pace myself this time. Julia is my Number #1 rn, she approached me first and I think we are a great balancing pair. I also really like Benj/Jason, would love to maybe be in a bigger alliance with them? Jared I'm like... apprehensive that he is gonna play really hard, but also wanna work with him. Those are probably my top four rn? I'd then put Madeline/Ian on the next level, Mitch the level below and Noah/Michael on the bottom level as my biggest unknowns!

Hi it’s Mo, I’m the dumb bitch who thinks he needs a Gatorade after walking up a flight of stairs. At the moment I’m feeling very distressed because I sat outside for a good hour or so and some mosquitos decided to take it upon themselves to go to town on my legs. But game-wise I’m feeling very comfortable on my tribe. I think I made some good connections on the tribe call last night and I got to know everyone really well and literally I have no complaints about anyone at the moment. They’re all super chill. My biggest fear is letting them down so I’m doing my best to get a good score on sandwich stacker.

Wow It's great to be back and not know like a single soul! I will kms because of that! Also wow my boss sprung a double on me today so I didnt get to talk to anyone! In the first 24 hours! I love this for me! Im on call right now so hopefully I can do SOMETHING and get good with people!!

So I have yet to do a formal confessional but let me just tell you my tribe is so cracked and I love it. I'm gonna give y'all my thoughts on the players of my tribe because why not. Ok so first off we have Julia. Julia is so cracked but I LOVE HER. She is the good luck charm of the tribe because she is involved in witchcraft and honestly I find that hilarious. Then we got Ali. He seems super sweet but I have yet to get to know him well. I think he has been in the tumblr community for a while but I'm not sure because im not in that community (whoops). Jason and I have meshed pretty well together over the love for the cowboy emoji, Madeleine seems like an easy number for me, and same for Jared. I think if we ever go to tribal I might try to connect us three with Benji who I also think I can trust really well. Then we have Ian and Noah. Honestly my conversations with them have been pretty awkward??? Idk if that is just because they are busy but like I don't rly mesh well with either of them. Then there is Michael who literally talks like his username: A Big Blue Robot

Heya its me. Rookie here on survivor Montenegro. Never played before. Kinda nervous. I'm trying to keep it light and airy with my chats with all the tribe members, because I don't want them thinking I'm trying to create drama too early. They seeeeem to like me and I think I really like them too. Evan kinda has latched on to me, and I like having an easy go to for talking shoppe, but he's super paranoid and thinks he has no shot at this. Even said that everyone else is fully bonding without him. And thats fine of course, I can handle supporting him especially if it seems like a surprise friendship, but his scaredyness might be rubbing off because its making me a little afraid that people are talking shoppe much more than they're letting on with me. Alsooo, low key a tiny bit annoyed with how much we love to call. Like y'all are nice but it seems to be the same person (eyooop) every time and the same person talking in the tribe chat. hehe peace out

so lots is happening REAL fast and my head hurts so i need to talk it out. We won reward which WOO, and the reuben sandwich also gave me 3 free checks for bridge steps for the idol so GOOD NEWS. I also used it to build trust with Benj & Julia, and told Jared who kind of put me on the spot and asked me about it (more on Jared later).

So I now have my chart to map idol progress titled 'Bridge to Terebeth-idol' and I'm using all the info I get to slowly get an idea of idol progress, the idol is MINE and I'm determined to play it WRONG. otherwise, I'd love to see Benj or Julia get it, love 'em both.

Anywhomst back to Jared. he is VERY forward with game stuff and is like... going 0 to 100 waay too quick, and its making me and Benj nervous. We are both going to keep an eye, I could see Jared burning out quite quick akdlfas. For the rest of the tribe, I really really like Jason he is such a king, Madeline is super nice but I think quite quiet so could potentially go if we lose. Michael is great at challenges, but his social game is a bit ahh (he like.. told Julia she would be a target for making a mistake in the challenge akjsdfaslfladfjla). Noah I really like, but we are kinda out of sync with timezones which is no good. Mitch filled in for me in teh challenge so I owe him bigtime.

ANYWAYS. this is already waay too long, the summary is WOO JULIA AND BENJ, woo (at a slightly lower volume) for Jason and Jared. Love the hosts, loving this game so far, only thing I'm not loving is sandwiches (unless they are reuben sandwiches asjdklfa).

Okay so little recap of the first night on Montenegro Durmitor Beach.... I really felt worried! Like from the first impressions and the intro's I thought okay i have nothing in common with any of these people, this is going to be so hard to get in a safe spot and go far in this game!

After jumping on call with the likes of Jules, Jones, JJ and Mo I felt a little bit safe as they were laughing at some of my jokes and i felt like i could contribute to the conversation which is nice. I really tried my best in this sandwich stacker challenge to show the tribe that i can perform in flash games and help win immunities for future rounds so it gave them a reason to keep me and potentially the stronger players on the tribe would want to add me to an alliance...well i mean that didnt happen but hey who knows its only day 2

So i recognised that JJ was from Tengaged and i had played with him a little bit whilst on that site so i tried to connect with him and make conversation with him and that dramatic little boy decided to drop his vocabulary and use his silly little boy one word responses which wasnt very uhm reassuring. HOWEVER I feel like over the past 2 days JJ and I have formed some sort of bond and i believe its mutual that we want to work together and help each other out in this game. MY ONLY CONCERN about working with JJ is that I dont want to be seen as in a duo with him so him and me need to stop bullying each other on calls and staying on tribe calls when no one else is on them. He helped me out in the idol hunt as well so he is already giving me some information showing he is down to work with me

Okay so overall i feel like my tribe is full of very big personalities and thats concerning a fight will be had for majority i reckon.

Jules: She is so nice, and we connect pretty good, i know she is one bad ass game player though and definitely a threat down the line so keeping her on my side is beneficial for now and hopefully if she does become seen as a target i can use that to my advantage and she can be a meat shield.

Mo: Mo is cool and chill to talk to, we dont really speak that much on pms however i want that to change i get a very loyal vibe from him so yeah something i am willing to explore

Willow & Evan: They both have similar standings with me in this tribe, i feel like they both want to work with me, Evan has said he does and that he gets a good vibe and wants to work with me which is good and i feel like willow is also leaning towards that as well. The only issue with working with these two is they arent very big personalities so i will be targeted before them however i feel like they could be very loyal. Its going to be hard to integrate them into a large alliance unless one of them start because others will be closer to people that isnt them.

Alex: So Alex is a weird one for me, he seems super emotional and honestly someone i just cant really relate to or connect with. I may be wrong but thats my first impression of him, he seems to be all up in Jules/Jones grill which is something i will have to keep an eye out for.

Jones: Jones is a big big big big threat i think everyone on this tribe can already tell this woman will be hard to get out, socially she is impressive and she said she is pretty good at challenges as well so........i'm just going to try and act really dumb around her and make her believe that im willing to work with her till the end as a loyal sheep. However for now i would like to work with her (even though probably everyone does)

David: Well i mean he is like not active very much, he came on call and i have a fear of drag people and he is a drag people so i hope he doesnt rock up to tribal in drag because it is a serious phobia..... wouldnt mind if he went first just because we dont really talk!

JJ: already spoke about him

Caeleb: Everyone is very nice in this cast but i feel like caeleb is a little bit uhh reserved, i feel like hes a little shy at the moment but i think he can be a gem to work and play with. Idk what type of player any of these people are so just gotta test the waters.

So everything has been like a legit clusterfuck and I see this tribes dynamic starting to play out. I think socially I have done my job and excelled. I would say I feel as if I have established a good personal relationship with most of my tribe members except two of them- Madeleine and Michael. Both of them talk very little and it's honestly very frustrating for myself. Not to mention Michael last night sketched me out very bad after we had finished playing the role call part of the immunity. So I had found an error that I had made, and it scared me and I thought I could talk to him about it. I was like, well I hope this doesn't put a target on my back. He responds with this: we can make sure you won't be. will just take some work. Hold the damn phone. It will take some work? Why would it take work period? It just freaked me out so I went to Jason and I told him about it. Jason made me feel more comfortable and I decided to tell him that I trusted him and I was on board with him. So after immunity is done, and the whole blind round twist is revealed I decided to go and talk to basically everyone on the tribe. But Jared stuck out the most to me. He is playing the most aggressive game at this point which I respect. Also, forgot to mention, I trust Ali the most. 100% Ali will be my ride or die person this game. So nothing will come in between the bond we share. Jared decided to throw out Madeleines name out. And I am totally okay with this. He also subtly hinted that Michael would be a good option. But lets be real, I am not a fool and I will not make a big move this first round. This is a tribe of 10 people, not 6 like I'm used too in my prior TS I have played. It is more difficult to rally all the numbers. So this would be the exact reasoning behind my social game I am playing at the moment. I have Jared than tell me he wants to work with Ali, Benj, Himself, and I. This, I can enjoy. I don't have to struggle to protect from this alliance I knew Jared was bound to create, and I didn't have to suggest to include Ali, possibly exposing my relationship with Ali to Jared. On the other hand, I have Ian and Jason who I feel like I can trust in this game. I proposed to Ian I would not vote him out this round, and he said he would do the same for me. I tell Ian that I trusted Jared and we could possibly work with him, and that Madeleines name is being thrown out as the vote. Ian was vague with answering me about working with Jared which sussed me out. But Ian later tells me he wants to work with Jason, Himself and I. So this puts me in TWO potential alliances already in this game. Literally fuck this twist. I am glad my social skills have finally paid off and I am seriously learning from prior mistakes I have made in my orgs from being too abrasive, being too loud, being rude. I had such little self awareness of the way I communicated with people. I would talk and be this extremely social girl but I always left a bitter taste in people's mouth because of how I said things and I had no clue. So I am playing this better game and it is totally opening up new opportunities and all these people I can work with but on the other hand, puts me at a serious disadvantage. If this tribe will be an ultimate flop tribe which I am seriously hoping is NOT the case, I am going to disappoint someone. And that is how you become a target and lose all the hard work you have built up. So even though socially I am totally preforming beautifully compared to my prior three tries at TS, and strategically I wouldn't say anything about that I mean.... it's the first few days of this game. I would say competition wise, or the more physical part of the game I need to get it together. I'm hoping I can motivate this tribe into playing extremely hard for the immunity wins because who freaking knows what could happen? In the best case scenario, I would love for immunity to be brought to my tribe. This would mean that for the next round the target would probably remain the same, and I don't have to get so worked up about who is the new target of the tribe.

SO I think at the moment my closest allies are Tom & JJ which is a relief because I was intimidated by the two of them at first. The plan for now is to vote for David due to him being the most antisocial out of the bunch. He’s talked to me quite a bit actually but apparently he hasn’t talked to some of the others that much.

The first few days of this game has been really fun. I'm enjoying to get to know everybody, and just dicking off on tribe calls all the time. So far I've really enjoyed looking at Tom & Alex, they're definitely the tribal eye candy.

It seems as though I've gotten myself into a really cute alliance consisting of Alex, Jones, and Jules. A group I've definitely enjoyed talking to the most. I think it'll really work in my favor.

Tom is really fun to talk to, he's giving me truthful information on what planks have been good and bad in the idol search. Which is nice, but it might be a cultural thing, but I can't tell if he likes me or not!?? There's too much sarcasm in his voice.

Mo & Caeleb are really nice, they've both talked to me on a pretty shallow level so far, but I'm enjoying them a lot.

Evan, David, and Willow have been fairly MIA. Evan is on a vacation, so I'm impressed by how much he truly has been able to contribute to the tribe.

As far as the vote goes, I'm debating between Willow, and David. Alex, who I'd really like to work with, really is pushing for David to go home, but David is better at comps, and a less dangerous social player, he hasn't talked to anyone. Whereas Willow is being a social butterfly in everyone's PMs. Seeing that she made runner up in one of her seasons is also a little bit scary.

This twist is scary, but considering my last ORG, its exciting. I felt like my downfall was not being able to forge game relationships with people because I was the last person to attend tribal. Winning every tribal immunity all the way up to the final 13 / 21. Once the merge hit, every time I tried to talk strategy, the person I was talking with would run, and tattle to the person I was trying to target instead of listening to what I was saying, because they had forged game relationships at prior tribal. Being forced to go to tribal regardless of the outcome of immunity should help me solidify game relationships much easier.

I have one question for the twist. WTF DREW???

Right as we found out that both tribes had to go to tribal, Evan was immediately concerned that his name was being thrown out. The boy needs to calm, but I think our connection is really strong and honestly he's fun to talk to. Today though, most people I have been talking to have said David which is perfectly fine, he barely had talked to me at all so I am happy to be a tribe player and vote him tonight if nothing changes. I think people are starting to make connections all around. I really like Willow and have like an on and off thing with Mo and Jules. Tom is the first person to let me in on the vote, and JJ said he'd work with me and not vote me tonight, BUT Tom and JJ and Jones are always in the calls and that's making me nervous they'll have a longterm close bond that could be disastrous if it turns into a Monica, Jervase, Tyson type thing. Also I don't fully trust JJ he's good at talking to everyone. I have my eyes and ears open and I'm just trying to get as much information as I can at this point in the game.

Otherwise, I'm really liking working with Julia, she is super fun and a really savvy player, I hope our alliance can do super good long term! for the rest? I really like Jason, he is just super mellow, like I think if I had to make a winner pick for the season, I'd probably say him? I vibe with him on a personal level woo, could be an ally down the line. Michael I tbh expected to maybe be first boot, but he seems to have unexpected connections! I really like him tho, he is super sweet, its no biggie that he is staying? Mitch/Ian kind of fall into the same category, I really like them but I've not spoken to them... all that much, but I really like them!! Noah I really haven't spoken to too much, and if we do go to tribal tonight, I'd probs want him to go next (Mitch also threw his name out for this round, so it seems I'm not alone on that?).

I feel REALLY REALLY bad about Madeline JKLSADFLSAJFA, like already our tribe is being meninist we do not stan, but also she is so nice. I feel bad and kind of blame Jared for her going grrrr.

How did you choose your name?

I wasn’t gonna change it initially. I like my given name. but I don’t like attention or talking irl, especially about myself. so I figured I’d have a simpler time if I changed it to something more people considered masculine

my new name had to start with B so my initials could remain BLT. I also wanted a “white” name cuz although I’m biracial, my given name was white, and it just feels weird to have a name of totally different feeling, in that regard

the only B names I liked were already associated with people I knew, which I didn’t want. so I kinda stopped. I wasn’t motivated to find a name LOLOL. one night, my cousin asked what I’m changing my name to. when I was like “idk man I can’t find any I like” he pulled up a huge list of B names on the internet and just started reading them off the whole night lolol. a few resonated with me, but Brian really felt right.

I like how it sounds out loud, the feeling it gives. I like its meaning (strong, virtuous, and honorable or hill/noble). it’s Irish, which I am, so that was perfect. and, amazingly, the strokes involved in writing it are actually really similar the ones I use for my given name

in the end I’m even more glad I changed my name, for feeling so much more of a self-made person. it was kind of a new start, where I could decide anything. I chose my own name. I could choose anything else in life I wanted.

What gives you the most dysphoria? (Acknowledging that not all trans people experience dysphoria)

my dysphoria stopped after I got top surgery and transitioned socially ✌🏼

What was the first time you suspected you were transgender?

in college. that’s when I fully learned the term. I always knew what I was since I was 5 or 6. but college is when I learned there’s a term and community for what I was.

What is your favorite part of being transgender?

just, being able to be myself, freely.

How would you explain your gender identity to others?

How did you come out? If you didn’t come out, why do you stay in the closet?

I thought I’d stay closeted irl forever honestly. it always seemed something I’d never be capable of. coming out as trans was something incredibly strong people did. people who were wiling to change their entire life. well... I eventually became that person.

I first came out to my online friend Bsumo. that was easy cuz they’re amazing, and we talked about gender so much anyway. then I came out online, only on tumblr (I’ve been stealth online all my life). after that, I personally told a few people irl I really trust. next in line was my parents. I had no idea how that would go. but I was prepared to be rejected. it went okay

then I had to come out at work. I wanted to do that before making an announcement to my extended family via facebook to avoid anyone at work seeing it. and that, was the hardest thing I’ve ever done. I’m very fortunate to work in a progressive organization, so I knew I’d be okay. but it was hard. I first told the CEO and our HR person. it’s really, really hard to let the words out. but I did it. and the second I did, it was like... a floodgate. like, there was absolutely no turning back at that moment and I loved it. I told the rest of my coworkers in a meeting a few weeks later. I gave them my new name and the pronouns they should use for me. the older generation staff members had trouble getting the hang of it, but I didn’t meet any intentional resistance

I will say, you receive allyship and rejection in very unexpected places when you come out. people you thought would support you that don’t. people you thought would avoid you, reach out and advocate for you. it was all quite an interesting experience.

What have your experiences with packing or wearing breast forms been?

none

What are your experiences with binding or tucking?

tried binding a few times before I had surgery. I couldn’t stand to wear it more than 3 minutes. it triggered a fight or flight response in my body for some reason. like the panic you feel when your finger or limb gets stuck in something and your life flashes before your eyes as your mind overreacts thinking you’ll never escape. I even cut a binder off with scissors once cuz I felt like I needed to get it off NOW.

Do you pass?

yeah, unless it’s over the phone lol!

What (if any) steps do you want to take to medically transition?

top surgery and T. I woulda still been miserable to this day if I hadn’t gotten top surgery. but I kinda took T on a whim. see if I’d like it. I’m glad I did, I really enjoy it. out of all the changes I love my sideburns the most!

How long have you been out?

3 years!

How does your family feel about your trans identity?

frankly I don’t care lolol

Would you ever go stealth, and if you are stealth, why do you choose to be stealth?

I’m kinda in the middle. I’m open about being trans online. I pass irl so I’m pretty much stealth there to strangers. but if anyone ever asked if I was trans, or if a trans discussion ever came up, or if I was just talking bout my past where it’s relevant to the story, I’d be fine revealing I’m not cis

What do you wish you could have shared with your younger self about being trans?

1) that no, people don’t secretly see you as a guy, 2) the term trans, 3) that you can get top surgery without any therapy involved (I thought I’d never be able to get it because of that, I resigned to that fact for so many years when I could’ve been arranging it!)

What’s your biggest trans-related fear?

lol I’m not sharing that

What do you wish cis people understood?

I honestly don’t think about that much

What impact has being trans affected your life?

it didn’t affect me much til puberty. before puberty I sorta deluded myself into thinking everyone around me secretly regarded me as a boy but weren’t allowed to show it. when puberty came my life ended. dysphoria really made me suffer all through my 20s. and I always hated being seen and treated the way people did. I’ve never ever disliked being trans. it’s always been me. but now I live so fully and happily. I love being trans

How do you feel about trans representation in media?

I really do not want it unless a trans person is the one creating it.

Who is the transgender person who has influenced you the most?

can I say myself? lolol

How are you involved with the trans community, IRL or online?

making/reblogging trans posts is the extent of what I do. I did do a few things irl--helped carry a huge trans flag during pride once. it was an amazing experience, but way too overwhelming for me lol. tried going to our trans masculine group at my local lgbt center but had a bad experience with one of the members there, and he later became the group facilitator so lol

How do you see yourself identifying and presenting in 5 years?

same as I do now

What trans issue are you most passionate about?

trans youth having all the info they need to be aware of themselves and make decisions about their own lives

What is your sexual and romantic orientation, and what are your thoughts on it?

I’m aroace and it’s amazing! I love being ace! being both trans and ace made me wonder how the heck my life’d pan out in terms of having a partner. cuz I did always want one. but I thought I’d have a pretty low chance of finding someone I liked (I don’t like many people LOL) who also embraced and understood both my transness and aceness. and who made it simple and easy for us on both ends. maybe the chance was low, but I got the perfect partner now ❤
