I absolutely refuse to modulate my behavior or presentation to accommodate someone’s false and wrong feelings of “discomfort” by my mere presence…If I am not actually bothering you or making an effort to cause you stress, you can just sit with your feelings and grow up.

#i see white trans mascs who (allegedly) ‘pass’ (whatever this means) talk abt how they have to move different in the world #and whilst i do see that somewhat that’s never gonna be MY experience bc im black (and i doubt i will ever ‘pass’)#and being black and masc and getting taken for a cis black dude #is not necessarily the same privilege like those guys get #i just hate how much stuff for us is always ‘uwu pls remember to be a GOOD boy’ like shut up and STAND UP #it’s okay if you talk or take up space. god FORBID you actually unlearn the shit we had crammed down our throats as kids…#also people treat the spectre of masculine blackness very similarly whether it’s cis or not #i already get ww who are Weird to me just cuz nothing is gonna change much in this respect i fear!
