This sounds like a shitpost but for REAL why is no one talking about how much influence Star Trek has on the Five Nights at Freddy's series?
#.txt#the visual language has borg written all over it#i saw a picture of Baby from the graphic novel that was an exact recreation of a shot of the Borg Queen#there was an episode of TNG where someone died inside the guts of the ship and theor subconcious haunted the ship#that mightve been voyager i forget#but the whole time i was just like 'this is JUST like five nights at freddys'#the pizzaplex is borg is all im saying#with a healthy dose of anticapitalist satire#(which i also never see the fnaf fandom talk about. fnaf is a beautiful satire of corporate capitalism and it is NOT subtle)#fnaf#five nights at freddy's#like i always see fnaf youtubers carefully dissecting the literal events of the series but no one talks about the THEMES#there are THEMES to this story and they are deeply anti-corporatw#i doubt scott would describe himself as an anti-capitalist but it is clear from his writing he HATES big corporations
