anyways i’m here to ask how you think your first date with zhongli would go ‼️ also, what kind of things do you see yourself doing together as a couple ? 🧐

BUT !! zhongli you say ?? teehee .. so the selfship lore is still a lil underdeveloped but i’m slowly rebuilding and reshaping things !! at first i had one idea and now it’s turned into a billion others but i think i finally landed on a suitable first date :3

i think our first date would be something simple but also something that sticks with us for a long time and maybe even becomes a little tradition down the road. also, ik he never has money on him or wtvr but i think before our date he shakes down childe for some cash or something idk LMFAO but he’s got a full wallet 😌

i think we’d go to a market and walk around, mostly window shopping and seeing what the different vendors have to offer. it kinda lets us get to know each other — what kind of things we like, what we don’t like. we walk past a vegetable stall and he sees me make a disgusted face at the eggplants and makes a mental note i do not enjoy them LOL but lil things like that, it just brings us closer :3

but at the end of the day… i’m me and i need to eat every 2 hours LMFAO so we end up buying some food for a little picnic hehe we find a nice spot at a park nearby and enjoy the food together while chatting about everything & anything ^_^

beyond that, i think we do a lot together as a couple like one of our fave things to do is go to a used bookstore and pick out books for the other to read !! then when we finished we either have to give a lil review OR if it’s something we already read… we discuss it like a lil book club LOL

i’ll forever think about flying kites with him … that sounds like so much fun. he wraps his arms around me as we both hold on the kite and watch it fly around in the air .. dreamy sigh .

Aaaahhhhh as someone who has had soul eater brainrot since childhood and is not recently getting into stancest- i need ur recent post injected straight into my bloodstream!!! Ugh if i may ramble a bit in ur inbox- the last bit being twin weapons and the betrayal that ford never transformed for him is so Tasty but also the angst of possible drifter stan era transforming for strangers for ~unsavory~ jobs meisters would rather not use their actual weapon for to make quick cash and stan hating every moment someone else's hands use him. But he's a charmer! A conman! He can resonate lightly with just about anyone but its always shallow and it never feels right for him always matching someone else's wavelength AND Then finding ford with Another weapon?? that he made a death scythe?? Ooohhh the angst

just gonna take this and say: liz and patty but if liz was alone (cause i think she definitely relied on patty as her rock and her light and stan would be a bit more like her imo) and didnt have patty to switch of with between wielding each other.

the ides of him selling himself as a weapon for hire basically to help with shitty and unsavory jobs??? *sobs on the floor* like yeah hes used to bending to the will of others so matching someone elses wavelength, even if its just enough to get the job done??? But he can do it even if he hates every second of it. i just know that left a mark on his soul!!!

i feel like even after he goes back to being partnered with Ford that theres always that moment after transforming, where his soul would recoil from the feeling of anothers just from those years of being a drifter. like he'd have to remind himself whose hands he's in because he used to let himself pass through so many (im sorryyyy) and itd take awhile for him to even get comfortable speaking to ford in his weapon form because with anyone else he would always just stay silent ahhhhhhh

also i think they'd have trouble with resonating. Ford would try to have them on the wavelenth that they had before but stan has changed so much since then (they both have) and that with the interference of blood (infected from fidds) i just think itd be a tough thing for them to settle back into.

i also think itd be cool to imagine them overcome with insanity (like that one scene with maka and crona fighting.)

i think maybe when they first gained the ability to transform fully that maybe stan and ford would switch off but at some point (with stans need to be useful and his devotion to ford) things change and stans always the one transforming. that isnt to say ford isnt devoted to stan also but thats a whole other conversation.

stan definitely lays up at night thinking about the fact that ford made someone other then him into a death scyth and once they reconcile he definitely throws that around when they argue (playfully >.<)

ooh imagine the first time stan feels ford matching his wavelength and letting stan lead instead of stan having to adjust himself to match ford like usual. i just know that would be one of the best feelings for him.

am i going off topic? i just have so many thoughts about this au!!!!
