Do you know that... this whole problem was never about NSFW content?

I do consume Zutara NSFW content, but only when Zuko & Katara are aged up, because, yes, it's problematic if you like to read & like/reblog NSFW content in which Zuko and Katara are still minors. I don't think I need even to explain why it's wrong to consume NSFW content which has minors.

(Plus: the original post, where the person was talking about NSFW content, they were only asking for people to tag correctly content that are NSFW. This person wasn't a minor, they're just asking to people to tag NSFW content as NSFW content. Simple. This isn't something hard to understand.)

(And I think everyone by now should already know that they should tag correctly NSFW content, because of the minors in the fandom.)

And like, I understand that some Zutara Shippers were in the fandom when they were only teenagers, and at that time they had a crush, or something like this, on Zuko. And it's not wrong that you, now, as an adult, still thinks he's a cute/beautiful character. But, it's quite questionable if you're a whole grown up ass adult and you've been in the internet calling a 16 year old character hot & sexualizing him.

Summary: Zuko is a minor, a teenager, who's only 16 year old. So, if you're an adult, and you sexualize him, you're gross. It doesn't matter if he's just a drawing. Sexualizing minors, even if they're pixels, it's still gross and wrong.

And about you saying “Antis will be blocked” — Do you know that, people who started this discussion, asking for not sexualize Zuko, was a POC Zutara Shipper? This isn't a Zutara Shipper VS Anti problem. This is about racism.

Some WOC Zutara Shippers are talking about what they feel uncomfortable with in our fandom space, and they're people who like Zutara just as much as you. And when they are talking about this issue, about racism, you, a white person, should just stfu listen to what they're saying. Please, don't talk over them. It's wrong. So... if a WOC says to you that they don't feel comfortable with something, then you should just listen to them, ask sorry (if you did something wrong) and move on. This isn't that hard to do.

So, when you're reducing this to just “fandom drama”, and calling these WOC Zks “antis”, you're are being ignorant. Don't reduce racism to fandom drama. You are being racist.

I ship Zutara and yes I prefer NSFW content and yes I'm white and I have been here since 2005.

And Zuko is hot. And has nice back muscles.
