ro’s sanuso blurb of the day: when chopper tells sanji and usopp they’re expecting twins after an ultrasound appointment, sanji faints. like, he literally just fucking collapses and hits his head on the floor. it’s as if he saw a ghost from how pale his face is and his body looks lifeless, because of how shocked he is. usopp gives him a squinty side eye because… bro???? i’m the one who’s gonna give birth to these babies and not you……

Usopp being the calm one here makes everything funnier but also it's really sweet because,, I imagine Sanji freaking out. Like. Actively fainting and having the biggest "How are WE going to do this??!!" and Usopp side-eyeing him like "WE????? SANJI, IT'S JUST ME. YOU DON'T NEED TO DO SHIT" / "I FEEL THE PAIN FOR YOU-" / "THAT'S NOT A THING" / "..... How are you so calm??? You're usually the one freaking out." / "I dunno... Maybe I just don't think I have a reason to freak out this time. Isn't that nice, though?"

Then the months go by and he goes through all the phases and he does start freaking out. At least Sanji is the most gentlemanly he's ever been and treats him like a king. I mean. He always does. But now he's way more protective and like a knight in shining armor.
