there should be like a pregnant picrew or something where you design a character and there's sliders for how big their belly is. like first you design your little guy and dress them up and select how long the pregnancy is, how many babies theyre filled with, maybe even decide how big the babies/eggs are or how active they are. you could even cut out the middle man and have it show you all the different stages/trimesters after you put in pregnancy duration/baby amount/etc, so you can see them popping out of their clothes...
