Ive been doing this crazy insane wild thing for the past few days where I go to sleep at 10 and get up at ~8am and it's thrilling
today I got up at 7, then at 8:30 woke up my housemate to go to the farmers market?? and I hung out with the musician there who's a buddy I haven't seen in a year cause we stopped going, and everyone there remembered us!! we stopped at every stall and they were all like omg where have you been!!!! wtf
Ive had the entire day to do things.. finished off most of an assignment Ive been putting off.. I realised last week that a lot of my issues may relate to the fact that my body never knows when sleep/food/waking up is gonna happen. cause Ive never had a schedule in my life. and I keep taking ritalin late at night
I feel a lot better.. though I don't like that I crash so hard in the evening and I feel less productive somehow?? like I get tired in the evening and can't do anything. can't take ritalin and read or whatever lol. I'm thinking maybe I have to push myself to make simple art in the hours between dinner and sleep, so im not on my phone, bc the biggest issue for me is lack of focus. it's hard to find something to do other than scroll when ur brain can't muster focus for anything
