i love writing tally because she just says whatever the fuck she wants. kristen is insufferable because she gets mad at you for existing too close to her and starts screaming. tally is insufferable because she says shit like this
#kelsey.txt#i mentioned virginia before. she’s one of the few nice people they meet#i mean she ends up killing somebody but it’s deserved i think. anyways.#this is like their first interaction. like she’s literally just a waitress trying to serve them and tally gets weird for No Reason#like virginia sets off all of her alarm bells and then tally decides she likes her because she’s so non reactive to her bullshit#also this was written a while ago and at like 3am if there’s a mistake here i missed or it’s clunky ignore that#this entire doc is just virginia and tally having a nice conversation while kristen contemplates murder-suicide in the background#he hates everybody. including virginia. but she’s the first person in years that tally’s properly gotten along w so he’s dealing#sorry they’re so funny to me

Do I Have to Shout for You to Notice Me?
She doesn't like attracting attention to herself. It doesn't really matter much to her what others think about her. It's all the same anyways. So, she tries limiting her energy to the people that deserve it most. Her workers, rarely her peers, and mostly to the people that matter to her most. Armin, Levi, and.....maybe she's not trying her best. You were everything somebody wants in a partner. You're talkative, great at communicating and giving attention, pretty attractive, strong and smart. It only makes sense you'd be taken, right? It's hard for her to come up with an excuse for why she won't just walk up to you.
Maybe it's because you'd push her away...? But you're very welcoming to almost everyone, which is one of the reasons for why she loves you. Maybe you'd attract that unnecessary attention to not only yourself, but to her as well. She doesn't want people to be in both of your business if she does end up finally talking to you for once. She can be stronger than this. But around you, her identity means nothing. At least, that's how it feels.
Now she's making excuses again.
It seems like the man from last week didn't learn his lesson. She thought he had learned to keep his words to himself last time. Guess not. He's flirting with you and attempting to sneak little touches on you. The way he stares at you makes her stomach turn. He talks to you like he's trying to prove a stupid point. Not only should he not even be alive, but that should be her telling you what you deserve to hear. She should be the one staring at you like he is.
And for the millionth time, she sighs with a heartache in her chest. What does it take for someone like her to be noticed by someone like you? How many filthy perverts does she have to kill for you to notice she's only been protecting you this entire time? How many breakdowns does she need to have alone for you to realize she's getting eyebags? How many titans does she have to kill for you to realize she's meant to protect you? Have you in her arms? For her to be in your arms?
Annie's legs are storming towards the both of you before it even registers in her head. All of this waiting and stupid self-talk riled her up. She's sick of waiting and sick of being on the sidelines. You're hers. Not his, not the next guys, and not even in the next life should anyone have a chance to be with you but her. People stop their conversations and turn to see her storming through the cafeteria. They see the angered look in her eyes, her cheeks red with fury and stiff shoulders. Her boots thump loudly against the wooden floor, her eyes trained on the man touching your arm. Time's moving too slow, but her mind works too fast, filling in the blanks enough for her to focus her gaze on her target.
And before she can bring her hand up to strike him, he's already been thrown halfway across the room. Annie moves out of the way of the flying body, only to see him land on a table not too far away.
Silence.
Some people go stiff at the scene, others begin to stand to see what the ruckus is. The man loudly collides with a table full of food, the weak wooden material collapsing under his weight, causing the concoction of food and wood to topple on top of him.
It goes silent as everyone turns to see Mikasa huffing and puffing, standing where the man once was. Annie sees that look in her eyes....one that only few have seen. Annie looks back over at you, only to feel and see Mikasa's piercing gaze go right through her. Both fear and anger course through Annie's body. Was she caught? Would she be next?
Did Mikasa have something going on with you?
When she tried to take a step forward, her mind told her no. The more she looked at Mikasa, the more it felt like she was being taunted, even in this fraction of a second. And that girl wasn't one to hesitate to act. Annie purses her lips, taking an instinctual step back. Then she takes another before completely leaving the cafeteria.
You slowly turn over to Mikasa, not knowing what to say. This has happened too many times for you to count. How do you give her an excuse to not animalistically kill the man that was clearly trying to get with you? She grunts in anger before attempting to storm over to where the man was, as if she wasn't done with him. You immediately grab her with the best of your strength, calling her out her name. She finally looks at you, with that fire in her eyes. Before you can even flinch, she softens her gaze, finally relaxing some. "Mikasa....."
Everyone stares at the both of you. Judgmental, fearful, and confused eyes all on you. She's never been the type to care for attention, unless it was yours. But you were worried. She had to stop taking her anger out on other folks like this. But no matter how many times you tell her, she does the same every time. She doesn't listen.
"I'm sorry."
I mean, it's not like you'd find it in you to be mad at her for too long.
A/N: It's been too long. I lowkey have writers block, unfortunately. But this was good after a long time of not writing in my opinion. I'm gonna open my asks again. And deadass, if you like the last of us 2, please PLEASE give me ideas for abby. bc i don't know. And I KNOW you guys read these, so if you read my RULES the ones I set, you'll know this is definitely not getting a part 2 sorry.

Finishing chapter 6 in Reverse1999:
Thoughts under the cut. Including spoilers, obviously.
Boy do I have thoughts. Most of them already shared with Yudja, as usual, but I felt the need to post them, too, lmao.
These bitches weren't lying, when they were saying that the writing of this chapter [6] elevated R1999 to one of the best written gacha games, because, man. Don't get me wrong, R1999's writing is fantastic in general, but the last chapter especially had me go through such a rollercoaster of emotions and opinions that I found myself changing my pfp to Kakania on discord out of respect. It sounds funny, but after going on and on as to why I liked her, I thought, you know what? Time for a change. I don't think I've ever changed my Sayaka pfp there, lmao.
Anyway. Silly thing first is that I was super proud of myself, bc in the 5th chapter when that plane appeared, I guessed that it was around 1914. And kept guessing until I had it confirmed in the 6th chapter. Listen, if it was stated earlier, I overlooked it, and I just went on my history knowledge & I'm very happy with myself.
Which also kinda made me go "uh oh" when I checked the date under some of the parts early on, and saw 1/7... and then I realized it was the USAmerican date format, so it's just January. Lmao.
Anyway, the chapter was a ride, and the sheer amount of dread it had caused me was something else. You just things were about to go horribly wrong, but I had no idea how and what exactly would happen.
Also, funny thing is that aside from the fact that it was supposedly super well written (turned out to be a fact), I also got spoiled on two things, Hofmann's death (I just knew she was going to die, not how), and that yuri was doomed.
Man, was that yuri doomed.
Honestly, I'm super glad I got spoiled on this factTM, bc I ended up with assumptions, which ended up being compltely wrong in the best way.
Ngl, maybe it was some internalized ableism from me, but I kind of expected Isolde to be the "victim" in the doomed yuri, as in, Kakania doing something that would cause Isolde to turn away from her. But I was wrong in the best possible way, because I think it managed to write a tragedy for the both of them that wasn't some form of character assasination.
I think the writers took a bit of a risk with Isolde that ended up paying off. I mean, they wrote a mentally ill character who causes lots of deaths, but managed to do it in a way that didn't demonize her, but also didn't excuse her actions. Imagine stricking that kind of balance these days... And aside from that, you can even understand what led her to that kind of state of mind. I mean, aside from curses and expectations and being deemed hystric, she was a medium for ghosts, which included ghosts from the future. I'm fairly certain she references both world wars when she explains things to Kakania, and all in all, it's difficult not to sympathize with her. And it's easy to see why Manus sought her - she was suffering, especially from her mental illness, and aside from Kakania, nobody really treated her with respect and gentleness she deserved (no wonder she fell for her), so she made an easy prey for them.
But, you know, she still got a bunch of people killed.
It's as good time as any to talk about my favorite character of this chapter, Kakania - it took me by surprise. The media made me really distrustful of fictional doctros & psychologists, huh. But anyway.
What I loved about Kakania is that she wasn't fine with any of this. Even if Isolde said she'd done it for her, to realize her dream, it was so refreshing to see a character be genuinely horrified by another character's actions, regardless of the intentions or mental health.
It's such a popular trope, accepting somebody who'd done awful things because of love, and I do like it (when it's well written), but it was so incredibly refreshing to see R1999 not go for it. Reverse1999 really said that it was still awful, and there was no justification for that.
By God it was all so painful - it was painful for Isolde, because she just wanted to make Kakania happy, and it was painful for Kakania, because she was essentially betrayed by her dearest friend, and indirectly caused so much pain and destruction. You'd truly want nothing but for these two to make up somehow, for Kakania to hold Isolde close and tell her everything's gonna be alright - but Kakania doesn't do that. And you know what? I fucking respect her for it. She values human life too much to budge out of love. Even if it hurts. Isolde has simply caused too much pain and destruction to swipe it under a rug.
And, god, the last part, the hypnotism. As if I wasn't in enough pain already. It hurt to see Kakania, who hates hypnotism with burning passion, use it on somebody she cares so deeply, and it hurt to see Isolde in the end just accept that. Even if it gave the Foundation a fighting chance against the Storm, it was still hard to watch. It still meant Kakania crossing the kind of boundary she'd never wanted to cross, and for yet another person to take Isolde's agency away from her. But in the span of this entire chapter things changed, they changed. And Kakania was willing to do anything to help, after indirectly causing that hell.
I think in a way that ending... honestly this entire chapter speaks volumes about the dangers of "idealism" and "meaning well". There's a reason why the saying "the road to hell is paved with good intentions" exists. Idealism alone can lead to a catastrophy, and at the same time, sometimes something that goes against your principles might be more helpful in the long run.
As Madam Hofmann had said.
Honestly, moving to another character - Madam Hofmann. Not gonna lie, if I didn't spoil myself that she's gonna die, there's a chance I would've grown more attached to her... but watching Marcus beg her not to die was still heartbreaking. In general, her death was painful to watch. For most of the chapter she was so composed, but in the end she was stil just a person, and being in so much pain naturally broke her. Seeing her fight with her thoughts, clinging to her more rational side was painful.
I also loved her relationship with Marcus, especially since at first I was a bit unsure, given her rather cold demeanor, but, again, that one was on me and my assumptions. Hofmann was a great mentor. [*] A few quotes that I especially liked:
I think I like this one especially, because it manages to explain the problem, reassure Marcus, and at the same time doesn't bagatelize the issue. Like, that's how people your age are, but that's still not great and you need to get your shit together eventually.
A different quote, from Kakania's monologue this time:
But anyway, last but certainly not least, Marcus. I'm gonna be honest, I don't care about her all that much, but that is to no fault of her or her writing. Sometimes you just don't vibe with a character the right way. That being said, watching her growth throughout the entire chapter was a fantastic experience, and by the end I felt proud of how far she'd come. You did it, Marcus, you saved that mission. Madam Hofmann is definitely proud of you, too.
What a banger of a chapter.

Let's Meet In Our Dreams
Belphie feels guilty about almost killing you that one time. It's embarrassing to have feelings for someone you tried to kill.
Ship: Belphegor x Reader Word Count: 614 Cross-Posted on AO3
I’m jealous that you spent so much time with my brothers while I was holed up in the attic. I’m jealous that you became so close with Beel. I’m jealous that you were able to connect with everyone so easily. Even Satan and Lucifer. I never really thought you’d be able to get through to those two.
Only a really weak person or a coward would let things like that get to them. I’m not even really sure why I’m bothered.
I’m sorry I tricked you. And I’m sorry I tried to kill you. And I’m sorry for wanting to destroy the human world. …Gosh, when I lay it all out like that, it sounds bad…
I don’t like feeling guilty.
It’s much easier to just not think about things that make me feel like a bad person. Like how I’m such a slacker. I never really pull my own weight. And since I’m the youngest, my brothers never give me such a hard time about it. Or how if I wasn’t so lazy and weak, Beel could have protected Lilith. He wouldn’t have had to waste his time saving me. Or how I let myself blame an entire world of people for the death of my sister, just because she loved it so much. It’s easier to blame “the humans” than to blame myself. Though… that’s just me taking the easy way out again. Beel didn’t end up thinking like that, and he feels just as responsible for what happened to Lilith. Beel is strong, though. He doesn’t take the easy way out of things. That’s what I do. That’s what Belphie does.
I don’t know how to feel about you.
I know that I feel something about you. It’s a sort of sick, sort of dizzy feeling in my chest and in my stomach. When you hold my hand, or when I wake up from napping and see your face close to mine, my heart races. …Ha. I’m not actually that stupid. I know what it means when you feel like that about somebody. It’s more that I don’t know how I feel about my feelings. It’s kind of uncomfortable to feel like this about someone when the first thing you did after they freed you from captivity was try to murder them. I keep thinking, “If someone did that to me, I would hate them.”
But you don’t hate me. I don’t understand why. …That’s not actually true either. It’s because you’re a loving person. That’s how you got my brothers to like you so much. That’s also how you got me to like you so much.
You’re the first person I ever had these sorts of feelings about. Did you know that? I always loved to sleep, but I never used to be so excited to see someone in my dreams. And I know I mentioned it already, but the way it feels to wake up and see you…
…It’s a whole feeling, alright.
I don’t really deserve to want special attention from you, but I’m lazy and selfish and all that so I want it anyway. I want to hold your hand so badly sometimes I feel like I might cry. Isn’t that pathetic? It’s embarrassing. So what are you thinking about? What sort of things do you wish for? What kind of dreams do you have? Do you ever dream about me? I like to think you do. Maybe we can meet each other in our dreams someday. I feel like, if I was dreaming, I’d be brave enough to tell you stuff that I can’t say in the real world.
I wish…
…Well. It doesn’t really matter.

Okay, I wanted to note down basically every single moment because there was just SO MUCH goodness, ahhhhh. Anyway, here's some rambling from me:
- Noooooo, technical issues?? Whyyyyy? My life is meaningless D:
- ...oh, here we go! Yes!
- Oh no! :( Poor Yak! (I figured his mum was dead but oof)
- Wandee hugging Yoryak! And taking his hand! Ahhhh, opening strong with Dee looking after Yak <3
- Is Ter jealous because he like likes Dee? (A question I kept asking throughout this ep—I think he’s mostly just put out to no longer be the centre of attention)
- "You should know he moves on fast" then Ter said something about "too fast this time" ??? Curious about this??? Maybe just about his dating history?
- Lol @ Yak and Dee dropping each other's hands when they spot Kwan and Ter!!!
- "They have really good chemistry" You're so right, Doctor Kwan
- TER LIVES IN 666!!! Lmaooooooooo. Nice work, set folk!
- that whole conversation over breakfast about Yak being jealous and then already having someone he likes was soooo delicious to me
- TEACHING HIM TO FLIRT!!!!! Oh dee, what have you done, you silly boy? XD he really played himself
- THEY WERE GONNA KISS! God, I want them to kiss already but I also loooove the almost kiss moments so much. Just... the LONGING ugh
- "Did you like that?" Oh, he very much did, Yak
- The whole talk between Yak and Cher... Aside from the content, I love their interactions because it's just nice seeing them established as family I guess?? Like, that Cher isn't just his brother's boyfriend
- Yak saying he's not someone who changes his mind easily is interesting to me! Not just because he obviously does for Dee, but I wonder if that's partly why he's clinging to liking Taem? I mean, I'm not saying he doesn't still have feelings. Just spitballing
- The training scene killed me! Yak getting horny and flustered watching Dee do situps! Dee immediately jumping to Yak being sick and wanting to make sure he's okay! Yak calling Dee cute and *Dee* getting flustered! Taem coming in and seeing them horse around!! Dee getting jealous!!!!!!!!!!!!
- (speaking of horses, I don't understand all the sound effects yet, so I'm not sure what the horse neighing is meant to signify??)
- Have some thoughts about how I love how much of this ep is circling their developing feelings for each other via their feelings for others' (or Yak's anyway)
- the music changes between soft and romantic when the camera is on Yak and Dee vs fighty and upbeat when it's on Dee watching them is too funny lmao
- this situation is getting very 'you love her, but she loves him, and he loves somebody eeeeeelse' (Dee and Yak and Taem and Ter and Kwan and Ohm!!! That's a love hexagon???)
- Taem clocked the necklace 😏
- "Why do you complicate the thing that's already complicated?" Ouch. Kao doesn't know it but he totally called me out there lol
- Isn't their 'fake' dating going to put Taem off though??? I mean, IDT she likes Yak that way at all, but still
- loving the complicated feelings this show is going into! Because Yak does probably still like Taem while he's falling for Dee, and Dee still must feel something for Ter while he's falling for Yak and mmmm. Just delicious!
- and they NEARLY KISSED AGAIN! And then Dee pushed Yak and splashed him lol
- they are SO unconvincing (their reasons for Dee sleeping over)
- love the dinner scene with Dee, Yak, Cher and Yei <3 I love that Cher and Yei are so welcoming to him, even while they let Yak sort out his feelings
- Aww, I had a feeling he was finishing uni for his mum! And I love that he tells Dee that while he wasn't comfortable telling Yei
- Dr Kwan deserves better
- Dee cheering for Yak!!! <3
- Okay, of all the ways they end up tiger/bunny roleplaying, Kao getting them to do it was NOT on my radar lol except Dee is a leopard not a tiger
- Yak sulking! Dee coaxing him with a hug and a cheek sniff kiss!!! Yesssssssss
- ...and now it's a HPV vaccine PSA? Cool! I personally don't really need shows to give me sex ed but, you know what, good on 'em, anyway! I know sex ed, especially on queer sex, is pretty dire…probably most places? So yeah
- Sigh. And the countdown to next week begins again!

Thinking about the different relationships characters have with “Truth” in Axiom’s End and Truth of the Divine...
- For Nils, truth is a human right but some people are more human than others. Nils’s slogan is “truth is a human right.” But his actions in TODT paint him as either cognitive dissonance-ing himself away from his own lies, or as a blatant, corrupted manipulator. Truth is a human right, except when he secretly blackmails Kaveh, schemes to indoctrinate his children for gain, and requests political favors in exchange for information.
- For Kaveh, the means to truth do not justify the ends if the means cause more suffering than the ends prevent. Kaveh worked with Nils on at least one of the same projects, outing government atrocities that Sol was wrapped up in. But Kaveh believes this is a truth that needs to be outed to save lives and hold the government accountable, not to get his name in an article or book. When he has the truth of what Nils is willing to do his own integrity as a truth seeker and human being helps him make the easy decision to never want to work with Nils ever again.
- For Cora, lying is seen as a way to protect herself and protect others, but if she goes too far it does the opposite. Cora tells little white lies, usually in the pursuit of peace. “I believe you,” she says when she doesn’t believe somebody, but doesn’t want to fight. She manipulates and minces interpretations of Ampersand’s comments for the sake of keeping peace. Her omissions of truth rarely cause great harm but neither do they ever help anything. However, as her illness progresses, little white lies snowball until she’s lying about the state of her own mental health, until she breaks. She hurts herself and her loved ones by proximity.
- For Luciana, it feels like telling the truth has only caused harm in the long run. Luciana wants to believe in her own goodness, and therefore cannot conceive that she would ever do something like breaking a NDA or hurting her family. She’s so concerned with being correct that she hurts her family, anyway. And still, that truth hurts.
- For Ampersand, the truth will only make you suffer, so omission is an act of self-sacrifice; his instability for your stability. Ampersand always lies by omission, telling half truths or distracting from the real truth. He’s exactly like Cora but to the extreme, omitting truth because he believes the truth will hurt those around him. However, he’s gone so far down this hole of omission that his problems never get solved; he hurts himself, he hurts all his loved ones, and he knows he needs help but feels too broken to seek it.
- For Nikola, there is no reason why he needs to lie or omit; the end is near, anyway. Nikola only tells the truth, as he understands it. His truth is pessimistic but his actions optimistic, something Kaveh notes about their friendship. When he says he’s ready to die but takes care of his body and mind, he isn’t lying about wanting to die. He wants to have hope but he is compelled to let the humans understand the odds of their hopelessness, all the same.
- For the pequod superorganism, truth is a tangible thing they can hold in their hands, and they consume it like their sister-species “consumes” planets. The general pequod society, if Nikola is right, thinks that they can keeping going and going and going, that the universe is a black-and-white thing they can pull apart. But Nikola sees it as something bigger and incomprehensible than either pequod or human beings. There is a divinity- the unknown- which they can never touch. But the superorganism will keep trying to understand, anyways. They will destroy themselves and the miracle of other intelligent life in their endless pursuit of black-and-white.
- For the human superorganism- particularly the USA where the story is set- truth is only a tool. General Porter thinks he deserves the truth on the basis of his position of power and very likely his ethnicity and sex. He wants to use it to kill people. The general government agencies depicted, including ROSA, think they deserve to know everything they can squeeze out of Ampersand, even at the expense of their alien guest’s health. Political parties want the truth by any means to use it for their own political campaigns. Even those with less power- middle class to poor people- use truth and speculation of the truth for their own agendas, to discriminate against others, particularly Jewish and Muslim communities. The truth here does more harm than good, fought over like a commodity, manipulated and repurposed. You have the truth, now what? “He was a hero,” “he was a species traitor,” he’s great for views.
#axioms end#axiom's end#truth of the divine#TOTD#noumena#im not sure how to place sol's relationship with the truth#he doesnt seem to be a liar nor an omitter hes just along for the ride#however he DOES have an accurate lie-dar and i think he knows cora has been lying or omitting for most of the books#even if he doesnt always know the exact depth of her omission hes been trained on lying and probably assumes lying of most people

I really hope you don't mind this ask, but I saw your post about being a Farsight fan, and as one Farsight fan to another, what do you think about her? There's not much consensus amongst us Farsight fans on her character, if the fanfictions are anything to go by, so I would love to hear your take on her.
I don't mind at all! Always happy to lose my mind over everybody's favourite barely present background character.
As for my thoughts about Farsight, I sure do have thoughts about her! Like, practically an essay's worth of thoughts about her. Too many words.
Extrapolating from what is actually canon, she's definitely a kind dragon in my eyes. She's just not very good at it. Like, she means well, but she often comes off wrong. She can seem overbearing or pitying at times, or performative at others, regardless of what she actually means. She pulls it off sometimes, of course, and she never means to come off like that, she just kind of does.
She was one of the kindest, most caring dragons on the whole of the NightWing volcanic death island. That didn't go too well for her. Instead of detaching from the present hellscape like everybody else did, Farsight felt the need to do pretty much the opposite. However, this meant she took bad things happening very hard.
Based on what we do know about her in canon, it's not that hard to assume she didn't do too well after Starflight's egg is taken. Which is very fair, considering her child was essentially kidnapped. I imagine her as ending up depressed and isolated in her grief, and ending up in the spiral of doubting herself/feeling guilty for her grief because 1) her dragonet wasn't dead and 2) it was for the good of the tribe, apparently. You know, the not good thought to be thinking of "well my suffering is less than other people's suffering, so I don't deserve to feel about it!". Poor girl.
Anyways, based on what we know from a few passing lines from Fierceteeth's winglet (practically the holy grail of Farsight lore lol), the young Fierceteeth ended up feeling neglected after Starflight's egg was taken. She was a child, not fully able to understand what was going on, and didn't take it well. At all. As she got older, and began to understand and/or figure out what was going on, she found it easier, less painful, to brush it off. After all, it's simpler than the incredibly complicated mess that the whole thing was-- sure, it wasn't Farsight's fault that this happened and she responded so poorly, but at the same time, she still ended up neglecting her present dragonet.
That's the ultimate tragedy of Farsight to me-- she was a kind person, who loved and cared for the world, and in the end, it's what killed her. Her compassion drove her to defend an innocent SeaWing, and that's what got her killed. Maybe, somewhere else, for somebody else, it would have worked out. But for Farsight, she never got the chance for things to go her way. It's incredibly unfair, just like the circumstances she was hatched into and continued to. You see, this is the kind of extrapolation that makes me all emotional over a background character.
Anyways, circling back to Fierceteeth in the form of relatonship speculation!! You see, my speculation regarding Fierceteeth's father isn't just that he died, but that he left Farsight rather traumatically and then died. This is part of why Farsight and Fierceteeth had such a strained relationship, with the whole mess that happened before she hatched making Fierceteeth incidentally associated with conflict. Farsight feels very bad about it, and she tries to be better than that, but it still puts some strain there that's worsened with everything else. Again, she tries, but it never quite goes right.
Also her and Mastermind I am more than willing to talk about! Despite being very, very different they got along remarkably well. Opposites attract sort of thing. Their flaws were just very contrasted in a way, I guess covering each other's bases? Like, Farsight is overempathetic and Mastermind is underempathetic, they're both oblivious but in differing ways, etc.. They would have been friends for a while (like, since their equivalent late teens) before entering a romantic relationship. They were very close during hard times, and although things had been slowly spiralling for a while, Farsight dying would have pushed Mastermind over the edge a little bit.
And then there's Secretkeeper. Oh god, where do I start with Secretkeeper? For one, they definitely had something going on at some point, but it was never horrifically official or well stated. They were friends since childhood, and although they got along well at first, things slowly went downhill over the years.
I think that, although Farsight was willing to forgive her at first, the conversation that took place between Secretkeeper and Farsight in the Moon Rising prologue was the beginning of the end. It dug up Farsight's feelings of invalidation about her grief, which put her in a bad place mentally. In addition, it pissed off Mastermind, who is mutual enemies with Secretkeeper, and it made their truce of 'not fighting so the dragon we both love and care about isn't upset' a hell of a lot harder to keep up. By the time Farsight died, she and Secretkeeper were barely on speaking terms.
Wow! That's depressing! Anyways, random fun stuff. She definitely would have been bi. In my eyes, she was purple and orange with curly fur. Like a sunset, or the early night sky. She was more than a little silly, as all good characters are. She was the kind of friend who pushed you into do fun things when you would've have initiated them without her.
That took more than an hour to write, I should stop now, so yeah! My thoughts on Farsight! Hopefully somewhat coherent! Sorry if I accidentally offended you with, like, a cardinal sin of Farsight characterisation.

So you really really really really don't like Mercury so what are your thoughts on Emerald?
Okay, I'm gonna put this out there, and I am well aware of the hypocrisy of what I'm about to say.
I like Emerald and I think she's earned her redemption reformation.
Now I know what some of you reading this are thinking. "How could you like Emerald, but not Mercury?! She's just as guilty as he is!" To which I respond, "No, she isn't."
In her first active role in "Best Day Ever," she and Mercury murdered Tukson. But wait! If you look carefully enough, we see that Emerald did aid in the assault, but she didn't deal the killing blow on the rebel Faunus. But accessory to murder is still just as bad as murder, technically speaking.
"But she's a thief, and thieves are bad!" is something I can also hear some of you say (starting to sound like Literature Devil here, but thankfully, I won't be as insulting). And yes, Emerald is a straight up thief and steals whatever lien she can, but that's kind of part of her allusion to Aladdin, who was also a thief, and both characters steal to survive. I would also like to direct your attention to other notable thieves that are just as beloved as Emerald, such as Sly Cooper, Catwoman, and Roman Torchwick, all of whom are bad guys, to some extent of evil or another, but all of them also have a chance to do good... Well, except Torchwick, but he's more interested in the thrill of the steal than in the mass murder of an entire city.
Which brings us to the defining scene that separates someone like Emerald from someone like Mercury...
Look at this. REALLY look at this. In this scene, we have Cinder Fall, admiring her handiwork at bringing both the White Fang AND the Grimm into Beacon, causing the deaths of hundreds, maybe even THOUSANDS of innocent people. And there's Mercury FUCKING RECORDING THE VIDEO WITH A SMILE ON HIS FACE! SERIOUSLY, HOW AM I THE BAD GUY FOR NOT LIKING HIM?! ...And then there's Emerald, who says, and I quote- Actually, you know what? Let's get the whole gang quoting here. Let's see what EVERYONE in this picture is saying. Oh, and in case you were wondering, this is from the transcript for the episode "Battle of Beacon":
Emerald is CLEARLY remorseful. So why does she keep doing this? Because of the same reason Harley Quinn was with the fucking Joker. Love.
Cinder: Beautiful.
Emerald: (with a sorrowful expression on her face) It's almost sad.
Cinder: It's horrendous. Focus on the Atlesian Knights.
Mercury: Oh, I'm getting all of it.
Cinder: Good. Continue the broadcast until the end.
Suddenly, a tremor rocks the three of them.
Cinder: And do not miss what happens next.
Cinder walks off as Mercury continues filming with an evil grin on his face, while Emerald's expression only grows more worrisome.
And that's her fatal flaw. She loved Cinder, either platonic or romantic, and she would have done ANYTHING for her. And when it turns out Cinder not only doesn't care about her, but about anyone, she leaves, but not before getting a teary-eyed good-bye with Mercury, who is leaving to help destroy the world with Tyrian.
"BUT WAIT! Why should Emerald get the redemption and not Mercury?!" Somebody cries from the distance. Because Emerald suddenly gets something Mercury doesn't anymore. Opportunity. She's got a chance to break free while Mercury is too far and away for her to help So sad for Mercury...
Anyway, where does that leave us with Emerald now? Is she truly redeemed? Is she only getting special treatment because she's a girl, like people on reddit are saying, and that Mercury deserves it more? In reverse order, no, no, and in a better place than she was before.
Emerald isn't redeemed yet, but she has a chance to be now that she's reformed. Real quick, I want to explain the difference between the two. When a character is reformed, it means that they are no longer doing something they were doing before, kind of like a guy who got out of jail and is now on parole. He's still an asshole, but he's not doing any crime things. When a character is redeemed, it means that they are no longer doing any of the harmful things they used to do and have completely made up for their mistakes in the past, kind of like a girl who used to bully kids in school but is now taking part in her community to not only stop bullying but preventing it from ever happening again. For an example of this, look at Discord and Sunset Shimmer from My Little Pony: Friendship is Magic. Or for those of you who don't care for MLP, Zuko at the start of Book Three and Zuko by the end of Book Three.
In summary, Emerald hasn't redeemed herself yet to make up for her past mistakes (though mistake might be putting down "accessory to war crimes" just a nip), BUT she's on the right track for it. She's now out of Team Salem, with Team Ozma, and is now doing her part to save the world. And the fact that she's been like that since the start puts her MILES ahead of Mercury, even before her switch in Volume 8.

Kay, but if Gangrel hates Chrom's dad so much, why he in such a hurry to be just like him? Chrom's dad be like 'hmm i believe i shall kill all those people for being plegian and i shall call it a crusade.' And then years later after everyone who could rightly be held accountable is dead and all that's left are victims, Gangrel's like 'hmm i believe i shall kill all those people for being ylissian and call it justice.'
Frankly, I don't think Gangrel has the level of self-awareness to recognize that he's become what he hated.
Because that's the thing, isn't it? There's a joke of sorts in a lot of media, where a character will be doing something and suddenly stop, saying "I've become my parent" or something along those lines, because they realized that their behavior replicated something from another person. And that same character may have sworn they would never become their parent, only to have it dawn on them that they've done that anyway. They needed a revelation of sorts to become self-aware of the behavior they were replicating.
Gangrel doesn't have that self-awareness. Gangrel is fueled by hatred for the country that nearly destroyed his own, and since it's been fifteen years and Ylisse seems content to just hide that stain on their history under the rug, somebody's got to bring justice to the situation. And with the power that comes with kingship in his hands, coupled with the backing of Validar's cult, Gangrel decides he's going to be that somebody. He doesn't stop to think that "hey, maybe I'm replicating the same crimes perpetrated by someone I despise," he barrels right ahead and takes out his pent-up rage on them once he has the means to do so, because it feels good to give Ylisse what he feels it deserves after they tried to wipe out Plegia.
And I do understand how he'd come to that. Because it's heavily implied that nobody from the Ylissean side ever came forward to say "hey, what happened under the last Exalt was really fucked up." I'm not even talking about reparations -- Ylisse didn't accept any accountability for that attempted genocide: Emmeryn ended the war...and then that was it. She focused on internal politics, trying to restore the Halidom after the toll that the crusade took on her own lands, and left that open wound to fester across the border. The victims from Plegia never got any justice. They were left with a war-torn country, struggling to rebuild in conditions already hostile to habitation, with no assurance that this wouldn't happen again. I think that their conversation in Chapter 5 of Awakening is pretty telling in that regard (emphasis mine):
Gangrel: Surely you have not forgotten what the last exalt did to my people? Your father named us heathens! His "crusade" across Plegia butchered countless of my subjects and my kin! Emmeryn: ...I have never denied Ylisse's past wrongdoings. But I have sworn to never repeat those mistakes. Ours is now a realm of peace.
She admits she hasn't denied Ylisse's past. But she says nothing about Ylisse accepting responsibility for those wrongdoings. Gangrel has spent the better part of two decades letting his hatred of Ylisse keep him warm: he's clung to that above all other things. And that focus has made it impossible for him to see that he's become exactly like the man that ruined his life all those years ago.
#answered#anonymous#fire emblem: awakening#i find gangrel utterly fascinating#love getting into his head and figuring out how he works#but yeah he has absolutely zero self-awareness#i actually have a storyline on the backburner#where somebody calls him out on it#and it pretty much destroys his whole worldview#it's kind of great

Hello, Fate.
2. How easy is it for you to say you're sorry.
8. What can you do today that you were not capable of a year ago? A decade ago? A century ago? A-
21. What are three things that could motivate you to violence?
22. What are three things that could motivate you to kill?
24. How do you feel about the concepts of fate and destiny? Yes, I see the wordplay.
47. What was the most cruel and hurtful thing you’ve ever done to someone?
50. What memory are you most fond of?
65. What’s the difference between living and existing?
66. What does it mean to die well?
55. How would you like to make this world a better place?
-1: Would you take any of it back?
There is a sense of familiarity in this line of questioning that Fatalion does not like or understand...
2: "I mean. If I'm wrong, s'not hard. I fuck up, I apologize, it's fine."
8: "I can speak Common pretty good. A decade and century ago I was asleep, just like the rest of my kind, but...Iunno what else I've learned to do that I didn't know back then." She fidgets with a wing digit for a moment. "That's probably not a good thing."
21: "Them starting it, somebody else in trouble from them starting it, and it needing to be finished before it gets worse."
22: "It being me or them, it being innocents or them." Another fidget, and this time she looks away. "Being betrayed, apparently."
24: "Fuck all the puns, I swear to the Aspects... but it's why they call me that. Y'know, fate being really final to a lot of people, and stuff. Sometimes it feels very real, what with the Titans and Nozdormu and all talking about order and the true timelines and such, but sometimes everything feels awfully random."
47: "I don't do cruel. Not on purpose, anyway. ... Maybe I have. I don't know."
50: "I have a lot of good memories of my weyrn and my crechemates... I don't think they're my favorites anymore, though. Too much missing these days. So maybe that first night when I went to the Tarts show and met a bunch of 'em. And also met 'em, if you take my meaning. Heh. It was nice, just embracing the novelty of everything for a while."
65: "Living is what Bam's doing. Existing feels like what I'm doing."
66: "Dying isn't done well, it's just dying. You live well, you die at the end of living well. There's probably a good afterlife or something, but dying isn't done well or badly. Everyone dies whether they did good or not. Chasing honor is for crazy people. Just try not to be an asshole to people who don't deserve it."
55: "If I knew that, I wouldn't have said I'm just existing."
-1: "...I'd take a lot of things back. Most of them, the entire world would be happy if I could take them back, probably, except for the bronzes."
Her head jerked slightly, and the red sclera of her eyes shifted to an oddly hazy, solid green. "Not a god damn thing, Addy. Not one god damned thing."
She jerked again, then rubbed her once-again red eyes with one hand. "Fuck this, are we done? We're done now."

Orange Is The New Black and the "good cop" fallacy
Personally, I think CO Bayley storyline in Orange Is The New Black is a perfect example of what exactly people mean when they say all cops are bastards/bastardized. Of what people mean when they say that there can be no good cops.
"Listen to me. This isn't for someone like you. This place crushes anything good. It's like a monster that's grown too big for it's stubby little legs and now, it's stumbling around, crushing whole cities. You can't survive it, Bayley. Even if you're the city now, one day, you'll be the monster. Working here, it changes who you are."
We first meet him as a young man, barely old enough to even hold the position. And he's very obviously still young. He wants to help in what he's been socialized to see as helping. He thinks being a prison guard is cool and has this glorified image of what it is in his head. A glorified image pushed by society and their idea of the "hero cop."
And despite the fact he doesn't really seem cut out for it, young and immature, he's pushed through and into a position anyway.
He gets virtually no training before he takes the position. Despite Caputo wanting to train the guards in how to use non-lethal force and how to peacefully deescalate in an emergency, Danny is focused solely on the bottom line of the prison and if money is being "wasted" in training them before they start. And so, the guards all begin without training. Yet, they all still had pepper spray and tasers.
And the poor training on both emergency situations and how to handle them non-lethally very quickly catches up to them. During a peaceful protest that turned hectic due to guards pulling inmates off the tables, he ends up killing Poussey.
He didn't intend to, but he absolutely did. And the prison system plays off what he did as necessary and caused by Poussey's actions rather than poor training. They paint Poussey, a young black woman, as a dangerous criminal and a threat to others. A woman who was protesting peacefully and not resisting when she died.
Because it looks better if she is that. If she's a dangerous criminal who caused her own death, rather than the prison being completely at fault
Even when Bailey feels genuine remorse and tries to take accountability for his actions, nobody lets him. The prison does everything it can to preserve their image, including not letting Bailey say it was his fault and that it shouldn't have happened.
But not just the prison. Everybody in his life told him that it was okay and that it was unfortunate it happened, but it wasn't his fault. And just making every excuse they could for the situation.
Bailey's a perfect example of the "good cop" ideology. This image of a good American just wanting to do their part to make the world a better place, someone who doesn't want to hurt others. But it also shows in a system so deeply corrupted, the existence of this "good cop" directly contradicts what prison's prioritize. How society has been brainwashed to feel the same way and to see that as normal.
That people's first response is to justify why police killed somebody because police are only supposed to kill the bad people. So surely, that person was bad and deserved it rather than the cops being bad.
And prisons love to forward this notion because it helps their own priorities. Money over lives and their image over accountability.
A "good person" cannot exist in an inherently bad system. Either they change to conform to that bad system or else they don't end up lasting as an employee of that system.

Alright here's a rant I wrote about 3 and a half hours ago
(to clarify, talking about my timeline! All other Scars are very cool I just got stuck with an asshole)
Fucking Scar. Scar of all people. He wins.
Does he know what it means to win? does he know what he did to me?
I Watched him after my death in 3L. I was stuck and I couldn't move on for the days and I had to watch the others go a peaceful limbo and I couldn't stop Watching until it all ended. I watched him kill everybody I cared about. I watched him slowly take everybody's lives away to win. He gave the order to kill BigB. I pushed him into the cactus. I would never let somebody like him win. I would've blocked his soul from reentering his body if he wasn't so beloved to Grian.
Last Life was easy to avoid him or take out the anger. That boogey kill felt so so good, because it was the person who tore my family apart. Double Life, I didn't even are about the secret soulmates. Grian deserves better then him anyway. Limited Life was a grin and bear it situation, but that made me hate Cleo all the more because of how she favored the one who hurt my family.
Scar was the one who killed Dogwood and egged Bdubs onto killing Skizz in Bird Life. He caused the deaths of my husband and one of my children. He did this with a smile on his face and talks about revenge and justice. I'm only sorry that it was Bdubs who turned on him in the end. I would not be as forgiving.
And now he wins. And he gets away alive. Does he know what the others went through? Does he know that I burned myself alive (I've lost count of how many times this happened) because it was the rules? Does he know that it was only a pity move that Grian let him walk away?
Does he even realize how his actions affected me?
I just wanted to be happy. I wanted to actually care about Cleo. I wanted to make it up to her for making them think Bdubs won Bird Life for a second. I wanted to actually bring a victory to an ally because I can never do that.
This isn't directed at any other Scars. Only at the one from my timeline.
Anyways anybody wanna trade places with my Scar :] - Voidling Anon
oof fucking hell. i’d offer to trade with your scar but that’d be pretty confusing cuz i was already a replacement for a different scar in my tl

controversial and all, but i liked Seven’s arc in s3 of stp and I think it carried on very well from the place she was in at the end of S2.
Seven of season one would Never have dealt with Shaw in the way Seven did here. This isn’t because Seven was excusing Shaw’s actions to her as Not Bad (they clearly were and she was clearly more than aware she was being treated like shit) but because in S2 Seven finally reached the place where she reconciled the two sides of herself. The part which is human and the part that is borg. Raffi helped her accept herself through showing her that that kind of duality was not only possible but lovable as well.
In accepting that she is worthy as who she is as Seven, she gained the ability to dig her feet in and not just leave when her true self is rejected because she knows Shaw is the problem here, not her, and that he doesn’t deserve to win this through his ignorance. It is canon that before, she just left (like, valid life choice, but people grow and change and she can decide to stick it to the man in different ways each time).
But anyway, by the end of S2 Seven has let the spectre of Annika go. Annika is Part of her, sure, but she’s not the whole and she never can be. She’s always wanted to be called Seven, but always seemed to have this longing in her to be able to Be Annika. It makes sense, her being Annika would mean she was never borg.
But again, S2 Made her Annika and Annika was a horror story. There’s never a positive slant narratively to Seven trying to be her. Her ex whom killed her son called her Annika. Seven trying to go backwards and be herself, before the borg, is not something the narrative lets her go back to. They let her get a taste of what being a regular human felt like so when she lost it, that she’s okay with it adds to the profound nature of her self acceptance.
Annika Hansen has always been somebody the narrative of this show wants Seven to let go of, and Seven lets go at the end of S2 because she’s ready to.
Voyager was trying to teach her how to be human, and we can and have debated the ethics and morals of this till the cows came home, so I won’t, but in contrast, STP was telling Seven that for all that she is human she is also somebody who is borg, and that being both of these things is okay.
So narratively, Shaw showing up and testing Seven’s newfound conviction that as a person Seven is worthy as both borg and human makes sense as an ongoing story, in my opinion. You have to test the hero’s conviction. Shaw is Seven’s test.
And okay, they did Not stick the landing on this plot, but Seven sticking to her guns that her as she is and how she chooses to be deserves inherent respect just after we see her realise this for herself is a good continuation, imo. Pretty much the only continuation from past seasons to this one at all.
I wish they’d not just given Shaw the easy out they did by not making him grow, and it kind of cheapens it that Seven didn’t get a Proper apology and acknowledgement of her personhood, but at least enough of it was there to show that this is what they were going for.
And I mean, there are things i am annoyed at for how they Weren’t a part of Seven’s arc, like how Vital Raffi has been to her evolution and how she still should have been a part of this, but I don’t actually have much of a gripe with the arc that Did happen other than wishing the writers were a bit more talented at what they were trying to say, tbh.
#that picard one#picard spoilers#i mean the captain thing is just funny imo#bc it comes across as starfleet picking and choosing who to fire and who to promote over who disobeys#the rules the Best#rather than through actual merit#but i can laugh that off

BROOOOOO
THE CONNECTIONS!!!
OMG!!!
THE PUZZLE PIECES FALLING INTO PLACE!!!
That's SO CRAZY!!!
It explains exactly why she was able to be the Darach, because, just like I said, she knows both sides.
She knows everyone.
She was Kali's emissary. She knows her. She knows the Alphas.
She was saved, unintentionally, by Derek in the killing of his love. She knows him.
She was found by Stiles' dad. She knows him. She knows Stiles. She knows Scott.
All she had to do was insert herself back into the fold, and wait.
That's INSANE. AHHHH I love it when things come together like that.
I mean, I hate that this is what we're left with as a result, but I LOVE seeing all of the puzzle pieces finally click.
That said, is there anyone in this show that I'm NOT gonna end up feeling bad for at some point in time?
Kali loves Jennifer--sorry, Julia--and couldn't bear to kill her.
Julia was betrayed and almost killed by somebody she loved and cared for, and just like she said (BECAUSE THEY SAID THE TITLE OF THE EPISODE!!), she was always overlooked. Overlooked, and underestimated, and she doesn't want that to happen to her or anyone else ever again.
Can we really blame her for her actions? Of course I don't excuse them, but I get why she's doing it, and...I don't think she deserves to die.
I also don't think we should side with her and let her make the last three sacrifices to officially defeat the Alphas.
But I don't think we should kill her either.
And I also honestly don't want all of the Alphas to die either.
I mean, okay, I think Deucalion is gonna NEED to die, because I think that's the only way Scott and pack DON'T die, but I'd feel bad about it.
Aiden can die. I care a lot less about him.
BUT DON'T TOUCH ETHAN AND KALI! Them, I feel bad for. Leave them alone please.
Also I just realized I can answer my own question.
Gerard. Gerard is the one person that I am never, ever, EVER going to feel bad for.
He can die.
He can be mutilated and torn apart.
He can be burned at the stake.
And I would CHEER.
But anyone else, I'd feel at least a LITTLE bad about. Some more than others.
Also as a very quick aside, I absolutely loved hearing about all of the lore, too. The legend of Baldur was fascinating. I didn't know any of that.
Anyways.
I don't know what gif to put here, I talked about so many people...
Eh. Force of habit. ;)
(You know I love my boy. <3)
Update: OMG ISAAC I LOVE YOU!! Isaac: "She's kind of hot." Everyone: *stares at him* Isaac: "No it's...just an observation." I've missed you, baby!! I feel like we haven't seen you much recently. Also gotta give full credit to the way the creepy, ominous music just, like, full-stopped when Isaac said that. BEAUTIFUL comedic timing lol.
#but yeah oh my god is an appropriate reaction#craziness#i love the puzzle pieces#it's so cool#i am so here for it#and i honestly can't wait to see how this ends#i'm almost at the end of 3a right?#yeah! I just checked#3a ends with episode 11#uh oh#that makes me nervous#that means this probably ends on a cliffhanger...#great...#anyways guess i'll have to find out#teen wolf#teen wolf season 3#teen wolf spoilers#3x10#isaac lahey

a clan by any other name.
prev | info | next
newleaf, year 2. moon 12.
motheye: "…"
"their scent markers are getting closer and closer …"
motheye sighed.
"dustcloud's gonna freak out."
breezepelt: "what do you think we should do?"
motheye: "i don't know. i haven't ever seen any of the other cats, except for that one time. maybe they're nice?"
breezepelt: "motheye, you saw what they did to cave. i really doubt that they're nice."
motheye sighed again. she was getting pretty good at it.
motheye: "but still … they know we're here, right? if they were mean, wouldn't they have tried to, like, attack us or something?"
breezepelt: "i don't know … let's just keep going."
despite the clan regularly sending out scouts, none had claimed to see the rogues thus far. it left the camp in a permanent state of uneasiness that only seemed to grow by the moon.
motheye and breezepelt continued their border control, the two walking side by side. occasionally, motheye's bushy tail would flick against breezepelt's tail, and he would sheepishly step aside. motheye found it, to be blunt, utterly adorable.
motheye: "…"
"hey, breezepelt? can we talk about something?"
breezepelt coughed, choking on air. he quickly composed himself.
breezepelt: "uh, sure! what's up?"
motheye smiled, but it quickly slid off her face.
motheye: "it's just, um …"
"if there was - if there was something you wanted, but somebody else wanted the same thing, and only one of you could have it … what would you do?"
breezepelt relaxed at the question, and he smiled.
breezepelt: "oh! if this is about the kill pile incident, i'm not mad at you at all! i know that was your favorite, and i didn't mind you taking it at all, i just -"
motheye: "o-oh, yeah! you catch on quick, haha. it's just …"
motheye: "well, let's say that you DID mind. you minded a lot. and i … i still took it from you."
"and i knew you wanted it, too. and i took it anyway. how would you feel?"
breezepelt: "wait, okay. in this hypothetical situation, am i still just about to take a bite, and right before i can, you drag it out from under my paws and scurry away from it yelling 'sorry, it's mine now!'?"
motheye: "um … no. i just - i just get to it first, i guess. and i feel really bad about it."
breezepelt: "um, okay. in that case … i would say that you're fine."
motheye: "what? how can you be so sure?!"
breezepelt: "well, you got to it first. i'd be sad, yeah, but i would get over it."
motheye: "b-but what if you never get over it? what if it was your favorite food in the whole world, and you'd never be able to eat it ever again. what then?"
breezepelt: "i … i don't think that would ever happen? if it did, though … i would be sad, but it wouldn't be the end of the world. i would be okay, and … and i'd be happy that you got what you wanted. seeing you happy … makes me happy, too."
motheye: "w-what? no! you can't just … you can't just be okay with that!"
breezepelt was taken aback.
breezepelt: "huh?"
motheye: "you … you don't get it! i-it not that easy! i can't just do something like that. i can't …"
breezepelt: "…"
motheye: "get mad! take it from me! do something!"
motheye sighed.
"what if you never got over it for as long as you live, huh? why do i deserve it more than you? why do i deserve to make you sad?!"
"what if - what if you're happier with someone else? what if you - i mean, what if … what if …"
motheye sat frozen in place, unable to meet breezepelt's gaze. the two were quiet for a long while, the silence punctuated only by the early newleaf breeze rustling against the canopy of leaves overhead.
motheye's chest was heaving, and she was quick to hide the tears that she had no choice but to shed.
breezepelt's expression was inscrutable. he said nothing, did nothing. he simply waited.
motheye: "sorry. stars, how embarrassing. i - i'm sorry for being such a baby about this."
"l-let's head back to camp. we'll tell the others about the -"
breezepelt: "motheye."
motheye looked up, their eyes locking for but a moment before motheye's shot to the ground.
motheye: "what?"
breezepelt: "motheye … do you remember when we were kits?"
motheye: "y-yeah. what do you mean?"
breezepelt: "…"
"you … you always knew what you wanted, even then. and you always worked so hard to get what you wanted."
"you were always smiling, even when things were hard. just looking at you was enough to make me happy. you … you were radiant."
motheye: "…"
breezepelt: "n-not that you aren't that way now! i just mean … you've always been wonderful, motheye."
"i …"
breezepelt: "i understand if … if you don't feel the same way."
"if there's someone else … if you love someone else, i'll be okay."
"so don't worry about me, okay? i just want you to be happy."
"no matter what … no matter what, your smile will always make me happy. that's all i want."
motheye: "wh-what are you saying?"
breezepelt: "i-i'm sorry, i'm too embarrassed to say it any more directly."
motheye: "no - not that - it's just - of course there's not anyone else!"
"breezepelt, i - i just need to say it - i'm so embarrassed that i'm misunderstanding but i need to say it. i'msorryifthismakesthingsawkwardbetweenusbut -"
motheye exhaled exaggeratedly, as if she had run out of breath. she paused, breathing in deeply as she composed herself.
motheye: "breezepelt, i love you. i always, always have."
breezepelt: "…"
motheye: "…"
motheye was looking at breezepelt, her eyes fierce though uncertain. breezepelt looked stunned, his jaw hanging slightly open.
eventually, motheye's eyes softened, and she looked at breezepelt with a warm smile. breezepelt responded with a similarly loving smile of his own, which motheye repaid by headbutting breezepelt in the face.
breezepelt: "wh - ow!"
motheye: "o-oh, sorry! i didn't mean to - i just got so excited - are you okay?"
breezepelt: "y-yeah, i'm okay. i ... i'm better than okay!"
young love sure is something to behold. admittedly, by telling this part of the story, i feel somewhat like i'm intruding … but that's okay.
i've always been such a romantic, truthfully. by this point, i had grown quite fond of both motheye and breezepelt, so this development made me quite happy.
i suppose you could say i … i 'shipped' them?
hm? what does that word mean. oh, worry nothing of it, dear friend. it is simply something i heard during one of my many lives.
as happy as i was for them, i worried for their safety just as much.
the future was uncertain, but motheye and breezepelt chose to focus on their happiness …
perhaps they felt that love made them stronger? perhaps it is worth it to experience love, no matter what may happen at the end of it?
i … i want to believe that it is. no matter what happens.
oh, apologies! i was simply lost in thought. i was … thinking of something that happened long, long ago.
worry not. in the future, i will try to minimize these sorts of editorializing interjections.
there is a story here that must be told, and it will be told to the end.

Dungeons & Dragons: Honor Among Thieves (2023) - Sofina, The Red Wizard ...
This is not Emily Blunt this is Sarah and she is very evil she's winning the mall who's bothering our son with her husband and they both got kicked out and Trump paid for it dearly. This is where she dies. To death by her husband she is crushed by the owl which is her husband. It becomes this evil Birdman character. He goes on does tons of stupid things and thinks she's alive somewhere cause she's an idiot. And somebody took the brain out and took this took the body which is not hers it was fully replaced. And down to a pyramid. Eventually they find out it's Tommy F and he is copying our stuff and the max are having him do it and they don't place them in pyramids no they can't access those we're not gonna let them for a stupid ruse that doesn't matter nobody looks at anything there these people don't know you're down there for the most part and I've seen it. It's **** **** math on your part Max. And you act like penis around us too and you're stupid. We're glad to see her go. Gonna be dead and in Westboro at the site of Tom Fuller's and she deserves it tom Foolery the restaurant and bar and Dolores doesn't know how this happened no she gets it but you deserve it and the skeletons are stored down below because it's not their original skeletons. And you people are gross and you're going to be in the primary pyramids those are built by Dave and company in this proof and you'll go after them again and they're already out so you're going to hit a bunch of your own people like you would. Then you decide Saturn is where they are which it is for the most part and you try and bounce huge attacks and get killed. But you two are nasty and you're going around making people very angry and the granddaughter is very **** she is an idiot and she can't care for herself most of the time we don't like that her hanging around him and seeing stuff is gross. Sarah is very stupid and just about to get dumber and these people are not fit for this duty but they are sitting here doing dumb things to him which is what the empire wanted and we have to stop them physically. This is coming up pretty soon. Long has to be out and you can tell it's him no it looks like Godzilla and Aaron Mike AKA Trump AKA Jonathan Moulton kills his own wife and the moment that she died was not when he was smashing her into the ground her brain was taking a beating but they had juiced up he threw it against a building and her chest exploded and you can see it and she got crushed by a stone which held her there. And he was very mean to her towards the end of their lives he is extremely mean she sings about it and says you left and after today she says you left me forever and you're gonna kill me. She says I have to stop you and he says how you gonna do that you'll only incite me to do the job and he says that when he needs to do it anyways and he takes a whole bunch of dings which makes it easier for him to leave he leaves on Titan the brain is removed from cracks and his skull piece back together and he has brought below in Concord and he expects people to go there and they do after he's out and she's out after they were they have this horsemen in headless horsewomen. It's in a movie briefly and it's not the horseman movie. To her pain in the **** they take too much time they're horrible people they ruin tons of stuff they're in the way of progress we need them out.
