I am 99% sure of my coworkers is on Tumblr and IDK what to do with that information.
#i only caught a glimpse of her phone screen but I'm almost sure it was tumblr#it looked like the rainbow checkmarks#i don't think any other social media site has that#she is almost certainly only a little older than me#i will ask her about her shoelaces eventually#but like#somehow i did not expect to meet a tumblr user at my very serious grown up job at a serious institution#you don't think of tumblr users as being grown ups with jobs ya know#i mean logically i know the userbase is probably averaging in the 20s at this point#it's just a bit surreal
