I THINK I GOT IT??????????? THEY SAID THEY WOULD TALK TO THE MANAGERS AT THE OFFICES WHERE I LIVE CLOSER SO I THINK I GOT IT BUT I NEED TO TALK TO ANOTHER GUY AGAIN
