#i mean i always say ths but ths is 100% worst chronic pain ive had in a While#august is a bad time of year for me so i Think im punching and kicking in my sleep again#i wish i could cocoon myself in my sleep bc i flail SO bad sometimes. my legs r covered in bruises and im p sure its cause im kicking again#august 4th is specifically a rlly bad day fr me so i made myself som ramen eggs . wont stop the Sleep Fighting but it helps my mood:)#frank.txt#chronic pain and ptsd is only cured by cowboys video game and my new fav oldman character of the moment<3
