Seasons greetings followers, it's time for the December update.

New Items

First and foremost, I'm happy to share that the Pride Angels leftovers are now available. There's lots of new pins, stickers, and keychains from the campaign listed on Shopify and Etsy.

That's not all: in advance of my Themed Monster Enamel Pins campaign next year, I made one design from each of the sets to test the colors: Cyberpunk Medusa, Priest Angel, Rococo Angel, Victorian Angel, and Werewolf Plague Doctor. If these sell out you can pledge for more in the campaign, along with their companions - though please note the colors may change a little batch-to-batch.

For those of you who prefer to purchase from my stockists, these items will be sent to them as well but you will have to wait longer for them to be listed and available. Guest artist designs have been sent to their respective artists, you can find them in their stores soon, or message them to purchase.

If you're looking for a fun way to display your new pins, check out one of the many pin hoops that are now listed. If you want some pins at a discount, I've updated the as-is display pins listing.

Holiday Sale and Closure

To celebrate the holidays, I am running a very short sale on all older items: 15% off on Shopify (discount applied at checkout) and 10% off on Etsy. I will be closing my shop for the year December 8 at 10AM PST, be sure to get your orders in before then. Slow-selling or low stock items may be removed over the holidays, so if you've had an eye on anything now is the time to grab it.

I have no set date for when my shop will reopen but I anticipate it will be sometime January-March 2025.

Pinconvention

While my shop is closed, you can find many of my items with my stockists. For a limited time December 4-9, a few of my pins will be available from Pinconvention as well. Pinconvention is based in Hamburg, Germany and is the only way for buyers in Germany and France to get my pins.

Shipping Restrictions for EU/Northern Ireland

Speaking of countries in Europe: if you haven't heard already, the EU and Northern Ireland will be enforcing a GPSR regulation starting December 13. You can read more about it in this Etsy article. There's been a lot of discussion in the seller community about what these restrictions mean for US to EU shipping. At the moment I'm going to tentatively continue to allow shipping to the EU and Northern Ireland, but I can't guarantee it will be allowed forever. So if you have your eye on anything in my shop or others, it might be wise to purchase soon. In the event I have to discontinue shipping to these destinations, you may be able to purchase from my stockists, or use a mail forwarding service.

Plans for 2025

That's all for 2024, let's look ahead to next year:

I have some pin designs in my drafts I hope to finish up. This includes: the Angelic Hierarchy set, pins for each BG3 companion's good and bad endings, Dungeons and Dragons pins, some original character designs, and fanart pins including for Dune and Ghibli.

I will be running the Themed Monsters Enamel Pins campaign in March 2025; and collaborating with HoloRaindrops to offer a pair of cross-collab pins to backers who pledge to both of our campaigns. If I can finish up those pins I just mentioned in time for this campaign, they will be available as addons/preorders.

I am planning to make variants of the most popular Pride Angels pins for June (Pride Month) next year.

Other than that, I don't have many pin plans for 2025. I am open to making new variants of previous designs if there's sufficient interest. If you have an idea you can submit it here (and consult my pin catalog here), feel free to share with your friends. I won't be giving up pin making, but I definitely want to slow down on it - I wrote a little about why on Tumblr if you're curious.

And I may slow down my shop updates to every other month as well. As much as I love making new items every month, it's been hard to keep up the pace. I hope you'll stick around to see what I make even with less frequent releases.

Yet Another Merch Update!

hello everyone! as you may know, I have an etsy store (hoping to have my own website sometime soon) where I'm selling various wrestling merch, namely, some one-sided acrylic keychains, and my two bret pins, which you can find here and here

this week, however, I was able to add another pin to the bunch, with a design I'm extremely proud of!

Klonoa Ita Bag!!

I already shared this on Twitter, but might as well share it here too. So behold, a Klonoa ita bag that I finally finished putting together!! It took a couple of years to get it to my liking, especially since this isn't exactly a super popular series. But with the release of Phantasy Reverie a while bag, a lot more people have made merch of this series, and now I finally got around to finishing this! :D

Gonna include links to where I found each piece of this under the cut, or at least credit in cases where the listing is sold out or the shop is unavailable.

First and foremost, the four large buttons are the official can badges from around the time Phantasy Reverie had released! They're no longer available for sale as far as I know, but here's the Hobby Japan listings so you can see them up close. Here's set A, and here's set B!

Then the keychains and top right button are all from ManaArtesAndCrafts! They don't seem to see the Klonoa merch anymore, but they still have a ton of other cool stuff for sale.

The button at the top left is from KeidaArts, though the shop has since shut down unfortunately.

On the left and right side of the big yellow button in the middle, those two I got from this Ko-Fi shop! I actually only ordered the one on the left, but then got the other as a freebie. :D

Then for the rest of the buttons, they're all from TeePublic.

The big heart pin near the top is by GlimmeringHarpy! Her store was shut down by now, but here's a tweet about the pins a bit before they were sold in her store.

For the other enamel pins: underneath the heart pin, there's this Klonoa head pin, and this mini Klonoa pin. On the left side, there's this pin and also this one. For that last one, the shop is on a break right now, but I still wanted to share the listing! And on the right is a pin I got through a Kickstarter campaign. The person who made it is still selling the pins on their Etsy shop!

Now the stickers! The one right in the middle is from here. And then the rest, starting with the one at the top middle and then going around clockwise: one, two, three, four, five, six (no longer available, so this one is a link to the shop I got it from), seven, eight.

And finally... the ita bag itself!! I got it from this shop, though it looks like they actually aren't selling it anymore.

A bonus, I also bought this sticker set, but I ended up not using it for the bag. Still very cute though!! :>

Good morning Garfnation! Now, it’s not BG3 Related however I would also like to share my Garfield Keychain design I just made!!

Garfield is my ultimate comfort character and the entire reason I learned how to draw, so this was a delight to properly draw him again, years later. 💕

I’m kinda excited to see the Garfield movie, I just hope it sucks because imma be honest I’m not pleased with crisp ratt’s casting, let’s hope he doesn’t mess it up. 💀

Anywho, I’ve sent this keychain design and the Gortash keychain off to my manufacturer so I’m hoping to work towards starting an Etsy store after my upcoming conventions!

The shelf itself is an IKEA Milsbow with four Mittled LED cabinet lights on the underside of every shelf to give it some light. I did have to drill a hole in the bottom self to feed some cords though, but other than that it was pretty simple to put together! :D

The framed The King's Man (2021) poster on the left was a freebie that I got for attending the opening night showing of the movie! I was the only person in the theater with my friend, so we nabbed about seven of 'em and handed them out to fellow Bruhl and Kingsman appreciators in our friend grounp.

The All the King's Men poster underneath isn't Bruhl related, but it was a gift from another friend who knows how much I like the Kingsman movie series. I also have a Kingsman shrine in my living room (and a Talking Heads shrine, and a Re-Animator shrine, and a Vladmir Nobokov shrine.... i am so completely normal).

Everything below reads left to right, I'll try to include links to artists where I can!

Comic books in the back are issues 2-4 of Thunderbolts presents Zemo: Born Better (which isn't canon to the MCU, and honestly is not my favorite, but the cover art looks cool lol) and the first collected volume of the original Thunderbolts run.

The black picture frames on the left are a sticker set from @injureddreams on their Etsy store and can be found here! The keychain in the golden frame on the right is also from their store, and is sadly sold out :(, but the store page is here.

Speaking of keychains, I have two on order from Noble Demons that are currently getting bounced around in my campus mail system that will go in those empty spots in the frame. Those two can be found here and here.

The funko pop on the left is the limited edition dancing Zemo from the Collector Corps subscription box (although you can find them resold on Amazon and the like for ~20 bucks), and the funko pop on the right is the regular Zemo pop from the FATWS line from 2021. These are also on sale for around ~10 bucks on Amazon.

The figpin in the very middle is the MCU Zemo pin from the FATWS line that was released in 2021.

The plush in the very middle was actually made by me :D. You can find the pattern on Etsy here, but if you're curious about the specific yarns used, you can check out my ravelry posts about it here.

And finally, the enamel pins in the golden frame on the right are from ChingonPinz on Etsy, but unfortunately are not sold anymore.

The DVD/Bluray collection on the left has German imports of Schule (2000) and Lessons of a Dream (2011), as well as American DVDs/Blurays of Deeply, The Edukators, Lila Lila, Inglourious Basterds, and The Cloverfield Paradox. Civil War bluray on the right is also a US release.

Special attention called to the Good Bye Lenin DVD on the left, which is the US Special Edition that has director's and actor's commentary tracks, including one with Daniel on it! Geez, if only someone were to rip those tracks and upload them to the internet. Maybe in a masterlist on a pinned post. Maybe at the top of their blog. That would be crazy hahahahahaha.

The magazine in the back is the European version of Issue 46 of The Rake, which contains the amazing and wonderful photoshoot that can be seen in this post here. (pinkie promise i did not spend $200 on that, I got it on eBay for like 20$)

The art board print in the middle is from rindelamater on Redbubble and can be found here.

The Good Bye Lenin Blu-Ray that is laying on the bottom of the shelf is an import from South Korea, and is actually the only region A blu-ray of GBL in existence since there has been no re-release in the US. I imported mine from eBay, although I think I have seen a few floating around on other sites.

Good Bye Lenin and Inglourious Basterds CD scores are pretty common, I don't think I need to explain those.

The plushie of Zeems on the right is from RedCapStore on etsy and can be found here. This was actually a gift from a friend and I hold it very dear to my heart. :)

The framed art print in the very middle is my very favorite drawing from @pannypunkpanda's 365 day art challenge from last year! You can find this specific one on their RedBubble shop here.

The rest of the items on this shelf (including the custom Leuchtturm1917 Journal on the left *drool*) are from a PR box that was released for TNT's version of The Alienist: Angel of Darkness in 2020. In anticipation for the season, an online murder mystery party was held and journalists recieved a box of props that acted as clues for the mystery. There's an article covering the online event linked here for those curious. I managed to snag a box from a reseller on eBay for around 60 bucks, although that was the first and only time I have ever seen it available. :(

The box on the very bottom right is the mailing box that the murder mystery props from the shelf above all came in.

The board game on the left is a custom box and game that was only given out to the cast and crew of the first or second season of the Alienist iirc and is not easily available on the market. I, again, picked mine up from a reseller on eBay, but it's pretty hard to find.

The book in the middle is the tie-in edition of The Alienist by Caleb Carr, which is completely annotated and highlighted to shit by your's truly. :)

The picture frame on the right again has stickers from @pannypunkpanda's RedBubble shop linked here, and another sticker in the very middle from Elizabeth Ryan Shepard's RedBubble shop linked here.

And that's it! I may make another list with my holy grail items that I'm still on the lookout for but honestly I might just like to gatekeep those. It might make my chances of finding them better oops.

I finally got my zodiac keychains finished and up on my Etsy store! Link here

These ones are based on the Zodiac constellations with the signs overlaid as the silhouette and made from clear acrylic so they light up! Everyone who's gotten one so far likes them, and they're the cheapest thing I've come up with so far so go check them out if you're interested.

And for those who really like the lore and mythos surrounding these kinds of ideas, I also want to plug my friend's current project that provided that initial spark of inspiration for this particular design. And In The Night, I See The Stars is an m/m retelling of the minotaur story which she's posting on her writing account at @tellmeomuse. It was her talking with me about constellations as a theme in her story while still in the planning stages that made me start sketching and eventually led to these.

If you aren't interested in that sort of thing then you do you, but if you are then absolutely check it out. She is not only one of the best writers I've read, but also a great scholar and history is one of her biggest interests. She did some serious research for AITNISTS, most of which she's posting about interspersed with the story itself. If you like retold legends or the historical context of them then at least go read her foreword bc it's more involved than even a few purely scholarly projects I've seen, and since she's a writer it's a way easier read.

Pride Angels Leftovers FAQ

If you missed it, the Pride Angels leftovers are available on Shopify and Etsy now! They'll be available until my shops close for the year December 8 2024. I've been getting a few repeat questions about the Pride Angels merch so thought I'd answer them in a post.

Will the Pride Angels pins be restocked if sold out? This batch of pins will not be restocked if sold out but there's still a few ways to get the designs if you miss them. I am sending a handful of every design to my stockists, they should have them available sometime next year. And I will have the designs with new plating/enamel effects up for preorder in a Backerkit campaign next year, you can follow the project to be notified about them.

What about the stickers and keychains? I will restock only the most popular designs, not all stickers and keychains will be restocked. But again, you can find them with my stockists next year if you miss out.

Is the Pride Angels merch available wholesale? Yes, you can purchase the items wholesale on Faire.

Why isn't X design a pin? Not all the designs got enough orders to be made into pins. They are getting a final chance in the Blood & Holy Water preorder store, if you want to see them made please preorder or share those listings. If they don't get enough orders they will not be made into pins, and you won't be charged for them.

When will your shops reopen? I don't have an exact date but probably sometime January-March 2025. While they are closed you can purchase from my stockists.

Though I am curious and i hope you'll able to respond, do you have advice to make my art for merchandise in the future? I don't mind if you want to simplified explaination, a tumblr posts, or dropping a youtube link video; since you're busy with conventions.

I'm picky when it comes youtube art videos that are always give me the vibes of elitism, clickbait videos or others. You're the first artist I wanted to ask, so i hope it's fine if you can reply or not.

apologies for the confusion, though! the pokemon shirts arent mine! i share a joint storefront with my friend and tablemate, you can view all his designs here! we have our store bio set to say we are two artists, but it's hard to see on the shopee site format, haha. i'll pass this message along to him, and i hope you can buy his shirts in the future too, they're very well made! i'm glad your brother enjoys them!

i assume you're PH based aswell if your brother got our shirts, so i'm gonna link some resources and basic advice under the cut-

i'd be glad to help where i can, though my basic advice is to just start.. i began selling merch with dann (friend who made the pokemon shirts) when we were just classmates in college, and we started at small anime events selling small prints with our table falling apart hahajkfghjk.. but even back then everyone was so friendly, so it was very encouraging !! the art community is very sweet and there is a lot of support for you !!

first, you'll want to find your market! this will determine what conventions you want to apply to and what kind of merch you want to make. do you want to make fanart, or original art? are you doing mostly stickers, tote bags, or anime merch? or do you just want to sell online?

second, what is your budget for merch production? starting out is expensive, personally my funds always circulate between profit and spending on restocks again. this will determine what kind of merch you can make, and then you expand later! i started out with only stickers and art prints, then keychains, and then bags and t-shirts later on!

if you're into original art, some events i recommend for beginners are Patrons of the Arts, Buzzart, Komiket. they have regular events throughout the year. if you're into stickers, there's Stickercon and Sticky Expo!

if you're into fan art, you can try ozinefest (sales are slower but table cost is cheaper), or if you have enough money, split for cosplay ph events

of course these aren't the only events, though they're the ones i regularly attend! if you have a more specialized market, there are dedicated cons like philifur, the grand lason, pokecon, etc. for all of these events you'll either have to keep your eyes peeled for table openings on their pages (rare), or email them to be added to their mailing list so you'll be told when they're open

if you don't have any suppliers yet, you can apply to join Artist Alley Group Order on facebook ! people regularly post about suppliers for all kinds of merchandise that you can look up. if you want any recommendations you can message me off-anon!

as for the merchandise itself, this varies person to person. my market is more obscure fanart that other people don't sell, and cutesy original art! i sell big illustrations as prints, though other people report on having a hard time selling prints. it depends on the content and art style. you'll have to experiment and see, or look around other shops to see what sells! visiting art markets yourself is also a huge help, to see the market, make friends in the artph community, and support artists!

i'd recommend starting out with stickers and prints- they're the cheapest to produce, and people often buy stickers because of their low price at cons. when you get more familiar with the market you can try going onto more expensive things to reproduce!

again if you want details, let me know! this is very vague and general advice, if u have any specific questions i'll do my best if i'm not busy! don't be afraid to surf thru some videos too, a lot are very helpful n not too elitist!
