don't worry about who is the easiest to carry the team with, tierlists or meta or whatever. go for the team-up combos, especially the ones that are passive and give stuff to other people, and/or if it activates more than one teammember. Peni and/or Peter on your team? Pick a Venom. Namor? Luna needs playing, who would in turn love to see an Iron Fist. That Moon Knight will appreciate your C&D. Strange and Iron Man will love your Banner abilities. You have a Bucky and a Punisher? Pick the raccoon, if you dont know where to put the ammo, ask them to ping the ground when they need it.

And for me, the Loki main who has sacrificed all for his team, hovering my boy at the start of every match only to choose to support other people, I beseech you, please, if you see a loki hover, play the Hela, i don't care if it makes you look sweaty i crave the immortality i will take care of you and i will make the enemy team regret their entire life

i have learned to play so much warlock, for you, my beautiful starlords, who hop happily around me in the spawn room and actually use communication pings. also mantises i owe you my life for not making me be Solo Healer

(inversely, play to TAKE ADVANTAGE of potential teamups. You have a Hulk? GREAT time to be an Iron Man. Your team has been gifted a Warlock and NOBODY is playing Starlord or Mantis? Its free real estate. Etc etc)

also for the love of god please play Second Healer if you want your healer to live longer than 20 seconds
