This is an in-game item called the Grand Infernal Painting and that's a character called Orin (the pale lady) stabbing a character called Zevlor (the tiefling).

And OMG this would be such an awesome fit for MC and ANY one of the ROs rly. I might draw this sometime with the MC I use for testing (her name is Lola La Cava, which is a reference to another piece of media and I LOVE you if you get that hint)
