Headcanon that Spencers son develops a hyperfixation on dinosaurs after reading about them at the library so anytime he gets a change all he talks about is dinosaurs and of course the BAU is hanging onto his every word. I can't get over every little thing spencer reid does. like his little mannerisms are EVERYTHING TO ME. The way he talks with his hands, how he presses his middle finger to his thumb and rubs them together sometimes or moves it as if he's writing when talking, the way he scrunches his face up sometimes, the way he wrings his hands at all really like just playing with the fingers of his other hand or sometimes I've seen him just press his knuckles together and rub them together, the thin lipped pressed together smile he does as he awkwardly waves to new people he's being introduced to, when his hair is a long enough length and he tucks it behind his ears all the time. Detective Gumshoe is such a brilliant character. In a game where you’re an attorney defending wrongfully accused clients, the detective necessarily has to be. Kind of bad at their job. And that could very easily make for suuuuch an annoying character that you’re always at odds with but Gumshoe? Every single player looks at Gumshoe stumbling about a crime scene missing half the evidence and goes “awwwww he’s trying his best!! I wanna pat him on the head” Impossible to be mad at this rectangle bimbo of a man. He’s like a puppy that ate all your legal papers but in a huge trenchcoat
