Exchange student modern au jon pertwee x reader: Studying abroad

Notes: reader is a student from the netherlands she's 20 years old (jon is 24) and goes to england to studdy. She goes to frensham heights school and meets there jon pertwee as her asigned student for the year. It may not all be acurate but please enjoy reading jon lives in rowledge (this is an au and probably not completly acurate)

Y/n was working on her degree in (prefred feeld). Her year of studying concidered also of studying one year abroad, she was extremly exited about it

"Do you have everything dear?"

"I think i do don't worry mom everything will be alright"

"Alright just wanted to make sure, here is your ticket for the train"

"Thanks mom" She hugged her " once i arive i'll call alright

"Alright, take care my dear "

"Take care mom" y/n ran to the train while waving "bye!"

"Bye sweetheart!!"

The wissel went off and a few seconds later the train started to move she kept waving at her mom, once she was out sight y/n sat down it was going to be a long ride.

She had to get from the netherlands to belgium to France and then to London england but she had brought some stuff to sketch a bit the ride was about 7 u 47 min.

Y/n drew the landscape around her sketching with difrent kind of colors

Finaly after almost 8 hours the train had finaly arived, packing everything back up y/n grabed all her things and got out

She had to wait for an other train to frensham cause there was the school she had to go to

Once the train had arived to bring her to frensham y/n sat down again it was going to be about an other 2 hours oh wel she thought its better than biking everywhere.

Late that afternoon y/n finaly arived at frensham heights school the princable greated her " Ah you must be y/n y/l/n" he shook her hand

"Yes thats me" she smiled

"I hope the ride went wel here"

"Oh yes it did everything went alright and the trains were on time"

"Good, you will be staying at a room for one night and tomorow you wil go back home with one of the students he has already been informed of your stay"

"Alright great" she picked up her suit case "please show me the way" about 30 minuts later y/n was seteled in the room, she wasn't going to pack out everything also because of tomorow. She grabed her phone and dialed her mothers number

"Hey mom"

"Hey sweetheart have you arived?"

"Yes i got here about 30 minuts ago and im now in my room where i stay for the night"

"Oh for the night? I thought you would stay there for the whole year"

"I do but they informed me that i would stay with a student for the year"

"Do you know who it is?"

"Not yet they will tell me tomorow"

"Alright wel i don't have to worry about you your 20 years old dear"

"I know mom its fine really, Anyway i should be going i have class at 9 tomorow"

"Alright sweetheart sleep wel"

"Night mom" She hang up And placed the phone on the bedsite table "wel Its time to sleep" she grabed her pyjama out her lugage and put it on, then she went under the blankets and went to sleep

*time skip to 8 o'clock next morning*

Y/n got out of bed and started to dress her self breakfast was waiting then she left her room to eat

"Good morning sir"

"Ah good morning y/n did you sleep wel?"

"Oh yes i did "

"Good im glad to hear that, breakfast is waiting for you it might be difrent from what you normaly eat"

"Oh thats alright im not making a big hassle out of it as long as it is bread its fine"

"Alright then once school starts you will be inform who you wil stay with"

"Thank you, see you later sir"

*skip to 9 o'clock*

Everyone had sit down for class and y/n walked in with the teacher

"Good morning everyone we got a new class mate she is an Exchange student from the netherlands please introduce yourself" the teacher stept aside

"Hi im y/n y/l/n and i hope we will have a Nice year with echoter im really looking forward to it"

"Good miss y/l/n do you know yet who you are going to stay with this year?

"not yet im suposed to get the info today"

"Alright the student you wil be paired with is mr pertwee" the teacher pointed at a guy with big grayish blue eyes dark brown wavy hair and he was wearing a school uniform "you can sit right next to him "

"Alright thank you sir" y/n sat next to mr pertwee

"Hi my name is jon its Nice to meet you y/n "

"Like wise"

"Please grab your english books and turn to page 45"

The day went by fast

"Oh now i don't know who im going to stay with this whole year"

"Y/n You are staying with us"

"Oh... we i guese that we should get my stuff then "

"Good idea, please lead the way" jon grined

"Here is everything"

"Three suitcases and a bag i have seen girls who brought more"

"Oh wel that doesn't really mater i only brought things that i would need, and i got my school uniform today"

"Ah i see, we should go i bet my aunt is waiting for us"

"Alright lets go" They grabed everything and went out

Once they arived home they went up the stairs jon opend the door

"This will be your room for the upcoming year"

"Oh its absolutly wonderfull" she looked around on the otherside of the room stood a desk and a big closet

"The bathroom is down the hall first door on the left, i leave you be so that you can settle your stuff"

"Alright thanks jon i'll be down in an hour"

Finaly an hour later y/n was done with packing out and placing everything in the right place , then there was a knok at the door

"Yes?"

"Hey y/n I just came to tell you that dinner is ready "

"Oh thanks jon im coming with you" she stood up and followed him

Y/n sat next to him at the table "jon i have a question, um where are your parents? "

"They devorced and they don't want anything to do with me anymore so i moved in with my aunt"

"Im so sorry jon i din't know"

"Its fine y/n don't worry" he smiled softly

"Hello everybody!" Came a voice from the front door

"Hi bill, y/n This is bill my cousin"

"Nice to meet you" she shook his hand

"Like whise"

After dinner Everyone went to bed early to get a good night of sleep, the next day was going to be a long day

*time skip to four months later because im to lazy *

"What lessons do we have today ?"

"Um english, biolgy, art , music, history and french

" and Tomorow ?"

Mathematics, science, sport and geography

"Alright noted"

Once they arived at school they went to their class room

"You go in jon i need to check something"

"Alright"

"Well wel wel if it isnt the Exchange student" y/n turned around and looked at a girl and there where two more behind her , y/n knew her of course she had been there already for four months

"what do you want erica" (Im sorry if it is your name you can change it if you want)

"Oh don't try to be all smart and stuff you know what i want and don't think you get a chance with jon, he's one of the best looking boys in the school and he will be mine"

"Honestly i don't mind i only stay at his place, in 6 months i'll be going back home"

"Good because he wil never like a whore like you, now bye" she fliped her long blond hair over her shoulder and walked away while her friends followed while snikering

Y/n signed and looked down "he's just a Friend Anyway" she mumbled while walking back to class

Once she was back in class she sat down next to him "what took you so long" he wispered

"Sorry i could't find my book" it was a lie of course, y/n doesn't want to talk about the struggels she's having with erica, and stuppid enough she's in the same class as her so she always has to look at that dumb face

Y/n Her thought were stoped by what the teacher was saying "as we all know we have a ball at the end of the year and because its you guys last year here you get to decided the theme of the party"

Erica raised her hand "Oh what about a party with lots of alcohol" she grined

"No erica alcohol will not be tolareated" said the teacher

"Whats the fun then if there is no alcohol tsjk" she scold

"Sir what about an all decade event everybody can dress up from the 40s thill now, difrent food will be served and all kinds of music will be played"

"Thats a Nice idea miss y/l/n" People around the room agreed with her idea

"Tsk sounds boring" erica said and her friends agreed

Y/n got angry but calmed her self down "wel if you think its boring please come with a better idea im curious to hear it" she said with a smile, erica went quiet and turned away

"Alright then its setteled this will be the theme of our ball it will be held 6 months from now"

*skip to the end of the day*

*sigh* "im glad this day is over" y/n sat down on the coutch

"Me to" there was a pauze between them "you know y/n Im really proud of you how you handeld yourself in class

"Thanks jon"

"Are you ok?"

"Oh yes i am, im just tired" she stood up

"What Are you going to do? "

"I have to call my mom to sent some of my stuff over for the party"

"Alright im going to make dinner"

Y/n went upstairs and called her mom "hi mom"

"Hi sweetheart Hows everything going ?"

"Everything is fine ..... mom i was wondering if you could sent some stuff over here"

"Sure thing what do you need?"

Could you pack my hair curler some of my make up, my black evening dress with glitters, my 1930s evening coat, the silver high heels i bought with the dress a and the ear rings and necklace i got from grandma ?"

"Sure thing i will sent it in a big box anything ells?"

"Oh yes my trolley i have to take my stuff back home as wel so thats the best idea i guese"

"Alright i noted it i will look everything up And sent it to you"

"Thanks mom love you got to go now"

"Love you to sweetheart speek to you later"

"Bye" she hang up And went back downstairs to eat.

About a month later everything had arived that she would need to dress up

*time skip to 4 months and 20 days later*

The bulying got worse and worse, y/n had been atacked, spit on and called names but never had she imagined that jon would go to the dance with erica.

She had done her hair but stoped with everything els it just wasn't worth it she would rather stay here at home, jon already left a bit sad by the news y/n don't want to atend

*knok knok* the door opend "hey y/n?"

"Oh hi bill"

"Whats wrong"

"Jon has gone out with somone wich i din't expect him to go with"

"Who?"

"That stuppid bitch Erica"

"Really with her? Goodness i expected better from him"

"Me to" she sniffed

"Hey don't give up now there is still a chance come on get dressed chop chop"

"Are you sure I mean..."

"Yes 100% sure you are way more pretty than her come on "

"Alright if you say so.... but how am i going to get there?"

"I have a car"

"Alright give me 30 minuts" y/n started to get dressed put on her necklace, ear rings and shoes she then did her make up, she grabed her long coat and walked out.

She opend the door and heared a car horn

"Hey y/n over here" it was bill he sat in a old black vintage car "here is your ride my lady"

"Why thank you kind sir, lets go" she steped in and sat down

Bill started the car up And drove away

"Thank you so mutch for the help i really need that"

"Its nothig everything for a friend, now come on lets go i also have a date"

Everything was nicely decorated and music was playing, people were dressed up in all Difrent kind of dresses and suits, a table stood against the wall where there wer all Difrent kinds of food it looked all So good

"Look there is jon"

"Alright thanks bill" she hugged him and walked to jon who was dancing with erica, people looked at her as she walked acros the dance floor she tapped his shoulder "hey jon"

He turned around " hey y/n I thought you were going to stay home "

"Bill convinced me to go anyway so here i am" the was caught of guard by a cough from behind her

"Im sorry but jon is my date so shove it you whore"

"Excuse me what did you say?"

"You heared me"

"You know what fuck you its a wonder jon would even want to dance with you, do you even know how miserabel you made me feel this past year, you are also 19 years old you really should be more mature" She was caught of guard when erica shoved her " I get it now you are jelouse of me for staying with jon get a grip, come on jon lets dance" she took his hand and walked to a chair and placed her coat on it, then her beautyfull evening gown got revealed

People stared at her "y/n you look absolutly gorgeous"

"Thank you" she blushed

"May i have this dance "

"Of course jon"

Jon leaded y/n to the dance floor and they both started to do the walz

"Y/n i have to tell you something"

"Tell me jon what is it"

"Well i really enjoyed this year with you staying and i wish you could stay longer, but y/n Im really realy in love with you and i wish i had told you ealyer "

"I love you to jon i really do"

"May i give you a kiss?"

"Sure" she smiled softly at him, He leaned in and gave her a kiss

"Perhaps i can stay a little longer but i need to inform my parents first"

"Thats all fine with me"

"Lets hope they don't mind"

"So do i" he said smiling

And both danced the night away

Part of your world - Harry Hook x reader - Part 15 - talk

a rewrite of the harry hook x reader that @bluediamondsevie wrote for me

summary: a who doesn’t love the Disney World, well, (y/n) especially loves descendants, and one day, as she dances in her kitchen getting ready to head out. 17-year-old (y/n) becomes part of that world, now a certain blue-eyed pirate meets the girl from a world where he is a fictional character and he has an actor named Thomas Doherty.

You were glad to get that off your shoulders, the relief of knowing you no longer had to ignore Harry was exhilarating. Now you sat at one of the tables, waiting for Harry to return, Uma stalked around the shop, taking and dropping off orders.

You sighed and dug through your bag, withdrawing your sketchpad and pencil, opening to a blank page. You sat for a moment, not knowing what to draw before inspiration hit you, and you began to draw.

10 minutes later, a pretty goddamn good looking sketch of Harry was on your page, from his diamond cut jawline to his soft fluffy hair, it was Harry.

Specifically, it was Harry from a week ago, when you, Uma, Gil, and Harry were chilling on the deck of the revenge, and Harry had laughed at one of Gils jokes, and you had locked the memory of his face in your brain (as you have done many times) and now you had sketched it out. It was one of the few times you saw the true harry, not harry hook, son of captain. Without the eyeliner and hook, he was just a 17-year-old boy who was kind and loving to the people he cared about. But to others, he was a psychopathic, bloodthirsty, and uncaring.

But he wasn’t like that, not really.

He was the boy you loved, you would never leave his side, not if you could do anything about it.

--- Mal pov---

“okay! Okay, so what are we gonna do?” Jay asked, silencing Evie and Carlos, all three looked at me, and I rolled my eyes.

“we!” I spoke, stalking over to them and grabbing my bag “are not doing anything, this is between Uma and me, and shes a punk and guess what?! Now I have to go and get him!!”

Carlos quickly tried to stop me, holding his hands in front of him “woah woah woah, you’re still going to have to go through harry hook and his wharf rats”

“Yeah,” jay jumped in “besides, in the short time we've been here, I've heard Umas got a new crew member that took down Hook, you’re gonna need us”

I rolled my eyes, Hook wasn’t that hard to take down,…I hoped, he was one of the few Villains that scared me.

“Uma said to come alone”

“Mal come on.” Evie pleaded, I just made a face and shrugged, Carlos sighed and made his final statement

“Uma said to come alone. I know one thing, I’m not going anywhere” Carlos flopped onto the couch, looking up at the three of us. Jay sighed and said; “we’ll be here when you get back.”

I just nodded and started to walk out.

I arrived at the chip shop and slammed open the doors, seeing shrimpy tossing orders to her patrons, not caring if they were correct or not.

I smirked when she looked up and locked eyes with her, I sang out; “im back~” shrimpy scoffed, and gestures to an empty table

“loser party of one, right this way, please” as I walk forward Shrimpy shoves a chair at me, I fumbled to catch it and she laughed cruelly.

I sit and look around, it still stunk like old fish and shit.

“place still stinks”

Shrimpy made a face of innocence “oh im sorry, we were down a butler today…princess” I glared, hating the name.

“where is he?” shrimpy only laughed and tossed her apron onto the floor, grinning at me.

“you know I've dreamed of this? You wanting something from me, and me watching you squirm like a worm on a hook~”

“im so flattered that you dream of me, I haven’t given you thought since I left”

Shrimpy growled and slammed her hands on the table, but I wasn’t paying attention anymore, my sights had locked onto a girl.

A girl with (h/c) (short/long) hair, and (s/c) skin, she turned slightly to look at shrimpy, and I recognized her as the girl I saw on the rooftops earlier today.

‘Oh, so shes apart of shrimpy’s crew’ Mal thought, turning back to shrimpy, hiking her hand on the table, prepared to not lose ben to the sea bitch ‘that makes it easier’

Fuck! Shrimpy wanted the wand in exchange for Ben, shit.

“there's no way we can give Uma the wand, we can't just let her destroy Auradon!!” Evie forced out, panicking over the situation.

“if we don’t give her the wand bens toast” Carlos ground out, Evie just waved her hands around still panicking “great! So we're just gonna give Uma of all people the wand!” a thought came to my head, Carlos’ printer!!

“wait, you guys!! Your 3D printer!”

Carlos’ eyes brightened and he smiled “ a phony wand” “yeah!” “im my sleep!” Evie stopped us with logic “but the second Uma tests it, she’ll know it’s a fake”

“then we’ll just get Ben out really fast we’ll need some kind of diversion” the four of us Sat for a second before Jay jumped in “smoke bombs” I grinned and pointed at him, Evie jumps at the idea “that’s perfect! I’ll get the chemicals we need at lady Tremaine’s place, that could work!”

Evie walked over to me and complimented my hair, I gushed that Dizzy did it and Evie squealed, but the boys brought us back down to earth.

“Oh, one more thing!!” Evie, Carlos, and Jay stopped, looking at me in confusion.

“remember the girl the FG wanted us to find?” they all nodded, clearly remembering the picture of the (h/c), (e/c) girl.

“shes apart of Uma’s crew, when the smoke bombs go off, who ever’s closest to her, grabs her.”

They nodded.

“we’re sending her back home, no matter the cost”

You were finishing another sketch of Harry, though this time Uma and Gil were apart of the sketch. It was a sketch from a week ago, just like your last sketch, but this was when you were sitting across from the trio and the sight of them being normal teenagers instead of vk striving to escape their hell hole had burned into your memory.

As you finished the details of Harry's hair, you felt a presence behind you. Glancing behind, it was one of Gils brothers…the one you first encountered on your arrival to the isle.

He smirked cruelly and tore the sketchbook away from you, you growled and tried to grab it but he held it above you, laughing.

“come on girly~ don’t you want your book back?!” you snarled, jumping trying to snatch it, when the oaf grabbed your waist and pressed you against his chest, making him smirk at the squish of your chest.

“let me go you fuckin cunt”

“oh such a dirty mouth, don’t worry, I know how to clean it~” you paled at his remark, as he glanced down at his crotch, and then at your mouth. Disgusting.

“tell ya what, if you do a little something for me, I’ll give you back your book, if you know what I mean”

You quickly tried to wriggle away, but his grip held tight, and he cackled but stopped when a hook was pressed against his neck.

You sighed in relief, Harry was here.

“I suggest ye put the lass down ye Gypit Hoor” Gaston jr gulped and released you, but he still had your sketchbook and Harry noticed, he gripped the wrist holding the book and twisted it, Gaston gasped and released the book, it fell to the floor. You rushed to grab it and shuffled behind Harry.

Harry growled in Gaston jr’s ear and whispered something. He paled and nodded, Harry huffed and released him, Gaston took the opportunity and bolted.

You sighed and flipped open the book, checking for damage. Luckily only a corner of the cover was scuffed.

Looking up you saw Harry gently gazing at you, you could see the question in his soft ocean blue eyes.

‘are you okay?’

You smiled and nodded. He smiled back and tilted his head, raising his eyebrow.

“Now lass, ye said ye wanted to talk?” you nodded, but reached out and tugged at his jacket nodding towards the door.

“yes, but in private, its important that this is only for your ears”

Harry's eyes widened and he nodded, following you out the door and to the ship, as you walked side by side, you didn’t notice Harry glance at your free hand, he bit his lip, wondering how you would react.

Fuck it.

Shyly reaching out, he brushed his fingers with yours, you jumped slightly, and with that he retracted, his face pink.

You glanced at his face, seeing his embarrassment, he-he wanted to hold your hand?

…fuck why is he so cute!...

Knowing he lost his nerve to do it again, you reached out and curled your pinkie around his.

Harry turned red, only thinking ‘holy shit holy shit holy shit, im holding (y/n)s hand holy shit’

Soon you arrived at the ship, but even when you entered your room, Harry didn’t release your hand. Continuing to lock his fingers with yours.

“sooo” Harry mumbled, curious on what you wanted to tell him “what did ye want to tell meh?”

You froze, oh right…tell him who you really were.

You sighed, releasing his hand and taking a deep breath.

You looked up at Harry, who was staring at you in confusion and concern.

“what I am about to tell you is not to leave this room, understood, this is a secret between you and me.” Harry nodded, and his eyes turned serious.

You internally smiled, glad to have his support back. Now, to tell him. Just let it out in one go.

“I’m not from the Isle” Harry made a face, what?

“im, not an Auradon runaway either” Harry swallowed harshly. What was going on? Did-did you lie to him the entire time he knew you?!

“im from a different dimension where you are a character from a movie called Descendants 2”

Harry only stared at you, you lied to him? Pain started to seep from his chest “wha’- wha’ about yer ma? The one ye told meh ye escaped from?”

“im sorry but I lied to you about that, I didn’t know how you react to suddenly meeting a girl from a different dimension?! Tell me to harry what would you have done if I immediately told you who I really was?”

Harry's pain decreased, dear god what would he have done? Meeting a girl who knew the ins and outs of this world?

“i-I would have takin’ ye hostage and forced the information out’ve ye”

You nodded hurt by knowing that Harry would have hurt you just to get information about his world, to rule over it.

“s-s, but how do I know ye are telling the truth, for I know ye are just pulling me leg?” you were prepared for this, fishing your phone from your pocket, you unlocked it and opened the page from earlier. “Thomas Doherty”

You handed the phone to harry and his eyes widened at the identical boy on the screen, he saw beneath the picture was a description.

“Harry Hook played by Thomas Doherty”

He quickly pressed the images tab, seeing multiple pictures of the actor who looked exactly like him, before stopping at a picture, one of Him Uma and Gil, all standing on the stage, Uma and Gil grinning at each other, he himself was glaring at Gil.

“wh-where are ye?” you sighed, shoulders slumping, “im not there because im not supposed to be, im technically supposed to standing in front of you right now actually”

Harry nodded slowly, glancing back down at your phone. He sighed walking forward and bumping his forehead on yours, making you slump in relief and you fell into his side.

“I understand lass, but” you drew back slightly looking up at his face, confusion, and pain set on it.

“why did ye ignore me?”

Releasing a shaky breath you slowly revealed what happened, though some reasoning was changed.

“I told Uma bout me being from another world, and” “wait Uma knows?” “yes, I told her yesterday.” “alright continue”

“anyway, and I realized something, you and I had become really close, and I thought that if I left this world, you would be hurt by it, and so to spare you the pain of that, I started to ignore you. But Uma kinda cornered me and told me something that changed my mind, and now…here we are.”

Harry nodded, before seeming to think something over.

“(y/n)?” you hummed, looking into his eyes “what do ye mean ‘if ye leave this world’ ?” you sighed and hugged yourself, “there's a chance that Im forced back into my world”

Harry growled, like hell that would happen, he just got you back!!

“but” Harry stopped, what? “I won't leave your side, not if there's anything I can do about it.”

Harry nodded and seemed to ponder over something for a minute. Before holding out a fist, his pinkie finger extended. And he spoke in a slightly broken voice

“ye promise?” you didn’t hesitate, threading your pikie with his, smiling at him, determination in your eyes

“I promise”

As you both stood there, you saw Harry's eyes flash towards your lips, your eyes widened slightly, what?

Harry began to lean in slightly, you ignored the condescending voice in your head, leaning in as well, but before anything really happened, the door slammed open, and there stood Uma, a proud grin on her face.

“come on you two, we gotta go over the specifics of the plan for tomorrow with the crew”

She turned and made her way back to the deck. You and Harry stood there for a moment, faces red, before Harry broke away from you, walking to the door, you stared sadly at his back, thinking you had gone back after the awkward moment just then, before he stopped and looked back at you, extending his hand, and smiling softly.

“Shall I escort ye me lady~” you giggled and grasped his hand letting him lead.

“you shall~”

Dear god, you hope you never had to leave this handsome pirates side~

i just started reading your blumenthal kids reunionfic and i LOVE IT! Its so good and so full of potential and angst and I LOVE IT!!!💞💞💞 The way you write Eodwulf is soooo good hes such a mess and so gay help him. and Astrid Omg... I cant wait for more of her i checked out some of your posts on here and shes just great??? You've clearly put a lot of thought into them with the child designs and stuff, did you have any major inspo for the two of them like songs or other characters and stuff???

so the thing is in order to explain how we created these characters i actually have to get into the origins of the fic on the whole because the two are inextricably linked, and also, the origins of this fic are incredibly cursed and you can send all ur hatemail right here go on blast us we’re ready

but we were talking about caleb and how we’re both excited for whenever astrid and eodwulf turn up, and the thought came up for basically the rough skeleton of that scene in chapter 2:

“hey how messed up would it be if instead of them both hunting him down like we’re expecting…one of them comes in with a huge savior complex and sincerely thinks he’s delusional and should still be in the asylum, how MESSED UP would that be”

…and then shortly after that, this happened

ANYWAY

in classic us format we got carried away and eodwulf got slotted into the role of that scene in chapter two and his character was largely developed around that scene, like, what kind of person would still be clinging to caleb after all this time to that degree to make that happen? and what was come up with was an extremely avoidant person clinging to a fantasy version of things wherein they don’t have to fight

(eodwulf was developed into a Person before astrid, i should note at this point, and ed did most of that developing; i took point on astrid later on)

but around this time i went “screw it im gonna do some concept art we’re both in too deep now” so here’s some of that for u guys

started with them all as teens and did a couple sketches as well as one of baby (well. teen. so baby) caleb/bren/we were calling him felix at the time as some of u probably already know

first draft had astrid with longer hair than eodwulf lmao check this out

flipped the hair length on those two which was for the best because at the time we were imagining eodwulf as a bit more mischevious which is another thing that got reversed over time now astrids the prankster and eodwulfs the overworked mom friend because bren takes astrid’s ideas and makes them SO MUCH WORSE but he still looks better with longer hair and then i played around w/ colors for a while and wound up w/ this

voila, the initial kid concepts, to which subtle yet vital changes were made after time. if any of you are curious about if im frustrated that that’s still the best i’ve ever drawn eodwulf’s nose the answer is yes. yes i am.

astrid’s hair is not messy enough, theres not enough freckles, and she does not look ready to fight the entire world for a dare. 0/10.

anyway then i did adult versions which look WAY OFF NOW LMAO

eodwulf with way too much beard, looking far too messy when he ought to look very clean so that he can hide how much of a disaster he actually is, and also a glimpse into the very boring Ice Queen/Heartless Bitch we vaguely had astrid as to start with. even more out of character tho is the earring, astrid as she is today would absolutely never tolerate an earring unless she absolutely had to, girl’s got sensory issues but she didn’t back then. ALSO STILL NOT ENOUGH FRECKLE

anyWHO a while after this it was decided that eodwulf has ADHD, something both the authors have a whole lot of lmao, and that was the point where ed REALLY took off and developing eodwulf went out of control and we both went Well I Guess We’re Gonna Have To Write This At Some Point Now

and with that happening is when developing astrid took more priority i think, because man, at that point in the game she came way too close to that really annoying trope that shows up in fanfic a lot wherein The Girl is A Bitch who is Getting In The Way Of ~*The Yaois*~ and thats like, thats bad. we knew from the outset we were absolutely not setting this up as a love triangle because we both hate those but even w/ her having no romantic relationship to either of the two, like…she was kind of just There and the one who was most loyal to trent (the only thing of her original characterization that really stuck, honestly) and sooo boring????

so like, and i say this honestly, i managed to COMPLETELY FORGET that “reverse sasuke” cursed comment from the beginning of all this and STILL go “well what if we made her more like caleb’s rival that’d be fun”

and that’s how astrid sorta wound up accidentally morphing into the Scrappy Underdog of this anime trio and calling her a naruto analogue is extremely cursed but also not inaccurate tbh

started out with the concept of her popping into bren’s window because she heard they were doing magic and wanted to learn it too and evolved from there; we decided that she was gonna be neurodivergent too but, hilariously, initially that she was “the best at pretending to be neurotypical” (WE COMPLETELY REVERSED THAT AND IT IS FOR THE BETTER. SHE’S SO MUCH MORE FUN NOW) and made her also autistic because it one meant she could be like SAME HAT at bren really hard which’d make her feel more like part of the group instead of just the odd one out, and two because it fits with the whole rivals thing

branching off of that we made her just. INCREDIBLY direct. like. astrid’s thought process is “how can i accomplish what i want accomplished with the smallest number of steps? what are the consequences of doing it this way? do i give a shit? no? im gonna do that.”

(which is why she climbed a tree to get into bren’s attic instead of using the door because that way she just completely skipped having to convince his mom to let her in)

i cant get into it much here because so many spoilers and we’re gonna explore it all, but like, astrid’s backstory turned into this exploration of the intersection of sexism and ableism especially as applied to a medieval-esque society in which the word “autism” doesn’t even EXIST and in which a convenient double standard exists Right There in the form of bren and like,, its gonna be good guys im excited for it

as far as characters tho she does also have just a touch of Vimes from discworld to her, albeit like, she’s lawful evil to his lawful good, but she’s got the same tendency to stick REALLY FIERCELY to the rules that she thinks are important, even when they inconvenience her, even if it’d be so much easier to bend them just this once

and for songs i cannot link like any astrid songs because they all might accidentally give away so much BUT I CAN LINK AN EODWULF SONG

That honestly depends on a lot of factors - which tools I’m using, how many characters there are in the drawing/if it’s full body or not, how used to drawing the character I am, how big is the canvas, if I already have a clear idea of what I mean to draw or not, how precise I want to be with lines and stuff.

That Yuuto sketch I posted yesterday took me about 40 minutes I think, and over half of it was spent trying to figure out how I was supposed to draw him since it was the first time I drew him - the tools I used are the ones I use when I want to be fast and don’t care about being sloppy. A small random Kirishima bust properly lined and colored could take me five minutes to sketch and line and as many to color on a good day, cause I’ve drawn him so many times by now I don’t even have to think to draw him. Deku, on the other hand, can take me an hour even just to sketch, I can’t seem to grasp how I’m supposed to draw him at all.

Sorry, it really depends on a lot of things, I can’t give a proper answer to this :(

Hi! I'm still kinda new to the blog and I was wondering what are the 'do and do-not' kind question I should do? Because im sure theres always that one ask thats just Innapropiated, like that one of Michael 'taking advantage og high Jeremy' that was just not cool. i got this ask a lot so ill be clear with yall. im just not a big angst fan? so sending michael asks about his anxiety nonstop and about how he had a panic attack in the bathroom over and over again wasnt that fun. usually if it pertains the musical though you should be find sending an ask about it? but sometimes i get asks that are like “jeremy ur nothing and how does it feel knowing u fucked everything up” like homie how i think its feels? how u think hes gunna react to that? i made this blog to negate a lot of negativity in my own life so i can promise u im going to be answering asks mostly positive always forever. that being said tho i sometimes get asks pertaining to a few things that ive dealt with in the past and these topics make me very very uncomfortable. dont send asks about these topics please. this is the no no list

What was your inspiration for this blog? hoo boy well,,, ultimately i thought of them rooming together and got emotional and made a huge list of headcanons and was like ,,, why not run an askblog for a bit ill just abandon it after three asks lets have some fun. but somehow im still here and i got sucked in by the complexity of michael and jeremy. i know that sounds kinda silly but just, as someone who is dealing with a lot of similar things, like dependency issues and abandonment issues and depression and anxiety, having these fun functioning character to explore was such a gift for me. i believe honestly thats why im still here and doing this. being able to try and portray a healthy relationship and a healthy way of coping and growing has helped me a lot this past month and given me an outlet i didnt have before. TBH THO the main reason i made this blog if imma be real with u guys id because i didnt like the treatment of a lot of these issues in the fandom. it made me very upset to see depression used as an plot device and michaels dependency issues treated as romantic so i wanted to make a blog that had little to no angst. ANYWAYS somehow im still here ,,, gvrkjvrnkjfd sorry i rambled

(also your richjake is suuuper adorable) ahhhhhh thank u so much? i talked a bit about this on my main but im really glad people are happy with my decision on this blog because im suPER SUPER NERvous anytime i post an ask dealing with these things. (ask hachi or nate i always message them like freaking out and send them my scripts and asks and wait for them to tell me its ok before i post it omg) also like i talked about before i love,,, having these fun stoner gamer boys to explore these issues with. im honestly shocked by how many people also deal with dependency issues because when i first listened to the musical i was so overwhlemed by the song michael int he bathroom because i had never heard someone basically write “dependency issue: the song” and it felt so so so good to realize i wasnt alone in this pit of despair i fall into so easily aha. but im!! glad everyone is ok with this wild ride im on right now (also thank u so much i struggle writing rich and jake but i get so emotional cause they would TOTES call each other babe)

how come you just use sketch form for most of your drawing (sketches and uses sketch for the final result)? im ,,, not really sure what this is asking but i thnk its along the lines of why do i only sketch my answers?? and i do that because dude do u see how often i post and how lONG some of them are. i made this blog for fun and i love doing comics but i hate lineart and coloring and if i tried to churn out finished pics for every post id defs have given up a few asks in,, shrugs

an art style question. how do you keep the design of characters consistent from frame to frame? my characters they look a lil different every time I draw em (or a lot different) and it tends to disrupt the flow of my comics/animations ohh boy hoo wee props for doing animations im too scared to give that a whirl but!! it helps that i draw all the panels for an ask on one canvas! so if my next panel is going to be the same character in the same spot just in a diff pose i keep the lower layer on just at low opacity so i can use it as a ref! that helps me a lot!

THIS IS A CONSPIRACY THEORY BUT THE FREAKING COLOR OF THE MEEGE TRIBE IS SIMILAR TO MEEGE IN SWITZERLAND???! AND THE TWO STARTING TRIBES WERE LITERALLY ALMOST THE SAME COLOR. THIS WILL NOT END LIKE SWITZERLAND, IF IT DOES I AM GONNA CRY.

Anyway I got in touch with Mitch and Benj. I talked with Mitch first then I learned it was Benj who flipped during the Noah vote. I mean I honestly thought it was Mitch ahsjdjd but I guess the talk I had with Benj about rocks/ties back then was an omen. Anyway Mitch tells me he forgives Benj so I guess that’s something? Julia confirms to me that Mitch is saying the same thing to her so ok. I then chatted with Benj and he did tell me he was the one who flipped because he was not close enough with Noah to go to rocks for him which is understandable but I’m still weary on Benj.

Tom then tells me Mo and Caeleb are grilling him for JJ and Evan’s demise. Right now Tom feels that Mo/Caeleb/Alex/Jones are a thing and that they’re just using Benj. That’s kinda a good info to use to get benj on our side??

Anyways I don’t know if this is alarming or what but on the tribe call Tom told Mitch and Benj he knew about the Budva idol being found because Julia told JJ and then told everybody. I think Mitch and Benj were shocked that Tom knows? Idk I maybe paranoid but let’s see

Right now me, Julia, Jason and Ali are trying to hide the fact from Benj and Mitch that we made sort of a pact with Tom and Jules to vote together come merge. I trust Tom to know that I think he will vote with us but idk about Jules. Tho Julia and Jason seem to trust her so I hope she sticks with us!!

SO I KNOW I'M TERRIBLE WITH WRITING CONFESSIONALS, but this is my first Survivor game, I'm not used to using Skype and it's weird having to type it to a whole other window just to get a confessional but WHATEVER ILL TRY TO DO AT LEAST ONE A DAY. Even if it's just like about random shit! Even it's just an astrology lesson! Anyways JJ, I mean, Alex is coming at me saying he thinks it's 6v6 now and i'm like......who's gonna tell him. BECAUSE EVEN IF IT'S ME NOT DOWN FOR OG DURMITOR ( i love them but game wise idk if i can hang with them ) I DAMN WELL KNOW other people might not be down for that. I'm just tired of the assumptions though I know Alex means well I'm just TIRED ugh he's a pisces moon too so he'll sense it from me so I better act NOT ANNOYED but I can't help it UGH. Did I miss the people from OG Durmitor? YES! Did I miss the gameplay and none of them calling out JJ on his shit and being surprised that JJ got out for being a crackhead? NO. NOT AT ALL.

okay so merge and I have lots of thoughts, i am gonna do it person by person so i cover it all ahh.

Alex C: Okay he lowkey terrifies me ahh. Like he is quite gamey, and both Mitch & Jules have said he is kinda leadery and potentially a bit pushy? I see him as an early merge boot (ideally), because I think he'll get a lot of attention on himself? He is fun though, and I like talking to him - we will see, maybe if idk Jones/Mo/Caeleb goes he will be a more workable ally from an underdog spot?

Ali: trash, disgusting, send him home, I never want to see that mess...

Benj: a KING, I have missed Benj so MUCH. He is such a, SUCH A KING, i love him, I'm so happy we are back together. I think he could be a great duo for me, since us two being close can be kept quite lowkey ha! We will figure it out, but he is going NOWHERE on my watch

Caeleb: Okay he is like... one of the only other newbies left in the game, and is potentially quite lowkey, so I'd like him to stick around for a while I think ahh! He seems super sweet, and could be someone to go to the end with if my faves go bye bye.

Ian: I've said it since round two, and I will continue to say it. Ian is the biggest threat in the game, I've been knew and I'm not dropping it. I will not allow him to go far, like he is super nice, but also... we are not allowing a threat like Ian to walk to the end.

Jason: Similar to Ian, I'm really feeling duo vibes with him and Ian, maybe even a trio with Julia I'm not sure? He scares me less than Ian, and I'd probs want Ian out first versus Ian? He still is also a king tho, even though I always get vibes that he doesn't like me eeeek

Jones: A legend! I can tell already, I fully get legendary vibes from her. But like... it makes me upsetti spaghetti that I really don't think I can let her get too far, like she... is someone I could see as a season winner, so she might need to go sooner rather than later, although getting her out might be easier said than done tbh

Jules: Okay an icon. Jules we LOVE in this house. I literally stan Jules with my 100% full heart, they know ALL and on my watch? they go NOWHERE. my clout is being used to keep an eye on Jules, even tho they are a much better player than me, and they will be able to watch their own back and go super far

Julia: Witch queen. I want her to go really far too tbh, like I love her and am so happy we have actually been able to work together this season. She told me about her self-vote thing she got from the merge feast, which is a big trust display. I think if I can get her woke about Ian/Jason, she could be a big ally and super important about my game long term. I think if we can get Alex C out particularly (since apparently they have history), then maybe she will be more willing to FINALLY make a move on them.

Mitch: I'm always sketched out by him KASDFA. Like I think he would work with me for sure, but I also like... don't know sometimes, like... he knows I was gonna vote him out premerge, can that go away? I think he could be a good ally moving forwards though , we will have to see.

Mo: MY SON. I MISS HIM. I'M SO HAPPY HE DOESN'T HATE, I THOUGHT HE DID. Its super exciting and like I said before, he is doing super good this season and I'm super proud of him. I wanna go far with him, but I think not being on a tribe with him till merge could be an obstacle to that ahh :(

Tom: Tom is a mega-cracked king. Like he is SO entertaining, and on a personal level I really vibe with him. I will not do him dirty, and I wanna go to the end of this game with him. We will see what happens, would love to be a juror voting for him at the end.

So overall final thoughts. I have a dream F4 alliance of 'The Flippers and the Flop' aka me, Tom, Jules & Benj, since those three flipped on their original tribe and I'm a flop. So I want that as F4, Julia at F5 (but maybe further, I love her too), and then for the rest:

6th: Mo 7th: Caeleb 8th: Mitch 9th: Jones 10th: Jason 11th: Ian 12th: Alex C.

We will see and figure it out and be flexible. Its gonna be a mess, but we will see. I just wanna make confirmed jury, then I just wanna play a bomb game, like finalist-schminalist, i just wanna end the season and my game not being an actual joke KASDFLAS.

Okay so i dont know like when the last time i did one of these was but lets just start at last tribal council; I am lowkey so glad that evan is gone and we didnt try anything too fancy he really would've made merge that bit messier. But uhm also why the heck did he have to vote me grrr i wanted to try to not get any votes for a really long time but oh well cant have everything good happen in life.

M E R G E!!!!!!!! Yesssss finally merge has happened the playing field is even and i am ready to rumble. Bit nervous to see where abouts i stand in the tribe because i didnt feel very included in the original durmitor tribe and there are two people i havent met in benj and mitch.

Okay so like wtf is going on right now, sure say hello and all that shit but why is Mo, Alex and Caeleb like proper interviewing me, who do you think you are ELLEN? Okau so like woo! i won the first immunity of the season how bloody exciting! I honestly was confident going into the challenge however i didnt know whether or not i was going to win. I love the fact that i got shot 0 times so i literally could've gone asleep and potentially still won lol. But at this point my mission of staying low and go go go'ing has to be intact i cannot seem like a big threat in this game it doesnt get me far. So im telling everyone that im surprised and that it was really just based on luck and based on nothing so my target does not grow! So glad to have immunity in this game honestly first merge boot probably wasnt going to be BUT i know this round can get fucking messy so anything could've changed #StayLowAndGoGoGo

okay this is a grr grr angry confessional. WHY IS EVERYONE BEING DUMB AND JUST BEING ATTACHED TO TRIBE LINES. Like I messaged Jones, Mo and Alex about it yesterday, and Jones my meme queen gave like a good response, but Mo particularly I was like... wut?

Like Mo is my org son from all the way back in Azores, so I always have his back... but like... when someone messages you about being uncomfortable with tribe lines and not wanting to stick to them, giving the HEAVIEST HINT POSSIBLE that I'm not attached to like Ian and Jason, your response should not be 'I'm just accepting my fate'... Like that is such a red flag to me, no player should just... be resigned to stuff? Like Mo PLEATHE.

In other other news, we love Jules still. Tom is being weird recently, I think he doesn't trust me anymore, so I think my dream at the moment is a F3 of Jules and Benj, Tom 4th and Julia 5th? Mitch terrifies me (and he knows I shot him, which caused even more distrust), Alex is super nice but is like... evidently not trusting of me, Mo is my son but I wanna SHAKE HIM, Jones is my fave I love her already, really like Caeleb too he is so nice.

I'm just frustrated, I feel like.. people aren't willing to do enough and its making me frustrated I just wanna scream. Like at this point, I expect to go midjury, like 9th, and I'm thinking who I'd vote. I would vote Jules, because they are always on the ball and their read is unmatched, I'd vote Ian because he has playing smart since round one, I'd vote Benj because he is one of the few that has his head screwed up about not blindly sticking to tribe lines.

Of the rest? I'd like to vote for Tom/Jones, but would probs need to see more gamey game from both. I could respect Mitch's story to get to the end, but don't necessarily see myself voting him. I could vote Julia or Jason. The one who is currently least likely to get my vote is probably Mo, I am just... frustrated with him. Like he could do SO GOOD, I just wanna give his head a proper wobble, like.... LISTEN TO ME. I am telling you I would flip just READ KSALDFA.

I ranked who I'd vote for in FTC if I was a juror so far and its currently:

Jules > Ian > Benj > Mitch > Julia > Tom > Jason > Jones > Alex C. > Caeleb > Mo

And the order in which I trust people is:

Jules/Benj > Julia > Tom > Ian > Jason > Caeleb > Jones > Mo > Alex C. > Mitch

I have thoughts. I know its been a hot sec since I have sent one in but I have been just busyyy. So this one might be long and it'll have all my thoughts post-merge.

My first thought: Being reconnected with old tribemate (Jules and Tom). I love Jules. She's so kind and wonderful, might be hard to reach occasionally but when she messages its always full and heartfelt. I think that can go a long way in this game as she's fun to talk to and makes you feel like she's with you. So that also mean shes very dangerous of course. Tom is less so fun. He's kinda sarcastic kinda hard to read kinda edgy. He always acts like he's a little too busy for things. But he is fun and he has fed me a lot of information about Budva post swap, so thank him for that. BUT I'm like lowkey really annoyed with him. Losing that last challenge on purpose was dumb as hell. I know Evan is deceitful and hard to work with, but like hell keep that in your head and get him off as an easy vote right after merge. Because If they hadn't lost and instead we had gone to tribal (Durmitor), then we hopefully would've lost Mitch, secured the dynamic as 7 OG Durmitor vs. the 5 OG Budva, and it would have been much harder for Tom and Jules to chose the Budva members over the numbers. Obviously this works best for me and OG Durmitor but that just means that I don't know what Tom and Jules are thinking and overall that means I can't really trust them.

Second thought: That challenge was actually really fun. It put this merge into perspective and CLEARLY showed where people are at right now. The fact that OG Budva was so organized in their slaughter and got out Alex like hella fast and then me before we got out any of them was so showing. They are tight and they will remain to be tight. The fact that they were able to be so coordinated seems scary as well. AS it might mean that Tom or Jules or even Mitch or Benj is actually working with them to make sure we didn't win that immunity. Plus Tom won it and that is scary to me because I already was wary about trusting him in the first place. Putting thought one and two together makes me wary overall, because that means that together Tom and Jules and Mitch and Benj might be choosing to work with old Budva (I mean Tom and Jules don't have any inhibitions about voting out old tribemembers so) and old Durmitor might just be screwed.

Third thought: Annoyed that I was shot and destroyed second. I thought I was making a good impression with everyone. Maybe its not a good indication but also sad face.

Fourth thought: New tribe members! I love them all to an extent. Ali seems to be fun to talk to and likes chatting back and forth. But also he did say he was surprised I was out so early and since I know that Alex didn't shoot Julia then he was definitely shooting me. So I don't think I trust that all too much and he might be too sneaky. Jason seems nice. Not much to say our conversation has been pleasant but only so. The same with Ian tbh. They seem cool but thats it. Julia is fun and her background makes her seem like a total bad ass and a really cool lady, but she's been soooo hella dismissive of me. I don't like the way she's playing the game. I think she's putting on an act and playing a character to throw people off. I heard she was like sad or crying(?) that someone shot her and Tom confronted me about it. And sure I shot her but like hell thats the game. I'm 90 percent sure she was shooting me. I'm annoyed, and people seem to love her which just makes me think she's being dismissive to me because she thinks I won't be around too much longer and she doesn't have to put in the effort. And that's dumb, like if I do go I really hope this is the start of the Jury because I will have something spicy to say to her in the event she makes it to Final Tribal. Or maybe things will change and I will learn to really like her and stuff.

Fifth Thought: Game plan for tomorrow. My strategy going forward is simply to be not targeted tomorrow. That is truly the crux of it, because at this point I think I might get votes. I know that apparently I have a habit of getting votes in a new tribe (David and then Noah) so honestly I can see it happening, especially if they are worried about Alex having an idol and they got him out of the challenge first just to vote me. But if I can survive then I think I can go a little farther. The power struggle right now is 3 groups of 4 battling. There's the total Budva members, the total Durmitor members, and then the middle ground (Jules, Tom, Benj, and Mitch). I asked Tom who was more important the original tribes or the new ones and he said he wants it to be old but most likely will be new which basically means that he will vote with Budva. So in the event I survive with numbers I'll ride that until I need Alex (and his idol that I'm prettttty sure that he has but I can't be sure) out and will try to rally that we need him to be gone. If I survive but I'm not on the side of the numbers I wanna create a good bond with Ali and Jules as were all newbies and work that until we can start eating Budva from the inside. I'll see though DKSDSKDSK. I don't think it would be wise to concrete that before this first vote because their reasons for voting off JJ and Evan was apparently that they were making alliances with everyone. I don't want them to see me that way.

Sixth Thought: Okay another Idol Bridge BIG OOF. Those are hard as hell, and I am so confident that both tribe idols are gone which means there might be 3 idols out there pretty soon which is scary as hell. Durmitor Dominators are hoping to work together to get it and maybe we can actually use that together rather than having it hidden like this time. (Which I really think that Alex has it but whatev). If I'm idoled out imma be so sad but like also okay thats an okay way to go.

julia proper wants to flip on ian and jason which iconic... its truly time. I wasn't necessarily going to vote them out first, but if that's what is gonna happen, that is what's gonna happen.

in a memey update, JJ just got cast in another game and it reminded me of a JJ-ism I never confessed about. JJ was on call and showing me... a pet in a glass box, but i didn't know what the pet was or what it was supposed to be, because I couldn't see it. but he was like wow isn't it cute, so i fully called a stick which was the only thing i could see, cute. a STICK.

anyway so like.... back to game. i think the merge boot will be ian or jason which dun dun dun! its probs overdue and will happen, or it'll be me! we will see anyway

I think I'm in the middle of everything atm, which is a weird place for me to be. I'm not in the center, I'm not looking from the outside in, I'm not really a part of anything major or in any alliances and it's an odd feeling. I know I need to do something to secure myself in something but everything in this game just feels up in the air, it's odd. I don't know if it's just how Survivor is, but it's a very strange feeling not having a proper grasp on what's going on with EVERYONE. I have ideas but not a lot of real confirmation for much besides Jason/Ian, Mo/Jones, etc. Anyways. IDK WHAT ELSE TO SAY OKAY I'm boring AF this game

Ok so for starters the immunity challenge ended after 2 hours of its posting adhgfjgs Tom won so big woo for him.

The Budva baes agreed to target Alex/Mo/Caeleb/Jones in this challenge and we got Mitch, Tom and Jules to work with us. Well kinda because the four (Me, Ali, Julia and Jason) of us were the ones who did most of the shooting to eliminate the Durmitor four and we just like went back and forth eliminating one another. I was the first to die in my group so big yikes!! I don't know if that's an omen idk but I do know that I was killed by grandma jones. So I killed grandma too oops!

Anyway, fast forward to today. I got an idol clue from the Hamburger but idk if this will help me get the idol hfjhsgf. So I shared it to Budva Baes and with Tom. Who knows we might get it idk.

In other news, on call Jules flipped because of an earthquake jgfjshgf

A tribe call happened that had almost everyone except Jones and Benj join which lasted about like 3-4 hours?? Anyway, me, julia, jules, jason, ali, mitch and alex played cards against humanity so that was fun!

After Alex and Jules left the call, the five of us who remained then proceeded to plan for the vote. As of now I think we're gonna throw our votes towards Caeleb because apparently he doesn't talk to them that much? I do talk with Caeleb but nothing game related so I guess I'm on board with that. We're not gonna target Alex rn because Julia mentioned that Alex might wanna work with budva people? or that maybe just a ploy, either way Julia and Mitch thinks Alex has the durmitor idol so that's something to be weary.

If I had my way I want to target Jones because during the call, Mitch and Julia expressed how they want her to stay and how they insta love her and to me that's kinda dangerous. But rn I don't think the numbers are their for me to go after Jones. Another hot topic on the call we had was Benj. I'm really becoming more weary of Benj because umm idk even tho we talk I feel like he's hiding something.

So far, the plan is for Julia to approach Jules about voting Caeleb. Jules is important for this vote because she's like in the middle rn and we need numbers. Also ghasgdd julia got a freaking auto-vote on herself for this incoming tribal council so we are screwed if they vote for Julia. Tom is also important but me and Jason have an alliance with him that Ali and Julia are not aware of so he's good hopefully.

Anyways as of now, the plan is Caeleb (which kinda sucks because I kinda like him) but who knows whats gonna happen. Just hope things go in my favor for this vote.

Apparently I’m a secondary target for the vote, but I’m like oddly at peace? Maybe it’s because I’m super tired but being anxious is never fun so I’m relieved that I’m so calm.

This tribal is so freakin messy. Literally everybody be crackheads and I am a freakin crackhead. I knew Mitch was gonna do me in again, I am sad that JJ blew up chances with Tom working with us, and I can't trust Jules because she's right in the middle. I think Benj is still with us. Anyways, I love Grandma's boys. They're all sweet and nice and wonderful and I want us to get this to work out. I hope Alex can work his magic, but also I hate that this has turned me into someone who is just riding the coattails at this point. Maybe I need to do some FREAKIN crackheadidness but hell we'll freakin see.

Julia. I LOVE YOU WITH MY WHOLE HEART, but. You have got us into such a pickle and are playing the middle too aggressively, dragging me kicking and screaming with you. Why would you make a Budva chat yesterday, to flip on it TODAY, that is such, SUCH a quick turn around

Alex. You are so sweet, and I really enjoyed the call yesterday, but you are already terrifying as an ally and are giving off JJ game vibes. This 'alliance' I'm in, of Jules/Julia/Me/Alex/Mo/Jones... terrifies me, WHY IS NOBODY TALKING. And then I love how Alex was like 'lets vote out someone from each side across two rounds' and then like... suggests Jason, a) one name b) one vote. And then it's like... he goes okay maybe Mitch the following round? Another OG Budva? I have to laugh, I have to LAUGH, this alliance is so fake askdlfaf. I love everyone in this alliance as people, but as allies I'm not feeling it.

Jones. You are a legend, and naming my plants was so fun, but you go so crickets its really scary, like it just looks SO sus. I wish you were more open gamey, I really wanna work with you grrrr.

Mo. Mo is my son, and I love him, but oh. my. god. is he frustrating to play with JLSAKDFAF. I have never played with someone who is so passive and who literally... does not say anything. Like on calls, he is so fun because he is the sweetest and a great guy, but his only comments and contributions have been 'I think I am going' and 'I have accepted my fate'. mo, MO, you can't be doing this and pulling these shenanigans, you are so likable just... give it a go and play the game HNNNGH.

okay that was mean and negative but I fully needed to scream. To clarify my situation, last night Julia made a chat of all the Budvas - Benj after the call, and we settled on voting Caeleb? But Julia wants to flip, and formed this group with Alex of them two, me, Jones, Jules & Mo. Like Julia, I get playing the middle, but this is playing. the. middle. I didn't want to be in such a middle position I hate this so much SKADLFASF.

It's really frustrating. I want Ian/Jason/Alex out because they all terrify me on a game level. But Julia has put us in the middle in a way that we are gonna have NO NUMBERS TO MAKE A MOVE UGHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH. Like I just wish she ASKED me before she made a group with Alex that I got dragged into.

I feel like me and Jules have to just... get in with Mitch. Its the only way. And Caeleb too I guess? Like I think the alliance I'm going to need is like... Me/Tom/Jules/Caeleb/Benj/Mitch... like that's a 6, and with Julia might be the numbers we need going forward.

I'm like... not gonna win this season I know it already. Jason is gonna be furious with me, as is Ian. And then I'm gonna have to flip BACK in two rounds. This is literally the exact game I've played before that hasn't worked.

Having said that, the main thing I did wrong before was that I didn't own my moves. So I need to own it, when I vote out Jason I need to talk to Ian and pull me in, so we can just... remove Alex. I just want everyone gone already askdlfa, its so so so tiring.

Here is what I want to happen now:

Ian > Alex > Jason > Mo > Jones > Mitch > Caeleb > Julia > Tom > F3: Me/Jules/Benj

but like... its just... im in such a bad mood about all this, its really... just enough.

Also for the funsies, if I was a juror, at FTC from most to least, this is who I'd vote for so far:

Jules > Benj > Mitch > Ian > Julia > Jason > Tom > Caeleb > Alex > Jones > Mo

So this tribal is shaping up in our favor... hopefully. I think Jason's for sure going now at least. It should be a 9-3 vote if everyone's telling the truth... which would make it so easy to split the votes because I'm pretty sure Jason or Ian have the idol. The most we can hope for is make them think Caeleb is going home for sure.

Pray for me. I don't wanna be a merge boot. I feel like I have a lot more game to play.

i'm gonna push the vote onto ian, saying jason is very nervous and seems like he will play an idol, pushing the vote onto ian. Then I will tell Jason before/after (to be decided) the vote that I saved him, thereby securing his trust so that we can make a move on Alex next round.

I have NEVER played so aggressively, and tried to take control so much in the vote, but Julia put me in a crap situation. But I'm not gonna like... sit here and have it happen, I am here to play a good game, I said so in my application.

I think this is the way of ensuring minimal blood on my hands, and I've wanted Ian out since round two KLASDFA.

What brushes do you use in fire alpaca?? i dont do much in firealpaca (esp not lately lol) but when i did use it a lot i just used the fill bucket and the standard/default brush to fill in gaps n such lol! i dont really draw in it, i used flash/adobe animate for the lineart and just fill in color in firealpaca :3

when did you start animating? uhh when i was around 11 or 12 when i started digital art i guess? i just used photoshop for the longest time then got flash when i was like 15 or so

how do you make that burn effect on your lineart? it makes it your pieces look sharper and even more interesting, it’s super cool!! when i used to use flash for lineart and firealpaca for coloring a lot, setting the lineart layer on BURN with the coloring layer seeping a lil past the lineart would get this effect automatically

(like on the whiskers. u can see it gets a brighter brown(?) and the warmer yellow on the ears)

but since then i’ve been using sai+photoshop more so i just do it manually! i’ll use this funny pic of me and my cat as an example lol

^i select the lineart/everything i want the funky color around

^slam that INCREMENT button a couple times

^make a new layer under the lineart

^fill that puppo with ur preferred color! something brighter works best, or even straight up white

that’ll give you something like this

then i open it in photoshop

and i mess with the pink line layer’s blending mode..color burn usually does the trick but depending on the Look you’re going for, saturation, multiply and overlay have some similar effects that look cool.

i also usually get rid of the outermost edge of pink line that’s visible around the lineart, just so it looks a little cleaner? to do that you just select around your lineart, increment/expand selection, and delete/erase in the selection of the pink line layer

uhh yeah! lmk if anyone needs clarification on this, i have some other #TIPS on makin ur art look crusty and funky so…lemme know if you’re interested :—3

What do you use to animate? And, a more specific question, how do you make transparent animated gifs? adobe animate 2017! (previously flash) i export my animation from flash as a png sequence then open it in photoshop, where the background will be transparent and save it as a gif from there nyaaa

Like, when you draw shapes for a certain character, it looks rlly like it fits with the character’s personality n stuff!! ( e.g: Your Love Live! drawings!! The characters look so good in your style.) TYSM!!! and YEA you basically guessed it, i mainly just think about the character’s personality and translate that into a shape or Pheeling…

especially for anime characters i look at the Very Subtle differences in the character’s original design..or possibly canon implications…for example kotori has slightly different eyes (it also says on her wiki page she has soft droopy eyes!) so i make sure to incorporate that Detãile

anime wiki pages that have details like that is nice, for love live they have cute lil “charm points” which is really cool n helpful! listening to how a character is described in their world can give clues to what differentiates them which you can make more clear in your design

taking into account each characters context is good too, what they do/hobby/personality and how that could affect their appearance/posture/attitude

YEAH its really fun to figure out certain characteristics and make it evident in their appearance! or. idk thats just what i do lol. hopefully this helps!

Elly’s Confession

Long D/iscord RP with Swap and Elly from @hiddeninshxdows

( Please forgive bad writing. ((Mostly on my part)) We wrote this at like 3 am over several nights xP )

Setting: Surface world, Swap visits frequently under the disguise of a human named Simon.

Reason: Swap promised that if Elly didn’t say anything self depreciating for a month he’d take her out to eat as a friendly hangout.

Swap

Swap stepped through a portal, leading Elly behind him. He nearly trips as the slight drop but catches himself. He's wearing a blue sweater vest on top of a dress shirt, gloves, dresspants, and dress shoes. He has his human disguise up, cocoa skin, blue eyes, and short, dark brown hair. They stepped into an alleyway, the sky above is nearing sunset. Outside of the alleyway a sidewalk is seen, people walking around, music playing in the distance as the usual nightlife starts to become active.

Elly

Elly quickly opened her umbrella, even if it was sunset she still needed to protect her face from the sunlight. She had a nice little jacket with red undershirt some jeans, boots and gloves with her hair tied up in the ponytail, she even put on her glasses so she could read properly. she looked around amazed at everything and all the humans "W-wow...this is t-the surface?....its...its...AMAZING!!"

Swap

He nodded, grinning brightly. He loved seeing monster's reactions to the surface. "i know right? wait until you see the stars!" He led her out of the alley and onto the sidewalk. He glanced around to get his bearings and huffed a bit. "portal sent us to the wrong place. the restaurant is over here." He led her in the up the sidewalk. Along the sidewalk on this side of the road was a cinema, a few shops, a bar, ect. It seemed like a fairly nice downtownish area. There was also a lovely coffee shop on the corner, it had a little outside area with colorful umbrellas to sit under and enjoy a drink. Swap gave it a glance and a smile before moving on. Just across the street passed the coffeeshop was a diner. The sign read Rose's Diner. It also had a little outside area. Swap stopped in front and gestured to it proudly. "here we are! they have great burgers and they also serve breakfast all day! my favorite thing though is that they make sweets here with no sugar! apparently the daughter of the person who runs the place can't have sugar just like me! so they started making sugar free things." Through the disguise you couldn't see, but from his excitement it was obvious his eye lights were little stars.

Elly

She was so amazed by everything, gladly letting him lead her as they walked to the diner, she had never seen such liveliness, such color, she wished she brought her sketch book, so instead she just took a couple pictures with her phone. when they reached the diner she was surprised that they served sugar free things, but she was happy that he like s this place "W-well then, lets go i-inside and order some f-food!" she grabbed his hand and started walking inside practically vibrating with excitement at the new surroundings. she was very quietly making odd noises that sounded close to purring but not quite

Swap

Swap let himself get dragged along. Nearly laughing at her excitement. The inside of the diner was wood floored with rose wallpaper. It gave off a homey feeling. It had both booths and tables as well as a door leading out to the outside. A friendly woman greeted them. "Simon! You're looking nice today. I see you've brought a friend! Where'd you like to sit this time? Outside again?" Swap nodded before pausing and turning to Elly. "is that okay with you?"

Elly

She was admiring the inside almost not hearing them. She turned to swap and nodded "s-sure. I like the o-outdoors" she let go of his hand slightly embarrassed she held onto it so long "l-lead the w-way!" She said cheerfully. Masking her worry about the end of this hangout

Swap

He gave a comforting smile to Elly. He was worried that he might be overwhelming her with everything. It took him a while to get use to this stuff too. He turned back to face the woman that greeted them who grabbed two menus and gestured for them to follow before walking out to the outside area and putting the menus on a table. It was in a nice spot kinda in the corner. It had a umbrella that was brightly colored and cast shade over the table. The placement of the table allowed a great view of the rest of the tables and the street. A great place if you liked people watching. "This work?" The woman asked. To which Swap enthusiastically nodded. This was his favorite spot when he normally came here. "I'll be back in a few minutes to take your order!" And with that she walked off. Swap gestured for Elly to pick the seat she wanted. There were only two but he thought she might prefer one over the other.

Elly

She smiled back at him before following the lady, she did feel slightly overwhelmed with everything but she was trying her best to just take all this in. She saw the nice umbrella and seating, liking the spot already because of the shade. She sat down in one of the seats and looked around. she was so happy that she didn't notice her ears started wiggling in joy as she excitedly stared around at all the people "W-wow look at a-all those people!"

Swap

He sat across from her, beaming proudly. "i know right?! i love watching humans! reading books on them is okay but watching them in their day to day lives is soooo much more interesting! there are so many different humans! and none of them look the same! and the more i learn the more i realize how alike they are to monsters!" He paused as he noticed her ears wiggling. "oh my gosh that's adorable! how are you doing that?"

Elly

"I w-wish i could o-observe them more, i-it seems like fun!" her ears wiggled little more intensely before turning her head to him with a confused face "D-doing what...?" she then realized her ears are wiggling, she slaps her hands over her ears to stop them from wiggling, her face flushing gray "g-gosh sorry, my e-ears do that when i-im happy, i-its weird i know" she felt really embarrassed now because it was a stupid quirk her ears did

Swap

He chuckled. "don't be embarrassed, it's charming! i'm glad you're happy!" He paused and looked thoughtful. "i've...never seen you do that before. never really seen you this happy before either." He smiled again. "guess i'll have to take you here more often!" He froze up for a moment before quickly reaching over, opening her menu, and half shoving it in her face. He spoke in hushed tone. "h-humans don't turn grey! gotta blend in!" He cleared his throat and spoke up a bit louder. "l-look at this! they have everything here! how awesome is that?" No one seemed to notice any of this and it looked rather ridiculous. Especially with him leaning across the table like that.

Elly

she smiled a little hearing he'll take her here more often, then squeaked at the menu being pushed into her face, mentally facepalming that she let herself blush. she took the menu from his hands whispering a 'sorry' before adjusting her glasses so she can read the menu "W-wow your right t-they do have e-everything!" she hid her face in the menu waiting for her blush to calm down before moving the menu out of her face "T-there's so much i c-can't decide..." she leaned on her hand taking off her glasses and setting it on top of her head to contemplate the options in deep thought, then eventually she spaces out, staring at the sun set forgetting what she was doing

Swap

He sighed. Gosh he wished that they didn't have to hide that they were monsters. She kinda looked cute in grey. Oh well. He leaned back and picked up his own menu. Although he already knew what he was getting. After a bit of time looking at it he put it down to talk with Elly but paused when he saw her expression. He looked were she was looking and his smile got brighter. "it's beautiful isn't it? one of my favorite things about the surface." He sighed in an almost lovestruck fashion and leaned on his hand as he stared out at it. He wished that he could share this sight with everyone.

Elly

she snapped out of her thoughts when he spoke up, getting slightly startled but regaining her composure "i-it is pretty, e-even if it stings my s-skin a l-little" she turned to look at him and saw his face, she leaned on her hands looking at him with a lovestruck face, admiring him a bit before snapping herself out of it and looking back down at her menu "S-so what are y-you gonna get? i c-can't decide so i-i'll get the same as y-you" she focused on her menu while trying to ignore the voices in her head

He finally snapped out of it and tore his gaze away from the sunset when she asked him what he was going to get. "h-huh? oh uh, they have these really great pancakes. they have peanutbutter and chocolate on them! all sugar free of course." He paused and looked her over for a second. "are...are you okay? you're stuttering. is this too overwhelming? is the sun burning you?" He hoped he hadn't done something wrong. "...i'm sorry for shoving the menu in your face. did you get a papercut?"

Elly

She shook her head "S-swap i a-always stutter, i am getting b-better at english but its h-hard sometimes. and although y-yes the sun does burn me a l-little its not overwhelming, a-and no i didn't get a paper cut....i-i guess i’m just mostly nervous a-about the end of this because of w-what i need to tell you" she chuckles nervously, closing the menu and putting it down and clearing her throat "see? i can also not stutter, its just harder and takes me longer to do"

"w-well...yeah you stutter a lot but you were stuttering differently." He sighed. "guess i'm just a little worried. i want you to have a great time. you've worked so hard for this." He smiled a bit. "you've got me curious now. but there's really no need to be nervous. i'm sure it's gonna be fine." He reached over and took her menu, stacking it on top of his own to it would be easier to hand to the waitress when she came back.

"I-i was?" she always thought she stuttered how she usually did "...o-oh! my stutters probably s-seem weird because im not t-talking in third person a-anymore" she let him take her menu, she leaned on her hands smiling a little "I-ive got plenty reason t-to be nervous, mostly t-the voices are making me more n-nervous but im trying my best s-since im having a wonderful time. w-while also trying to keep myself c-calm from the sheer amount of p-people"

"o-oh dear! are there too many people? i'm sorry. probably should have thought of that." He paused again. "wait...voices?" She heard voices? Well that was a very Elly thing.

"D-dont worry its fine! i-im not in a room so i-im okay." she twiddled her thumbs "Y-yes voices, they showed u-up after my first crush...well a-attacked me, they torment my m-mind by voicing my deepest inner t-thoughts, my worries, and making m-me feel horrible and worthless a l-lot, most of the time i ignore t-them but sometimes its h-hard when they are really intense like r-right now"

He looked worried. "oh gosh...i'm so sorry you have to deal with that." He reached over and put his hand over her's. "is there some way i can help? distract you somehow from them or something?"

her cheeks dusted a little gray, hardly noticeable if anyone glanced over "T-they are hard to ignore but, just b-being here with you is enough" she turns her hand around to gently hold his

He managed a smile, still a little worried about her. "i'm glad i can help. you're a good friend and i'd hate for you to be sad." The waitress started to come back and he withdrew his hand to straighten the menus, handing them to her when she finally got there. "two of the usual, please!" She pulled out her notepad and wrote it down. "Okay! I'll have that out in a bit!" And just like that she walked off. "that's amy. she's super nice. she's the daughter that i talked about that can't have sugar."

Elly

She looked at amy as she walked off "Wow she's pretty." she slipped her glasses back on her face. "But not as pretty or good looking as you" she finger guns him with a big smirk on her face as she wiggles her eyebrows at him, hoping to make him at least a little flustered

"yeah she is pretty-" He paused and stared blankly for a moment before a light blush showed up. His magic automatically made his human disguise alter to turn very pink. "e-elly! i-i'm not- i-" he huffed a bit as the blush got worse. His expression softened as he straightened his sweatervest and refused to look at her. "...a-am i pretty?"

Elly

she chuckles at how flustered he's being, she takes a quick secret picture of this then moves her chair so she's sitting next to him. so she can grab his chin to make him look at her "Y-your the prettiest a-and i mean that" she lets go of his chin and blows a kiss at him before moving her chair back to its original spot to just smile at him

When she took his chin he was surprised and at her words his blush skyrocketed. He made a choked squeak and covered his face. "n-no one h-has ever c-called me p-pretty before." Unless they were joking or being sarcastic. His illusion shifted a little. Looking like a wave of tv fuzz went through it. He was so embarrassed that he almost lost concentration.

"W-well its true, your really pretty, a-and amazing, and just overall wonderful. i-im surprised no one has told you t-that yet because every. word. is. true." she leaned on her hand, letting the other flop on the table, thinking she should stop flustering him before he ends up revealing he's a skeleton

His face was totally red at this point and his illusion flickered a few more times. He wanted to deny it but that would be a little hypocritical. He whined a bit instead. "w-well y-you're p-pretty and amazing too."

Elly

"i-im glad you think so, i may not think h-highly of myself, and although i usually d-deny it it does make me a little happy to h-hear you say that about me" she chuckles and leans on both hands staring at him with a look of fondness on her face

Swap

He focused on calming himself down. Taking deep breaths. Slowly his blush started to fade but not all the way. He finally uncovered his face, but didn't look at her. Focusing on straightening his sweatervest instead. "y-you just l-love flustering me don't ya?"

Elly

her smile widens seeing him uncover his face, seeing the little bit of blush still leftover "a-although yes i do love doing it, today i-im being one hundred percent serious. y-you being flustered is just a bonus" she kept staring seeing he didn't look at her "w-why are you looking away? i know there's n-nothing wrong with my face right now, a-and i know you don't like me romantically so t-there's no reason for you to look away"

His blush got worse. "h-huh? u-uh i-i'm just- i-i um...genuine c-complements- i- uh..." He nervously straightened his bow tie. "i-i'm not use to them a-at all. i-i f-feel all f-fuzzy a-and i just-" He gestured vaguely still not looking at her directly. "y-you know? i-i just don't know what t-to do!"

Elly

She laughs a little "W-well ive always complemented y-you genuinely. ive never once jokingly, o-or sarcastically complemented you. and y-you should get used to it since n-now you know im always genuine" she looked away for a minuet, glancing around to see if a waitress is nearby with their order. "though i-ive never heard someone say t-they feel all fuzzy from complements"

He whined and rubbed his face as if that would help get rid of his blush. "w-well yeah b-but y-you never said them l-like that a-and i just thought you were b-being polite o-or- i dunno...m-maybe it's just me...i-i feel like a different person when i'm on the surface." The waitress could be seen taking orders to people. It looks like it wouldn't be long before the food came.

"W-well your not a different p-person, your still the same, pretty, wonderful guy ive known for....hmm about a year now?" she didnt quite remember but she was happy she's known him that long "Your the first person to really get to know the me under my mask . you make me feel safe, heck my eye still turns off whenever im around you even though you don't even have total trust anymore" she actually took out a sticker from her jean pocket, and sides it over to him, it was her trust sticker but it had a whopping 65% on it

He looked at the sticker with surprise, his blush not subsiding. He looked up at her with the same surprise. "r-really?" He hesitantly picked up the sticker and smiled at it. After a moment looking up at her with the same smile. "th-thank you for trusting me!"

Elly

she smiled back tucking the large clump of hair that usually covers her eye behind her ear, its now visible that she took off her stitches today, and her eye was totally normal "Im still used to seeing only out of one eye but this is fine too" she felt weird not having her eye covered but she felt safe

He beamed even brighter seeing that her eye was normal. "i'm sure you'll get use to it." He put the sticker in his pocket for safekeeping. "it's nice to see both of your eyes."

Elly

"I-its weird though. I l-look strange with it not c-covered" her stomach growled quite loudly "I....h-haven't eaten anything a-all day"

He was worried again. "elly you need to take better care of yourself!" He sighed. "i'm sure the food with be here soon." As soon as he said that the waitress came from the door to the inside carrying two normal sized plates and two smaller ones. She trotted over balancing everything with practiced ease. Setting the bigger plates in front of them, they had a stack of delicious looking pancakes covered in peanut butter and chocolate syrup. She set down the smaller plates as well. They each had a small slice of what looked like strawberry cake. "Mom's trying a new recipe. She's not sure if she should add it to the menu so I thought you could try it and tell me how it is! I personally love it but the customers are the deciding vote. Anyways, enjoy!" And with that she turned around and went back inside.

"i k-know i know im trying, b-but i tend to forget and when i r-run out of money its required i d-don't eat" she smiled at the pancakes and picked up her fork starting to dig in, already loving it, and using all her willpower not to eat how she normally does since it wouldn't be very 'human' if she did. "So good~!" she started gobbling it down, licking any chocolate and penutbutter around her mouth "gosh if you treat me out to food like this more often im gonna have to marry you just to lock you down" she says totally joking as she stuffed more into her mouth

He laughed a bit at that. "well, i'd like to take you out more often. especially if you can't afford food. you know you can always ask for help, right? it's no bother." He took a bite of the cake and his face lit up. "oh my gosh this is amazing! i hope they add this to the menu." He shoved the rest of the small slice in his mouth, swallowing it in one big bite.

Elly

"Of c-course, i'll be sure to r-rely on you more" she finished off her pancakes and nearly choked seeing him shove it in his mouth swallowing in one bite. she decided to try the cake too "y-your right it i-is good!" she scarfed down the cake totally satisfied "T-this really was worth n-not being self depreciating for a m-month, even more so b-because i get to spend some nice t-time with you when we aren't just using e-each other to sleep"

"well, it's not really using. it's helping eachother out! i get nightmares and you eat nightmares! and you can only get good rest when you're in a dream so you can hang out in mine! it is nicer hanging out with you when i'm awake though." He started cutting up his pancakes into perhaps a little too big of pieces. "we should hang out more often! maybe make it a bi-monthly thing. if you can go two weeks without being self depreciating then we go out to eat!"

Elly

"I s-should cut back on it t-though, the nightmares are k-kind of fuel for my magic. a-and if i eat too much i end up w-with a 50/50 chance of either getting h-horribly sick or just...horrible" she shudders thinking about it "T-two weeks...I think i can do t-that, not often but i can t-try sometimes so we can do this m-more" she tries to poke for more pancakes but realizing she ate it all "o-oh, i guess i a-ate it all" she just set her fork down doing deep in thought, a serious look taking over the more joyful one

"what's important is you being healthy! i don't want you to overdo the nightmare eating if it's gonna make you sick. and i'm sure you can resist being self depreciating. you managed this far!" He shoved a big bite of pancake in his mouth. He was practically glowing with joy. Gosh he loved pancakes. He seemed oblivious to her expression, too busy with his food. "by how fast you ate them i'd say you enjoyed it!"

Elly

she didn't respond, she was so deep in her thoughts she almost forgot she was even anywhere. its almost as if she lagged since it took her quite a long while before she responds "I d-did like them, t-they were very tasty, and i-ill try to be h-healthy..." she contemplates a question in her mind before voicing it "H-hey swap, after this c-can we go for a walk s-someplace with less people?" although she enjoyed the liveliness she prefers a more peaceful quiet more

Swap paused mid bite when she finally spoke up. He's devoured half his plate already. "uh, sure! there's this park a few blocks away that's nice. i was actually planning on taking you there for viewing the stars." The sun was almost down by now, reds and oranges fading into pinks and purples.

Elly

"Wonderful!" she's been wanting to see stars so badly ever since she looked at the lid of her music box her mom gave her "Im quite excited to see the stars, since the closest ive seen to a star is what your necklace is made out of." she started playing with one of her earrings a bit feeling increasingly nervous and very excited, her ears started wiggling, feeling so happy

He smiled brightly. "i love that necklace! i'm actually wearing it!" He sat down his fork and reached down his shirt collar to pull out the crystal necklace. "i'd wear it out in the open but it doesn't fit my outfit and my bowtie gets in the way." He carefully tucked it back under his collar. "i'm sure you'll love them!" He went back to eating his food. Rushing it even more than normal so they could get to the park before sundown

Her ears wiggled intensely that she felt her ears hitting her head with the wiggling "I-i'm happy you wear it, i w-worked on it for...about a month or so g-getting the shape right" she snorted seeing him eating really fast "Woooaaahh s-slow down or your gonna m-make a mess all over your f-face" the thought of chocolate sauce and penutbutter on his face did make her laugh

He paused in his eating, a slight blush appearing. "i-i uh, already have. i'm just hiding it with illusions." He picked up a napkin and wiped his face . Despite the illusion making it look clean, the napkin came back as a mess of peanutbutter and chocolate. "i um...i'm a really messy eater." He looked a little sheepish as he started eating again, this time taking 'small' bites and slowing down a bit.

Elly

she laughs seeing the really messy napkin "D-don't worry im also a messy e-eater sometimes" she just tried her best to not be one today since she doesn't have illusions "y-you can take your time e-eating since we have plenty o-of time up here"

"i know i know i just wanna make sure we get there before the stars come out!" He swallowed a bite. "it gets really really dark. they actually shut off a good amount of light around the park area so the stars are more visible. it has something to do with an age old tradition or something. this place is weird like that but it does make it nice." He shoved another rather large bite in his mouth. "something to do with, ironically enough, ancient human wizards. the kind that sealed monsters underground. they say that one of them is buried in that park. which is why after all these years they haven't touched that plot of land. it's actually a very large section too. anyways, they said that this wizard could bring stars down from the sky! and some people even said they've seen their ghost! it's all folktale but it's interesting that it's stuck around so long. the reason they turn the lights off is because they say their sprite wants to see the stars."

"W-wow ghosts....i wonder i-if anyone got murdered in that park b-because if its that dark then it would be so easy t-to do it, like some horror movie" she laughs a little evilly thinking about it "B-but i like the little folktale its n-nice. i don't get to hear many tales b-besides the one of how my mom and dad m-met. they both met each other during the heat o-of battle, my mom protected my dad since he wasn't a f-fighter and after that he was infatuated with her s-strength and bravery that he started giving her f-flowers and gifts. and they got married at t-their favorite spot, just before they got sealed i-in, and they've been together s-since. its wonderfully sweet how long they've b-been together”

He smiled brightly. "that's so romantic! my parents met when they were kids. they grew up together! but then my mom left snowdin and moved to new home where she worked on the blueprints and oversaw the construction of the core. they kinda drifted apart for a long while. dad wasn't the riverman yet because his dad was still alive. so he was focusing on writing romance novels. eventually mom came back and they both found themselves head over heels for eachother again and started to officially date. dad can't talk without stuttering and messing up a lot. it's some kinda disability. so when he proposed to my mom he used the old echo flower tea trick! recording the message and then sealing it in the flower with heat and making tea with the flower. even though i can talk perfectly fine, i'd like to do that when i propose. mostly because i feel like i'd get so nervous i'd mess up." He looked a little dazed out. "i was born soon after that. a little over a week after they were married. they got into a rush and didn't check to make sure they had enough magic...dad says it caused a lot of stress for them. they we so worried that i wouldn't make it..." He smiled a bit. "but i did. and when i was in the clear everyone had a big party. too bad i was too young to remember it. he says that mom didn't leave my side for a month. she was always fretting about her little son. but even if i was born with a weak soul she insisted that i was meant for greatness. to follow in her footsteps and become the scientist that set all of monsterkind free!" He seemed to be glowing with pride at this. A moment later it all faded and he looked a little downcast. "guess she couldn't be right all the time."

She reached over the table and put her hand on him of his after hearing this story "You may n-not be a scientist, but i believe y-you're still meant for greatness. i m-mean my mom thought i was gonna be like h-her and be a strong fighter in an a-army and find my own Pesu, but i take after m-my dad so violence isn't for me" she still had to endure training but it just made her stronger so she can protect anyone she cares about "I d-do hope to find someone for myself b-but because of my trust issues it m-makes it very hard for me. and with all my problems s-some people don't wanna deal with i-it" she took her hand off his "A-anyway did you finish u-up your food?"

He smiled a bit at her words. He was sad that he'd given up on being a royal scientist. But he did hope he could do something great. He took a deep breath and smiled brighter. "yeah. i'm done. oh, and elly, i'm sure you'll find someone. good things come to those who wait. you'll find the perfect person soon enough." He wiped off his face again, making sure that it was clean, even if the illusion hid it. "i'm gonna go pay. be right back!" He stood up, brushed himself off and walked off back inside the building to pay.

"Okay!" she smiled as he left into the building, she then flopped her head on the table groaning a little as soon as he left into the building "G-god damn he's so c-cute, hold yourself together Elly....j-just be patient..." she was mentally practicing her confession and trying to calm herself. taking deep breaths "O-okay calm yourself, a-and resist confessing too e-early..." she knows she's gonna have a hard time doing that, she had a hard time just not kissing him right then and there with how cute he was being

Swap trotted back out after a few minutes, he was grinning brightly. "good news! i talked to amy and her mom and they're adding that cake to the menu!" He was as giddy as a child on Christmas. "oh! and i paid so we're good to go!" He offered her a hand. "it's a bit of a walk to get to the perfect viewing spot so we should get a move on."

she bolted her head up from flopped on the table when she heard him. she smiled hearing the cake would be on the menu "Wonderful! i-im glad its being added!" she gets up from her seat and picks back up her umbrella she set aside before putting her hand in his "O-okay lets go!" she was excited to get to this viewing spot

He led her off, back through the inside of the restaurant, waving at Amy before heading out back on the sidewalk. He glanced around before leading her in the quickest way he knew to the park. It was a few minutes of fast walking and twists and turns before they got to the grassy area. The sun was just falling below the horizon. As soon as they were on the grass he scooped her up and dashed at full speed. The area was quite large as he'd said. At least a few miles wide. 'Park' was an understatement. It was largely forested with a few large clearings and paths leading to different parts. The whole area seemed very out of place next to the city area. He didn't waste time to dash through the forest, ignoring the neat paths to take a shortcut. The whole area was on a gradual slope up and when they finally left the trees they found a clearing on top of a hill. The top had a few benches and a path up it if you took the normal path instead of just dashing through the unmarked forested area. "here we are!" He carefully set her down on a bench and sat next to her. Just their luck that it seemed no one else was around. The sun had just gone down and the very very last specks of purple turned into dark blue of the night sky. Despite being near the city lights and light pollution, it seemed that the stars were bright as ever. Swap was still grinning, a few happy sparks of magic popping without him noticing as he pointed up. "just in time!"

Elly

She followed gladly as he lead her to the park. then squeaked loudly as she was scooped up, she clung to him tightly as he bolted at full speed though the park to the spot. she had a bit of lag from the intense speed, when she finally realized what was going on she saw the stars, her eyes widened and sparkled. she was so amazed and happy that she didn't notice her magic reacting to it, causing any shadows within 20 feet of them swirling upwards almost weightlessly "Woah..."

Swap

He was overjoyed at her reaction. Glad that he could make this dream come true. He gave a glance to the shadows, freaking out for only a spilt second before he decided it was probably like his sparks. He looked up at the stars instead. "aren't they beautiful? when i first saw them i stayed up all night just to look a them. finding constellations that i'd only read about and recalling the stories behind them..." Be sighed happily. He loved the stars so much. He was glad she loved them too

her eyes trailed off to look at him, her grip on her umbrella tightened trying to resist as much as she can but she couldn't "Swap i....i just c-can't take it anymore!! i c-can't keep hiding it from you!" she drops her umbrella and grabs both his hands "SWAP I LOVE YOU!! a-and not like a friend, im IN l-love with you and i h-have been for a long time. it j-just intensified ever since you looked i-in my repression box just...UGH i l-love you so much!....but i know y-you don't like me back, you always get c-crushes on girls and i try to be supportive b-but it kills me a little inside pretending i d-don't love you just....you don't have to g-give me an answer because i know you'll r-reject me." she kisses his cheek and lets go of his hands running off in a random direction, mentally scolding herself for blurting it out like that. the voices yelling at her how he won't wanna see her again

He turned to look at her when she spoke. When she took his hands he stared in confusion and shock. His illusion fell from how surprised he was and he didn't even process it fast enough to start blushing before she kissed his cheek and dashed off. He sat there for another few seconds before bolting after her. As soon as he caught up to her he hugged her from behind. "p-please don't run." He just held on tightly for a few moments as things started to set in. Very carefully he picked her and brought her back to the bench. Setting her back down like he had before. He crouched in front of her her took her hands in his own, looking up at her with bright eyelights and an even brighter blush. A soft, and little nervous smile in place. "i-i had no idea you felt that way. look, i...i don't feel the same. but, i'm willing to give this a chance. m-maybe...we could go on a few dates? see how we get along? b-but no matter what happens i need you to promise me something." He took a deep breath. "regardless of if this works out or not, i'd like to still be your friend. can you promise that if we...if this doesn't work out, you'll still be willing to be my friend?"

she was nearly gonna cry as she ran, and almost attacked swap when he grabbed her, squirming a but but stilled when he asked her not to run. she let herself be carried back to the bench. her hair had flopped back over her other eye as she nervously stared him in the eyes, unable to look away from his bright eyelights. she was expecting the worst but her expression softened from being nervous to pure shock "Y-you'll give me a c-chance..?" tears start forming in her eyes which she then tackled him into a hug clinging tightly "I-i promise even if it doesn't w-work i will still be your friend, i-im just so happy your b-bothering to give me a-a chance...e-even more so since t-the voices were telling m-me that i just ruined e-everything..."

He nearly falls over at the hug, hugging back after a moment. "it's okay elly. you haven't ruined anything." He sighed. "we've been friends for a while now so it's the least i could do. i dunno if i'll end up feeling anything or not but...it would be stupid of me not to at least try. after all, you'd make a wonderful girlfriend." He backed up a little to look her in the eye again. "just so you know, this doesn't mean that i'm your boyfriend, yet. this means we're two friends testing the waters to see if we could be something more. don't get your hopes up too much because i don't wanna hurt you if it doesn't end up how you expected." He smiled brighter. "besides that, i'm excited to see how this goes!" He pecked a kiss on her forehead.

"O-of course, i wont get my hopes u-up and we're not together, but i can h-have a little speck of hope that me m-might" her face flushed a very light gray at the forehead smooch "Im also e-excited....but um ive never b-been on a date before....ever. u-unless being left in the snow for h-hours while the other gets n-nicecream, leaving me without a j-jacket and comes back giving me h-half of one, because thats what m-my last crush did" she did not know how relationships properly worked. "s-so you'll have to plan the date...sorry im inexperienced...."

He cling tighter. "i promise i won't do that to you. and uh...a date is kinda like what we did today except um...you talk about more personal things? we kinda did that though...dates are for getting to know eachother better!" He looked a little sheepish. "uh..i'm not the best with dating either. most of the time me and my last girlfriend just hung out and occasionally had some really deep talks or spoke about how we wanted to get married and how many kids we'd have....been a while since i last dated." He sighed sadly before snapping back. Talking about his ex probably wasn't a good thing to do. "it's fine though! we'll figure it out together!"

Elly

"Y-yeah we will figure it out t-together" she wanted to pinch herself to make sure this isnt some dream , so she just instead nuzzled him a bit. "W-well i don't mind t-talking about stuff, im not exactly i-intresting but there is things you don't k-know about me" she slips from his arms and just lays on the ground patting the spot next to her "L-like you don't know that i c-can make music out of almost anything. l-like if i find something that i t-think can be used to make a b-beat i can do it"

He laid down next to her, snuggling up close. "really? that's so cool!" He thought for a moment as he looked up at the stars. "i use to want to be an astronaut when i was a kid. said i'd be the first monster in space." He laughed a bit. "my mom told me as soon as we were on the surface she'd make sure that happened." He sighed. "i really miss her. i can't even say her name now...at least i don't think i can...i know i can't say it in my world because weird things happen...from what i understand, she's been erased from existence, the only link keeping her from being totally gone is me because i have her magic. to delete her would mean deleting me and i'm not...suppose to be forgotten? although if i try to say her name it...it's odd. it's like i lose a part of her. like, acknowledging her is forbidden." He paused for a moment and looked sheepish again. "s-sorry. that probably made no sense. erasing people, heh. this isn't a video game." He awkwardly tugged at his gloves. "it's hard to explain. she's alive but also not alive and everyone but me and my dad and brother have forgotten about her. and she lives in the void now? and she can sometimes watch what we do through one sided portals that show up. also she can talk to me in my dreams....i think i made that sound even more crazy."

she gently holds his hand "Y-you don't sound crazy at all. i h-have a grandmother, i knew her f-for a long time until she d-died, and when we die its usually l-like we just, melt. vanish into j-just thick black mist. she was a w-wonderful person and was so kind and c-caring, but when she died my family stopped t-talking about her almost like she was f-forgotten." she chuckles a little sadly "I k-know she isn't but n-no one ever wants to talk a-about her, it makes me worry about w-what if mom or dad died, would everyone stop t-talking about them too? what if i d-died would everyone just forget m-my existence..." She squeezed his hand a little "I-its just stupid thoughts. b-but yeah i don't think your crazy, i m-mean knowing about timelines and s-stuff was already crazy so anything is p-possible"

He glanced over and smiled at her. "thanks elly. ya know, i wouldn't forget you." He gave her hand a reassuring squeeze. "makes me think of grandpa semi. he was my mom's dad. my dad wasn't around much so semi filled in whenever he could. he was the best. he taught me all sorts of things." He sighed. "when i was around 17 he passed away. it's okay though. he lived a long and happy life. fell in his sleep. it was painful losing him but that's just how life is. i'm thankful to have met him."

"Y-your grandpa sounds n-nice..." she scoots closer, leaning her head on his shoulder "I-its nice you got taught a l-lot, i got taught only how t-to bake, how to fight, and h-how to grow tea. i was never even t-taught how to see my soul, i only g-got to see it once and that was with my m-moms help when i was 6 to check a c-crack on it" she sighs deeply "ive b-been wanting to check it again s-since it was only about...i d-dunno this big?" she lifts up her free hand and shows her fingers which were almost touching "i-its probably nothing but i-its just something in the back o-of my mind i think about"

He looked worried. "oh gosh...that doesn't sound good. do you want me to check it? i know a thing or two about souls."

She sits up "Could you? it would be very helpful since i don't remember what my soul looked like"

He sits up as well, leaning back on his hands. "of course! maybe i can teach you how to summon it yourself too. not sure if it works the same but here's how i do it." He put a hand over where his soul would be. "i focus on my soul, it's the core of a monster's being so keep that in mind. try to sense where the most concentrated magic is. and then will it to show itself." He moved his hand and he soul showed itself, floating over his palm. Slightly smaller than it should be and glowing white with a barely blue tint. Two deep cracks visible, one looking more filled in and older and the other still looked fresh. "Like that."

she stared amazed "W-wow...your soul is v-very pretty!" she decides to try it herself, she does exactly as he instructed and she took out a normal sized soul, it had a very very slightly purple tint. and it looked a little clear with gray on the inside swirling around inside. it also had a crack that split out into multiple cracks, they weren't deep hairline cracks at the least, but it still was kinda big for hairline cracks, nearly reaching the top of her soul "H-huh, it got much bigger t-then before"

His eyesockets widened in surprise. "i've never seen anything like it!" His own vanished back into his chest. He looked it over. "those cracks aren't good at all. the cracks in mine are more precise but yours seems almost...infectious." He squinted at it for a long moment in deep thought. "you said you were...6 when the damage appeared? do you remember if it looked like this before? with all the smaller fractures?"

"N-no it didn't look like this at a-all. last time i saw it it was only t-this far up" she points to the very bottom, only a little bit upwards from the bottom "I d-dunno what could have c-caused it to grow bigger though." she shrugs as she examines the cracks

He squinted a bit harder at it before nodding as if coming to a decision. "i have one more question. did this crack show up around the time of your first crush attacking you?"

Elly

"Um yeah, thats when i started having some trust issues. we were still 'friends' but she got more brutal and since she knew everything about me she used that information against me to make me feel worthless" she had no idea how it was related "Are my cracks caused by that or something?"

He nodded again. "My cracks are caused by emotional damage. they are precise because they focus on one thing in particular. i believe yours are linked to that event and onwards! the cracks were small at first but as you continued to be abused, you became less and less trusting and that spiraled out into every aspect of yourself. your self worth, your trust in others, your trust in yourself, etc. the cracks mimicked this." He pointed to the starting crack. "i have reason to believe that this is where those voices are coming from as well. elly, you're literally being chipped away at by your fear. the less you trust the more the cracks grow. the more you hate yourself the more they grow. everything negative is stemming from your fear. and the only way to heal is to face your fear." He paused for a moment before adding. "of course soul study is still a very uh...vague science. so i could be off. but from my experience, if it follows the same logic then what i said should be accurate."

she put a hand to her chin thinking about his words before sighing "S-sounds pretty understandable, i...i a-am trying my best to t-trust people more but of c-course its hard, and so is trying my b-best to be less negative...i mean i honestly d-don't feel that right now, being n-near you kinda makes me forget about a-all my issues, and m-makes me happy." she puts away her soul and leans her head on his shoulder "t-the voices still of course a-are annoying and make me t-think bad things, b-but i can ignore them when i-im with you" her cheeks flushed "O-oops im getting m-mushy...sorry"

He chuckled a bit. "i'm glad i can help." He wraps an arm around her and kisses her forehead. "you can be mushy all you want! be yourself!" He paused for a moment and looked up. "oh yeah, i almost forgot why we came here in the first place."

Her cheeks went a lighter gray as she also looked up "O-oh right, i distracted u-us from it with m-my sudden confession." she can at least now fondly stare at the stars and think about what happened today "The stars are pretty, but of course they aren't as pretty as you" she kisses his cheek before turning her head away from him

His blush comes back, a bright blue. He still hadn't remembered to put his illusion back up. He sighed and tried to calm himself. "i could say the same about you." He said it casually. As if a passing thought as he stared into the sky and mentally traced out constellations.

she felt her cheeks go a somehow lighter gray before turning back, scooting so she's as close as she can to him, nuzzling his cheek "....d-do you actually mean t-that?....actually with h-how you said it you probably do m-mean it"

"hmm? yeah i mean it. i know a beautiful lady when i see one." He squinted at the sky for a moment before his eyes lit up. "oh yeah! i keep forgetting that it changes! no wonder they weren't in the same places. you'd think i'd remember that but time and time again i keep forgetting. i guess that's what happens when you're use to living in a world where things don't change."

"....I-i'm gonna take a wild g-guess and assume your talking about c-constellations." she took his hand in hers and started absentmindedly playing with his hand, She yawns long, her tongue flopping out almost like a cat yawn. she was mostly emotionally tired from today but also physically "Today has been wonderful. it went the complete opposite of how i was expecting it"

He glanced over at her when she yawned, chuckling a bit at how funny she looked. "what? did you expect me to go crazy and throw you off a bridge?" He paused for a moment before adding. "uh...don't answer that." He looked up at the stars for another few moments before speaking again. "you seem tired. you ready to go home, dreamcatcher? you can come to my place if you're feeling up to eating some nightmares and you can hang out in my dreams so you get some good rest. seems like a good night's sleep would be a perfect way to wrap up the day."

she was totally gonna say yes to his guess but of course he added on to it so she kept silent. she thought about it for a bit "Y-yeah hanging out in your dream s-sounds nice, mostly since i felt oddly kinda d-drained as soon as i saw the s-stars" she had no idea her magic was reacting to her joy "A-and hopefully i get a goodnight k-kiss~" she points to her mouth before laughing a bit "Kidding, kidding. just teasing you a bit"

He stared at her for a moment before finally speaking. "you want one? um...i can give you a kiss if you want. might as well." He shrugged as if it was no big deal.

her face turned near white "u-u-uh i-i me-mean o-of c-course i-i wa-w-want o-one...." she was trying not to stutter but she couldn't help it with how flushed her face is, she tried using the bit of her hair thats flopped to cover as much of her face as she can "b-bu-but y-you d-do-don't h-have t-to i-if y-you d-dont wa-w-want t-to"

He looked thoughtful for a moment before shrugging. "i'm okay with it." He carefully brushed her hair out of her face. "you sure though? you're not gonna faint if i do, are you?"

she let him move the hair out of her face and took a deep breath lightly slapping her cheeks to make her blush calm to just a dark gray "I-i won't, i can s-stay awake if i-im aware im g-gonna be kissed"

He smiled softly. "okay then, dreamcatcher. you ready now?"

She nods trying to keep herself confident "Y-yes i am Star prince"

He leaned in and gave her a quick kiss on the mouth. "there ya go, a goodnight kiss!"

She squeaked and her soul fluttered, her face turned almost solid white as she buried her face in her knees, her ears wiggled a ton as the tips were even near white. she never felt happier then by his side

He looked surprised at her reaction, staring for a moment before bursting into laughter. "o-oh my gosh! i-i didn't think you'd get that flustered! it was just a little kiss!" He tried to stifle his laughter. " are y-you okay?"

Elly

"i-im f-fine! i-im s-still n-new t-to k-kissing s-since i-ive on-only b-been ki-k-kissed o-once.....a-and t-t-that ki-kiss h-hurt" she felt a little disappointed in herself that she's only ever kissed once. it took her a little bit to calm down, her blush going from near solid white to just a light gray "S-swap really just... thank you a-again for giving me a chance, the voices a-are quite enthusiastically saying its a p-pointless effort since you'll never like m-me back, but im just happy at getting even a s-small chance to at least try to win your h-heart"

He smiled softly at her. "it's the least i could do. i hope this turns out okay, no matter the outcome." He pulled her into a hug. "and no matter what, i'll still be here for you. as a friend, or something more." He backed up from the hug a bit. "you ready to go get some rest?"

"Im p-positive it'll turn out o-okay, even if i don't w-win your heart ill s-still win your friendship b-because your stuck with me s-star prince" she nodded and tried standing up, her legs kinda fell asleep so she wobbled and grabbed onto the bench "...sometimes i-i forget i have l-legs."

He chuckled. "here, let me help." He carefully picked her up. "ready to go?"

She wrapped her arms around his neck just in case, making sure her umbrella was in her hand when she was lifted up "Y-yup! lets go back to your place f-for cuddles and good d-dreams~!"

A portal appeared, through it was his dark room, lit barely by the many glowing stars on his walls. He glanced back at the real ones one last time before stepping through. He was looking forward to getting some good rest. And with that, the portal shut.

Episode 4 Confessionals

RTP is a monster. Anyway, we fucking crushed that immunity. I wanted Jordan pines voted out. I've only ever played one org with him and he was my nemesis and I just don't have the mental capacity to deal with a nemesis in this one. Why couldn't Willa have done better

we won the music video.. and my ass edited a full video plus a roast after never using adobe premiere before so im pretty shook!! our tribe definitiely seems more... "kumbaya" than the other tribe which... eh. i want the drama! but other than that our tribes good. i def feel like ive been getting complacent with talking to people so im gonna start trying to ramp back up my social game to how it was in the first round hopefully?? i need to start talking more and making bonds. (not much i can really do though, willow katie and chris are on the bottom) i just have to ensure theyre still on the bottom and hopefully keep katie safe for me to work with?? willow and chris can go i guess. also charlotte can go too tbh. like id prefer me/bryce/zach/katie over me/bryce/zach/charlotte but a returnees alliance is easier to put together, so ill work with charlotte!! idk why i dont wanna work with her i just dont get a good vibe from her?? sounds dumb but im trying to trust my gut. and ... yeah not much has happened and i dont wanna make major waves just yet.

Free rice is so fun and not having to do grammar? Amazing! Hope I can do well in this challenge to show I'm useful. I feel like their isn't a lot of socializing happening on our tribe but I'm gonna try to change that. katieare propane torches dangerous? I want to go get one at home depot today. katiehere is my second confessional: charlotte seems chill I wonder if she will work with me in this game?

WILLA IS FINALLY GONE. God I can't believe he didn't compete in a single challenge and managed to not get first boot. We did Emma so dirty, I can't believe it, bring her back. Anyway, going in this reward challenge I'm not too fussed about whether we win or not, it would be nice to see what the Wishing Well is all about but eh, I'm not too fussed. Immunity is what I really want because now that we got rid of the dead weight I think the fingers may start to pointed at the winners AKA me and Jay. We have enough votes to tie it since Jordan is with us. We could potentially swing Adam but he's very much linked with Ryan who is linked with Lexi so it's...a mess. No tribal pls @ immunity gods!

Wow we won another challenge. Is the other tribe even trying? I didn't want to submit too much in case I seemed like a threat so I'm happy that I didn't do the most and we still won. I never find anything in the wishing well tho. Wish I knew who was picking the right number. But focusing on the positive, we won again!! ryan matthewi literally don't know what to do if we go to tribal. i won't want the full jordan pines experience to be blindsided by him. obviously lexi and i are a duo so im hoping we have options if that happens....

So I was looking over my Malaysia confessionals for some reason. What started as me trying to find my FTC speech turned into me reliving horrible and painful memories of Mitchell Kalabang calling me an idiot in many creative ways. Anyways, the reason I mention this is because I noticed that I made a lot of good, detailed confessionals in that game and I want to make sure I can do the same here for Athena. Well as of now, I think I'm in an okay position. I make a bit of chit chat with everyone now and again. I'll need to step that up today though just in case we go to tribal. I admit I've been slacking in my relationships with anyone who's name doesn't rhyme with Pordan Jines. I did congratulate Ryan on winning Kvaløya and told Adam that I'm not gonna vote him out, so that's something. Lexi also came to me and was like "I promise I'll do better on the challenge next time." Like I'm some authority on effort. Ryan probably told her that I was a little annoyed that no one tried in the video challenge. To sum it up, Jordan Pines will always be targeted before me so I am perfectly content letting him take the reins for the time being. I have decent relationships with Ryan and Adam. Lexi is with Ryan for sure. And Luke sketches me out just like every other game I've played with him. I hope we win immunity.

So we need to win this immunity or we fucked. Like it just doesn't make sense to me. On this tribe we have me jay luke ryan and adam. In theory we should never lose a challenge, but theory is dumb and we lose everything. Like we've managed to keep a cohesive group that i honestly think genuinly likes each other but like, if we lose its all over. If we win this immunity we can hopefully swap and go into it 6-6 and maybe bring katie over to our side. If we lose however everything is done. We go into what may be a divided tribal and lose any hope of keeping a tight 6. We can't lose. Dear god let us win immunity BryceCurrently I'm worried about Zach/Charlotte but I still trust them just something to look out for. Hoping we can win this immunity but if not I think I'd want chris or willow out probably but I'd fall back on my alliance with Zach/Charlotte/Carson

So of course our next immunity is a typing challenge. With this other tribe as insanely fast at typing as they are, I'm really not liking our chances at winning this immunity. I've been pretty busy the past couple of days so I feel like I may be in trouble if we lose.

I love nothing more than a true underdog story. Zach and Bryce came in the fucking CLUTCH and pulled out that win for us. I can't believe it. In all my days of winning immunity challenges with a tribe, this is probably my favorite one. I'm so happy. I genuinely like everyone on my tribe and I'm so happy we aren't splitting up. Cue RTP laughing at this confessional because we're probably gonna have a swap next.

Like ik im probs jinxing something but this game is boring nobody wants to talk game. also everyone just ends conversations after they respond to how are you, and i try and make small talk... like?? whatevs. im focusing on this game and i rlly wanna make merge. (also zach + bryce killed it woo i love them) nothing is rlly happening in this game which sucks. i predict that therell be a swap next round which is.. eh?? idk how i feel about that but im hoping i wont be swapfucked. (also i think im acc becoming good friends with zach and im happy hes gr8!!)

Wow me and Zach scoring all the points is good. I don't want to be seen as a challenge threat tho in case we swap and I'm somehow not in numbers. It's odd how like everyone hounds Jordan Pines and I can't tell if its jokingly or if hes enemy number 1 FJSDFHSJDF. I'm glad to not go to tribal and to have a 7-5 advantage. Whenever I talk to Willow we talk about nothing for like 2 minutes and thats it. Hasn't eaten meatloaf wish I were her, but hasn't had enchiladas? suspicious... Maybe shes vegan but even still how can I trust someone who doesn't know the goodness of an enchilada. Really wish I had some idea what was happening with the other tribe. Not being in a one world situation is different and I wish I could talk to them more to get a better picture seeing as how I'm going in blind if we swap/merge. Anyways that's all for now

I am well and truly fucked. I slept through all of my alarms last night and ended up missing the immunity challenge which we LOST. Guess what the agenda for the last two people who were voted off was? They didn't compete in challenges. Guess what I just didn't do? COMPETE IN A FUCKING CHALLENGE. God I'm so screwed. My only hope right now is that Jordan and Jay don't hate me enough to vote with me and try and break up the duo of Ryan and Lexi. I'm going to have to pray that Adam will want to work with me too otherwise the vote will tie and I do NOT trust Jay enough to go to rocks for me. Jordan might do that but I don't trust Jay at all to risk his life like that for me. I have a lot of work to put into today so...pray for me.

WE WON IMMUNITYT! I'm so happy, i need to make two confessionals so this is one: im so happy i pulled through. I tried so hard to focus and make sure we didn't go to tribal because genuinely I like everyone on our tribe andd i'd feel bad voting anyone tbh. im not best socially right now and i think i need to use this time critically. I PROMISE ILL MAKE BETTER ONES NEXT ROUND HEHE

tribe assessment: bryce- iconic king. he's good at challenges, and i think him and i are semi close. i'm down for working w him and i think he's a good asset carson - my favourite i guess? im closest to him, him and i talk a LOT, and he's super fun and social. i'm a lil worried down the road ideally because of his social game, but for now he's an ally charlotte - her and i are in two games together, so it's risky. i trust her and like her, but our social game w/ one another isn't like phenomenal or anything. She is super sweet Chris - Like... him and I talk a fair amount, not a lot, but he's super cool. I love his puppy (or whoevers puppy that is) and i think he's super sweeet katie - similar as Chris. her and I dont talk a LOT but shes really cool and i think she's a good asset challenge-wise. willow- i love her she's so sweet but she never replies (or often, at least) so RIP! I do think ill end up working w her down the road though, she's a queen -- overall i do like everyone so going to tribal would be awful because i have to vote one out. BUT, theres been speculation on an upcoming swap too... so that's intense. but, nonetheless, im here for twists!

Nope. Thats all i got to say. Like we should have won that. and we didnt and now im mad. And we had a good group of 6 like it was the perfect group of people. But no. I'm trying to get the vote on Adam and I feel like even tho jay and Jordan agreed, just the way their talking to me making sure everything's alright with the plan and the fact Adam hasn't tried to PM me I feel like they're just lying

Ok so this is my immunity challenge confessional. We never win reward so i knew we were probably doomed and will never see the wishing well. but i didnt really care about reward. NOW FOR IMMUNITY. im alittle nervous because i feel like since we got rid of the non actives i'm the next in line. So i did my best for the immunity challenge. I mean i got 2 out of the 4 points we scored so i did half the work which in my opinion shows i care a bit. we were in the lead and then the other tribes whole fucking tribe comes out of nowhere and kicks our ass and im just like .....bye

Ok this is my before tribal council confessional. So after we lost ryan created an alliance with me,himself,jay, and jordan. which ok i dont trust jordan that much but i gotta take what i can get. They all want adam out even tho luke didnt do shit for the challenge. Which i like adam but not enough to try to switch the vote. So i prevoted adam but ryan and i feel like some shady shit may happen and one of us will go since people know were best friends. I'll raise hell if ryan goes and hopefully he'd do the same if i go. But i guess we'll see

Man this idol is gonna be so hard to find asdjkfadjsk wish their were hints to it AdamIt sucks that we lost the challenge. I didn't help much more than trying a few times in the beginning. I think I'll like it better when I can do individual challenges, cuz then I only have me to do the challenge so if I don't do it its just skin off my back. I have to make it there first, and that requires good relations with my tribemates, so I can't slack off anymore if I want to maintain that. I hope a swap comes soon, but not with the numbers stacked against Copa tribe members :/

I don't know what I'm going to do about tribal. I voted Luke but it really blows that we lost because I really liked all my teammates. I guess that's on me, maybe I shoulda done better and then we wouldn't be down a tribemate. Consequences and junk. I hope I'm not getting blindsided. I wouldn't put it past Jordan but it seems early in the game for that when we could be really good allies. Just depends if he trusts me I guess. I'm a loyal as fuck though, so I'm gonna make Jordan my main bitch this time. Only depends on if I'm his main bitch. Let's see if we go far together

Hahahahahahahahahahaha I found the idol. But its like one world style or w/e b/c I found the copa idol. And I had to give it to someone without knowing them and without them knowing i sent it. Thats unfortunate b/c I could bond with them but I guess if me and Luke are ever on the same tribe I can let him know and work with him. I was thinking Zach and Charlotte were really close but Charlotte didn't know about the idol map so maybe they aren't. But yaa I just asked my alliance to tell me who to give it to because I have no idea about any of those people having never played with them. Carson initially wanted me to give it to Jay O but then I decided to ask my whole alliance for input to try to make it seem like I'm close with them and want to stay together, which I did. And that's when they said lets give it to Luke. Also Anyone But Jordan Pines 2k17 which made me laugh

OKAY! I FORGOT TO DO ONE BUT ITS RIGHT AFTER TRIBAL SO HERE I AM! Adam is gone. Good. Me, Pines, Ryan, and Lexi are aligned. Meh, at best. If we lose, the original group of me Pines and Luke will split up their duo. Go us!

Did I do a confessional already? I have no idea. I'm in three games. Sue me. We won immunity this week so TBH I stopped paying attention after that happened. BUT HEY, APPARENTLY YOU CAN SEARCH FOR IDOLS AND I DIDN'T KNOW OOPS. Fuck, I'm the worst. How am I still here?
