Liking Gen as a psychology student is great, because sometimes you get to enjoy actual psychological knowledge being applied in cool situations and sometimes you get to be like “ah, yes, there he goes again, being unhinged“ and both are equally true to the spirit of studying psychology

Most show adaptations from books/mangas have an issue with being inaccurate or taking away from the source, but OH MY GOD, Dr Stone has the complete opposite effect!

So far I'm so happy with the adaptation of season 4, they did such a great job by adding more to the characters and the world around them with such tiny little details like focusing the camera more on the environment or highlighting some character moments we didn't get to really see in the manga... Every moment just feels like a surprise even though I've already read the manga, I'm so pleased with it! The animation team also did an excellent job and I'm happy that we got such a good anime adaptation for an equally good manga

actually I think Eggman admitting that Stone was his friend was the perfect way to go. bro has not copped to an Emotion™ in years, he's not gonna go directly to confessing love, dying or undying. admitting that he felt anything for another human being was just enough to show he cares perhaps more than he says but not so much that it seems out of character
