Some of my Icemav headcanons frfr

Every friday they cook together and they choose which kind of cuisine they wanna eat every monday, they listen to music on an old vinyl player that they got from mavs parents and they got the vinyls from ice's parents as an anniversary present. All the vinyls are old cheesy 60s

love songs and they like to dance while cooking whenever one of their favourite songs comes on no matter what theyre doing. It doesnt matter if the foods about to burn if be my baby comes on theyre are grooving to it while singing off key.

Along with the songs, they memorized eachothers favourite songs just by observing how the other acts depending on what song comes on. Mav could tell that ice always liked slow songs more because whenever they came on ice would hum and bop his head more than the other songs (he also loves Frank Sinatra and The Ronettes)

Ice could tell Mav was more into bittersweet love songs that sounded more upbeat although it was harder for ice to figure that out since Mav seemed to sing along with his whole heart to every single song they ever listened to, but whenever his favourites came on Mav would move a lot more and genuinely just smile a lot mroe while singing.

The day that the ban on gay people in the navy was lifted (December 21, 1993) they slow danced in Ice's office while kinda just crying in eachothers arms because they were so happy that they didnt have to hide how much they loved eachother anymore (ofc they didnt immediately announce it infront of everyone but they def had to hide less and got to be more open about it even though everyone already had an idea)

Mav's ringtone for ice is literally the song "ice ice baby" and it has been since the song was released.

Sarah was Tom's lesbian friend and they would rant to eachother about the ppl they had crushes on bc they were the only queer ppl they were aware existed around them. (they were actually surrounded by gay ppl they just didnt know)

Mav and Ice used to try to make eachother listen to new artists atleast every month and in that tradition they discovered Joe Dassin which ended up being their favourite artist to listen to together and they always sing his songs in a really bad french. Their first dance at their marriage ended up even being to "Et si tu n'existais pas".

Ice tried to learn guitar with Goose (goose side headcanon: he plays almost every instrument in existence, like if he wasnt in the navy he would be a music teacher in highschool) but Nick didn't tell him that Mav already knew how to play after having played in a band with him and slider in highschool all together. Mav (voc. and guit.) Goose (bass and backup voc.) Slider (drums) and Ice learnt through Slider that Mav knew how to play guitar infinitely better than him after slider caught him trying to learn a love song he was gonna play when he wanted to ask Mav to officially be his boyfriend.

Every. single. time. one of them got deployed the night before they would ALWAYS spend the night together listening to music and dancing the whole time, they always made their last dance "Till Then" by The Mills Brothers and they always cried no matter what.

Mav is an ugly fucking crier and gets snot everywhere but since Ice started being there where ever he was he would always use his shirt as a kleenex so when Ice isnt around when Mav cries he is completely lost and just slimes everywhere.

Before they were official Mav caught Ice singing "If I Loved You" by Dick Haymes in his office once and when he heard him singing he literally felt his heart skip a beat and now he asks Ice to sing for him a lot more than Ice would like. (He likes the way Mav's eyes light up every time he sings for Mav) and before Ice lost his voice he recorded himself singing for Mav and it made Mav ugly cry when he found out abt it

Ice has a journal and he writes about Mav and Mav only in it. Mav found it and cried again.

Ice and Mav keep matching pictures of eachother in their helmets bc Ice refused to get those necklaces that can have pictures inside with Mav so they settled on that bc it was still risky to get caught. They eventually evolved to them just bringing a full sized picture of eachother in the plane anytime they went flying. They also keep pictures of eachother in their wallets and while he doesn't admit it Ice was the happiest he ever was when he could finally stop hiding the picture of them he kept in his office and being able to grow his collection of pictures of them as his office also got bigger was his biggest accomplishment in his own eyes

Wehenever they would fight or something, Mav did the cliche of showing up infront of ices house with a boombox to sing as an apology for Ice, Carol and Goose went with him as his backup vocalists and it always worked.

Once while Mav was on a mission, he got hit (he was fine in the end and someone called his parachute) and Ice was listening to the comms on the ship and as soon as he heard that Mav was hit he had to leave the room bc he had to throw up because his mind of course went to the worst possible conclusion. They both had to be in the hospital in the end bc Ice was breaking down (NOT. breakdancing) and couldnt move bc he was shaking so bad. While they were in the hospital, even though Mav was the one who got hit, he was the one taking care of Ice.

The first song they danced to was Be My Baby by The Ronettes and they both started singing to it at the same time when it came on and had a moment where they looked at eachother like "how tf do u know this song" but turns out its bc they're both hopeless romantics.

They lived together and said they had separate rooms so ppl wouldn't be suspicious, one time Nick and Carol needed them to babysit Bradley and Bradley slept in the room that they said was Ice's, and when he went to bed he asked "Why does Ice have his own bedrooms if he always sleeps with uncle Mav?" Of course they just avoided the question but he ended up asking Goose the same question and he just burst out laughing.

Ice and Mav are the reason that Bradley had a relatively easy time accepting he was bi, he attended their "wedding" when he was like 10 so he never thought bad of gay ppl. (I put wedding in quotes bc in 1992 gay marriage wasn't legalized so they technically only held a ceremony in secret and said they were married, but when gay marriage WAS legalized they immediately made it official)

-Sendou is that type of big brother who's always overprotective and says stuff like "don't do that, it'll get you in trouble" but then you do it anyways and it ends up he was wrong. But whenever you get into trouble because of something he told you to you, he'd be like "What no when did I say that?"

-whenever your friends visit, he brags a lot so you have to make him shut up. Oh also, he's flirted with your friends on multiple occasions and you'd always lightly slap his arm when he does that

-you get on each other's nerves A LOT, but in a loving way. Just lots of teasing and bragging all around. Especially about his soccer career

-as mentioned in the beginning, he's very overprotective. But very often he's also hypocritical. Like, you know how he flirts around a lot? If someone flirts with you or whenever you get close with someone, he will try to get that person away from you, even if you're interested in them

-also, every time you actually get into a relationship, Sendou INSISTS you have to introduce your partner to him. Then there's a 50 percent chance that he's going to be nice or slightly passive-aggressive

-it does bother you how annoying and hypocritical he is sometimes so that gets you into fights. When you tell him how bothering his behaviour is over and over, he tries to change a bit. Well, he still feels the way he did before about everything, but he tries to act as if he doesn't because he doesn't want you to feel bad about it again

-but when you start dating Oliver? Sendou feels extremely conflicted. One part of him is happy, the other is very unsure, knowing how Oliver cheats on his partners all the time. So he tells Oliver very often that if he ever hurts you, there will definitely be consequences

TWO QUESTIONS THIS TIME >:D is juno an antagonist to you, and what would his worst/best traits be?

lets see.

i dont think juno is an antagonist or a bad person, but in his session he definitely was AN antagonist, he was grim dark! and he was for most of his sburb game, until they very very end. BUT... junos kind of whatever the narrative needs him to be. i think naturally though, deep down, he really is a good person. he wants to be so badly, despite his lack of empathy, he really does care and have a lot of compassion in him. he's not apathetic towards ANYTHING, he just doesn't know how to empathize with other peoples feelings, and is only able to understand his own and assumes that others are the same as his. i think he is a good person who often does bad things. i am exaggerating his bad traits a bit, i think including the fact that his dad was abusive, and that his sister was already godtier, and that he was not in control of his body most times his boyfriend ended up dying (or that a lot of those instances were just bc me and tazz wanted to rp angst and it weasnt actually that serious) but in general all light players have this sort of "good guy bad guy" sort of thing going on, while all tryuing to do what they think is smart and right. i wouldn't call vriska an antagonist, yknow? juno doesnt do things because he thinks itll forever bhurt the person, or hope they really really do get hurt or scared (unlike jaxi, thats one of their big differences, jaxis goal IS to create harm) he bjust thinks thats how people have fun. most of his friends that i said he's stabbed as well are ALSO like that, juno has almost exclusively troll or inhuman friends who express love or excitement with violence, so its not like hes just stabbing people for fun, yk? and his boyfriends pretty much the same way, very pro violence. i dont think juno can be fit into a label like that easily. the best i can come up with is "good guy who does bad things" but not an antihero. the reverse of an antihero i think. hero who wants to do good but ends up causing more pain in the process due to lack of experience and naivity

JUNOS BEST TRAIT: he has two that are tied i think, his compassion/drive to help people in need, and his need to entertain others. i think he is a very fun person to be around as long as he doesnt get riled up too much and is quite fun to just WATCH even from a distance, and hes painfully generous. if he has something he is 100% willing to share it, or give it away in general. hes silly, he loves giving gifts, he loves making people laugh, he loves creating amazing art for people to enjoy, he loevs doing bits with people, he loves plays and theatre. hes just fun, yk? if someone is in need even if he HATES THEM SO BAD he wants to help them, the only exclusion being his dad. in the server he let harry du bois sleep in his house and gave himm food and clothes, and takes care of his pet possums because harry is too incapable and drunk to take care of himself or his pets, despite juno REALLY hating harry and harry constantly crossing his boundaries.

JUNOS WORST TRAIT: hubris hubris hubris. his hubris is THE worst one, by far. he thinks he is more aware, and much smarter than MOST people around him due to his light powers (hes not) and tends to think hes invincible because of it. this leads him to making stupid, horrible decisions, or trusting people he shouldnt, or him walking over peoples feelings and boundaries because he thinks what he needs to get across is more important. and the second one would probably be his lack of empathy yeah. btu even that wouldn't be so bad if it werent for his massive ego. he really does think he is the most important person in the world, and that he is the only one who can create good or bad in the world. due to his meta awareness he really does think hes the protagonist of any story hes in (even when he genuinely is not) and sees everything reliant on HIM and HIS decisions.

A few of my thoughts on Helluva Boss I need to get off my chest. Contains hella lots of spoilers (ofc).

As I finished the current season one and two eps from season two twice, I can see some things I didn't get earlier.

1. Millie and Moxxie

These two are really nicely presented as an ideal couple (ngl I'm jealous). Moxxie kinda gets his own arc more or less solved. I'd be interested on seeing more of Millie tho. She kinda only seconds Moxxie and has no other prominent role, which is a shame cuz that gurl deserves it. So far their relationship was harmonic and with the sneam peek on a possible Moxxie's ex boyfriend, I'd be interested in a marriage crisis arc of these two imps.

2. Loona and Octavia

In the last episode, it seemed like these two girls bonded over their fathers' fuckups and I'd like to see them helping each other in the tough situations they both are. Loona needs to learn how to rely on people and how to open to Blitzø more as he genuinely likes her (though more on that later). Octavia has to face her family being torn apart mainly cuz of her abusive mother tormenting her husband. Thankfully Stolas tries to assure her he's gonna be always there for her, which seems to work better on her depression. But having a friend in the same situation could help emotionally both girls.

3. Stella

She's a bitch. That's a fact. But sadly there's nothing, that would tell us why she is the way she is. Is it just the way she was brought up? Did she grow up in a toxic environment, that forced her to try and prove others that she's the one who has a high status? Or her personality is simply that bad on its own? I have a lot of questions regarding Stella and eventhough she's not very lovable character, I believe she is not that evil just because. I think there is some kind of reason, being it her upbringing or a toxic parent or anger issues. Which kinda makes me want some kind of character expansion of her.

4. Stolas

The last few episodes kinda took Stolas from the Supporting character realm and put him to the front, among the main characters. He loevs Blitzø but since Blitzø is more or less showing him he's not emotionally involved into their relationship, Stolas gets the idea that his love is not reciprocated. When the season one ends on a cliffhanger, leaving Stolas heartbroken and rejected, it appears as if Stolas decided to let Blitzø go for good. And I honestly don't know what to think about it. On one hand I get that Stolas is trying to release himself from all those years of various toxic relationships and I support that very much. He deserves to be happy and finally have a normal, loving and intimate relationship. On the other hand, he doesn't show Blitzø his own feelings, probably because he's scared he could lose the dysfunctional connection they share. He's just a very emotionally scarred and touch/emotion/connection starved insecure individual.

5. And finally... Blitzø

The main character turned out to be the most complicated one. At first he appeares to be a sarcastic, egoistical and killing-loving asshole. But he's so much more than that. His relationships are all a mess, mainly cuz of his internal issues. He is overprotective of Loona, partly because he loves her as a daughter, partly because he unconsciously uses her as a means to get some kind of emotional connection to feel loved even a bit. That's also obvious when he's forced to play in a tv show in the s2e2 and is supposed to give the dog to the hands of a girl but he suddenly gets overly attached to the dog and is scared to let him go as other people could hurt him like other people hurt Blitzø. That scene clearly shows Blitzø is not okay. He spies on MxM because he's fascinated/jealous of their idyllic relationship and craves that kind of intimacy. This also shows he's scared to get close to other people because all of his relationships ended up being either toxic or a failure. His ex Verosica or former friend Fizzarolli are a nice example of currently known failed relationships. Lots of reasons as to why he ended up this way is not even known because we got to know only his father, who practically abused him and used him to steal from stolas (and maybe more). We don't know what relationship he has with his sister and we know nothing about his mother. Also then there's the debate on his white spots. I believe because of those shapes and quantity, that they're scars and that he got then in some kind of na accident. In the Acid dream, it is shown that his mind is a chaotic messed up shit, that need some serious improvement and in the first episode he declares he regularly visits a therapist. Which makes me wonder how messed up he was before current events.

6. Blitzø and Stolas

Blitzø's relationship (if we can call it like that) with Stolas is just a giant clusterfuck of a mess (apparently like everything in Blitzø's life). They both declare they basically just use each other for personal gain, while both crave intimacy. Stolas is crushing over Blitzø and after watching everythimg for the second time, it's apparent he bends into everything he thinks Blitzø likes (i.e. dirty talk, kinks, etc.). When Blitzø asks him out on a date (sort of), he's genuinely happy and hopes for them to move into a serious relationship direction, which is why he's so devastated when he sees the lack of Blitzø's interest and realizes he used him yet again. And that makes him to seemingly decide to leave him for good. And Blitzø is once again just ruining everything because of his problem with letting people get close to him. He's scared of letting Stolas close to him. He's scared of what others will think of him for having sex with a prince (and Stolas not defending them doesn't help at all). And so he doesn't show Stolas that he cares for him. He doesn't show Stolas that he's interested in him. Seriously, these two are a prime example of #mutual pining and #idiots in love tags. They need some kind of a crisis to pull them out of their overprotective shells, man up and spill their confessions. To which Stolas leaving Blitzø could be a possible opportunity, though I'm scared that they both could just assume things didn't work out between then and move on, which we don't want to. They need to heal separately and together first to have the type of ideal and loving intimate relationship they both so desire. But first, Blitzø needs to be honest and Stolas more confident.

That's the end of my rant. I'm curious as to what the show has to offer because it's hella good and we like that. Comment ur Helluva Boss theories and ideas down below, I'd like to know other people's opinions on the characters and their dynamics as well.

A group of teens threw rocks at cashew hurting one of her paws. Pack was this close to hurting them. Except they don't know who did it.

Cashew helping find Anton when he wandered off while being little. She found him and stayed comforting him as she meowed loudly until viago stumbled apun them.

Bubba loves all of the colors! He thinks they are so fun to look at and such a change from his drab kitchen and living room. He really indulges in colors when he can, like that bright red wall in the sawyer house and his ties are one hundred percent him, baby.

I really liked the excitement that was the Texas Battle Land museum thingy because it was so lit up and weird looking and I think Bubba really liked it there too. But the original house definitely fulfills his little house on the prairie fantasies,

You and Choptop are like birds of a feather. Nubbins loves to take photographs of you two that look like they should be in Fangoria or The Rolling Stone magazines, with big glasses, feather boas, and shiny metallic studs aplenty!

He loves to receive your affection. Its the most important thing in his life, your hugs, kisses, and kind words. INTIMACY. Bubba loves it. Cuddles, snuggles, and everything in between.

I don’t think Bubba is necessarily jealous if you hug his family members or whatever because that’s his family, so he’s like ok. But he doesn’t like it when you’re nice to strangers. He thinks it should be something special for him. He’s less mad and more sad :(

As for Bubba’s personal aesthetic, it’s something like cottagecore, but he loves the cowboy vibes, so like farmhouse core lmao. A little blue and white house, surrounded by tall grass and pecking chickens and he just is so happy in that environment… my bb boi.

Quick! Tell me about Tarla! i love her!

POPS KNUCKLES ok ok ok ok !!!! tarla comes from a very neglectful family, and was taken from that family at a super young age, like one and a half. She was kinda passed around from foster family to foster family, because of her anxiety and panic attacks.  she met Varha first, at a hospital because she was having a panic attack and hurt herself ( not on purpose tho accidental), and they both clicked super quickly. Tarla would fake injuries and stuff to go see varha, until eventually varha gave her her number, and tarla would use payphones to call like everyday ( she was four at the time i think). Varha loved it lmao. one day, tarla came in with a broken arm, and eventually told Varha that her foster parents were SHIT LORDS. Varha then was like “ my baby now” and talked to ethan about moving custody over from Tarlas current parents to them. Ethan was like “ mmmmmmmm idk” and varha was like “ you do this or ill kill you in your sleep i swear to god” and he was like “ yes dear”. it took almost no time, tarlas foster parents didnt want her anymore, so then tarla moved in with ethan and varha and ethan was immediately like “ ;;;;;;;;; loev....i care you” When she was 5, Kyrin came home, then Levi when she was 8.  her favorite places to be are the bookstore and garden section of literally any store ever. Her room is covered in plants, and sky loves to be there with her and help her grow her garden in the backyard! her and Varha started the garden for bonding, but she dies when she was 14, so now she keeps it up alone ( but now sky helps so thats nice uwu) she likes to play minecraft or stardew valley with Ethan, when they find the time. her favorite food is literally any sweet fruit, and she HATES PIZZA. which is sad because the boys both loves pizza, but she just orders a salad XD shes a big health nut, only really eating junk food when shes nervous. She loves to walk and do yoga, but only does yoga in her room because hes nervous about stares lmao.  When Gala and her meet, they hit it off immediately, like they’ve known each other for years. best fwiends  Is that too much omg??? ;;;;; im sowwwy i love tarla too i MUST TALK ABOUT HER SHES AN ANGEEEEEEL!!!!
