#i have the worst migraine and ocular headache#yes they’re separate. yes i’m fully responsible#i’ve been awake since 4:30 so that’s part of it#then i pushed myself in one of the hardest workouts of the year. nearly threw up. felt extremely nauseous and hot and a migraine set in#pretty instantly afterward#i know my limits but i’m competitive af so that’s 100% my fault for going too hard#and then i took an hour and a half long nap way too late#now my sleep schedule is fucked and my head hurts and i messed up my knee#ur my right eye feels like it’s going to pop out if i move it too much so i should probably go to bed#t talks in the tags
