This is mostly focused on Isao and Rai, which are original characters from my hq - omegaverse. Isao finds out he’s pregnant, him and Rai are nervous to tell their parents. 

It’s kinda long.

WARNING OMEGAVERSE

Rai gently kissed Isao on the cheek and wrapped an arm around his shoulders, “Don't let it get you down.”

Isao sighed and stared down at his right wrist, it was broken and in sling, “I wont,” he looked up and smiled at Rai, “I can still help the team in other ways.”

“Good, stay positive.”

Isao’s stomach growled and he laughed embarassingly, “I’m so hungry, I think my heat is going to start soon, I’ve been such a pig lately.”

“I know,” Rai smiled, thinking back to dinner last night and how Isao ate nearly twice as much as he did -- then when they got home, he was still snacking on little things throughout the night. “You were having a hard time buttoning up your pants this morning, don’t think I didn’t see you struggling.”

Isao glared at Rai, and slapped him on the shoulder with his left hand, “I can’t believe you saw that!”

“How could I not look at you?” Rai took the hand Isao hit him with and kissed his knuckles, “You’re so stunning.”

Isao’s eyes softened, and a soft blush filled his cheeks, “Rai, if I knew you were so sweet I would have broken up with Ito years ago.”

“Better late than never.” Rai lifted Isao’s chin and kissed him a few times, until they heard a knock at the door.

They were waiting for the doctor to release Isao. About three hours ago, during a volleyball match he had lost his footing and landed awkwardly on his wrist. He didn’t think anything of it, and actually continued to play. However, once the game was halfway through the pain in his wrist became unbearable and so, he asked Ukai if he could leave. Rai, who was attending the match, volunteered to take Isao to the hospital to get his wrist checked out.

The doctor stepped into the room, holding a clipboard, he announced, “I have some news for you.”

“News?” Isao questioned, worried that his wrist was worse off than it initially was.

The doctor looked over at Rai, and inquired, “But before I go on, I’d like to know what you’re relationship with Sawamura is.”

“I’m -- I’m his, um…” Rai stammered, being in such a new relationship made him nervous, “I’m his boyfriend, his alpha.”

“Then this is news you both need to hear.” the doctor began, he glanced down at his clipboard, “During our routine blood work, we noticed some abnormalities.” he continued, “It was nothing that looked to alarming, but we looked into it just in case. You tested positive for one of the tests.”

“What test was that?”

“A pregnancy test.”

“I...I’m…”

“From what you’ve told us, you fell pretty hard.” the doctor recalled, “We’d like to have an ultrasound done to check if everything is okay.”

“Y-yeah.”

“I’ll go get the nurse to check things.”

As soon as the doctor left the room, Rai settled his head in his hands and apologized, “I’m sorry...oh my god, f-fuck I-I can’t…”

“I’m pregnant.” Isao said, looking over at Rai.

Rai peeked up from his hands, all the color had drained from his face and he looked like he was about to be sick.

“I -- I think I’m going to vomit.”

“Whoa, breathe, Rai…” Isao reached over and touched Rai’s cheek with the back of his hand, he smiled then teased, “Didn’t you say something about wanting me to be pregnant with your pup?”

“Yeah, but I didn’t think it’d actually happen.”

“Well it did.”

“Am, am I supposed to be happy or scared?”

“I’m scared.” Isao admitted, with a deep sigh, “I’ve, I’ve never been pregnant before, oh my god, what if I’ve been pregnant this whole time? What if this is Ito’s pup?”

“You’d be six months pregnant, there’s no way it’s Ito’s pup -- you would have known already.”

“But…”

Suddenly, the nurse came in, rolling a sonogram cart. She instructed Isao to lay down and roll his shirt up. He looked down at his bare stomach, realizing that his belly did look bigger than he had remembered. Or, maybe it was all that food he had been eating? Maybe he was just bloated? Maybe he wasn’t pregnant at all? Maybe that blood test gave a false positive?

Did he really have something growing inside him??

Well, not just something, but a baby?

Rai’s baby?

“Okay, let us begin.” the nurse started at the screen as she moved the instrument over Isao’s stomach, “Oh, good news! It looks like you have one healthy pup, and you’re about six weeks along in your pregnancy.”

Only six weeks, that meant Rai was the father.

Isao and Rai stared at the screen in silence, until the nurse turned on the sound of the heart beating.

“And that’s the heart beat, it’s nice and strong.” the nurse then added, “No more sports for you,” she wagged a finger at Isao, “At least, not until this little one is born.”

“Yeah, no more sports.” Isao promised as the nurse whipped the gel off his belly.

The next hour was a blur, Isao and Rai just asked the nurse questions about everything they thought they were going to need to know for the next few months -- which of course neither remembered any of what happened by the time they made it back to Rai’s apartment. Isao sat down on his couch and said, “We have to tell our parents.”

“Yeah.” Rai agreed.

Discovering that Isao was pregnant, didn’t feel real just yet -- it felt like it was happening to someone else and not them. They knew, with all the sex they’ve had that yes, it was always a possibility but now that it was happening it didn’t feel real. Rai called his parents and asked if they could invite Suga and Daichi over for some dinner and they did.

While they waited for the time to arrive, Isao slept in Rai’s room and Rai studied for an exam.

The families had dinner together, and Isao wore one of Rai’s sweaters because he was self conscious of the visibility of his stomach. Kin and Nao were over at Katsuo’s house, which was a relief to Isao and Rai because they wanted to talk to their parents without the distraction of having young teenagers around. It was painfully obvious that whatever Rai and Isao wanted to talk about was making them nervous, they were so quiet and so, their parents decided to discuss other matters.

Such as Nishinoya’s pregnancy, he was about seven months along and looked wonderful.

“No more pups for you Suga?” Nishinoya asked playfully.

“No,” Suga denied with a proud smile, “Multiples run in my family, I don’t know what I’d do if I had a third set of twins.” he looked over at Isao, “Remember that, omegas in my family are more likely to have twins than not.”

“Good to know, good to know…” Isao said in a soft voice, he gripped Rai’s hand under the table, then admitted, “Because I’m pregnant.”

Daichi blinked a few times and was unsure if he heard right, he then asked for clarification, “Excuse me?”

“I’m pregnant...please don’t make me say it again.”

“I’m the father.” Rai revealed.

“Have you two been courting?” Nishinoya asked, surprised.

“Yes.” Rai stood up, he looked over at Asahi and then at Daichi, he pressed his hands against the table trying to steady himself, “Dad, can, can we talk to um, Sawamura alone for a moment.”

Asahi nodded and him and Daichi, followed by Rai left the room.

As soon as the alphas left, Isao started bawling, “I’m so sorry this happened, I’m sorry, sorry…”

As soon as the alphas were alone in the kitchen, Daichi punched Rai in the mouth. Rai was shaking so bad he wasn’t able to hold his ground and instead fell to knees. Asahi knelt down next to him for a few moments and rubbed his back. He managed to look Rai in the eyes and he shook his head.

Stay down.

Asahi then stood up and walked beside Daichi.

“How long have you been courting?” Daichi asked.

“About, about three months.”

“And you didn’t think about telling us?” Asahi asked.

Rai shook his head.

Suga and Nishinoya walked Isao from the kitchen table to the couch because it was much more comfortable. Isao was still crying, but now Suga had his arms around him.

“You don’t need to apologize.” Suga said, “Why are you apologizing?”

“Because it was just so sudden, neither of -- it, we didn’t plan it, it --, I’m just so sorry it happened…”

Nishinoya leaned in and asked in a hushed voice, “Everything was, consensual, right? Rai didn’t --?”

“No he didn’t, everything was -- we just...oh my god, please don’t be mad.” “I’m not mad.” Suga pulled Isao in closer, he kissed him on the top of the head, “You didn’t do anything wrong, this is how life works, you know that. And I’m not mad, I want you be happy --, are you happy with Rai?”

Isao nodded, “Yes, and I -- I love him very much.”

“I know I didn’t do this right.” Rai admitted, he stared down into the tile of the kitchen floor and at the blood pooling from the cut on his lip. “I know, I should have asked you, but I just didn’t and everything happened so fast. But, Sawamura, I love your son.” Rai stated, ignoring the sting in his lip, “I -- I’d like to court him, and claim him as soon as possible. Please, let me claim him.”

Asahi smiled to himself. He knew Rai was a very emotional person, and when he said he loved something, or someone, he really did. He remembered Rai, years younger, being fearful and nervous about never finding someone who would love him in return and here he was, begging for Daichi’s permission to claim his son.

Daichi stared down at Rai, the stench of fear thick in the air. Daichi knelt down in front of him, and granted, “As much as I’m pissed off that you kept this a secret from me, I will let Isao be with you.”

“You will?”

“Yes.”

“So, are you excited Isao?” Suga asked as he cleaned the tears off Isao’s face, “You get to graduate high school this year and you’re going to have a baby?”

“Y-yeah.” Isao admitted, “I am, a little scared too but -- but it’ll be okay, right?”

“Of course it will be.”

All three alphas walked into the room, Rai in the back, with an icepack on his lip.

“Rai!” Isao called to him, “What happened!?”

“Your dad punched me.”

Before Isao could complain, Daichi said, “You can go live with him if you want, he’s formally asked to court you and I agreed.”
