is this abt the comment i made on a post awhile ago (genuinely wondering)? that was mostly a joke, fob love each other dont worry. they literally would not still be a band if they didnt, and theyve talked about how much they mean to each other. the (somewhat long-standing) joke of them not liking each other/getting along comes from the fact that theyve always (and esp in the early days when they were rlly young and didnt kno how to communicate) got on each others nerves to the point of fighting, like patrick notoriously tried to roundhouse kick pete once. in addition theyve talked about how (part) of the reason they went on hiatus was bc they spent so much time living out of each others back pocket (ioh and folie and their respective tours were *super* close to each other) and if u spend too much time in a tour bus with literally anyone ur gonna wanna murder them eventually.

they absolutely like and love each other. they talk about being each others best friends/brothers, and again, if they didnt they would not still be a band. they esp would not have come back hiatus ever if they didnt like each other. theyve had communication breakdown, and fights, but theyve always come back to each other (only somewhat related but thats also why im never worried abt the continous rumors that theyre breaking up. they might take time to live life and do other things but they always find a way back to each other).

If Dionysus had been mortal, like he had always been meant to be, he would have been the sort of person that people write heartbreaking poetry about, and very much the sort that people name storms after. Hell, Dio is a mess of things. He’s a god with a human heart.

With a throaty, broken, child-like whine, Dionysus takes a hesitant step forward. Slowly, carefully, he lowers his face into the crook of Sveinn’s neck and releases a final sob, a quiet and aching little thing.

      time is not wasted -- fast footfalls in deepening snow as the arendellian guard follows behind to the dangerous mountain. no, she cares not for her own safety -- she doesn’t believe she’s in danger from anything aside from the mountain that consumes lives so easily. a knock on crystallised door before her -- the towering ice castle a magnificent && breathtaking display  (  she was capable of something so astounding !  ).

I have seen this mentioned before but it DEFINITELY bears repeating. Idk what is done intentionally and what is just coincidence with this show, but I tend to be of the opinion that majority of their choices are deliberate and intentional. For all the minute details they miss the mark on, the overarching stories and plot devices (foreshadowing, transitions, symbolism) are pretty tight and evidentially meaningful.

All that aside, concerning the specific scene you mention, it feels like one of those things that seems small now but (should they go canon later on) will actually be a major subtle hint. When you think about everything directors/producers/writers etc. have to portray in 40ish minutes of screen time, and all the material that has to be cut beforehand, it's hard to view things as coincidence. Especially considering the minds at work on this show.

That switch to Eddie as soon as Buck says, "It's time to start thinking about the future," will haunt me, because absolutely it could mean nothing, but absolutely it could also be a little wink wink from the writers on exactly who is waiting for Buck in the future. As for how Chim and Hen act in the scene, that's up for debate. Is it sus that both of their eyes flicker to Eddie after Buck mentions thinking about the future? Undoubtedly. I don't know that it's much more than that, but the entire scene altogether just makes you rub your chin and go hmmm.

Anyway, you didn't miss anything nonnie. I feel like watching scenes like this (that I'm almost certain are supposed to convey something else besides what's on the surface) usually leave viewers feeling like they missed something. I know I sometimes do.

i get the idea of feeling stressed cuz content drops at weirdest times but at the same time,, u kno when ur content is good (urs in particular for example) it doesnt matter when do u post it ik that in our field u gotta be fast cuz if u r not there is possibility that it will be unnoticed but im sure that if the content is good it doesnt matter 🥺 as its a lil hobby it shouldnt bring stress so maybe just choose ur own comfy pace 🥺 cuz u enjoy this process but still has irl and im sure there r ways to mix these two well! (most of the times i gif videos weeks later and my gifs r doing ok and as ur content is a lot tastier than mine im sure it will do good too 😌)

yeah, i know :( you know, it's not that i stress about the time i post stuff because i'm usually posting later than everyone else anyway lololol so I'm totally fine with it, but more about the fact that i have troubles with managing my own time and when stuff drops I'm usually not at home and then i don't know where all the stuff is from when it's not run ep or something official ajskskssjj. it's just hard for me to relax even when i'm already at home but that's my personal issue, and this makes me kinda unmotivated, that's the problem 😔 it's kinda complicated but i also think that this week was just harder on me and i just couldn't find much motivation to gif... maybe that's that 😔

but also because i was on hiatus last year and before that i wasn't really a good creator too, i just put this subconscious pressure on myself that i want to do even better and better, and more and more stuff but time flies so fast for me that i literally can't find time for anything and nnngh :((
