Here’s redesigned Charlie! Buggy’s spoiled princess ❤️
She has a cleft lip and cleft palate, which gave her speech impediment even after the surgery to repair it (which she got around 13/14). Still figuring some stuff out but Im thinking she was born in the middle of the 2 year skip.
Idk if this devil fruit already exists, I looked it up and it doesn’t seem to?
