If I see one more Emet-Selch discourse post I’m going to literally throw up.
It’s a video gaem with nonexistent characters, let people have their fun. They arent hurting you if they like a rat man or a crystal man or a ghost man and they aren’t hurting you if they don’t like a rat man or a crystal man or a ghost man. ( Unless they are, and if they are you need to curate your social media experience and start utilizing blacklist and muting and even going so far as to unfollow people. )
That being said, please start tagging these discourse posts. I’m so tired of seeing them and would prefer to see actual content then whatever the fuck ya’ll are mad about. If not, I’m gonna start full on muting/unfollowing people until this dies down. I’m so, so tired.
#psa#i just want to have fun playing bideo gaem#legitimare criticisms of his character are completely fine but now people are starting to get malicious and slinging around buzzwords#im really not here for that#if you hate emet selch then alright bb do you#if you love emet selch then alright bb do you#but stop having these pissing contests where ya’ll make vaguely pasisve aggressive posts in replies to otherss#its tiresome to watch

Bethesda Round-Up
“You keep us in check, and we appreciate that.” “Your feedback sometimes challenges us.” AKA: there’s no way we can run this conference without acknowledging how hard we got roasted. Please still buy our bideo gaems.
Also whoever was hired to CHEER SO GODDAMNED LOUD FOR THE WHOLE CONFERENCE, I simultaneously loathe you and want your job. (You ain’t slick. No one would be cheering for FO76 or Elder Scrolls Blades come the fuck on.)
Elder Scrolls Blades: It’s coming to Switch and literally no one cares. Who plays this?!
Fallout 76: Releasing the ‘Wastelanders’ update. Or as everyone else likes to call it, the actual fucking game. Adding on NPCs, dialogue trees, “choices and consequences”, and it looked like maybe companions and romance options, but don’t quote me on that. (Going SWTOR wouldn’t necessarily be bad.) The plot seems to be something like... side with the “good” humans, or the humans messed up by wasteland living. Perhaps the most hilarious thing is them acting like THIS WAS THE PLAN FROM THE START. OH MY GOD NO ONE BELIEVES THAT. “We started the game with the first arc of discovering the wasteland alone” shut the fuck up, we all know you released a bad game and thought no one would care cause it’s Fallout. But making the DLC free is a good start to apology. They added a Nuclear Winter mode too, but it’s basically battle royale stuff with dragons? For some reason.
Ghostwire Tokyo: An action adventure game where you’re trying to discover the mystery behind several disappearances in Tokyo while also fighting against a “supernatural evil.” Not gonna lie, that sounds rad as hell and looks really good to boot? I’m cautiously optimistic.
Elder Scrolls Online: Loving all this Elsweyr lore. Khajits deserve it. Also I can’t believe the trailer proved that dragons are just big cats.
Commander Keen: I’ve never heard of this IP before, but fans of the old game seem really disappointed. I would be too if a game I loved was used as what looks like a pay to win mobile game. The story and the animation are so difference and fun; I’m sad that it’ll probably die on the mobile market.
Elder Scrolls Legends: It’s still the same. I don’t know why they brought it up tbh since they didn’t mention anything new (or if they did, they spent about a second on it).
Rage 2: Admittedly, I really liked the trailer for the DLC; it was funny. The DLC looks pretty neat if you liked the game. Any enemy that looks like a Thresher Maw can stay 5000000 ft away from me, though.
Wolfenstein: It’s the same stuff from last year (Youngblood and Cyberpilot), but I appreciate and respect their commitment to making sure everyone knows that their game is about killing nazis and that nazi’s suck. That’s the kind of heartwarming message we need these days.
Deathloop: Time loops seem to be a thing this year, which is interesting. It seems like depending on which assasin you choose, you either work to protecting the time loop, or breaking free of it which is an interesting angle. I don’t think I’ve heard of a game where you choose to stay in the time loop. Both of the protagonists are Black, which is pretty cool. And the presenters seemed excited about how you can choose how to achieve your goal. ...I have no idea what this means, tbh, they didn’t show gameplay elaborating.
Does anyone know what Orion is? It looked like another streaming service, but it didn’t really make sense to me? I thought it was a new game engine for a bit, but why would Bethesda ever.
Doom Eternal: Sure is Doom. I think this is the one part where all the cheers were genuine.
Final Verdict:
