I had a friend who called me ‘Stargazer’ cus I was always talking about the stars !!

I would send him pictures of the night sky, and told him all about the constellations!

(Which ones were my favorite, the history behind them or how to spot different ones at night, well you know! My dad actually really loved space and bought me my first telescope! I learned a lot from him ♡)

I also had friends who used to call me ‘Belle’ cus “You love books and you look so much like her” !?!

I didn’t really ask or anything they just started calling me that, and I let them since I thought it was actually really nice ♡ ♡

in your expert opinion what are some of the most destiel-heavy episodes of spn? i stopped watching around season 7 and have no interest in engaging w the plot of the show at all but i’m in the mood for some gay yearning ykwim

Hi anon! Thank you for reaching out to me about this, I’m, no-joke, very flattered. I’d seen a couple posts on this same question, very thorough and detailed lists on Destiel-centric episodes, but at the moment I cannot find any of them, that would’ve answered your request much faster. So, in advance, sorry, my reply is probably coming in extremely late, but I did write this from scratch, so yeah.

Even though storylines in SPN can be very shitty and hollow, I do feel that to get the full Destiel experience -that long-drawn yearning- one would have to watch the entirety of the show, even if Cas isn’t in the episode or if there’s no explicit mention of their relationship/bond because it gives you a better understanding of them as characters and of how their relationship affects the narrative.

Now, you mentioned you stopped around S7, which is completely understandable and justified given the Dick plot game was very weak and, in my opinion, annoying (so little Cas!). I’m going to start listing from S7 in case you want to refresh your SPN before jumping straight into unseen episodes. Also, since you mentioned no interest in the plot and are specifically craving those sweet crumbs of gay yearning, I’ll skip most one-sided / too subtle episodes and cut to the chase.

Lastly, I hate spoiling things, but you’ve probably seen it all on Tumblr. I tried to keep the episodes’ descriptions short, as it might come in useful. Stuck to key words, quotes and/or little comments.

 Season 7

7x01 – Meet the New Boss: Godstiel, sincere apology. Cas: “I'm gonna find some way to redeem myself to you.”

11x23 – Alpha and Omega: Huggg! Cas willing to go on a guaranteed suicide mission with Dean. Very tender and sad.

With the help of Maki and Kaito, you set up hints around the town which would lead to your proposal spot, an area in the forest where you two had your first date <3

Hearing the sound of footsteps walking your way your nerves increased, taking a deep breath you smiled and looked at the direction of the sound only to find your slightly confused boyfriend. "Shuichi! Over here!" You called out and made your way over to him, adoring the way his face lit up as soon as he heard your voice.

"Ah! S/O! So you were the one who planned all of this" He sighed in relief and hugged you, noting how your heartbeat was faster than normal. "You seem nervous"

You let out a slight giggle, nothing gets past him huh? "Yeah, I actually have to talk to you about something" You saw him visibly tense up and finished off with "its nothing bad though!"

Seeing him relax a bit more and giving you his full attention, you gained more confidence "Over these past few years of us dating its been amazing, we've been there for each other through good and bad and you've never given up on me. I feel like I'm on cloud nine whenever I'm with you. You're everything that I want in a partner and more, I can't imagine my life being without you." You smiled up at him and pulled out the ring, getting on one knee. "Now I just have one question Mr. Detective, will you marry me?"

The yes that followed after was worth everything you could've asked for.

Nagito would definitely cry as soon as your propose to him ngl

Wanting it to be simple yet sweet you did the traditional restaurant proposal

That way everyone around you can know how much you actually love him

Getting up in the morning you made him breakfast in bed to start off his day right

Afterwards you two spent the day inside the house just cuddling and watching movies

As soon as night came you and Nagito got dressed up and went to the restaurant where you would propose to him <3

"S/O, trash like me really doesn't deserve any of this"

You shook your head at him and grabbed both of his hands softly, giving him a soft smile "You don't see it yourself Nagito but you deserve the world. Your far from being trash my love". Nagito flushed a bit at the pet name and only gave his carefree smile in response along with a slight squeeze of you hand.

"I will never see what you see my hope, but I trust that your words are full of love." He smiled at the last part and flushed even more once he saw the look you were giving him. "That's just it Nagito, I love you more than you can imagine. I love how passionate you are, how you can always think of your way around any situation, how even with the bad you still fight on no matter what." You saw his face heat up more at your words and you took a deep breath squeezing his hand.

"Nagito, ever since you've came into my life I've had nothing but hope by my side, that amplified when we started dating too. You're the reason why I wake up in the morning and the reason why I can smile knowing I have such an amazing partner. You've been nothing but hope and love to me and I can't thank you more for all of the years we've shared together. I love you more than anything in the world and I can't imagine spending my life with anyone else." You bent over and wiped away his already falling tears then reached into your pocket to grab the ring. "Nagito Komaeda, will you marry me?"

Nodding his head yes while crying you slipped the ring onto his finger while everyone around you cheered.

That is until Nagito’s luck kicked in and the waiter accidentally spilled water onto him.

You decided to go on a date to the movies first and propose in a park that you two often went through

You made her feel special all throughout the first half of the day by spoiling her and making sure she felt loved before taking her to the movies.

From there is where operation propose to Miu began

"That movie was great!! I really liked it!" Miu exclaimed trying to hold herself from saying anything inappropriate since children were around.

You just chuckled and held her hand smiling at how she flushed almost immediately "I'm glad you liked it honey, are you having a good valentines day so far?" She instantly beamed and looked at you "Of course I am! And I'm sure you are too since you have the gorgeous Miu Iruma as your date!!"

You laughed and started walking with her to the park "That I do, I'm also very lucky to have such a genius inventor as my date" you teased as she got even more flustered. "H-hey, I may be amazing but your pretty good too, after all I do like you back.." she mumbled embarrassingly still learning how to properly express her feelings all the way.

"Thank you love" you smiled and lead her to a pond in the park where the night sky reflected off of it. "Tonight has been pretty nice dont you think?" You looked over to her, smiling when you saw how she was in awe with her surroundings.

"Y-yeah" Miu stuttered out an agreement and shyly looked at you, how could you have ever gotten such a cute girlfriend.

"You know, this night wouldn't have been amazing without you." You squeezed her hand and continued on with your speech. "Like every other day that your in it, its amazing. You always make me smile and feel loved. You're insanely cute about your passions, especially when your eyes light up in excitement over them. I love how you get flustered so easily and let your walls come down around me. I'm glad that you've let me into your life and let me be your partner. I couldn't have asked for a more amazing girlfriend myself. I love everything about you and have been so grateful about the days we've spent together so far." You looked over to see her face as red as a cherry and chuckled.

"I want to spend the rest of my life with you, giving you all of the love I can possibly give" You smiled and grabbed both of her hands getting down on one knee. Pulling out the ring and presenting it to her you asked the fated question. "Miu Iruma, will you marry me?"

She quickly said yes and rushed you to put the ring onto her. The moment was absolutely perfect.

"You know whats another thing I can do with these fingers right?" Miu smirked as you just rolled your eyes. Well its a good thing her personality is what you fell in love with.

Hi! Just wanted to thank you for creating and sharing screenshots of you aesthetically perfect Stardew farms and telling about their inhabitants. These are hard times for so many people, these pictures really bring joy into everyday life. If it's not too much to ask, could you please share more about Annie and her farm? And also Marina, it was so nice and heartwarming to see a non-demonized Eastern-European character. I love you, have a great week!

(quick note — i actually saw this ask quite awhile ago!! i loved it so much and was so happy, i wanted to give a long answer, but unfortunately i got busy with some school work so i left it go for a little while! i’m sorry anon that it took me so long, but i hope you understand and i hope you still enjoy hearing about my farmers ~)

this actually makes my day anon omg 😭 i am so glad my little stardew blog could be so uplifting... this game got me through some tough moments too so i’m really really happy i can be part of sharing it with more people and making them smile! 💞

it’s definitely not too much to ask haha, i love talking about my farmers! each of them are so special to me, they are born out of many different parts of my life that are meaningful to me ~! this will be under the cut, i got a bit carried away... 😄🌱🍓🌷🌱

so annie is actually a fairy by birth! she used to be very tiny, have wings, and she lived in a fairy hollow community very deep in the secret woods. she had always felt drawn to the human world, and after doing some work as a “crop fairy” her desire to become human was cemented. on her 18th birthday, she chose to forfeit her wings and most of her magic in order to become human, worked among the city lights for awhile at joja (which she strongly disliked, as she would put it), and eventually took over lavender farm west of pelican town from another aging fairy-turned-man. as a fairy, she had significant magical abilities that made growing plants and flowers a breeze… because of that, she’d always taken the process for granted, but upon more time spent observing the human world, she became more interested in their processes of agriculture and floriculture. she still has some powers left over that make crops grow a little bit faster and a little bit higher quality, but most of it is just hard work on her hands and knees in the beaming sun! her goal is to create a floral sanctuary… she specializes in flowers, teas, and honey + wax! her farm is overgrown and the stardew valley times newspaper may be a bit judgmental of how she keeps her land, but anyone who ducks into the lush sanctuary of lavender farm is immediately soothed and fascinated by its natural beauty. even annie’s farmhouse is bursting with potted plants and insect terrariums!

i created annie because the small, seamlessly-integrated sparks of magic is such a cool part of stardew valley to me. i loved that a game that was based in realism could still have elements like fairies, wizards, witches, mermaids, and monsters..! i wanted to get deeper into that part of the game ~

(bonus: i did not initially have a plan for who annie would marry and i considered even just having her single, but after some cutscenes with elliott, the concept of him being a merman-turned-human hit me! merman elliott just makes sense to be… he lives on the beach, he is a romantic, he’s got that long luscious red hair, he is deeply worried about ocean pollution, he’s a little awkward... once it was in my head i couldn’t get it out! i didn’t even realize it was an infamous theory haha. i just thought, how wonderful would it be for these two individuals who shared a similar journey — leaving behind their homes, changing species, moving to stardew valley and trying to fit in — to form a bond, fall in love, and create a life together in a world that is new to both of them? <3 annie/elliott is easily one of my favorite farmer/bachelor(ette) relationships i have! i could truly talk about them all day~ )

marina was born out of three things — 1.) my desire to play stardew valley expanded, 2.) my interest in sdve’s bachelor victor and how he has a name that is very popular in russia, 3.) my interest and appreciation for eastern european culture…

personally, my family is south-central european and i have grown up in the USA. aside from being trained as a ballet dancer all throughout my teenage years and hearing about vaganova, bolshoi, mariinsky theatres + having two russian kids as classmates and friend in primary school (one was named victor, haha!), i didn’t know much about russia or eastern european culture growing up. we didn’t have many opportunities to learn. anything i learned was more about the government’s problems, not the culture, which i find extremely sad… a government’s actions should not define or generalize a whole country or region of millions of citizens, especially when said citizens don’t have a lot of power. citizens, for the most part, are just people who are living.

in the city i currently live in, there is a “little russia” and “russian hill”, both of which i have visited many many times with my boyfriend who lives near there and who is eastern asian. everyone who lives there and 95% of the people shopping + eating there are eastern european immigrants. every shop there is authentic — most of them have everything written in cyrillic alphabet (usually russian, sometimes ukrainian) or occasional central european languages (polish most common) or balkan languages (croatian is common — my favorite market item is elderflower fanta soda, which is a croatian drink!). one of my favorite stores has music CDs and movies, signs, snacks, children’s books, and even birthday cards all in russian! there are grocery stores that only sell things that would be sold in an eastern european market, none of the labels in english (which can be difficult if you are looking to buy something for the first time without understanding the language), but it is such a neat thing to have. i remember always thinking, i’m so glad that this is here for the people who are moving away to a brand new country, so that they can always have a taste of home. i began realizing when visiting there just how massive eastern europe really is, how many countries and languages are a part of it, and how much culture and rich history there is to be found there. i played SDVE briefly with a different farmer and when i met victor, he immediately stood out to me as someone i might meet in that neighborhood. i head-canoned him as mixed-race: part eastern european and part eastern asian. he reminds me a lot of my boyfriend… a bit unsure and nervous about kickstarting his future but incredibly gifted and intelligent, and olivia reminds me of my boyfriend’s parents, who came from strict communism and poverty in china and now live in the USA taking full advantage of capitalism/consumerism (lol!), but are just a bit oblivious to their son’s mental health as it isn’t something they are familiar with. i saw a lot of parallels to things i’d seen in my life in victor, and i really wanted to create a farmer that could fit into this narrative with him. all these things combined… marina was born! i wanted to be sensitive when envisioning her, and settled on the stories of real people from eastern europe that i’ve met — she was quite poor, overworked, and didn’t have some of the freedoms she desired, and decided to move to stardew valley for a better chance at success. i wanted to portray that living in eastern europe’s economy can be very difficult, but the culture is still beautiful and should never be let go of just because of immigration… immigration doesn’t mean changing your roots or being ashamed. marina is just a sweet girl who was struggling to get by and needed a change of scenery and new opportunities… but she’s not letting go of her past or her culture, because there is no need to!

you know how much I (and others) appreciate your feedback on my fics but I never ever ever want you to feel like you have to comment thoroughly (or at all), fanfics are there to be enjoyed and not feel under pressure because you (feel like you) have to (or want to) write a long comment after you read it. I've only written a handful of detailed comments under a fic and honestly it's hard. It is hard. like first of all, sometimes I just loved a fic and I can't pinpoint what exactly I loved (or maybe I just loved everything) and I would just love to write an essay full of appreciation to the author but I just can't. if I could, I would write endless comments on every fic that I love but I 1000000000% understand you, sometimes you simply can't or maybe even don't want to and that's (more than) okay too and I would never be mad at you for not telling me how you enjoyed my fic, it's okay if you just enjoy it in silence because that's already more than I could have ever even dreamed of <3)

I’m glad it holds no bad memories for you now my love ^^ Thank you for reading the chapter dear :D And as for their ages, I did specify Yoongi’s was older than Taehyung in a precious chapter (I just can’t remember which chapter, sorry!) and Namjoon is University/college age so somewhere between 18-25 (I decided not to give a specific age). Unfortunately, I never specified Hoseok and Seokjin’s ages in the story but they would have been University age too :D

Yes - I was excited to reveal why Namjoon was the way he was, so that everyone could understand him better. I felt that this chapter was the best time to do that as the other chapters before the ball kind of painted him in a negative light.
