I'm back from my mini week hiatus! I found the Procreate Playback video settings - it's odd to see the process but you can see as I started to learn to use the tools.

I'll catch up on everything eventually! It's so good to take a break from the internet once in a while, would recommend.

this feels really surreal, i kind of had to unlearn myself and learn myself again in order to make this album. it's the one i'm most proud of thus far in my life. it's the one i hope you listen to and feel like we were hanging and confiding in each other for an hour. me and the mic were like this the whoole time 🤞🏻 i never thought i would finish it because it was really scary to close the chapter. but i closed it so you can open it! and i hope you do. i hope you love it.

You felt like Elvis Presley. Singing in sold-out arenas and having millions of fans that would constantly stream your songs. It was exhilarating. It was a different type of high. Being famous was 100x better than narcotics, because it gave you money.

Money that afforded lazy days like this.

Both sides of your pillow remained cold. The air-conditioning was in optimal condition. Charles' warm arms were wrapped around you, caging you in his warm embrace. "What time are we gonna get up?" you asked with a chuckle, seeing that his eyes remained closed.

"Brunch," he mumbled weakly - fighting against the sleepiness. "- now let's please get back to sleep." he pleaded, his arms wrapping tighter around your waist. A small giggle escapes your mouth.

"Okay, Mr. Leclerc."

Y/N L/N and CHARLES LECLERC: ALL WE KNOW ABOUT THE BREAKUP SO FAR. by Poppy Corinthia

When Y/N L/N first began dating Formula One racer Charles Leclerc more than seven years ago, the internet was not shocked. The pair first introduced each other as childhood best-friends, both growing up in Monaco, until L/N's eventual leave to NYC.

A love story like theirs did not stay behind closed doors.

Their relationship was first confirmed by an instagram post made by Y/N L/N (which has since been deleted following her karma album) that is captioned "the love of my life" with a picture of her and Charles Leclerc kissing passionately in Turks and Caicos.

This was followed by back-to-back appearances in the racing paddock, as well as Leclerc's attendance in all of L/N's concerts. July 10, 2024 the streak of attendance has been ruined. Leclerc has also not liked any of L/N's post about her Liverpool concert. Y/N L/N also liked a twitter post speculating their breakup.

Coming Home.

Player: Ruben Loftus-Cheek Words: 951 Request: ruben - You  - 500 - 900 - You are a celebrity from USA and you planned on spending Christmas with his family but you get stuck in the states, or so he thinks, but you surprise him on Christmas Day❤️

A/N: Though I didn't catch a flight, I did do this for my grandparents one day. The look on my nan's face was a picture. Also, I’m not American so I’ve probably used the wrong terminology but hey ho.

“I just hate that I’m not going to see you,” Ruben had said, leaning the phone against his forehead as he spoke on loudspeaker. He’d hoped there’d be a way for him to get over or for you to come back. It killed you to lie, especially to him, but this was in his best interest; even if it meant that you were in talks with his family and friends often to ensure he wasn’t booking tickets out to America to surprise you when you were in the middle of trying to surprise him.

“Trust me, I’ve tried to get out of it or have the schedule pushed back but they’re not budging on it. I can’t come out any earlier than the start of January.” The silence that had followed and ended with a long sigh from him had said far more than any words could have.

“I just miss you.”

The nerves that had filled you as you’d made your way to the airport in an unmarked car, hoping and praying that the paparazzi weren’t following you to ruin the surprise. The last thing you wanted was Ruben finding out that you were leaving the country through some tabloid gossip and blow your cover. The airport had been clear, no flashing cameras or people yelling your name to get a picture and boarding the flight had been simple with barely anyone turning to look at you.

You’d fallen into an easy sleep, waking half an hour before you were due to land and managed to freshen yourself up before stepping out into the freezing cold, thankful that even though it had been warm if not mild when you’d boarded the plane, that you’d had the sense to wrap up warm in preparation for the cold, harsh weather that comes with landing on UK soil.

It was hard to message everyone in the group chat but him, hard to be excited to see the one person that you cannot whilst keeping up the lie that you were on a different time zone and that’s why you couldn’t simply slip away and reply at each opportunity like he was used to. He knew your schedule was tight, that you could go almost all day not responding and be able to then send a small, tiny even, update that he couldn’t reply to until hours after when he woke up and by that point, they were starting again.

The time zone was a killer, the long distance even more so but Ruben held on that he would have those moments and even better ones to come. He knows better ones will come and you’re adamant to do that today.

“Hey!” You put on a bright and cheery voice as you step from the car and the call connects. The taxi knows to continue to the house and park close by to be able to take the bags from it when ready but has dropped you off at least 2 streets away so that you could walk and not arouse suspicion.

“Hey you, what are you up to?”

“I’ve got a craving for that bagel place we went to. So, I am walking the two blocks it takes to get there.”

“No-one on hand to get you something?”

“Nope. I wanted to do this myself.” You say brightly and hear the way he smiles in the sigh, hating the fact that you have been able to learn more about his cues through the phone than actually seeing his smiles, sighs, happiness, and frustration in person. “And I figured that a moment like this should not be wasted, and I would call to check in. Are you ok?”

“Yeah, I guess. I’ve got some mistletoe here and no-one to kiss.”

“It’s been that long since I kissed you that I’m sure I’d be awful anyway. You deserve a better kiss.”

“I’d rather take your awful kisses than someone else’s good ones. Or maybe I’m just remembering your kisses as better than they were...” he trails off, pretending as though he’s lost in thought and you cackle, knowing you’d be elbowing him for such remark.

“I should practice on the back of my hand then, I would hate to let you down. Maybe it’s a good thing that I’m not there then.”

“Maybe. You could be practicing right now,” he says as you turn and begin to walk up the driveway, “but you’re getting a bagel.”

“An excellent bagel though, well worth not getting jet lag for. So,” you say as you pull your phone away from your ear but keep it close enough to your lips. Your finger lingers over the mute button as you say “I was thinking,” and mute yourself as quickly as you give a little rap on the door before unmuting yourself, the whole thing takes little more than a few seconds and you’re able to pass it off as a hard swallow, “that we should try to-”

“Hang on a sec, someone’s at the door.”

“-facetime on Christmas morning and open our presents together. Well, your morning anyway.”

“I’d like that,” Ruben agrees but you can tell he’s now occupied by trying to get to the door.

“Promise you’ll wake me up? I need to know if you’ve presents or if you’ve been on Santa’s naughty list.” You comment as you watch his shadow approaching the door.

“And what if I’ve been naughty?” He asks, pulling the door open and you watch his expressions change so quickly there’s never enough seconds for you to take each one in before it’s onto the next.

“Then you don’t get those awful kisses I promised you. Unless they’re what you deserve.”
