everyone say they’re proud of me - i had a doctor’s appointment today to talk about me wanting to get tested for adhd / possibly anxiety too?
IT HAPPENED AND IM GETTING REFERRED TO A PSYCHOLOGIST ON MONDAY
#i was so emotional at the doctor’s office#i thought i might cry#i was scared my family doctor would be like#“oh you’re fine you just need to pray more or study more#‘you’re being lazy’#LIKE IM NOT THANK YOU#it’s supposed to be free as well so i’m hoping it goes well#i have to call the mental health specialist ppl on monday so i can confirm my appointment#i’m so anxious and overwhelmed and also just really really relieved#apparently if i get tested positive ill get medicine and just support to help me function better#i’m looking forward to it#i just have to do it without my parents knowing now!#they’re not the most supportive … and now adora has to learn to take public transport in 2 days without them knowing#no big deal!#i’m just relieved#꒰ soon you'll get better. ꒱
