My Masterlist <3
I’m back with a new masterlist, bitches!
Also, please note this is a master list of my written works. A master list of works I have edited and ideas I have created (my prompt masterlist!) will be posted soon.
Marvel
Irondad & Spiderson
Tumblr media
wildfire - He pressed the spider emblem on his chest and slid the suit off, before tossing the costume multiple feet away. 'If a body has to be found in this fire,' he thought to himself, 'it's going to be Peter Parker's. Not Spider-Man's.' / Anything to keep his friends, and Tony and May safe. (Or, Peter saves several civilians from a burning building, but isn't so lucky himself.) (IN PROGRESS)
who will catch me (when i fall)? - Peter didn't answer him. Instead, he pushed himself up on his elbows and scanned his surroundings. MJ was standing a few feet away from the two, her thumb pressed against her lip in worry, and the clock in the corner behind her read three forty-five in the afternoon. Middle of decathlon practice. They still had an hour or so left, then. / “Did I pass out?" he asked, at last. (Or, Peter passes out, and Tony is called in to play dad for a day.)
i'll stay by your side (through the lows and the highs) - "Tony can’t believe this is it. He’s survived being kidnapped in Afghanistan, and flown through a wormhole. He’s snapped the Infinity Stones and nearly died bringing back the Blipped, and yet this is how he’s gonna die; at the hands of a rabid Peter Parker." (Or, Peter contracts rabies after helping Tony clean out the Stark's basement.)
wasted years, wasted youth (pretty lies and ugly truths) - "Tony shook his head, but stayed where he was. He was pretty sure he was taking longer than five minutes, but how the hell could he think when Peter wasn’t telling him stuff like this? He was his mentor, he was his dad practically, and it was his job to take care of him. How could he do that when he didn’t have all of the information necessary?“ (Or, Tony finds out Peter’s keeping a secret. Again.)
in need of help (take away the pain that i felt) - "Natasha nods, her lips in a thin line. “I know,” she speaks, her tone nice and calm and slow. “Steve’s getting him, and we might have an ice pack in the Quinjet. Just sit tight, alright?” / Peter groans again, stars flashing in his vision and the pounding in his head getting worse. “Don’ kn’w where I’d go,” he mumbles, eyes blinking closed.” (Or, Peter falls. From forty feet up.)
got a secret (can you keep it?) - ‘“What do you mean you can’t come to the lab? This is the third weekend you’re cancelling on me, kid,” he continued. “There something I don’t know about?” / “No!” Peter squealed.’ (Or, Tony is a Worried Dad™ and Peter’s keeping a secret.)
Appreciate, Don’t Discriminate - ‘Tony’s a nice person, he thinks. He doesn’t discriminate or judge (most) people based on their actions… unless, that is, they try to kill over half the population of New York.’ (Or, a story in which Peter wants to be friends with Loki, despite all he’s done and despite what Tony thinks of him.)
Sacrifices - Peter gets shot while Spider-Manning and tries to hide it from Tony. Unfortunately, he’s never been too good at keeping secrets. (Or, Peter hides an injury from his father figure and Tony worries. A lot.)
Peter Parker/Michelle Jones (Spideychelle)
Tumblr media
i’ll make it okay - “Three am,” she says. “I was gonna get a glass of water, but then I saw you were having a nightmare. You doing okay?” Her eyes crinkle in concern. (Or, Peter suffers from nightmares after NWH.)
churros - “People don’t just pass out, Ned!” / “Try telling that to Peter!” (Or, Peter passes out in the middle of the cafeteria, and Ned and MJ are a little bit worried.)
everything that glitters (isn’t always gold) - “And they tried to hurt you?” Michelle asks, as she makes her way over to the bed. Peter nods in response. “What the fuck?” (Or, Michelle tries to patch Peter up after he gets hurt on patrol and finds herself in over her head.)
all’s fair in love and blood - “Got stabbed,” Peter murmurs and Michelle shakes her head, listening intently. “Some… Some guy was robbing this girl and her gran’ma, I think. Got shot.” / Michelle turns her gaze back to her boyfriend and stares at Peter in disbelief. “The grandma got shot?!” / “No..." Peter shakes his head, trying to recount the events. “Gran’ma’s fine. I got shot.” (Or, Peter accidentally reopens a wound and bleeds out in the middle of a dress rehearsal.)
remember when...? - “Peter,” she said, placing her hands on the boy’s shoulders and gently holding him at arm length. “I... You’re hurt, and I need to call someone. Do you know where your phone is?” / “I... probably blown up, or in the ocean." (Or, Michelle helps Peter after he's injured during the battle with Quentin Beck.)
any trophy i could ever get (doesn’t compare to the light in your eyes) - “Ned swallows and glances up at her, before his eyes fall back to his feet. “He’s not coming today, MJ, he’s sick. He came down with the chicken pox this morning.” / “Bullshit,” she shoots back. “You and I both know he can’t get sick. Why are you lying?”” (Or, Peter gets sick for the first time after Far From Home, and Michelle thinks he’s lying. Hint: he’s not.)
three words i'm not ready to say (‘i’ and ‘love’ and ‘you’) - ‘Michelle laughed. “I think I kinda do, nerd. Someone has to make sure you don’t die or do some stupid shit while you’re sick.”’ (Or, an uncomfortable Michelle has to take care of a sick Peter, six months into their relationship, and almost gets scared away in the process.)
An Empty Web - ‘Day 1, and Peter’s absent from class. Day 5, and Michelle learns the last time he was seen. Day 7, and she learns he was taken; kidnapped; torn from the people closest to him. Week 3, and he’s found.’ (Or, Peter gets kidnapped during his senior year. This is the story, and aftermath of that, from Michelle’s point of view.)
Peter Parker & Ned Leeds
Tumblr media
hasn’t he suffered enough? - Ned sighs. He looks down to his shoes, to the tiled floorboards, and runs his hands through his hair. "If he wasn't bitten by that spider," he whispers, "he wouldn't have to go through this shit." / (Or, an alternate ending to Spider-Man: NWH. Peter passes out after the final battle on Liberty Island, and Strange, Ned, and MJ get him medical attention.)
No Doubts About it - ‘Peter’s hands claw loosely at his throat, which is now oddly beginning to feel like it’s being constricted. There’s a tightness in his chest, in his lungs, and it feels bad, awful even, but he still tries his best to explain it to Ned. “C’n’t bre’the,” he squeaks.’ (Or, it’s hard having a superhero for a best friend. Good thing Ned knows how to deal with it.)
always here for you, dude - “Are you sure we shouldn’t call a doctor? Because there’s one down the hall and this seems like a pretty big deal, Peter.” (Or, Peter goes to Ned to get fixed up after Homecoming. Ned doesn’t know anything about medical attention, but tries his best anyway.)
Peter Parker & Flash Thompson
Tumblr media
Flash Thompson, First Aid Extraordinaire - Just barely managing to stumble through, Peter had all but a second before his knees buckled and he fell face-first into the rug beneath him. Breathing heavily, he could feel someone placing a hand on his shoulder, someone turning him over, but his eyes had already started to shut and he couldn't figure out who it was. / "Parker?" he heard, before he lost consciousness. "What the f—?" (Or, Peter tries to get help after being injured on patrol, and accidentally reveals his identity in the process.)
Peter Parker & May Parker
Tumblr media
Punk in Love - "But Maaaay!" Peter protests. He sits up in bed, cheeks flushed and hair fluffy and tangled. "MJ and I have Valentine's plans! I was gonna take her swinging around the city!" / (Or, Peter gets sick on Valentine's Day, and May takes care of him.)
The Waiting Game - ‘At first, May didn’t think much of it when Peter refused to open his eyes. It was just a few days after Mysterio revealed his identity to the world and, while they were promised things were going to be alright, it was also still a little hectic, nerve-wracking, and exhausting. That is probably why she didn’t sense anything was wrong until it was almost too late.’ (Or, a whumpy what-if of FFH’s mid-credits scene.)
Peter Parker & Happy Hogan
Tumblr media
A Shove in the Wrong Direction - Happy finds out Peter is being bullied. Needless to say, he is not ‘happy’ about it. (Or, Peter has a lot of Dads™️ now.)
Teen Wolf
Scott McCall & Stiles Stilinski (Sciles)
Tumblr media
what can i do (but watch over you?) - “The sedative isn’t working! Don’t you hear him?”  (Or, Scott gets injected with wolfsbane by Ethan and Aiden in the middle of a fight, and Stiles worries for his life)
Stiles Stilinski & Malia Tate-Hale
Tumblr media
oh, child (things’ll get brighter) - "He hadn’t meant to kill him! Honestly! He didn’t even want to, promised himself that he’d never kill anyone or even try to after all the trouble with the Nogitsune. If he could have found another way out, he would’ve taken that option instead. But he didn't, and now Donovan was dead and Scott wasn't talking to him." (Or, after Scott and Stiles fight in 5x09, Stiles seeks comfort in the only person who may be able to relate.)
Tales of Arcadia
Jim Lake Jr/Claire Nuñez (Jlaire)
Tumblr media
telling them - “He was the Trollhunter. He was the one the amulet chose, and he was the one everyone looked to when things went awry. He was the one who was leading the team, and he was the one who led his friend to their death. / If he couldn’t have brought them home, then he should have at least been the one to tell their family why they weren't coming home.” (Or, Jim remembers his mom mentioning the hypothetical question of what he'll tell Toby and Claire's families if there's a day when they don't come home. He just didn't expect that day to be today.)

IW SPOILERS BELOW THE READ MORE
I liked Infinity War, these are just some (very spoilery and very long) thoughts.
Infinity War truly is an event comic in movie form. People die constantly, and some cough cough Loki cough only die to show that the villain is Serious(tm). It luckily doesn't have the pointless infighting that a lot of events have. There is like, a fight between half of the guardians amd Tony/Peter/Strange, but that's because they thibk the other works for Thanos and it lasts like, a minute.
Thanos was surprisingly sympathetic? Like, for a complete monster. I’m not sure how I feel about that. While this is still a very black-and-white conflict, they give him a (in my opinion) ‘‘good’‘ reason for doing it? (It’s obviously not a good reason, but you can kinda see how he came to the conclusion it was good).
He’s not trying to flirt with Lady Death, he looked at overpopulation and hunger and came to the conclusion that killing exactly 50% of the population of every planet/the universe would stop it. (Eradicating foodwaste in the real world could also stop it, but what do I know)  And he’s kinda proven right? It’s obviously a  horrible plan, but (according to him) Gamora’s home planet went from being poor with children going to bed hungry every night to apparently being a relatively wealthy place or something?
And to get the Soul Stone he has to sacrifice a person he genuinely cares about, and he sacrifices Gamora and he gets the Stone. So he genuinely cared for her? And like, this comes after a scene where he tortures Nebula to get Gamora to tell him where the Stone is.
And in the end, when he succeeds in getting all the stones and wiping out 50% he gets to this place that kinda looks like DBZ’s Hyperbolic Time Chamber and Young!Gamora is there? And she asks if he did it? And then she kinda smiles? And some things Thanos says (and Gamora doesn’t deny) make it seem like she used to be okay with the whole genocide thing (which kinda makes sense, she was a kid).
Also, Peter’s death is the saddest thing? He saw Drax and the like turn into dust and he’s begging and hugging Tony and he’s scared and he’s only 16.
And what about Okoye seeing T’Challa die in front of her? Right after he says to her that ‘‘this is no place to die’‘. And she’s crying. And I think it was Sam who turned to dust while Rhodey was right there looking for him and calling for him (I might be getting them mixed up, I was kinda distracted by feelings) and just argh.
And Steve. Poor Steve. Bucky turns to dust and he just, kneels in the dust looking broken. Like damn.
And the funny thing is, I went into this movie with the only spoiler that Tony and Steve would die. And they’re two of the characters that didn’t die. And with funny I mean not funny at all. I don't want them to die, but aaaargh. Didn't expect this.
And Shuri? Okay, so they want to remove the stone from Vision without having to kill him (he's dead in the end anyway). So Shuri is like "Can be done, I just need time" and like, she does the operation and while she's doing it she gets attacked? But before she gets attacked she quickly finishes something. And then she falls down the stairs and we don’t see her anymore. I would call it a sequel hook, but Everybody dies, even characters with movies coming up is a good enough sequel hook on its own.
Also, Strange was looking through 1600000 alternate futures or something, and apparently they only win in 1. He ends up being the one who gives Thanos the Time Stone, in exchange for Thanos not killing Tony. So like, right before he turns to dust he tells Tony that this was the only way. It’s pretty obvious that he knew way more than he let on.
Also! When Thanos comes back from the Hyperbolic Time Chamber the gauntlet is broken? Like, all fucked up.
Oh yeah, and Star-Lord is technically responsible for most of this mess. Cause they have a plan to get the gauntlet off, Mantis manages to calm Thanos, he’s tied up. He’s fighting Mantis, but she can hold him calm for maybe long enough to get the gauntlet off. Spidey and Tony are pulling it off. And Star-Lord and Nebula realize Gamora is dead. Even tho Tony is begging Peter not to do it, he punches Thanos, who snaps out of Mantis’ hold and fights them off. Even tho they only needed like a second longer to get the gauntlet off. I don’t fully blame him, cause emotions, but for fucks sake peter could you have waited for a bit???.
Also I think Rocket is the only Guardian left? GotG3 has been said to focus on Gamora, so I think she’ll be back, but for now. Just Rocket.
And guess who was the guardian of the Soul Stone btw. Guess. If you guessed Red Skull then congratz, you’re psychic. Seriously, I hear multiple Oh fuck’s.
There is no mid credit scene, btw. Which had the cinema in a mild panic. We were all afraid Marvel were gonna be the ultimate trolls and do no credit scenes. Luckily, there is a post credit scene.
Fury and Maria Hill in a car when the people start turning into dust. Fury wants to call for backup, Maria disappears. Fury is calling for backup, he disappears. Communicator falls to the ground, shows Captain Marvel logo.
And uh, that movie is gonna be a prequel. But I’m still really hyped. Can’t wait for Avengers 4, and I really want its title now. Apparently it would be a spoiler? Which is why it’s a secret.
Welp, it took me 982 words to put most (not even all) of my feelings and thoughts about IW on paper.

23 - Mirrorverse
In which the Young Avengers are Evil ™ versions of themselves (except Loki, who is herself).
In this snippet, Loki-as-Wanda gives Billy some advice. Things go rapidly downhill from there.

She’d seen him sitting outside the mansion before. Maybe once or twice a month, since she’d taken Wanda’s place in the Avengers. He never approached, just sat there with his backpack and his phone, a dark haired, awkward teenager with a pensive frown. Another adoring mortal, hoping to catch a glimpse of the greatest heroes of Earth. Except this one didn’t feel like an ordinary human. There was a power there, simmering underneath the surface, twisting and tugging at reality to listen to it, obey it.
Loki peered through the drawn curtains of the mansion at the kid and wondered if he even knew the power was there. If he was a mutant, powers generally came out during the teenage years or later. He was around the right age, barely. Behind her, muffled conversation drifted from the kitchen; the sound of pots and utensils, and the occasional laughter. They’d be expecting Wanda soon, and Loki would suck it up and be that for them. Soon. But she felt like having some fun first.
She glanced behind her to check nobody was watching and then teleported out of the room. Between one moment and the next she was standing on a sidewalk just outside the mansion. It was a dismal day; the clouds that hung low over the street looked almost like smoke and there was a breeze that would probably feel chilly to a human. She pulled her hoodie up as though on a casual stroll as an extremely famous superhero and approached the kid.
“Are you all right?” It was important to be kind and concerned in situations like this. Kids responded well to it, she was pretty sure.
He didn’t even look up. “I’ll be okay. Thanks.” But he moved his backpack off the ledge beside him, so she took a seat. Kind and concerned. He was bleeding, she noticed, from his nose and had a rather nasty black eye. She asked him about it.
“I kinda got punched in the face, repeatedly.”
“Why?”
“Because I’m… different.” Of course.
The scarf said a lot, really. She bit back all of the reclaimed slurs she couldn’t use right now, because Wanda Maximoff was going to be the death of her, and unhappily went for— “Gay? Transgender?” She glanced at the mansion he was so fond of. “A mutant?”
He breathed a laugh and said, “I wish I was a mutant.”
Loki laughed. She wasn’t sure if it was what Wanda would have done, but honestly sometimes you had to go with what came naturally.
She looked at the angry, swollen mess of his eye and leaned toward him conspiratorially. “Can I tell you a secret?” she said. “I’d make every bullied kid a mutant if I could. Harder to pummel someone who can gut you with their mind.” Wanda, she reminded herself. Wanda wouldn’t be as pleased by that mental image, for some reason. She tried to dial back. “It’s not very superhero-ly of me to say, I know. Excessive force. With great power, et cetera.”
The kid finally looked up at that, startled, and his eyes went wider when they landed on her face. “Oh my god,” he breathed. “You’re… the Scarlet Witch. You’re my favorite Avenger.” He stopped, and briefly looked a bit like he’d just walked off a cliff and realized there was no bridge. “I can’t believe I just said that out loud.” He paused, then looked away. “You really think that?”
Of course Wanda was his favorite Avenger. Loki didn’t roll her eyes, somehow. It was adorable, in a way, and at the same time she hated the thought of him… wasting that potential the same way Wanda always had.
“I do,” she told him. “What are you planning to do tomorrow, when you see this bully again?”
The kid shrugged. “Run as quickly as possible in the other direction.”
“Then he wins,” she told him. “And you spend the rest of your high school years afraid. Sounds like a shit deal.”
The kid shrugged again. “What else can I do? If I had powers—”
“You don’t need powers to fuck up somebody’s day. Sure, it helps, but if you think one step ahead—” or travel back in time “—you can make their life miserable in all sorts of ways.”
The kid made a face. “That’s very inspirational, but when was the last time you dealt with anyone without your powers?”
“You know what, kid? I can’t argue with that.” She thought, fuck it, why not. “Come here.”
Hesitantly, the kid turned to face her fully. People really trusted Avengers a lot. Loki tapped him lightly on the forehead, just once, and the bruising around his eyes smoothed out into undamaged skin. As she moved her hand away she also tugged lightly at his powers, drawing them just a bit closer to the surface. “Next time you see that bully of yours, I have a feeling the fight’s gonna go a lot differently.”
She stood up, smoothing down her tragically scarlet hoodie. Behind her, the kid made an aborted, frustrated sound.
“That’s it?”
She turned around, walking across the street backward, and spread her arms. “Fuck ‘em up, kid. It’s you or them.”
***
Two weeks later, she was curled up in an armchair in the Avengers’ living room, watching a news story about a teenage mutant who’d killed two other students at his school when his powers manifested. Electricity. Nasty way to go. As the other Avengers sat riveted to the screen, making dismayed noises, Loki smiled to herself. Good for him.

Whatever you do, do not think about how Kid Loki is probably the leader of his gang of Lokis because he's been in the Void the longest. And definitely don't think about how Boastful Loki betrayed his trust, and how this is probably a common occurrence in the Void among the Lokis. And really, really don't think about how Classic Loki was all Kid Loki had left, and now he's dead. And I really hope you don't think about how the only friend Kid Loki has now is Alligator Loki, and how he probably thinks that he'll lose him, too, like he loses everyone he makes the mistake of trusting.
