Feel free to ignore this if you're uncomfortable answering but is there any particular reason you stopped making public NSFW audios? Absolutely no ill feelings towards you over it, I'm just broke lol

i know i've answered this before but i can't find the ask in my faq tag so i'll answer this but i don't want anyone getting upset or angry at me or think i'm being greedy. okay? okay.

there's a few reasons.

1. my main source of income is from my patreon nsfw audio tier, the more i put our for free, the less likely people are to join the patreon and my patreon is how i pay my rent. not a fun reason, and a reason i'm anticipating people thinking of as greedy or mean or whatever. but like idk what to say, this is my job and i want to get paid for it and i need to get paid for it so i can like have a life. i used to make public ones before i ever had a patreon, then would make them occasionality to hope that it would be good advertising for my patreon, now i don't think i need to advertise it that way anymore. i feel like i'm not allowed to say this reason even though it's the main one because people will think i'm being 'money hungry' but i'm not, i just want enough money to pay rent and bills and eat and treat myself a little on the side, which is what we all deserve. i've been trying to move out for so long and once i manage it i'll be paying a lot more in rent than i do now, i need to keep my patreon income.

2. as the years have gone by i've gotten less comfortable with having nsfw content of myself out in public. that's why i don't post photos anymore, it's why i don't write lots of nsfw drabbles like i used too, though would love to go back to doing that.

3. keeping them on patreon keeps them for an audience that is overall kinder to me than the comments on youtube and reddit. now of course the majority of comments i get are fine, however if someone's going to pay for my content and join my patreon it's unlikely they are going to be a transphobe or make fun of my voice. i can't say the same for every comment i've had on public nsfw audios before.

i'm not taking the old public ones down because i don't want to take away audios that people enjoy and find comfort in. but i have no plans to make public ones ever again in the future.
