#i had melatonin sprayed on my pillow and it maybe like barely helped if at all. which is weird cause melatonin has ALWAYS helped me whenever

when you tried to go to bed at 9:30 last night like you usually do and end up not being able to sleep until like maybe 4 or 5 A.M. and now you’re feeling tired and kinda weak today. (because you usually get a little weak if you’re up all night) and you were worrying about not sleeping the whole night (like you always do when this happens) and worried that you were going to be up for over 24 hours because you got up at some time before 6 A.M. yesterday and was worried that you wouldn’t fall asleep before then.
