when you tried to go to bed at 9:30 last night like you usually do and end up not being able to sleep until like maybe 4 or 5 A.M. and now you’re feeling tired and kinda weak today. (because you usually get a little weak if you’re up all night) and you were worrying about not sleeping the whole night (like you always do when this happens) and worried that you were going to be up for over 24 hours because you got up at some time before 6 A.M. yesterday and was worried that you wouldn’t fall asleep before then.
#literally what else is new i’ve been having this happen and also waking up in the middle of the night more than i should since i was#a sophomore in high school#i had melatonin sprayed on my pillow and it maybe like barely helped if at all. which is weird cause melatonin has ALWAYS helped me whenever#i took it before. it literally was one of the things that got me through sophomore year of high school#honestly every time nights like these happen nowadays it’s not AS bad as it was sophomore year but i still get scared cause this is one#of my worst fears. and also i’ve had this happen often even before sophomore year of high school. first time was during the summer#after 7th grade. but it didn’t happen AS often before sophomore year of high school#before then it was like one night every few months or something#now i have no idea what my sleep schedule is doing#also i naturally wake up early and have always been doing that since i was like maybe 6 years old which probably doesn’t help#a more personal post than most of the other posts i’ve made#i really need to take a nap later
