If anyone is curious about the artbook but doesn't want to get spoiled this for you

I looked at the artbook to see what would be safe to show to people who don't want to get spoiled but are still curious about what's in there so this post is totally safe and will only show a few pictures of what's completely spoiler free with the Japanese text removed just in case

Still spoiler warning just in case I accidentally post something spoiler worthy but I'm being careful so that shouldn't happen

(also I'm pretty sure someone else has made a post like this but I'm doing it anyway)

So first of all

Cheese.

It's probably unnecessary to censor it but I said I was gonna do it so I'm doing it. Yes this page is just cheese. My personal theory is that link has to fill those little vials on his hips and each one is connected to a cheese piece and he has to reconstruct the sacred gouda (I will not accept any criticism on this theory).

Next and very important we have :

Bear print paraglider

Hudson paraglider (with censored hylian text just in case there's spoiler in there and since I can't be bothered to translate I'm just censoring it)

I won't post all the designs but just so you know there's a cut korok design, a sheika design, a stable/malanya design, and blupee/lord of the mountain design which I think is cute and some other stuff

Next we have closeups of enemies that we have seen in the trailer and only those types so I won't show the designs for the higher tier enemies and the redesign for the other enemies we haven't seen yet (the keese have slight color changes but since we don't see any in the trailer I won't show them)

So first we have the moblins, it seem their drops will be similar to botw, so we will have their funky new horns as drops

Green lizalfos, same as the moblins so smart drops so new funky blade-looking horn

Here we have the bokoblins, I will refer you to what I said previously about the drops (and may I add that the silver bokoblins have a funny pom-pom looking thing at the end of their horn so it looks like they have a weird party hat)

Next we have whatever this is, I've seen theories that they could be this game's version of kargaroks so we'll just call them that. Not much to see just slightly better quality than the trailer and it seem their drops are a but similar to keeses and since they look very similar I didn't censor the eyes that look like the drops (I'm starting to be incoherent so bear with me)

Next:

There are new NPCs which I won't show, just know you won't have to keep talking to the exact same NPCs as botw, though their are a few sheika people that just look like those in botw so I guess we still have some old NPCs.

On the topic of the sheika, again no pictures but, very important

Impa has little stilts because she's short as fuck (to be fair their not really stilts but those Japanese shoes with tall wood soles but they look like stilts and it's funny to me)

For those who didn't like that the sheika stuff was omnipresent and got bored of it, worry not my friends, we have new environments and the architecture seems varied so you won't get bored as fast

Finally and again no pictures, link will have news clothes, which was a given but still, I'm just confirming the fact and some old armor pieces form botw will still be in the game and to end this post here's a censored picture of link in his sky outfit which is on the promotion for the collector's edition so we've seen it it's just slightly better quality and without the Japanese text

watched the first ep of Dead Boy Detectives today, did anyone also think the dialogue was a bit clunky?

I don't mean it was unwatchable or anything i just feel like it didn't feel realistic the way they introduced the characters and world... It felt like the dialogue was for the viewer instead of an in character thing. We were gonna be introduced to a viewer surrogate within the first few minutes, there was no need to have the characters who already know how the show's world works spell it out for nobody... and then explain it again when Crystal showed up? idk it felt like something I would write (not a complient) 😅

Everything here are things we have already seen in trailers so this is simply using the artbook for the curious ones who don't want to get spoiled

This is a part 2 to this post

I looked at more stuff and took the time to translate stuff and there are more safe stuff and one thing that I missed

Let's start :

So in my first post I only show the green lizalfos when in fact we also see blue lizalfos in the trailer so here is a picture of both the blue and the green lizalfos for those who wanted to see them more clearly after the trailer

They just have longer horns but I know some people are probably curious so here they are

Next we have the paraglider from the E3 2021 trailer, the censored text is basically information on the paraglider but I said I was going to censor and I'm keeping my word

Next we have art of just link in his champion's tunic with his normal arm

This is the slightly modified version of the champion's tunic that he wears in all of the trailers and promotional art

Next we have all the stuff shown in the first tears of the kingdom trailer

Let's start with the stone... thing ?

I'll be honest I didn't look at how it's called so I'll just call it a stone glider because it doesn't looks like it has propellers in the teaser or the artwork so it'll be a glider until we know its name

Next we have two carvings

First one is cropped to looked like the trailer

Honestly the trailer version was kinda dark so it's nice to see it like this

And here's the carving of the figures together that we see twice in the trailer

I didn't censor the new scripture because we don't know how to translate it yet so I doubt that it'll spoil anyone

As for the curious who really want to know more but still don't want spoiler, we have new glider designs as mentioned in the previous post and it appears that there is, in addition to those previously mentioned, a Zora design, a goron design and a stalnox design

We also have new enemy drops and if you're really curious about the malice infused enemies then you'll be disappointed to see that they aren't in the art book, in my humble opinion it's just normal enemies with some kind of fx added in the game so they didn't bother drawing finished art for the book

Lastly as a huge fan of blupees, I'm happy to announce that it looks like my favorite little guys are returning for the sequel !

Like we know that things like color play a role in how our brain perceives things, and I realized looking at the can that they're always this bland but at the same time nasty looking silver and it just... it looks foul and I think that compounds with the fact that I also just plain don't like diet soda

My point here isn't to say anyone else shouldn't like diet soda, just how I never realized how much of an impact the can has on me not liking it... there's just something offputting about it to me

OK SPOILERS I GUESS FOR BLACK OPS COLD WAR UNDER THE CUT BECAUSE I JUST DID THE HAVANA MISSION AND "BREAK ON THROUGH" AND I'M LITERALLY SO PRESSED RN??

I AM SO UPSET THEY MADE ME CHOOSE BETWEEN HELEN AND LAZAR WHAT EVEN WAS THAT WHY'D IT HAVE TO BE THOSE TWO THEY'RE LITERALLY MY FAVORITES OF THE NEWER CHARACTERS WHY

TO MAKE MATTERS WORSE THEY HAD CRAZY GOOD CHEMISTRY AND I WAS LITERALLY SITTING THERE THE WHOLE TIME DURING THAT MISSION THINKING "Dang y'all make a good couple y'all got it goin' on" BUT NO OF COURSE NOT THIS IS CALL OF DUTY WHERE NO ONE IS HAPPY AND GOOD ENDINGS DON'T EXIST AND LOVE IS A LIE

I struggled for like fifteen minutes just sitting there on the pause menu trying to pick UGHHH but I ended up going with Helen in the end simply because I think she can bring slightly more value to the team (NOT TO SAY LAZAR IS USELESS HE'S EXTREMELY HANDY AND VERY COOL AND I LOVE HIM) just because of her connection with MI6 and her ability to gather intel and all that good stuff and I'm just ever so slightly more attached to her as a character and I also got the impression Lazar really liked her a lot so I would've felt worse saving him and knowing he missed her like a crap ton so in the end I think I made the better decision

HOWEVER COMMA THEN WE HAVE "BREAK ON THROUGH" AND I'M LITERALLY SO MAD BC WDYM ADLER WAS LYING AND I LITERALLY DON'T EVEN KNOW THE GUY AND I HAD A COMPLETELY DIFFERENT LIFE AND I WAS THE GUY ARASH KADIVAR SHOT IN THE BEGINNING IN THE MISSION WITH WOODS AND MASON AND ADLER LIKE WHAT?? WDYM THOSE MEMORIES IN VIETNAM WEREN'T REAL?? WDYM I'VE ACTUALLY KNOWN ADLER FOR LIKE TWO DAYS AND NOT TWENTY YEARS?? Wdym HUDSON was actually RIGHT to be worried about me going into the Lubyanka building?????? HUDSON?? RIGHT ABOUT SOMETHING?? NUH-UH

And wdym PARK KNEW THE WHOLE TIME LIKE GIRL I THOUGHT WE WERE BESTIES WHAT IS THIS!! YOU HAD ME RISK MY NECK FOR YOU INSTEAD OF MR.
