saw a post on the tl about your daily schedule as a disabled person and . thought i would give it a swing!! consider this your daily intake of pro-masking propaganda
finally wake up anywhere between 11 and 2. may wake up once or twice before this and go back to sleep. usually takes an hour of waking up before leaving my bedroom - clearing brain fog, checking in with friends, getting dressed, getting a selfie if i have a good outfit.
once up, start laundry if have laundry to do, use bathroom, do breakfast. breakfast is usually light, ill have a snack later if i need something more.
usually either pick one chore for the day (laundry, shower, cleaning), one skill to try and work on, or just focus on rest (might be forced into this one by circumstances throughout day). day broken up by chats with friends, family if ive got social battery, youtube videos, music breaks, writing (all in bedroom), and bathroom breaks.
lunch is usually between 4 and 6, cooked myself when possible but made for me if chore day. alt, might have help with chore while cooking for self. nothing big or overly complicated for lunch, just a single dish and light dessert.
if chore day, try to wrap up by eight. family brings something from kitchen before they turn in, will usually also have snack later - this makes dinner. second half of day is lot like first half, just quieter and slower (brain starts slowing down around midnight)
usually start turning in around two - brushing teeth, preparing bed (nest of blankets, pillows, plush), turning off laptop. depending on mental state, can take up around an hour. use bathroom, charge phone, and turn on nightlight, then in bed.
slowly drift off to sleep, usually with a podcast or soft music on. usually interrupted by final bathroom break. if not asleep by 6 or 7, take the l and get up for breakfast.
oughe if could make so only mutuals could reblog, would, but turned off for privacy. if you feel like sharing yours, feel free to tag me in your post about your disabled schedule <3
