More dragon designs, gang 😼 (2/2)

No Icewings because they have my least favorite designs :( but I get it, its hard to design antarctic themed creatures without covering them in snow.

While I was designing the mudwings I realized how little presence they have in the books. T-T Lowkey sad, their design is legitimately my favorite .. at least Clays on the cover of the 1st issue (Iconic).

MUDWING

They don a hardy face plate their horns being an extension of their plate. In order to protect their eyes they also have smaller horns underneath them similarly to warthogs.

Mudwings swim slowly in an up and down motion like marine mammals having a flat paddle on their tale & wide feet.

They have stripes when they are young and develop lighter belly's as they get older less like hippos and more like the scarring Boto's get that make them pink.

SEAWING

They have a wonderfully streamlined body for maximum speed with countershading to blend in during open ocean travel mostly for hunting but I heard krakens apparently exist in the wof world?!! So it would probably would help with those.

They swim side to side like marine reptiles and fish.

I think they could be one of the better flyer despite being aquatic (idk if that would be accurate) but they got big wings like albatrosses in a way. And just like albatrosses they have trouble landing they prefer to land directly into water.

SANDWING

The smallest of all dragon species what they lack in fire they put into defense !!

They have large claws efficient for digging and building their homes with the solid rock available in the desert.

They have long eyelashes and often draw rings around their eyes cause uv rays can be bad for u.
