ok here's my thoughts: I think people rag on Carrie so much because she reminds them of all the embarassing things we do when we r crushing HARD. god forbid a woman be cringe

BUT OMG SHE'S SUCH A GOOD CAPTIVATING INTERESTING CHARACTER!!!#It just feels like the way ppl treat her further proves my point that ppl can't handle female characters who make bad decisions#or are even flawed in a way. people can't handle that! it happened with Cameron on House.#like jesus people have no problems w characters like Hannibal or Joe from You being serial killers#so why is it such a big deal if a woman on the screen is just promiscuous. and maybe is a bit too impulsive or honest#or jumpy or even dishonest. or bad at budgeting. what!!!!#anyways whatever. I'll defend Carrie becos ppl will hate female characters just for not being in the right all the time#this is dumb Sorry i'll prob delete it later lol
