From what I gather in the comment 1. They didnt really get what the point of the scribble was. 2. They didnt like the subject of it but still for some reason needed to comment that they didnt like it. 3. "The art is cool tho" feels like a backhanded slap. It probably wont feel like that when the post isnt urs but honestly the comment is unnecessary and it felt like they reblogged for the sake of saying "meeeh cool art tho"
