Closing the door as gently as he could, Eddie tip toed down the hall of the trailer and rounded into the kitchen to get himself a beer. He’d played hard enough with Autumn that she could barely keep her eyes open through her bath, but that also meant he wore himself out in the process. So after cracking open a can, he plops his ass down and turns on the TV, ready to chill until he passes out on the couch.
Well, that was the plan. Just as he got comfortable, there was a small knock on the trailer door. With a frustrated sigh, Eddie jumps back up, mumbling something about people coming to his house so late at night.
“Listen, I’ve told you all I don’t fucking deal anymore—Woah!”
Instead of some annoying kids looking for weed, Eddie was met with your sniffling nose and tear stained cheeks. He immediately went into best friend mode, wrapping you in a big hug and letting you get those emotions out.
After some crying and a soaked shoulder later, you finally peel yourself away from Eddie and attempted to talk, but only babbling came out.
“Shhh, it’s okay,” Eddie says, thumbs rubbing the tops of your shoulders. “Just calm down and tell me what happened? Did someone hurt you?”
You shook your head, doing your best to compose yourself.
“He-he-he g-got mar-married,” you hiccup out.
Eddie blinks at you. He knows exactly what you were talking about. Dustin told him back when that Harrington met a girl about 6 months ago and apparently they hit it off right away. The last thing he wanted to do was tell you about her considering your long time pining for him Especially considering he’s the reason Harrington would never ask you out. But you ended up finding out on your own, and devastated couldn’t even begin to describe how you felt.
It seemed soon in Eddie’s opinion, granted he would marry you tomorrow if you would say yes. When Dustin told him that he was going to be the best man that the wedding, Eddie had mixed feelings. He knew that it would kill you when you found out. That you’d react exactly as you were now.
Actually, you’re doing a little better than he anticipated.
“He came into the store and,” you blew your nose into the toilet paper he grabbed for you, “and I saw the ring on his finger when he was getting his money out of his wallet.”
“I’m so sorry, sweetheart,” Eddie says, wrapping an arm around you and pulling you close.
“They haven’t even known each other that long! He’s such an idiot…”
“I’ve been trying to tell you that,” Eddie jokes, rolling his eyes.
“Oh god, what if--do you think it’s because she’s pregnant?”
Eddie’s pretty sure Dustin would have told him if that was the reason why, but it’s not an unreasonable guess.
“I don’t know, could be? Or maybe Steve Harrington is just an idiot like you said. And maybe they’ll be divorced by this time next year. Who knows, right?”
You sighed, leaning into Eddie and resting your head against him. “I don’t even know why I’m so upset. He was never going to ask me out anyway. No one wants a young single mom. Steve has his whole life to do what he wants, why would he be with someone who has so much baggage?”
“Hey, don’t say that about Audy,” Eddie scolds.
“No, I’m sorry, that’s not what I meant,” you correct, “I was talking about myself. I’d never be with someone who didn’t accept Autumn. Even Steve Harrington. I just…I’m damaged goods, Eddie.”
Eddie could feel himself getting upset but didn’t want to make things worse right now, so he took a few breathes to steady himself. He said your name sternly, pulling your full attention to him.
“I don’t like it when you say things like that. It makes me feel like it’s my fault--”
“Eddie,” you stop him before he can get another word out, “You know that you didn’t do anything wrong. I’ve told you before that if I was going to get pregnant right out of high school with anyone that I wouldn’t want it to be with anyone else but you.”
Eddie knows this, and he feels the same. But it’s not what he wants.
Even though it was all a total accident, he hoped that night the two of you spent together was going to be the next step for both of you. And even though he was scared after you told him with tears in your eyes then that he had gotten you pregnant, he wished with all his might that it would bring the two of you closer together.
Which it did in a way. Obviously the two of you would be bound together for the rest of your lives, but it wasn’t in the way he wanted. You still were head over heels for Steve, and there was no way Eddie could even compare to the king.
“Yeah…I know.” He says somberly. Your brows pinch, making him worried he should have said something else.
Then your expression changed. You looked at him intensely for a moment, before your eyes became lidded and…were you leaning in?
Eddie thought fast, making a quick decision to put his hand over your mouth, stopping you in your tracks. Your eyes go wide as dinner plates, tears perching on your waterline as what hot embarrassment washes over you.
“I’m sorry,” Eddie says, suddenly regretting everything. This could have been his chance and he was an idiot.
You pull his hand from his mouth, sitting in silence for a moment before you begin to laugh. It catches Eddie off guard and he freezes.
“Eddie, I should be the one apologizing,” you say with giggles. “I’m the one who was stupid enough to try and kiss her best friend for a second time. We both know what happened the first time and the last thing we need is history to repeat itself.”
Eddie still felt conflicted. Your tone wasn’t sitting right with him, like there was some level of self depreciation in your words.
After a moment you stop laughing. Your face warps into worry as you stand from the couch.
“I-I need to go—“
“No, wait!” Eddie stands to grab your wrist before you could run away. He pulls you into him and hugs you tightly to him. You stand still before slowly wrapping your arms around him, gripping his shirt in your hands.
“Listen, I know you’re going through a lot emotionally right now, but…I’m here for whatever you need. Even if…” He trails off for a moment, knowing that he’s just going to hurt himself if he lets you use him. But he can’t turn you away when you need him. He’d rather you take advantage of his feelings than run off to someone else who would hook up with you without second thought.
“Even if it means crossing a boundary that we’ve already crossed before.”
Eddie feels you press into him harder, face buried in his chest. And when you look up at him, Eddie thinks he could melt into a puddle and let you mold him to however you’d like.
“I don’t think I should make any rash decisions right now,” you say with a sniffle. “I think I just need to clear my head. Let myself rot in my own misery instead of dumping it all on you.”
“Or,” Eddie says with a smile, “you could rot with me. I rented some movies and some beers in the fridge that have your name on them. I think we have some leftover pizza still, too.”
Your smile was so bright it was comparable to the sun rising. There was nothing in the world that could keep him down as long as you were happy. Eddie probably would have dropped out of school after his second failure if you hadn’t simply smiled at him and told him that he would graduate next year, for sure. He probably only did because you smiled at him every time he got a good grade.
The way you hugged him for a long time after a report card with no F’s on it kept Eddie’s head in the zone that last school year. And, well, the way your body felt under his when he finally graduated…
Eddie shook his head, wracking his brain for anything to keep his mind from thinking about that night right now. There’s no way him getting a boner while you were still holding on to him so tight would be good.
“I think that sounds like a good idea,” you finally say after staring up at him for several beats. But Eddie caught the somber look in your eyes. It was going to take a lot of distracting to get you in a good head space.
“You know, I think we might still have some popcorn, too.”
Tumblr media
After a few drinks, some weed, and a movie and a half later, Eddie finds himself waking up on his couch at some point after falling asleep. The bright, staticy screen causes him to squint his eyes, turning his head enough to bump his chin against the top of your head.
Eddie looks down at where you’re leaning into his side. He vaguely remembers wrapping an arm around you before the two of you had succumbed to sleep. It pains him to possibly wake you but the urge to pee is what startled him awake in the first place, so he does his best to untangle himself from you and sneaks to the bathroom.
On the way back to the couch, Eddie decided to stop in his room and grab a blanket for the two of you. But when he returns, he finds you sitting up and rubbing the sleep from your eyes.
“Hey,” you croak out, looking at him with squinted eyes.
“Hey,” he whispers back. “I brought us a blanket.”
You stretch before standing up from the couch. “I should probably head home, Eddie.”
“Sweetheart its,” he leans to check the time on the microwave, “3 in the morning.”
Your eyes go wide, hands running over your face. “It is? Fuuuuck.”
“Just stay,” Eddie says, walking over to you and wrapping you up in the blanket. You groan, feeling conflicted on if you should stay and sleep on Eddie’s couch or if you should brave the drive home.
“Hey, if you stay, you don’t have to drive all the way over here to get Fae in the morning.”
“Ugh, okay you got me,” you say, giving in. You sit back down on the couch and start to make yourself comfortable.
“Wait, you can sleep in my bed. Promise I don’t bite.”
That took less convincing as you pop back up, dragging the blankets behind you as you wobble to Eddie’s room. Eddie laughs as you plop into his bed, stealing one of his pillows to make yourself comfortable.
“Hey save some room for me,” he says, walking around to the other side to climb in. He lays next to you, adjusting in an obnoxious manner that has you giggling. You turn to face him and he does the same.
“I love you,” you say at the tail end of a giggle. It’s something said frequently between the two of you. Genuine as it’s spoken after years of friendship.
“Love you, too,” Eddie says with a sigh. Sleep soon takes you both over again. The only sounds that can be heard is the sound of the a/c doing its best to cool down the trailer.
Tumblr media
Eddie felt himself waking once again, this time much more comfortably in his own bed. He yawned, shaking a bit as the feeling of waking overcame his body.
The sun peaking through the cracks of his curtains gave the room just enough light that he could see the room with a slight glow. Turning his head, he chanced to see if you were still laying with him. He had a dream that you’d left with Autumn and ran away with Steve that left a sick feeling in his stomach.
Much to his delight you were indeed still occupying the bed with him. Smiling wide as you looked at him, already awake where you lay.
“Mornin’,” he says in his morning voice, and your eyes flicker.
“Morning,” you squeak back. As Eddie turns to face you, your hand finds its way out from under the covers and reaches out towards him. Your fingers gently glide across his cheek, rubbing against the stubble as you push his hair out of his face.
The way you’re looking at him has Eddie’s tummy feeling funny, but in a different way from his dream. You’re looking at him the same way he looks at you.
Suddenly, you push yourself up on your arm, hand still on his cheek as you start to lean in once again. Eddie’s heart beats hard against his chest as you close the distance between the two of you, your lips meeting his in a soft kiss.
It lasts a few moments, and Eddie melts into it. It was a kiss like none he’s ever had before. Not even compared to the last time the two of you kissed before Autumn was born. This kiss felt like a hot cup of coffee on a cold winter morning, the warmth spreading to every part of his body as he drank you in.
When you pulled away, Eddie chased after you, not wanting it to end so soon unknowing if it would ever happen again. When you don’t kiss him again, his eyes finally open to meet yours. They’re bouncing everywhere, scanning his face as if looking for an answer written on his skin.
“Eddie…”
But Eddie doesn’t let you ponder much longer, hand snaking around your head to pull you into him once more. This time more feverishly, the heat palpable between the two of you.
You shift so that you can bury your hands in his hair, and Eddie takes advantage of this to move himself above you. Eddie kisses you into the pillow beneath you, long kisses turning into passionate smacking, poking the fire that was burning between you.
“Tell me to stop,” Eddie says as his lips begin to move down your cheek and to your neck. He says your name breathily, “Tell me now, because I won't be able to stop once this starts.”
“I-I can’t. I won’t,” you stutter, hands grabbing at his waist as he kisses and nips at your neck. Eddie breathes against you, body alight knowing that you wanted this as much as him.
“But,” you say, stopping him in his tracks. You give him a coy smile, nodding towards the door. “You better make it quick. You know she’ll wake up at any moment.”
Eddie huffs out a laugh, “Don’t gotta tell me twice. Better get to work then.”
Eddie suddenly lifts the blanket above the both of you and disappears underneath it. Soft kisses leave a trail from your knees to the apex between them. Eddie slips his fingers in the hem of the sleep pants he let you borrow, pulling them down with your panties in one quick motion. There was barely any light to see, so he decided to just dive in tongue first.
He ate you out like a man starved. Your thighs try hard to wrap around him as he works you up on his tongue, but his strong arms hold you open for him. Eddie groans at the way your fingers grip his hair, tugging just enough to burn so good against his scalp.
Once he added fingers, you had to cover your mouth with your hand to keep yourself quiet. It was like Eddie knew exactly what you liked, because not long after you were coming undone, riding his face as you did.
Eddie crawls up your body, head resting between your breasts as he pokes out from under the covers.
“Jesus, Eddie,” you pant, looking at him in awe.
“And that’s not even the best part,” he teases, making you roll your eyes at him. You grab his face and bring him closer to you, tasting yourself on his lips as you kiss him again.
Eddie rolls his hips subconsciously, and you can feel how hard he is as he grinds against you. You want to say you also forgot how big he was, but it’s something you didn’t want to admit you thought about often.
Your hand travels between you, fingers trailing against his skin as you reach the hem of his boxers. Slipping under it, you feel your way to his hard cock, taking it in your hand to pump him. He whines against your lips, hips moving faster in your grip. You watch with awe struck eyes as his beautiful face contorts in pleasure above you.
“Please,” he pants out as he fucks your hand, “Wanna be inside you. Can I?”
You nod silently, unbelievably turned on by your best friend for the second time now.
He works fast pulling his boxers off quickly, a loud thwaping coming from his cock smacking against his stomach after getting caught on the waistband. Your eyes go wide as you take in his size.
After almost 2 years you’re still shocked at what Eddie Munson is packing. Those dumb ass cheerleaders that picked the bone head jocks over him have no idea what they missed out on.
Eddie settled himself between your legs, spitting on his own cock to get it good and wet before rubbing it in your soaked folds. You had a moment of clarity, realizing that Eddie wasn’t wearing a condom. You opened your mouth to speak, but your words got caught up in a moan as Eddie pushed his way inside of you.
The stretch took your breath away. Eddie seesawed his way into your tight cunt, opening you up on his cock until he was balls deep inside of you. He placed his hands on either hip and started moving, holding you tight as he worked up his pace.
Every thrust felt like too much and not enough at the same time. The constant knocking against your sweet spot had you seeing stars quickly, still worked up from him eating you out. The pretty sounds that Eddie was making wasn’t helping either, but you still had enough mind to shush him so that he wouldn’t wake your daughter.
Eddie’s pace quickens, and he makes the fatal mistake of adding his thumb to the mix. It only throttles you to the edge for a second time this morning. It’s not much longer before your vision goes white, toes curling as your orgasm takes over. It's probably the hardest you’ve cum in a long time.
“Oh, fuck.”
You barely registered Eddie’s words, but you definitely felt the reason behind his curses. Eddie was cumming deep inside you, balls emptying into your pussy as you were still riding out your own orgasm.
In the moment it felt amazing, but the post orgasm bliss left you crashing as you realized the very real situation you were both in.
Eddie felt himself being pushed by you, taking him out of his own high as he stumbled back on his ass. As you open your mouth to speak, Eddie is hit with a wave of deja vu with every word.
“Did you fucking cum in me?” The words came out in slow motion and Eddie’s body broke out in cold sweat.
“I-I’m sorry. I was going to pull out, I just—“
“What? You forgot? Are you kidding me Eddie? Do you not remember what happened the last time?”
Right on cue, your daughter's whines could be heard from across the hall. You sigh, kicking the covers completely away from you and grabbing the pajama pants you had back on.
“Listen, I really am sorry,” Eddie says, looking at you with big, sad eyes. You groan, unable to stay mad at him when he looks at you like that.
“What are we going to do then, Eddie?” You ask him, walking out of his bedroom to get your daughter.
Eddie sits on the bed for a moment and thinks. He knows that you getting pregnant again while Autumn’s only and a half isn't ideal. Not that you being pregnant is ideal anyway, but honestly Eddie wouldn’t be mad about it.
He was so head over heels for both you and Autumn that he doesn’t hate the idea of another person to love is the worst thing. But he’s also not the one doing all the hard work. And if it wasn’t obvious the first time that having a kid wouldn’t fix any problems, then having a second would probably not make much of a difference in your feelings towards him.
The door opens again and Eddie watches as you enter with a squealing toddler on your hip, clearly happy to see both mommy and daddy.
“Morning, sweet girl,” Eddie cooes, scooping his baby up and smothering her with kisses, sending Autumn into a fit of giggles.
“I went ahead and changed her. If you want to dress her I’ll make breakfast.”
Eddie gave you a quick salute as you went to the kitchen, leaving him and your mini me to get ready for the day. It took a lot of wrestling but he was able to get the little one dressed, including hair done, and looking presentable for the day.
Fixing her up in her highchair, Eddie sat at the small kitchen table and breathed a sigh of relief. You shook your head at his theatrics, setting breakfast down for the both of them.
“Hey, I was thinking,” Eddie said, spooning some applesauce into Autumn’s mouth. “After we eat, why don’t I follow you to the pharmacy and we can pick you up a Plan B?”
You quirk an eyebrow in amusement. “You have Plan B money this time?”
“Ha ha,” Eddie laughs dryly at your reference to the last time you had sex, the both of you freaking out over having no money. Thankfully Eddie was able to get a good job at Hawkins Auto Body when you got pregnant. He makes pretty good money now considering he was able to get his own trailer. Money is still tight, but he can manage.
“Fine, better eat up then, or else you’re gonna have two mouths to feed instead of one.”
Eddie looks at your daughter, spitting image of him, besides your nose, and smiles. Maybe now isn’t the right time, but…maybe one day.

TWO SIDES OF THE SAME COIN
—PART TWO
Pairing: Lucifer Morningstar x Seraphim Angel! Fem! Reader
Fandom: Hazbin Hotel
Genre: Angst (for now)
Warnings: Daddy issues.
Notes: Glad you guys loved the first part despite it being so short.
PART ONE | PART THREE | NAVIGATION
Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media
The sunlight passed by the small gaps of the curtains, shining down on the face of a sleeping boy. Light blond hair messy but perfectly framing his beautiful face, red circles on his pale cheeks, a pop of color. He groans as he buries his face underneath the large fluffy white blanket, eventually groaning as he opens his eyes, [e/c] eyes adjusting to the brightness of his room. Sitting up on his queen sized bed that is surrounded by pillows. As much as he wants to sleep in, he has duties as an angel and as the son of [y/n] Caeles.
Getting out of bed, slipping his feet into the fluffy white slippers. He moved across his large room, stopping by a large mirror.
He frowns when sees his reflection, the only thing he can see is his deadbeat father who left his mother for another woman.
He hated it, he could see his supposed father staring back at him through the mirror. The fallen angel, Lucifer staring right back at him. A cruel reminder that he is his father's son.
He's thankful he has her eyes, at least he was able to have a piece of her on him. He hated his father, his mother never hid his father from him and told him everything what he wanted to know. He'd do anything for his mother. He loves her so much.
He knows that his mother often gets sad when he sees him, he knows because she could see the man that hurt her on his face. He doesn't blame her. He hated his face too, despite it being heaven's most beautiful facial features. He wished he had his mother's face instead.
Getting a large robe that was placed on the cushioned chair, draping it over his body. Time to get ready, he has a lot of work to do.
Tumblr media
[Y/n] looks up from her newspaper, seeing her son finally entering the dining room, dressed in his military like uniform but in colors of white and gold. She sat on one of the chairs of the dining table, a breakfast already made by yours truly—pancakes and bacon and of course, two cups of steaming black coffee.
[Y/n]'s eyes lit up when she saw her son, “Good morning Xavier, did you sleep well?” she asked with a small smile, watching as the boy sat next to her. Xavier gave his mother a close eyed smile.
“Good morning to you too, mother. You look very beautiful this morning.” he says softly, closing his eyes as he felt his mother's hand ruffle his hair, playfully groaning. “Hey! I just brushed my hair.” Xavier says with a small pout and [y/n] chuckles and places a gentle kiss on the boy's forehead.
“I couldn't help it, my boy is just the sweetest.” [y/n] says and Xavier blushes softly and just chuckles.
“It is because I have the most amazing mother in the whole world, that's why.” he says.
[Y/n] smiled at him, “Oh, you... Aren't you just the sweetest?” she giggled and he just chuckled.
The two made a sign of the cross, praying to say thank you for the blessings they have received. Finishing the prayer, the two finally ate breakfast.
“So you're going to be training with your uncle today?” [y/n] asked, looking at the young man beside her. Xavier nodded, he would be training with Uncle Michael today.
“Yes, mother. I am hoping he can help me improve on how to fight.” He says with a small smile and [y/n] squished the young man's cheek, the latter pouting.
“I know you'll do great, you make me so proud.” [y/n] says softly and Xavier had to try so hard not to cry. He loves it when he makes her happy, his mom deserves the whole world after all.
“Thanks, mom.” he says softly and her eyes soften and they continue to eat breakfast.
Tumblr media
After breakfast, Xavier helped his mother clean up the table and offered to wash the dishes. [Y/n] wanted to insist on doing it as she feared it would dirty his suit but the boy insisted. He just rolled up the sleeves and wore an apron.
When he was done doing his morning routine, he walked to the living room to see his mom already dressed for work. His eyes saddened, he won't be seeing her for a couple of days again.
Walking towards his mother, the older woman hugged her son. “Don't miss me too much, dearie.” [y/n] says with a giggle. Her hand rubbing circles on the boy's back.
“I'll try not to. I'm just worried.” Xavier says softly, he doesn't like it when she leaves to go to the mortal realm. He worries for her physically and mentally. Humans, human way of living is very... Mentally unhealthy and he fears it will affect his mother too.
[Y/n] smiled softly, patting the boys light blond hair. “Do not worry about me, Azrael would be there to protect me if needed.” she says with a smile.
With the mention of the angel of death, Xavier sees the older man like a father figure. The man has always been present in his life.
Xavier smiled and nodded, “Alright.”
[Y/n] smiles, “Good luck with training, don't overwork okay? Summon me if you must.” she says sternly as the two finally let go of the hug, her hand was placed on her waist.
Xavier nodded, “I promise and I will make you proud.”
[Y/n] grins, “That's my boy,” she says and snapped her fingers and a portal appeared, “Goodluck kiddo, I'll see you in a few days.” she says softly and places a kiss on his forehead before going inside the portal. The portal closes.
Taking one last look of himself on the mirror, the face of his biological father staring back at him. Xavier rolls his eyes and scoffed. Unrolling his sleeves, adjusting his collar. Unfurling his large and majestic white wings. It's time to train, he promised to become one of heaven's protector and he promised he'll rise the ranks and join his mother.
Tumblr media
Training with his uncle went by smoothly, he did lost but at least he learned something. Xavier was flying around heaven, wanting to return home but his eyes landed on a familiar seraphim. Emily, his heart started to beat faster. He always liked the girl, the girl is pretty and kind, okay?
His eyes landed on the person wearing such bright red suit. An eyesore, really. A pop of color in heaven.
Xavier tilted his head and decided to approach the girls.
Emily jumped slightly in surprise, seeing the beautiful and handsome and nonchalant looking young general that is her friend landed beside her gracefully.
Yes, Xavier puts up a front in public. He doesn't want others to know he's a total Mama's boy.
Xavier nodded and gave Emily a gentle smile, “Greetings, Emily. Off to showing off a new soul around?” he asked, voice gentle and calm.
Emily grinned and blushed slightly, nodding. “Not exactly a new resident, just a visitor.” Emily explained and Xavier turned to look at this supposed visitor and he could feel himself freeze slightly.
Who wouldn't freeze when seeing the same face as you but in the opposite gender.
“Xavier, this is Charlotte Morningstar...” Emily says hesitantly, now remembering who's the biological father of the boy.
Xavier's eyes narrowed but was quickly replaced as he gave the new girl a closed eyed smile, a forced one. “Really? So that makes you my half sister then?” Xavier says with a grin and Charlie's whole being froze.
Emily looked at the two nervously, she knows Xavier isn't violent but she does know how the boy hates his biological father to the core.
“... Half sister...?” Charlie asked, her voice in disbelief.
“Indeed! We share the same father. It is a pleasure to meet you, Charlotte.” Xavier says with a grin but his eyes dull, no longer have the usual shine on them. Charlie was nervous, she doesn't know how to act around the boy. She knows he isn't lying because the boy literally looks like her father.
“How rude of me,” Xavier says with a small gasp, “Let me properly introduce myself, I am Xavier Caeles. Son of [y/n] Caeles. It is a pleasure to meet you, dear sister.” he says with a smirk, looking down on the girl (literally because he's taller than her, a trait he is thankful that he inherited from his mother. Good Lord, he would be miserable if he had his father's height), offering his hand for a handshake which the girl hesitantly and nervously returned.
“It is nice to meet you too... Xavier..” she says and Xavier grins, Emily just looked at the two nervously. Thanking that a fight nor an argument haven't started yet.
“It was a pleasure meeting you but I must go, I still have far more important matters to attend to. Emily, I'll catch up to you later.” Xavier says with a small smile, turning his back from the two girls.
Before he flies away, he stopped. Not bothering to look at his half sister, “Tell our dear father I said hi, okay? Farewell.” he says, not a single emotion in his voice. He quickly spreads his wings and flew off.
“Stars... I didn't expect to see my half sister today..” Xavier murmurs to himself as he flies back home.
Meanwhile, Charlie stood in disbelief next to Emily. Turning around to look at the Seraphim, “Was he really my...?” Charlie asked hesitantly and Emily nodded with a small sad smile, “Yes but it's not my story to tell.” Emily explained softly and Charlie nodded.
“Let us just continue showing you around, yeah?” Emily says softly and the princess of hell nodded.
Emily knows that Xavier's interest has been piqued. She knows he'll be there during the meeting now that he knows his half sister is going to be there.

pairing: sweet!rafe cameron x pogue!reader
summary: you and rafe have known each other for years, despite being from opposite sides of the social spectrum on the outer banks. while you’ve always been a pogue and he’s a kook, there’s always been a connection between the two of you, one that has deepened into friendship over the years. but when rafe shows up at your parents’ house one day with a bouquet of your mom’s favorite flowers, asking for permission to take you on a date, it becomes clear his feelings for you run deeper than you ever expected.
warning(s): english is not my native language. fluff, friends-to-lovers, pogue vs. kook tension, supportive parents, a kind and sweet rafe cameron.
au: like, reblog and feedback are much appreciated, actually i wrote this for drew but i though oh why not a sweet rafe for this. taglist | tagging: @rafeyslamb @tracymbcm @enjoymyloves @akobx @rubixgsworld @xoxohoneymoongirl @mileyraes @maybankslover @noobmazter69 @littlelamy @wearemadeofstardust0 @xoxosblogsblog @saviorcomplexrry @bisexualcvnt @stuffyownswrld @anamiad00msday @httpsdrewstarkey

The Outer Banks was always divided—two worlds coexisting on the same stretch of sand and water, yet so far apart. The Pogues, like you, lived on the south side, where hard work, loyalty, and tight-knit community defined your way of life. The Kooks, like Rafe Cameron, lived on the north side, where money, power, and status were everything. Growing up, those lines were clear, and you were taught to stay on your side of them. Yet, as you got older, you began to realize that not all Kooks fit the mold.
Rafe was different.
He wasn’t the Rafe that the rest of the world saw—the Rafe who threw parties at Tannyhill, who had a reputation for getting into fights or drinking too much. With you, he was kind, thoughtful even. You had known each other for years, despite the social divide. It started with brief conversations on the docks or passing each other on the beach. But somehow, over time, those small exchanges turned into something more. Late-night talks when no one was around, shared glances across bonfires, and moments when it felt like the world around you faded away.
Still, you both kept it platonic—safe, avoiding the possibility of crossing a line that might complicate your lives. After all, what would people think? A Pogue and a Kook? No one would understand. But that didn’t stop the quiet tension that always seemed to linger between you two, the way his hand would hover just a little too close to yours, the way his eyes followed you when he thought you weren’t looking.
You had convinced yourself that Rafe was just being a good friend. That his kindness didn’t mean anything more than that. But everything changed the day he showed up at your parents’ house.
It was a warm afternoon, your mom sat at the table with her cup of coffee. Your dad was nearby, flipping through the latest fishing magazine, savoring the rare quiet weekend. The sound of the doorbell suddenly interrupted the peaceful atmosphere, drawing your dad’s attention.
“Who could that be?” your mom mused aloud, glancing toward the door.
Your dad stood up with his usual slow, deliberate pace, not expecting anyone. He made his way to the door and opened it, only to find Rafe Cameron standing on the front porch. Rafe, with his light brown hair and piercing blue eyes, looked as out of place as ever in your Pogue neighborhood. He held a bouquet of gardenias in his hand, the white petals stark against the casual but expensive clothing he wore.
Your dad blinked in surprise, not expecting to see him here. “Rafe?” he asked.
Rafe smiled, but there was a nervous edge to it. He’d been here before, of course—your parents knew him, albeit from a distance. He wasn’t a stranger, but he certainly wasn’t someone they saw frequently outside of the occasional gatherings. Still, Rafe had always been respectful, polite. And today, something in his expression told your dad that this visit wasn’t just a casual drop-by.
“Hey, Mr. Y/L/N,” Rafe greeted, shifting the flowers in his hand. “I hope I’m not interrupting.”
Your dad tilted his head slightly, raising an eyebrow. “Not at all. Come on in, son,” he said, stepping aside and holding the door open.
Rafe walked inside, his gaze sweeping over the familiar interior of your home, which was far smaller and cozier than his sprawling family estate, Tannyhill. The warmth of the space, the lived-in feeling, was a sharp contrast to the cold elegance of his house. That’s what he always liked about coming here. It felt real.
Your mom appeared in the doorway of the kitchen, a curious look on her face when she saw Rafe standing in the foyer. “Rafe Cameron,” she said, her tone lifting in surprise.
“What brings you here? Is everything alright?”
Rafe smiled politely, but you could see the tension in his shoulders, the nervous energy beneath his cool exterior.
“Everything’s fine, Mrs. Y/L/N,” he assured her. He lifted the bouquet in his hands and offered it to her. “These are for you. Y/N told me once that gardenias were your favorite.”
Your mom blinked in surprise, her lips parting slightly before a smile spread across her face. “Oh, Rafe,” she said softly, reaching for the flowers. “You didn’t have to. They’re beautiful.”
Rafe’s smile relaxed, his nerves easing a bit. “I just wanted to bring something.”
Your mom took the bouquet and inhaled the sweet scent of the gardenias. “You’re too kind, Rafe,” she said, her voice full of warmth.
“I’ll put these in a vase. Y/N’s always telling me how thoughtful you are.”
Rafe chuckled lightly, his eyes softening at the mention of you.
“She talks about you all the time too.”
Your dad, who had been observing the exchange quietly, leaned back against the kitchen counter, crossing his arms as he gave Rafe an appraising look. “So, Rafe, what brings you by? You and Y/N got plans today?”
At the question, Rafe’s heart skipped a beat. This was the moment he had been preparing for, the reason his palms were sweating despite his efforts to stay calm. He straightened slightly, taking a deep breath before answering.
“Actually,” he began, his voice steady but filled with a quiet intensity, “I came here to talk to you both about something. About Y/N.”
Your parents exchanged a look, their curiosity deepening. Your mom set the vase on the counter, her attention fully on Rafe now.
“Go on,” your dad said, his tone neutral but not unkind.
Rafe swallowed, his eyes flicking briefly toward the floor before meeting your dad’s gaze again. He wasn’t used to feeling vulnerable like this, but he knew he had to do this. He had to be honest, not just for himself but for you.
“I’ve known Y/N for a long time,” Rafe said, his voice calm but carrying the weight of his emotions.
“And she’s always been important to me. We’ve been friends for years, but over time, I realized that what I feel for her isn’t just friendship anymore.”
Your mom’s expression softened as she listened, her maternal instincts kicking in as she sensed the sincerity in his voice.
Rafe continued, his gaze steady but full of emotion. “I care about her, more than I ever thought I could care about anyone. And I didn’t want to move forward without talking to you first—without getting your permission.”
The room fell into a brief but meaningful silence as your parents processed his words. Rafe stood there, feeling the weight of the moment, knowing that this was more than just asking permission for a date. It was about showing respect—not just to you, but to your family, to the life you had built on the south side of the island, so different from his own.
“I know there’s a lot of history between Pogues and Kooks,” Rafe added, his voice softening, “but I don’t care about any of that. I just care about her. And I promise, if you give me a chance, I’ll do everything I can to make sure she’s happy.”
Your mom smiled softly, her eyes shining with affection. She had always liked Rafe, despite his background. She had seen the way he looked at you, the way he treated you with care and respect. And more than that, she knew you cared about him too, even if you hadn’t admitted it to yourself yet.
“Rafe,” she said gently, “you’ve always been a good friend to Y/N. And I can see that you’re serious about this.”
Your dad, who had remained quiet for a moment longer, nodded thoughtfully. He wasn’t blind to the tension between the Pogues and the Kooks, nor to the complications that could come with crossing those lines. But he also wasn’t blind to the fact that Rafe, despite his wealth and status, had always treated you with kindness. And as a father, that meant more to him than any social divide.
“Rafe,” your dad said, stepping forward, “if you’re sure about this—about her—then you’ve got my permission. But remember, this isn’t just a casual thing. If you’re serious, you’d better be ready to prove it.”
Rafe’s heart swelled with relief and gratitude. He had expected this to be difficult, but the approval in your dad’s voice, the trust in your mom’s eyes—it meant more to him than he could put into words.
“I am,” Rafe said, his voice filled with sincerity. “I’ll take care of her. I promise.”
Your dad extended his hand, and Rafe took it, the handshake firm and full of unspoken understanding. Your mom smiled warmly, her eyes twinkling with affection as she watched the exchange.
Just then, the sound of the front door unlocking echoed through the house. Your parents turned toward the door, and Rafe’s heart skipped a beat as you walked in, the sunlight streaming in behind you. You had just returned from the docks, your hair slightly tousled from the wind and your skin warm from the sun. You kicked off your shoes and set your bag down by the door before looking up.
“Hey, everyone,” you greeted, smiling as you stepped inside. Your eyes landed on Rafe, and your smile faltered slightly in confusion. “Hey, Rafe Cameron? What are you doing here?”
Your mom exchanged a knowing glance with your dad before turning to you with a warm smile. “Oh, nothing, sweetheart. Rafe was just stopping by to chat. Why don’t you two go sit in the living room for a bit?”
Your heart did a little flip in your chest as you looked between Rafe and your parents. Something was definitely up. There was a tension in the air, a kind of nervous energy that made your stomach flutter with anticipation. You had known Rafe long enough to know when he was holding something back.
“Uh, okay,” you said, your voice uncertain as you led Rafe into the living room. You sat down on the couch, motioning for him to join you. The air between you was thick with unspoken words, and your mind raced, trying to figure out what was going on.
Rafe sat beside you, his hands resting on his knees as he took a deep breath. He turned to face you, his blue eyes locking onto yours, and for a moment, the world around you seemed to fade away.
“Y/N,” Rafe began, his voice soft but steady, “there’s something I need to tell you.”
You felt your heart skip a beat as you watched him. Rafe had always been sweet to you, always treated you differently than the other Kooks, but you had never let yourself believe it could be anything more than friendship. After all, you were a Pogue, and he was a Kook. That was just how it was. But the look in his eyes now—it made you wonder if maybe you had been wrong all along.
“I care about you,” Rafe said, his voice low and full of emotion. “More than I’ve ever cared about anyone. And I know we come from different worlds, but that doesn’t matter to me. What matters is you.”
Your breath caught in your throat as you stared at him, your mind reeling. Was this really happening? Rafe Cameron, one of the most popular Kooks on the island, was sitting in your living room, confessing that he had feelings for you.
“I talked to your parents before you got here,” Rafe continued, his hand reaching out to gently take yours. “I asked for their permission to take you out on a date. I wanted to do this the right way.”
Tears pricked at the corners of your eyes as his words sank in. Rafe wasn’t just confessing his feelings—he was showing you, in every way possible, that he was serious about this, about you.
“So,” Rafe said softly, his thumb gently brushing over the back of your hand, “will you go out with me, Y/N? On a real date?”
A tear slipped down your cheek, but you were smiling, your heart swelling with emotion as you nodded. “Yes, Rafe. I’d love to.”
Rafe’s face lit up with a smile that could have melted your heart on the spot. He leaned in, his forehead resting gently against yours as he let out a soft, contented sigh.
“I’ve been waiting for this moment for a long time,” he whispered, his breath warm against your skin.
As you sat there, your hands intertwined and your hearts beating in sync, you realized something: maybe the lines between Kooks and Pogues didn’t matter as much as you had once thought. Maybe love was bigger than the social divide that separated your worlds.
And with Rafe, you were ready to find out.

Test Track || Wanda Maximoff
Tumblr media
summary: it's time Wanda made you aware that lurking in corridors and perving on her isn't nice at all.
warnings: 18+ please don't read if you are a minor. overstimualtion, fingering, dom!wanda, manipulation kink, mommy kink, dark wanda.
You wasn't exactly up for going to a party but, Tommy was adamant that it will do you some good. Things have been a little stressful especially with Henry, your boyfriend that was rumoured to be sleeping around with Cassie Lang. You didn't want to believe Billy but you knew that Billy wouldn't lie to you.
"I think I might stay put. I don't really want to see Henry." You mutter under your breath. Tommy was in the mits of debating whether he should wear some eyeliner or not. Putting down the brush, he turns over.
"He might not even be there. There's no way that judgemental prick will be at Peter's party."
"Cassie is best friend's with Kate. Kate is best friend's with Peter. Of course she will be there."
Tommy signed, "I mean you could just stay with my mum? She's just going to be watching I love Lucy and complain about Dad."
You never understood why Vision, Tommy and Billy's dad left Wanda stranded. Wanda was the definition of an god especially the way she was built. Her figure was mesmerising, she always knew how to flaunt her curves and embrace her body. She was a little different to the other mom's, which is why you always hang out here.
Wanda wasn't judgemental towards Tommy, she embraced his differences a long time ago. She was the reason why Tommy was so open about his sexuality, Wanda even admitted that she had a love affair in the 80s.
"Would you mind? I honestly feel like I'll just be bringing the mood down and I know you want to try and impress Flash."
Tommy shook his head, "I'd rather you be comfortable and yourself then being someone you aren't. You know that you shouldn't hide your emotions or fake a smile for anyone."
You charged off the bed and gave Tommy a massive hug. "I love you. Please be safe and wear protection."
"You know I do." He laughed. "I'll just go tell my mum that you are staying. Do you also want to stay over?"
A whole evening with Wanda and the possibilities that were swimming in your mind shouldn't ever be vocalised. You knew that there was something different about you, but you never really questioned the tingly feelings that your clit felt when Wanda wore a swimsuit that one summer's day.
You could still remember the shape of her tits bouncing as she played volleyball in the pool. The wetness that stained your bikini from just watching her made your cheek blush and how you remember how Wanda only had to battled her eyelashes to let a moan rip through your lips.
"Y/N?" Tommy said, waving his hand in your face. "You okay?"
You shivered, "Yes, sorry. I was just day dreaming. What were you saying?"
"I was asking if you wanted to sleep over? The spare room is already made up and has pretty much all your stuff there already."
"Yeah I'll stay. I hope Wanda doesn't -"
You were cut off by the women herself, "I hope Wanda doesn't what?"
Frozen in place, the next sentence that left your mouth was definitely a clue that you were somewhat Infatuated by her.
"Y/N? Baby, are you okay?" Wanda giggled, watching you stutter over your words.
"All good, Miss Maximoff." you squealed out before slapping your hand over your mouth.
She just hummed at you, turning her focus to Tommy. "Are you ready to go?"
Tommy nodded, "Yeah. I think Billy is going to meet me there, I think he is going to pick up MJ and Ned."
Wanda frowned but her eyes sparkled with mischeif beneath deep-set eyebrows, "Aren't you going, sweetheart?"
You shook your head, "No. I was going to ask if I can stay here? I won't be a bother. I'll be here in Tommy's room watching reruns of Modern Family."
"Of course you can, baby. You are more than welcome to join me? I will only be alone otherwise."
"Yeah sure. I don't mind. We can watch I love Lucy." You say with too much excitement, causing Tommy to give you a weird look.
"Don't worry, baby. I've got plenty of activities we can do."
After a long, seductive minute Tommy excused himself. "I'm off. I'll see you all soon, please don't scare her away Mom."
"I think she will be just fine, Tommy. Go and have a great time. I'm sure when you are back, Y/N will be begging to never leave this house."
"If you say so." Tommy said, giving you one last hug before sprinting down the stairs. Once you both heard the door shut, Wanda left the room.
"If you know what's best, baby. You would follow and not sit there, with your mouth open." Wanda's voice trailed to your clit, making you jump.
You got up from Tommy's bed and followed Wanda's voice, you were slightly confused on Wanda's words and the fact that she has suddenly started to call you baby. Wanda has never called you that, she would only use that nickname to her own kids.
Once you made it down to the lounge, Wanda was already situated with your favourite snacks and drinks. It was like she knew you were going to stay.
"You aren't very well mannered are you? Lurking in doorways, staring at my tits and not to mention, the mess you made on my sun loungers last week? You are luckily that it smelt good, but disappointed that you didn't apologise to me."
You completely felt undone, beyond embarrassed at the humiliation you just receive from Wanda. Your legs began to wobble in fear, slightly mortified that she caught you red handed being a pervert.
"Nothing to say?" Wanda hummed. "You should probably start with getting your bum over here, and rest over my lap. Someone should treat you how to respect an older women."
You were too stunned to speak. Wanda's eyes began to glow in crimson red, a streak of light hit your head enabling you to walk towards her. You had no idea how you were walking towards Wanda, already bowing to her punishment she was about to give you.
"Now. This won't hurt as much as you think it would. I used to give both my boys this punishment when they were naughty, but since you haven't learnt anything that your lousey mother. It's time for you to really know what happens to bad girls that misbehave."
You obeyed her immediately, not quite knowing how your body was so obedient with Wanda's words but for the sake of your dignity, you laid across Wanda's lap clutching the blanket ready to accept fate.
Wanda began to admire your back, the way you arched was nearly as perfect as she wanted you to be. Your shorts began to detach from your body, feeling the cool air hit your bare bum. She bent down to give the back of your neck a gentle kiss before she slapped your bum with a paddle.
You winced at the pain, muffling your cries as Wanda repeated her action multiple times. The notes that were stuck between your lips were feeding Wanda into only punishing you more. She knew that moans were coming, the way your back arched for her was all the clarification she needed that you were just as she expected you to be, a curious little bunny.
"I'll only stop until you give me a moan, baby. I know you are getting a little agitated, the little patch of wetness forming on your panties is telling you that you should just admit. It's not good for silly girls to deny an orgasm." Wanda whispered, watching you squirm. "I really didn't want to punish you, baby but, how could I not?"
Wanda could hear the muffled cries, she knew that you were overstimulated already. But that only made her want to push you further, see how much she could unleash from you.
When you felt yourself being flipped over, tears were swimming in your eyes. Cheeks all red and puffy, Wanda favourite colour. She cooed you, stroking your cheek with her finger. "Oh my sweet baby. Is Wanda being a little too harsh on you? Is she not being fair?"
You nodded, sniffling as your eyes dropped to where her other hand was going. Words weren't coming out of your mouth, so Wanda assumed that her hand was good to roam. She was shocked by how bare you were, there was no hair in sight which made Wanda's mind burst into ideas.
As you were coming down, not letting yourself get into more of a state. Wanda made an 8 on your lower belly, humming a siren song that she learnt from a spell once. It was a simple tune that apparently lured young girls to give permission to anyone who sings the song access to their mind, soul and body. Wanda never believed in spells or supernatural until coming to Westview, a town that needed a little bit of colour.
"You have such a pretty pussy, baby. I can't believe that you are allowing me to admire it. What would Henry think? Watching how aroused you get from a 40 year old women? Such a naughty girl letting your best friend's mother touch you? Oh the looks you will get from your pupils when they learn that you perved over a mother. You wouldn't even last a day without getting called horrible names."
Wanda was purposely planting sick scenarios in your head, it was all part of the plan to secluded you from life, to only need Wanda. She wanted to fully feed horrible visions of your life if Tommy found out what you were doing. "What would Tommy think as I tell him how soaked you were for his mum? He only ever wanted a friend to have for his own but now, he can't. He would never forgive you for what you are about to let me do. You wouldn't want Tommy to find out would you?"
"N-Never... I won't tell him." You whispered, unsure on how you are allowing Wanda to get into your mind. It was like she was wiping away all the happy memories you had with Tommy replacing them with horrible memories of him hating you. "P-Please.. Don't take Tommy away from me. H-He is all I have..."
Wanda smiled, "That's a lie, bunny. You have me now. I'll be the one to make sure that your life isn't turned upside down."
"T-Thank you, Wanda."
"Let me just take your mind off all that for now? How about you just lay there, and let me take care of this embarrassing situation you've got yourself in."
You allowed yourself to let go, not letting any more happy memories fade as Wanda blew in your face. She waited until you were settled nicely, and slowly began to rub your clit. Wanda made sure that she wouldn't be to nasty, but to really work you to have the best orgasm of your life.
She began to lower her hand, cupping your pussy whilst using her thumb to rub against your clit. Circles were formulating rapidly as Wanda watched your eyes widen as she loosely slipped a finger barely inside, seeing how you would react. Taking her time with you, Wanda's finger wormed her way inside you. Taking in your walls as she explored further inside you, seeing how you would take not only her finger but her rising dildo that suddenly was rising.
Wanda pumped her finger heavy inside you, hearing the muffled moans from your lips as she accidentally let her another finger slip inside you. "You are doing so well, baby. I love how well you are taking my fingers, it's like your pussy was made for me."
You slightly moved your head up, watching Wanda's motions. You couldn't even blink before her fingers disappeared inside you. She continued to plump her fingers inside you, causing a heavy moan to escape your lips catching Wanda's stare.
"Do you want to see baby? Do you want to see how easily I can slide my third finger inside you?" Wanda cooed as she used her free hand to carefully caresses your neck. You watched as Wanda picked up the paste, continuously pumping her fingers inside you. You suddenly felt a nip that cause yourself to throw your head into Wanda's neck, you couldn't explain the sensation that was brewing inside you. It was as something was trying to escape but Wanda's fingers weren't acknowledging your need.
You clutched onto Wanda's hair, crying out for attention as Wanda went faster and harder inside you. The sensation was only building up, causing Wanda to hiss as you pulled her a chuck of hair out. You buried your face in her neck, moaning louder to see if Wanda can hear you but her eyes was so fixated on her fingers pumping you, that it took a loud scream to get Wanda to finally allow her fingers to hit your spot, and sink into the couch as she felt a monsoon of frustration flood her fingers. She felt your body let loose, and your hair slowly releasing her hair whilst you moaned into her chest.
"It's okay, baby." Wanda whispered, gently stroking your back. "Mommy's got you."

Heartache
Tumblr media
pairing: Ellie Williams [brother's best friend] x fem reader c.w. : smoking summary: you have had your eyes on your brother's best friend and band member forever, but you'd never think she would actually talk to you? a/n: this was a submission + I'll make more parts if it gets a good response!
The air in your room hangs heavy with humidity. A slight breeze from your open window blows through, fluttering your various posters and decor hanging on your walls. And over you, sprawled across your bed, flipping through social media, you were honestly bored out of your mind. Three weeks into summer and your closest friend was away for vacation, leaving you alone… and bored.
Cycling through your socials again you get fed up with the lack of entertainment and toss your phone on the floor with an exacerbated sigh. You lay on your bed, wondering what you should do to fill the void of dopamine when the sound of music begins to fill the house. A mixture of rock, indie, and midwest emo songs rang out from your garage, conveniently positioned directly under your room.
Your brother's band got around to practicing, you assumed. You didn’t even realize your brother was home, he had gone out earlier this morning after your parents left for work. The music got louder and you suddenly had an idea of what you wanted to do, and it wasn't staying here and listening to your brother's shitty garage band. You gather your sketchbook, some pens, headphones, and a few other things into a bag, throw on a hoodie and a pair of shoes and head downstairs. You were headed to a river spot in the woods near your house. It was a commonly frequented spot by you, and your friends but not known to many. Perfect for a little seclusion and wading in cool water.
You walk down stairs and almost instantly are hit with the strong earthy smell of smoke. You linger for a second and decide that your trip would be improved with a joint, hoping your brother would front you something, you enter the loud garage.
Your brother and his band mates, all two of them, were unaware of your entrance. They were playing as loud as possible (maybe not as well as possible) but they were producing sound! Your brother slamming away on the drums while the guitarist, and bassist/singer were in their own worlds.
“Hey!” you yell over the trio.
“HEY KAI!” You shout once more at your brother. Who, without skipping a beat or stopping, yells back.
“WHAT DO YOU WANT?
This got the attention of the other two band members who did stop upon seeing you standing there, amps silencing to white noise feedback.
“Can I get a joint?” you ask.
“You got money for a joint?” Kai laughs.
“Can you just front me one?” you reply back flatly
“Why should I?”
“If you give me one I wont tell mom you were smoking in the house again.” You counter.
“It’s the garage so technically not the house and whatever you know they wont do anything”
“She can have one of mine?” a voice sparks up behind Kai, drawing your attention to the guitarist. A girl named Ellie. She and Kai had been longtime friends and bandmates. You barely knew anything about her other than she was in Kai’s grade, one above yours, but you knew her. You knew her eye color, her favorite flannel she wore a little too often. You knew she got a new guitar last year, and a fresh tattoo this year that shined under the garage light as she held up a joint in your direction.
You also knew that this was one of the only times she had ever spoken to you. Not like you were around each other often but you almost felt like she would try to avoid you when she was over. Shocked, but with adrenaline pumping you took your chance, walking over to Ellie. She still had her guitar hanging around her, flannel sleeves rolled up, her hair was a bit disheveled from playing, strands falling out of her half up hair do.
She hands you the joint with a sideways smile, and her eyes glint a bit.
“Thanks, you’re so much nicer than my brother” you scoff, giving her a smile back. You turn to leave, flipping off Kai as you bound out the door, leaving the band members commotion in the garage. Not seeing Kai chuck a drumstick at Ellie who dodges it with a laugh.
The success of getting a joint over shined the butterflies fluttering in your stomach from that look she gave you. The sun hit your face as you got outside and you were only looking forward to your solo date in the forest.
—----------------------------------------------------------------------------
The sun was setting slowly, but from where you were in the woods shade had taken over your spot. You had smoked, worked on your art, and walked along the water looking for rocks. Hanging out in the forest for a few hours always rejuvenated you in a way you couldn’t explain. But you started to get cold and decided now was a good time to head home. While packing up you realized you had pretty bad cotton mouth from the joint, so you planned to stop by the corner store.
It wasn’t a long walk but by the time you got to the corner store it was dusk. Street lights started sparking up like stars in the night sky. You opened the glass door and walked in, perusing the aisles for any snack or drink that could satiate your munchies. You were contemplating between an iced tea or a soda when the doorbell rang as someone walked in the store. You barely noticed the bell, or the girl walking up behind you until she spoke.
“Did you enjoy your smoke?”
You jump, previously lost in your thoughts, you turn around to see Ellie standing there. She was wearing a hoodie now, her guitar in its case strapped to her back.
“Oh my god you scared me!” you say, almost dropping the bottles in your hands.
“Sorry! Didn't mean to!” Ellie laughs, moving around you to open the fridge door next to you and grab a coke. “Funny running into you here” she says, a little awkward you note.
“I mean my house is only a few blocks away,” you laugh.
“Mm ya i guess so, you getting both of those?” Ellie looks down at the bottles in your hand.
“Oh um, I'm getting this one.” you hold up the iced tea & go to put back the soda. Before you could think Ellie takes the iced tea from your hand and starts walking towards the front of the store.
“Hey wait!” you look at her confused.
“Oh do you want something else princess?” Ellie turns back to look at you with a smirk.
Sparks ignite in your stomach, confused but now flustered, your mind swirling. You finally get a word out, “no, just that” and Ellie turns back to walk towards the cash register.
You follow her, not really knowing what to do or how to act. Ellie and you had barely spoken to each other before this. And now she's acting so casually around you, and what did she call you? Everything happened so fast you barely caught it but reflecting back now, did she call you princess?
Ellie pays for the two drinks and you walk out together, taking your ice tea from her once outside.
“Thank you, you didn't have to do that” you say, unscrewing the top and taking a refreshing sip.
“Don't mention it” Ellie says, “So are you going back home now?”
“Mhm yeah, what about you?”
“Yeah I was, but it's getting dark now, i’ll walk you back home first” Ellie says with a smile.
“Who said chivalry was dead” you joke, it was a nice gesture, as much as you were confused by Ellie’s sudden intentions you couldn’t help but feel a type of way when she looked at you. Her green eyes danced over your face like she was memorizing your features. You wondered if she always looked at you this way?
She had. Ellie for the past few years had been keeping such a distance from you because when you were around she felt her whole body tense up. She felt like she was on fire if you looked in her direction. And god help her if she tried to speak around you, she ended up tripping over her words and losing her train of thought. Truthfully, she didn't know what magical queer fairy blessed her with the confidence to talk to you today. But she had taken in a chance earlier in the garage, and when she saw you in the store she knew it wasn't a coincidence.
The walk back to your house was short, only a few blocks. You and Ellie joke together and talk about summer plans in the meantime. Both of you slightly high still, making your balance shifty, occasionally you would brush shoulders, sending sparks down each other's spines.
When you get to your house you stop at the walk way, a little awkwardly since you knew Ellie had been in your house before.
“Thanks for walking me home! And buying me this, um and the joint '' you say, taking in all of Ellie’s courtesy today, a little unsure what to do with yourself.
“Any time!” Ellie says with a smile, she fidgets where she stands for a second before reaching her hand up to your face. She tucks a small strand of hair behind your ear, without breaking eye contact.
“Have a good night y/n” and with that she turns around and walks away, putting up her hood.
She left you solidified on the sidewalk, body unmoving but nerves on fire with a simple touch. You float for the next hour or so, barely registering going into your house and up to your room. Trying to make sense of what had just happened, and why now? And why so suddenly?
Later that night you receive a notification on Instagram

Late night snack
The rhythmic rumble of a passing truck vibrated through the floor, a jarring counterpoint to the silence pressing against her eardrums. Jet lag, the unwelcome souvenir of her whirlwind trip to Paris, had her wide awake at 3:14 am, staring at the unfamiliar shapes of Lewis's NY apartment.
Her stomach, thankfully, didn't mirror the wide-awake state. In fact, the thought of food sent a shudder through her. But the disorienting quietness, punctuated only by the city's lullaby of honking horns, demanded some kind of action.
She slipped out of bed, the cool floor a stark contrast to the plush carpets of the bedroom. Padding down the hallway, she felt a strange sense of displacement. This wasn't their Monaco or London apartment, but Lewis's NYC one, and while they’ve been living together for a while they would seldom stay there.
The warm glow of the kitchen light drew her like a moth to a flame. She rummaged through the fridge, her fingers brushing against a carton of leftover takeout, a half-eaten bag of kale chips, and a jar of something labeled "Grandma's Pickles."
Just as she opened the jar, a sleepy voice filled the doorway.
"Night pick me up?" Lewis stood there, hair tousled and eyes crinkled with sleep. He wore a worn t-shirt that hung tight on his broad frame, and even in the dim light, she could see the rumpled remnants of a smile playing on his lips.
"Couldn't sleep" she mumbled, putting the pickle jar on the island.
"Jet lag?" He crossed the room, his presence filling the previously empty space. She nodded, feeling a blush creep up my cheeks. "Yeah, I guess."
He leaned closer, his scent - a mix of cologne and the lingering warmth of sleep - washing over her. "Next time, call me so we can raid the fridge together" he teased, his eyes twinkling.
She stuck her tongue out at him playfully. "They're Grandma's Pickles! How could I resist?"
He reached out, taking the jar gently, setting it on the counter. He pulled her to his body, his embrace a warm haven in the cool night. "You know," he said, his lips brushing against her ear, sending shivers down her spine, "sometimes the best cure for jet lag is a good cuddle."
She laughed. "Is that a doctor's recommendation, Dr. Hamilton?" He pulled back slightly, a mischievous glint in his eyes. "The most handsome doctor you know," he corrected, before leaning down and capturing her lips in a soft kiss.
The kiss was slow and sweet, a gentle reassurance. Pulling away, Lewis rested his forehead on hers, his voice a warm rumble against her skin. "Truth is," he admitted, "I woke up missing you."
Lazy sunday Mornings
The silence was almost unsettling. Lewis, accustomed to the constant hum of activities, found the stillness of his mom's house almost jarring.
He cracked open one eye, surprised to see a sliver of sunlight already peeking through the curtains. It was way too early for a lazy Sunday morning, especially after a grueling season.
He glanced over at Y/n, her head buried in the crook of his neck, fast asleep. A soft smile tugged at his lips. He loved seeing her so relaxed, the worry lines on her forehead smoothed out, a gentle rhythm rising and falling with her breath.
He reached out, tracing a fingertip down her cheek, the temptation to wake her with a kiss strong. But before he could act, a soft groan escaped Y/n's lips. Her eyes fluttered open, blinking sleepily at him. "Morning" Lewis murmured; his voice rough with disuse.
Y/n stretched; her smile sleepy but undeniably beautiful. "Too early" she mumbled, pulling him closer. Lewis chuckled, wrapping his arm around her. "Couldn't sleep," he admitted. "The silence is...different."
Y/n laughed softly. "Close your eyes" she said, her voice a soothing whisper.
He raised an eyebrow, intrigued. Before he could ask, she began gently tracing the back of her finger to the bridge of his nose. It was an unexpected sensation, a light tickle that soothed something within him. He felt his eyelids growing heavy, the rhythmic move lulling him back to sleep.
He drifted off in a haze, fragments of dreams swirling around him. A couple of hours, punctuated by the occasional weird dream, must have passed because the next thing he knew, a high-pitched squeal pierced the peaceful silence.
"Uncle Lewis! Wake up!"
Lewis groaned, burying his head under the pillow. Another voice, slightly deeper this time, chimed in. "Come on, Auntie Y/n! Uncle Lewis is being a lazy bum again!"
Y/n giggled, a mischievous glint in her eyes. She leaned over and whispered in his ear, "Sorry, my secret weapon doesn’t work on them”
Lewis peeked out from under the pillow to see his niece and nephew bouncing on the bed, their faces alight with excitement. There went his peaceful Sunday morning, but the sight of their bright smiles chased away any lingering sleepiness. It was time to be Uncle Lewis for the day.
Roscoe photos
Y/N stifled a yawn, her eyes glazing over at the endless stream of spreadsheets projected on the screen. The board meeting droned on, each statistic sounding more monotonous than the last. Glancing around the table, she saw her colleagues diligently taking notes, their expressions an equal mix of concentration and fatigue.
A notification buzzed on her phone, a welcome distraction. Unlocking it, she saw a picture on Instagram – a close-up of Roscoe staring intently at the camera with his tongue lolling out in a comical fashion. The message: "Deep in thought... about treats?"
Y/N chuckled silently, the image instantly bringing a smile. She quickly tapped a like, then sent a playful message back to Lewis: "Looks like someone's plotting world domination... or maybe just the next jar raid."
Before she could put her phone down, another notification popped up. This time, the picture was Roscoe sprawled across a fluffy white rug, toasting in a sunbeam. The caption: "Living my best life. Don't be jealous."
Y/N couldn't help but grin. Lewis clearly had a newfound time killer – chronicling Roscoe's every move.
Over the next hour, the barrage of photos continued. There was Roscoe sporting a pair of tiny sunglasses, another with a flower crown perched precariously on his head, and yet another napping in a miniature F1 car. Each picture accompanied by a silly caption, making Y/N laugh silently behind her hand.
The sheer absurdity of it all was a welcome escape from the monotony of the meeting. She pictured Lewis, presumably bored at his own meeting, deciding to entertain her with Roscoe's antics.
It was a sweet gesture, a silent way of connecting with her amidst their busy schedules.
Finally, silence descended upon the boardroom as the meeting concluded. Y/N stretched, a relieved sigh escaping her lips. Reaching for her phone, she sent a final message to Lewis: "Thanks for the Roscoe spam. You made this meeting a bit more bearable!"
Almost instantly, her phone buzzed again. A new picture filled the screen – this time, it was Lewis himself, a sheepish grin on his face, with Roscoe perched on his lap. The caption read: "Just your average meeting attendees. Don't tell Toto."
Cramps
A dull pain ripped through Y/N, jolting her awake. Moonlight streamed through the bedroom window, casting the room in a soft, silvery glow. Disoriented for a moment, she blinked back trying to grasp what was happening.
The monthly visitor arrived at least once every cycle, and tonight was no different.
Throwing off the covers, she shuffled towards the kitchen, her body a symphony of discomfort. Reaching for the familiar bottle of pain relief on the top shelf, she fumbled slightly, wincing at another twinge. Grabbing a glass of water, she popped a couple of pills and made her way back to the bedroom, hoping the medication would kick in soon.
Sliding back under the covers, she snuggled in beside Lewis, who stirred slightly in his sleep. A moan escaping her lips as another cramp flared up.
Sensing her discomfort, Lewis sleeply wrapped his arm around her, pulling her close. "Everything alright, love?" his voice was thick with sleep, but still holding concern.
"Just the usual," she mumbled, burrowing deeper into his warmth. "Cramps." He understood. They'd talked about it before.
Without a word, he shifted their positions, maneuvering her back to his chest and reaching his hands under her shirt to rest gently on her lower abdomen. A silent communication, a shared language they'd built over time.
His touch was soothing, a welcome contrast to the ache radiating from within. His large hands, usually so strong, felt surprisingly gentle as they pressed against her skin. The warmth seemed to seep into her, easing the tension knot by knot. A sigh of relief escaped her lips as he acted as her own human sized heating bag.
As the cramps eased, Y/N snuggled closer. She could have sworn she felt Lewis's lips brush against the back of her head, a silent promise of being there for her.
Winning Celebration
The rhythmic crash of waves against the Monaco shoreline provided a calming white noise backdrop to the quiet murmurs in Lewis' living room. Sunlight, filtered through the floor-to-ceiling windows, casting an especially warm string of light to the tangled mess of limbs sprawled under a thin duvet.
Lewis, his bare chest lightly dusted with golden sunlight, held Y/n close, his fingers tracing idle patterns on the small of her back.
"You were incredible this weekend" Y/n whispered, her voice husky. "That overtake at Sainte Devote? Pure magic."
Lewis chuckled, a low rumble that vibrated against her ear. "Just had a feeling " he admitted, a playful glint in his eyes.
"Course you did" Y/n continued, a playful smirk tugging at her lips as he leaned down to place a soft kiss on her neck.
Just then, the sound of the front door creaking open shattered the peaceful intimacy. A loud, slightly slurred voice echoed through the apartment, "Alright, I brought those-"
The voice, belonging to one of Lewis' friend, cut off abruptly as the realization of what he'd walked in on dawned on him. He stood frozen for a beat, his eyes widening at the sight of them entangled on the living room rug, bathed in sunlight.
"Don't mind me" Daniel finally stammered, his voice thick with embarrassment and amusement "I'm clearly way too drunk for this. Don’t worry I won't be remembering any of this."
Y/n buried her face in Lewis' chest, a strangled giggle escaping her lips. Lewis, meanwhile, burst into laughter, the tension dissolving into a wave of relief and amusement.
"Typical" Lewis chuckled, shaking his head. "Always the party crasher."
Y/n peeked up from his chest, a playful glint in her eyes. "See? Told you he wouldn't be fazed," she teased, remembering a previous, similar incident involving a particularly enthusiastic post-podium celebration.
Lewis grinned, pulling her closer. "Seems you were right" he admitted, his voice laced with affection. "Now, how about we get ourselves to the bedroom before he decides to join us?"
Y/n raised an eyebrow playfully. "Sorry, I don’t share." Her lips crashing into his as he brought her even closer.
Stargazing
The humid costal Cape Town air hung thick and heavy as Y/N and Lewis stepped out onto their hotel balcony. A million diamond-like stars glittered across the velvet expanse of the sky at the distant villa they were staying at.
"The night sky here is so clear" Lewis breathed, tilting his head back to take it all in.
Y/N smiled, a wave of nostalgia washing over her. "Look south," she instructed, pointing towards a constellation of four bright stars forming a perfect cross. "See that? That's the Southern Cross."
Lewis squinted, following her finger. "The Southern Cross? I've never seen it before."
"It's not visible from most places in Europe" she explained. "It's our signpost back in South America. My dad always says that whenever we get lost, all we have to do is find the Southern Cross. It always points south, it points home."
A warm feeling spread through her chest as she pointed to each star in the cross. "See, the little arm on the left is Mimosa, and the one on the right, slightly dimmer, is Pálida - 'pale' in portuguese. The longer arm pointing north is called Rubídea, and the longest one, pointing due south, that's the Magalhães star, named after the explorer."
Lewis chuckled. "And the one in the middle, kind of squeezed between the right arm and the south one?"
Y/N grinned. "That's Intrometida," she declared. "It means 'nosy'. It's the odd one out, just hanging out there in the middle."
Lewis laughed, a low rumble in his chest. " Fits the description."
They stood in comfortable silence for a while, simply gazing up at the breathtaking display of stars. The vastness of the universe felt humbling, and yet, the familiarity of the Southern Cross, a beacon from her childhood, brought a sense of comfort.
"Thank you for showing me this" Lewis finally said, his voice soft as his fingers reached for hers and he held her gazer "But my favorite part of this view is right here beside me."
Late night driving
Rain lashed against the windshield, blurring the neon glow of oncoming traffic into streaks of light. The countryside, usually a picturesque blur of rolling hills and quaint villages, was now an inky expanse punctuated by the occasional farmhouse windows alight.
Y/N gripped the steering wheel a little tighter, the late-night drive back home to London starting to feel endless.
A glance at the passenger seat revealed Lewis, his head resting back against the headrest, a peaceful expression on his face. He was supposed to be in charge of the music for the long journey, but exhaustion, brought on by a long day of meetings at the factory, had clearly won him over.
Y/N stifled a yawn, her eyelids growing heavy. Reaching for her phone, she pressed the home button.
"Hey Siri," she said, her voice barely a whisper. "Yes, Y/N, how can I help you?" came the disembodied voice from the phone's speaker.
"Play some upbeat songs, please" Y/N requested. A beat of silence followed, then the unmistakable opening chords of "Dancing Queen" by ABBA filled the car.
Y/N's lips curved into a smile. Maybe a little cheese was exactly what she needed.
Just as the chorus picked up a startled groan erupted from the passenger seat. Lewis jolted awake, blinking rapidly as he adjusted to the sudden change in light and sound.
"What is this?" he exclaimed; his voice thick with sleep.
Y/N glanced over at him, a mischievous glint in her eyes. "Abba?!" she replied, tapping her finger rhythmically on the steering wheel in time with the music. "You know, since you failed in your designated DJ duties."
Lewis's face scrunched up in mock horror. "Seriously? Dancing queen?!” Y/N laughed. "Hey, classics never go out of style. Besides," she added, a teasing lilt in her voice, "how can you resist singing along?"
Lewis opened his mouth to protest, then a ghost of a smile played on his lips. He sighed dramatically. "Alright, alright," he conceded, "but only because you’re driving”
Y/N winked at him, her heart lighter. The rain continued to fall outside, but inside the car, filled with ABBA and the playful banter between them, the long drive felt a little less daunting.
Ironing shirt
A low hum danced across the room and dragged Y/n from her sleep. Disoriented for a moment, she blinked, the hum resolving itself into the rhythmic hiss of an iron.
She turned her head, a smile tugging at her lips. There, across their motorhome room, stood Lewis, shoulders broad and relaxed as he glided the iron over a crisp white shirt. The scene, domesticity in all its glory.
"Lew?" she rasped; her voice thick with sleep. He glanced up, a smile mirroring hers as he set the iron down. "Morning. Sleep well?"
"Yeah" she mumbled, burrowing deeper into the covers. "What are you doing?"
"Making sure your shirt is crispy" he said with a bright smile on his lips, picking the iron back up.
Y/n stretched languidly, the sheet slipping down her shoulder and revealing his t-shirt she had slept in. " You really didn’t have to”
Lewis chuckled, a warm rumble in his chest. "Non sense". He gestured towards the bed. "Come on now, sleepyhead. We need to leave soon."
With a sigh, Y/n threw back the covers and padded across his motor room, the plush carpet a welcome comfort against her bare feet. She wrapped her arms around Lewis from behind, pressing her cheek against his back.
"You shouldn't have done that" she mumbled into his shirt.
"Shouldn't have ironed your shirt?"
"No, woken up so early." Lewis turned in his arms, his brow furrowed slightly. "You know I don’t sleep too much”
He brushed a bit of hair from her face, his touch sending a shiver down her spine. "Spoiling me rotten, why don’t you?!" she teased, leaning up to kiss him softly.
The kiss deepened quickly, a familiar electric current running between them. He held her close, the iron forgotten on the ironing board. When they finally broke apart, both breathless, a comfortable silence settled around them.
"Alright, enough distractions." Lewis said with a playful grin, picking up the iron again. Y/n swatted him playfully on the arm. "Fine, fine. But at least let me make you some coffee."
"Make it strong, beautiful. Long day ahead." he said, winking.
Naps
The scent of Lewis's signature cologne hit Y/N as she fumbled with her key, the familiar aroma a warm welcome after a long day of meetings. She pushed open the door, a tired smile gracing her lips. Stepping inside, the apartment was the picture of disaster with luggage all around.
Curled up on the plush white sofa, Lewis lay fast asleep, his chest rising and falling gently. But he wasn't alone. Nestled beside him, Roscoe mirrored his position, a ball of contentment.
Y/N's heart melted. Lewis, notorious for his messy sleep schedule, must have been exhausted after the race. And clearly, Roscoe, ever the emotional sponge, had picked up on his human's need for rest.
She tiptoed closer, careful not to disturb their slumber. Lewis's face was relaxed, a hint of a smile playing on his lips. One hand lay unconsciously draped over Roscoe's back, who in turn let out a contented sigh in his sleep.
Unable to resist, Y/N pulled out her phone and snapped a picture, capturing the heartwarming tableau of man and dog united. A soft chuckle escaped her lips. Maybe unpacking could wait.
Just then, Lewis stirred, his eyes flickering open. He blinked blearily at her for a moment before a grin spread across his face.
"Hello gorgeous" he mumbled; his voice thick with sleep.
"Hey you" she replied, her voice soft. She gestured towards Roscoe, who was now blinking awake, his tail thumping a lazy greeting against the sofa cushion.
"Looks like someone else is happy you were back" Lewis observed, reaching out to scratch Roscoe behind the ear.
The dog whined happily, nuzzling into Lewis's hand.
"Well," she declared, sinking down onto the sofa beside them, "it seems you two had a relaxing afternoon."
Lewis chuckled, pulling her close. "We did," he admitted, his voice laced with sleepiness. "Until you arrived, photojournalist extraordinaire."
Y/N playfully swatted at his arm. "Hey, someone has to document the domestic bliss."
Lewis leaned in, his lips brushing against her ear. "Then perhaps," he murmured, "you should document some more."

JJ Maybank x stepsister reader
Author's note: blame all the dark romance I read for this one 💀
Warnings: DARK/TABOO CONTENT ⚠️, SMUT, reader is JJs step sister, alcohol use, dubcon/noncon?, somnophilia, breeding, unprotected sex
Summary: you sneak into your soon to be step brothers room and take what's yours
From the second I met him, I knew I wanted him. The more days went on the less I cared about the fact that his dad was marrying my mom. We weren’t related, not in a way that mattered. Plus the wedding wasn’t until tomorrow so what I was about to do was justified in my mind.
I tried to stop myself as I stalked upstairs to his room. Wondering if I would attempt to pull this if I wasn’t three beers in right now. No answer was satisfactory and I stopped trying to talk myself out of it by the time my feet hit the top step of the stairwell. I walked down the dark hallway and rounded the corner, stopping when I landed in front of his door. He had left it cracked open and I got a glimpse of him sprawled out on his stomach on his bed, sleeping peacefully. The second I caught the steady pace of his chest rising and falling, I didn’t hesitate to push the door open, slipping inside the room quickly before closing the door behind me. I reached up, sliding the chain link over to its locked position and I froze when I heard JJ shuffle behind me. I glanced over my shoulder, catching him rolling over in his sleep. I relaxed once I knew I was in the clear. Didn’t need mommy and daddy interrupting my quality time with my soon to be step brother. Not until I wanted them to anyway.
I glided across the floor to the bed as quietly as I could. He had rolled onto his back, making things much easier for me. I cursed to myself as I studied his nearly naked body. All he slept in was a pair of boxers and I salivated when I caught the outline of his cock through the thin material.
I climbed over the top of him, watching his face closely as the bed dipped below us. I slowly slid my fingers into the waistband of his boxers and pulled them down his legs as delicately as I could. Luckily for me, he seemed to be a deep sleeper cause he didn’t move an inch as I discarded them onto the floor. He was already so big and he wasn’t even hard yet. My pussy weeped to be filled by him. I wore only a sleep shirt with no panties for easy access and I could feel the wetness already seeping in between my thighs as I took him into my hand.
He shifted slightly as I started pumping him slowly. I loved how responsive his cock was to my touch, fully hardening within seconds. Low groans erupted from his throat and I wondered how much I could get away with before waking him up. Deciding I couldn’t wait anymore, I positioned myself so I was fully straddling him. I teased his cock through my soaking wet slit before slowly sinking down to the hilt. I couldn’t stop myself from gasping and the growl that penetrated my ears let me know that he was conscious.
“Y/N, what the hell are you doing?” He panted and when I felt his cock twitch inside me, I tensed up causing us both to hiss at the sensation.
“Nothing that we both don’t want.” I pur as I slowly start to roll my hips back and forth. His hands fly to my hips, attempting to stop me.
“No! Stop.” He gasps but his eyes roll back in pleasure with every move I make. “You know this is wrong.” He spits through gritted teeth.
“Does it feel wrong J?” I tease as I lift up and slam back down. "God you feel so fucking good J. When has good ever been wrong?" I ask as I lean down, placing my hands on his shoulders for stability so I can ride him even faster.
"Jesus christ Y/N." He moans, gripping my hips tight so he can match my movements.
"I want you to cum inside me JJ. Breed me so they know what we've been up to in here." He thrusts up into me harder, making me bite my lip as I struggle not to fall apart too soon.
"I always knew you were a dirty little whore sis." He growls as he fists the back of my hair and sits up so we are face to face. I lean closer to him, taking his bottom lip in between my teeth before shoving my tongue in his mouth. He tasted ten times better than I had ever imagined. His lips muffled my sounds for the most part but nothing could prevent his bed frame from slamming into the wall with every bounce.
I heard the footsteps before he did and I purposely threaded my fingers into the back of his hair and tugged harshly, pulling his lips away from mine.
"I'm gonna cum. Fuck! JJ I'm gonna cum." I gasped loudly as the coil inside me erupted and his hand flew to cover my mouth. I felt him twitch deep inside me and seconds later, I felt his release seeping out of me and down my thighs. Fear flashed across his face when we heard a strong pounding on his bedroom door.
"JJ. Boy you know better than to sneak girls into my fucking house." Luke fumbled the doorknob and became more angry when he discovered that it was locked. "Open this fucking door!" He shouted and JJ kept his hand clamped over my mouth, terrified of what I might do.
"Y/N's not in her room." I heard my mom's voice from the other side of the door and I fought with JJ to release me.
"Y/N's having a play date with her big brother." I shouted, waiting in anticipation of the shit storm I just let loose in this house.

Strawberry Shortcake (Eddie Munson x Reader)
Tumblr media
Pairings/Relationships: Older!Eddie Munson/Reader
Warnings/Themes: Meet Cute (ish), Angst, Hurt/Comfort, Fluff, Medical-Related Talk/Hospitals (Nothing Graphic), Food/Eating
Note: Having a bad day on top of a bad week on top of a bad whatever. My uncle was in the hospital unexpectedly; he’s home now but that hospital in particular is one that doesn’t hold a lot of great memories. (Which ones do?) It's fine, but here we are throwing Eddie into the pot to make things a little easier. If only he was there to have strawberry shortcake with me.
Tagging @deathbecomesthem at their request. Thanks for always being there Than.
You can find my masterlist here.
Please do not interact if you are not 18+.
Enjoy!
---
Eddie stared deeply into the cooler, as though he'd find the meaning of life between cups of half-rotten grapes and soggy egg salad sandwiches.
Foods like this...well, they were old friends--too many gas station stops and midnight runs to 7-11s in his life--but for some reason this felt like the hardest decision of his life.
Actually, he'd like something hot for dinner, and the food here actually wasn’t that bad, if he remembered the last time he found himself haunting the halls of Roane County Memorial Hospital. But the cafeteria line is closed. So he'd have to settle for premade sandwiches and salads because he wasn't going to venture outside anytime soon.
His nerves would eat him before he could eat anything if he left.
"The PB&J is pretty good," a gentle voice startled him and an arm crossed in front of him to grab the aforementioned sandwich.
PB&J Crunch - Grape Jelly
"I don't like crunchy peanut butter," he dismissed, trying not to sound as hollow as he felt.
"It's not crunchy peanut butter," you explained and then squinted down at the label. "It's got granola in it or something. It's pretty good, I promise."
He considered it for a second, wondered if his current mental state will tolerate bits in his sandwich, but then he realized he was too tired to care. He just needed to eat something.
He grabbed a sandwich and then a soda from the bottom of the cooler, and he was about to head over to the tired cashier when you asked, "do you like Strawberry Shortcake?"
He paused and looked at you.
Really looked at you, looking back at him with kind and understanding eyes, a small smile on your lips.
There was something else there too. Weariness. That was an old friend too, to both of you it seemed. But where his hung off him like some insidious creature clinging to his back, you wore it as well as you wear your Jurassic Park t-shirt and ripped jeans.
It was worn in and comfortable. You're used to it. He could tell.
And still you're trying to be nice to him.
The least he could do was accept your kindness, even if he couldn’t offer anything back.
"Isn't the sandwich sweet enough?" he asked.
"You look like someone who has a sweet tooth. Besides, if you..." you bit your lip for a second in contemplation, then shook your head. "Nevermind. It's my treat."
"Thank you."
You grabbed two little plastic cake containers from the cooler and then followed him to the cashier. Once you handed the cake to him, he in turn followed you to a table in the corner of the cafeteria.
He felt a little pathetic, following like a little lost duckling, and although he wasn’t really in the mood for conversation, he didn't want to be alone.
Thankfully, you seemed to know exactly what he felt in that moment, and you remained silent as wrappers were peeled open and bites were taken from your respective PB&Js.
You were right about the sandwich, it was pretty good. Reminded him of the sandwiches his mom made for his lunches.
He said goodbye to peanut butter and jelly after his mom spent time in this very hospital.
He said goodbye to his...shit, what didn't he say goodbye to after his own lengthy stay back in '86?
And now?
What would he say goodbye to now?
"Growing up doesn't always mean saying goodbye to things," Wayne told him once, oh so long ago, when they stood side by side at the counter spreading mustard and layering cold cuts onto thin slices of sandwich bread. "But it means they get a little fonder when you make your way back to them."
He's grateful for the peanut butter sticking to the roof of his mouth so he'd have something to focus on instead of the sting of tears in his eyes.
"You know," you finally broke the silence as you set your own sandwich down to take a sip of your soda. "This is what I eat every time I find myself here."
"You find yourself here a lot?"
He laughed as soon as the words left his mouth; not an amused laugh, almost a self-deprecating one. It sounded a lot more flirty than he intended it too, especially given the circumstances, and he felt like an idiot.
You did him a favor as you ignored him, and instead gestured to the food.
"PB&J, Strawberry Shortcake, Dr. Pepper. My mom had this...I don't even know if you'd call it a heart attack...a few years ago. I stayed with her the whole time she was here recovering; couldn't stop crying that first night, which of course made everything better.
"The nurses kicked me out at some point. Sent me down here to get some food. And the only thing that looked good was the Strawberry Shortcake. It was the only thing I ate until she got to go home. Just. Mountains of Strawberry Shortcake."
You broke open the seal on your cake, then did the same for his, talking as your hands kept busy and even as you took your first bite.
"It's what she makes me for my birthday every year," you finished through the mouthful of cake, "and this one almost tastes as good as hers does. Almost. But it's something I can control when everything else feels like it's falling apart."
You stared at him pointedly and then glanced down at his slice of cake.
Eddie stared at the cake-- at the layers of fluffy yellow sponge and swirling whipped cream and dense, gooey strawberries--and considered your words.
Control. Yeah he could use a little bit of that right now.
He picked up the fork and severed the soft corner, then shoved it into his mouth.
It was an assault of the senses, the unlocking of a memory that didn’t even feel like it was his. A store bought birthday cake that he and Wayne had gotten for his mom for the first birthday she had after his dad got sent away. She said it was the best cake she ever tasted, and he and Wayne both agreed.
This seemed like it would be a close second.
“My uncle,” he began, voice thick with emotion and whipped cream. “He had an accident at work. I live in Indy. Not too far but far enough that he didn’t have me as an emergency contact. Called him to tell him something I heard about the Colts. That old bastard…he always picks up the phone when he’s home. Always. But he didn’t this time.
“Figured maybe he picked up an extra shift or something. He gets bored. ‘Specially when I’m not around. But he didn’t answer for a few days and when I called the plant, they said he was here.”
The rest felt like a blur.
Driving out to Hawkins, seeing Wayne in that bed, talking to the doctors. Words like pain management, skin grafts, and physical therapy struck something inside of him that he’d worked tirelessly to forget for himself. Emotional scars were as thick as the physical ones.
Now the wounds had all reopened because of his uncle. More, actually, because he finally realized what Wayne must’ve felt all those years ago seeing him in a hospital bed.
How close he came to losing the only family he had.
“Hey I’m sorry.” Eddie startled as you reached a hand out to touch his arm, as tears escaped the corner of his eyes. “It’s ok, everything will be alright.”
“I know,” he nodded and sniffed, a little embarrassed to be crying in front of a stranger but you really weren’t a stranger. He laid his free hand on yours for a second, heavy as he felt the warmth and weight of you.
Were you a stranger? He considered it. He might not have known your name, but he knew you well. You were here, weary and waiting, just like he was.
“You know, he woke up when I walked in,” Eddie choked a laugh as he continued. “Said what took you so long when he saw me. Then he complained about the bed being uncomfortable.”
“That’s how you’ll know he’ll be alright,” you laughed right along with him.
The two of you finished your dinners, moving onto some lighter topics—the usual getting-to-know-you’s that you did when you met someone new—and once the cashier came to tell you they were about to close up, you got to your feet to head back to your respective family members.
“Thank you,” Eddie told you as you meandered out. “I don’t…it’s…”
“I get it,” you replied with a small smile. “If you need someone to talk to, I’m sure I’ll be around for a few more days until mom goes home again. Just hang around the cafeteria until I materialize.”
There was a weird pause, awkward as neither of you new how to part ways. Eddie attempted a handshake, but you pulled him into a hug instead. Once again, knowing what it was he needed.
He melted into you gratefully.
And he whispered into your shoulder, “The strawberry shortcake will be on me next time.”

YOU DONT TALK MUCH ? ~ sjy
Tumblr media
sypnosis : jake was the heartthrob of decelis academy. as usual, he would find girls to swoon and break every month. but what happens when his friends challenge him to break you? the quiet girl who never speaks to anyone.
genre : fluff, angst , smut.
warnings : groping, dacryphillia, semi public, not full sex but it is intended, overstimulation, petnames (sweetheart, pretty)
features : hyung line of enha.
pair : popular boy jake x quiet girl reader
chapter(s) : 1 TWO 3 4 5.
Over the past few days jake was annoyed to say the least.
After that failed attempt to talk to you he's been sulking and mulling over it like a child who didn't get a lollipop.
Whenever he saw you he didn't know what the hell the say to you because really...
who did?
You were a shut in that had round glasses, slight short hair that barely reached your shoulders, always clad in jeans and a hoodie which never showed any skin.
You stuck out like a sore thumb in a crowd of girls who wore booty shorts and crop tops, batting their eyelashes just to get attention...
which was easily given just cause the dudes couldn't keep it in their pants.
Usually, these little missions of his only took a week to complete and leave his target in despair.
But its been atleast 3 weeks and everything was failing miserably.
Until one day he saw you visibly upset about something and he couldn't help a smirk creep onto his face.
Ah. this was it.
-----------------
During lunch period you sat on the rooftop with your face buried into your hands.
Things at home weren't going well and it was even worse since you didn't have not even a single friend in sight to explain these problems to.
Looking up from your hands you stared at the blue sky that was slightly orange due to school almost being over.
You couldve sworn a tear would have fell if the doors to the rooftop didn't open, making you flinch and wipe your eyes.
craning your neck to look over your shoulder, you saw jake.
He had a unreadable expression as he approached you, plopping on the bench beside you.
"Y/N was it?" He tilted his head and you just looked away, nodding.
He hummed. "Well... whats wrong?" he asked softly.
You were slightly surprised at his tone but for some reason that made your face slightly heat up and your heart race.
Jake, obviously noticed this quickly and couldn't help but feel a bit of pride knowing that he was almost getting you to open up.
After atleast 20 minutes he heard you speak.
"F-family problems.." you stutter out.
Jakes eyebrows shot up in surprise at your voice but he felt himself getting excited by it.
So fucking cute.
"Oh? like what..?" He feigned sympathy and curiosity, even though he did wanna know.
"J-just my mom..." He hummed and placed a reassuring hand on your shoulder in which you flinched.
"Maybe i could help you forget? a little chat can always make someone feel better."
he smiled and pat your shoulder lightly, but there was something you missed entirely.
This wasn't gonna be a normal heart to heart chat.
----------
Now, you found yourself pinned against the cold wall of the rooftop corridors, jakes hand deep in your pants as he rubbed your pink bud.
you bit your lip almost to the point it bled so you wouldn't let out any noises, which was failing since you were mewling and whimpering.
"Ah-... so wet.." He hissed as he picked up the speed, you bucked into his rhythm and gripped onto him.
It was your first time even experiencing something like this so it was no surprise overstimulation creeped up quickly.
You shook your head and tried to halt his hand but his other free one gripped your breast.
"Mm.. stop. you can take it.. its just my fingers anyway." he spat, speeding the circling motion.
you moaned and whined, tears pricking up and falling down your face.
"J-jake..." you sputtered, making jakes cock twitch in his pants.
"Shit... you sound so good pretty..." he continued to grope and rub your perked nipple through your hoodie.
"Your close.. i can feel it. come for me sweetheart.. let it all go.." He didn't halt his motion once, focusing on making you cum rather than the ache in his pants.
But, just as you were about to the sound of voices made jake stop an pull his hand away from you.
He stepped back.
"Fuck... sorry.. guess you can't cum." he pat your hip, walking away and leaving you in that secluded spot yearning for more.
-------
As jake walked down the hallway he didn't feel the usual triumph and pride knowing he teased you but rather a different feeling he couldn't express nor describe.
You sounded so good... eyes full of tears.
But for some reason, after doing all that he wanted more. not just sexual interactions.
more.. affectionate ones.
Jake paused at the thought, hands clenching.
wait.
Thats not how it goes... at all.
was he.. falling for you?

Four years ago.
In your almost twenty one years of life, you never had to spend the holidays without your eldest brother, you were never prepared for that. All the attention of your family was fixed on you now, making you feel like you were an only child for the first time. It felt weird, but nostalgic, like you were waiting for him to enter through the door at any moment. You supposed it was going to happen at some point, opening the gifts with just your mom, sitting on the front seat of the car for the first time while listening to christmas songs on the radio, only to arrive to your grandparents’ home and attempt to survive the questions of your future alone, that didn’t sound fun at all.
Simon, your eldest brother, didn’t die, by the way, he just got a girlfriend. A girlfriend? Yes, a girlfriend, that word wasn’t part of his vocabulary, or at least it wasn’t a few years ago when he left for college, but now all of a sudden he had a serious one, the kind who invited their boyfriends to spend the holidays with their families. Now Simon wore knitted sweaters, drank black coffee and listened to all the bands your uncle liked, he grew up, or something like that, but you didn’t think he grew up enough to get a girlfriend, to fall in love. Well, you hoped he was in love, you didn’t meet the girl yet but you hoped he was, at least that was what he said.
Yes, Christmas without your brother sounded a bit sad, but New Year’s eve on the other hand… didn’t sound so bad.
If your brother’s absence would’ve happened years ago, you would’ve planned this the same way as always, getting drunk with your highschool friends at the only decent party that there was in your hometown around that time, only this time he wasn’t going to be around to tell you to stop drinking or to take the joint off your mouth when you failed to hide from him to smoke weed. But this year you got sick of all that, you got sick of the same faces from highschool and all the girls who approached you just because they wanted to fuck your brother, or all the girls who fucked your brother’s best friend, maybe you got sick of the same music, the same party, the same people. This year you felt like you were seventeen again, too afraid to wish that something different could happen, maybe this time you weren’t coming home alone after watching Yoongi giving the first kiss of the year to some random girl, maybe this time your heart wasn’t going to hurt that much.
Yoongi, your brother’s best friend, was painfully always there in your life, you didn’t know how the mess that was your brother was able to have such a good friend, they knew each other even before you were born, when they were only four and met each other at basketball practice. Yoongi was always like your brother’s conscience, the voice of reason, the calm one, the designated driver ever since he was sixteen, the smart one, the boy every mother wanted as their son. Yoongi was the boy who helped you with your math homework when you were eleven, he was the boy who defended you when your brother made fun of you, the boy who gave you his joystick so you would stop crying when you found out your brother was making you play with the one that didn’t work. He was sweet and kind with everybody, you wished you knew that when you were twelve so you could save yourself the eternal heartache that came along with being in love with a man who only saw you as your brother’s little sister.
Yoongi was always mature, always wiser, always older. And you were always immature, always stubborn, always younger. Just a brat who couldn’t stand the fact that he was the only one you wanted, but the only one you couldn’t have.
Maybe forgetting about him when he went away to college was the best thing that happened to you, you pretended he didn’t exist during the school year and made yourself believe you got over it, that your heart didn’t jump every time you called your brother and you heard his voice in the background, that you didn’t read every birthday message he sent you since you were sixteen until you memorized them, that you didn’t compare every guy to him and that you weren’t annoyed when you realized that none of them was half as intelligent as him. You were obligated to pretend you weren’t condemned to look for his face in every crowd ever since you were a teenager. All that mental effort was wasted away when you came back home for the holidays and saw him sitting on your couch again.
You repeated the cycle every year as you pretended that your heart wasn’t tired of it, like seeing him that morning in your kitchen didn’t make your heart drop like you were twelve years old again.
It began when you heard voices coming from the second floor, an outburst of laughter, your mother’s laughter, and then the laugh that echoed so many times in your dreams, were you still in a dream? You thought you might be in one when you entered the kitchen and saw the long figure of the man, the long figure of Yoongi, sitting on a stool as he peeled a tangerine and listened to your mother talk, but the minute they noticed your presence they fell silent.
Two pairs of eyes landed on your sleepy face, making you aware that you were wearing your old pajamas, the one that was pink and had a bunny pattern all over it. You locked eyes with him and it felt like it hadn't passed a day since the last time you saw him.
“What are you two gossiping about so early?” You wondered out loud, slowly approaching the aisle of the kitchen, slowly approaching Yoongi, whose hair was slightly shorter from the last time you saw him and whose cheeks were still red from the cold outside. You arrived three days ago, confidently thinking that even if your mind was a mess at least you didn't have to see your brother's best friend's face.
In your mind, you cursed your mom for always telling him that he will be forever welcomed in her house.
“Why do you care?” He spat at you, following your figure with his eyes as you sat in one of the stools beside him. “That’s between your mom and me.”
“Dude,” You said under your breath, grabbing a tangerine from the bowl of fruits in front of you “You have to get a fucking girlfriend.”
Your mother frowned, annoyed, but Yoongi is too used to you to do anything else but  laugh.
“God, darling, you barely open your eyes and you’re already cursing.” She complained, shaking her head in disapproval. You shrugged, pretending to pay full attention to the tangerine in your hands.
“It’s fine, Lila. I can handle her.” He said, carefree as ever.
You scoffed, “Yeah, sure.” You played it cool, as if that didn’t make your heart jump a little.  “What are you doing here, anyway? Weren’t you supposed to come back for christmas?”
“Why?” He asked, “You want me gone?”
You saw a stupid smirk appear in his face, the same one you’ve seen countless times in the past. It seemed to be the only thing that could put out your cocky attitude.
“Don’t be stupid.” You managed to answer, running away from his eyes.
You heard him sigh “I finished early, I arrived last night.” He answered the question, reaching his hand under the counter to pinch your thigh, as if that could shake off your bad attitude, plot twist: it only made it worse. “That’s what I was talking about with your mom, I left Simon behind while he was still dealing with exams.”
“Such a good friend.” You joked.
“Maybe… But hey, he’s the one who ditched me for a girl after all.”
“Well, if it’s a pretty girl you can’t blame him so much.”
“If you say so…” He hissed, rolling his eyes “What about you, huh?” He changed the topic “What are you doing here two weeks early?”
“You see, this is my house.” You quickly replied, putting the first tangerine segment between your lips to avoid saying the truth. He narrowed his eyes, shaking his head.
Of course there was a coherent reason for why you weren’t in school right now, but since you arrived you couldn’t seem to quit the bad attitude, especially in the mornings, it was driving you crazy.
“You shouldn’t ask, dear.” Your mom intervened, turning around to wash her mug previously filled with coffee  “Sensitive topic.”
Yoongi’s eyes shifted to you again, as well as his whole body, curiously raising his eyebrows.
“Sensitive topic.” You mocked your mother, annoyed that she used such words. She was quick to disappear from the kitchen, leaving the two of you alone. You wondered if she was already tired of hearing you whine.
“Don’t think I won’t ask you about it.” He smirked, stealing a segment of your tangerine just to annoy you.
Oh, you were sure he would want all the details.
“Whatever.” You gritted your teeth. “You only came to see Lila? I bet she would love to switch you with me.”
“I don’t doubt that.” Yoongi smugly said, ignoring the sudden annoyed look on your face, he was too used to it to be bothered by it. “But as much as I love your mom, I came to see you.”
You blinked, not sure what to say next. Now your angry expression turned into a surprised one, cursing yourself for feeling excited to hear that. You knew Yoongi finished early and was coming back home, you asked your brother about it last time he called you, you were just playing dumb when you asked, but when Simon told you he was going to be in town you didn’t expect to see him in your house the next day he arrived.
“Me?” You tried to confirm.
“Yeah, you.” He said, booping the tip of your nose “Simon told me you’ve been having trouble with your car, I thought I could help.”
You nodded, that made more sense than him just coming to see you.
“Simon is such a snitch.” You murmured.
“I can’t deny that…” He laughed, looking at you tearing apart your tangerine and putting another segment between your lips, “Do you… want me to help?”
“Maybe…” You murmured “Do I have to pay you?”
“Maybe…” Yoongi answered, imitating your tone “Or you can just tell me why are you here before the break, I don’t know.”
You squinted at him, knowing it was just a matter of time until everybody found out you dropped out of college, but there was certain relief in delivering the news to Yoongi, something inside you told you he would understand.
“Bold of you to blackmail me when I know you won’t fix my car properly.” You accused him, mentioning that time he tried to fix your brand new car when something happened to it and you had to take it to his uncle’s garage when he made it worse.
“C’mon, that was only once.”
“Let’s not make it twice, then.” You clapped your hands, getting off the stool to walk towards the stairs to your room again “Let me change first. And don’t try to seduce my mom while I’m gone, it won’t work.”
You heard his laugh from behind, and even if you thought about it, you didn’t dare to look back.
Not even five minutes later, you found yourself with him in your cold garage under the dim old light that provided you the tiny room. You supposed it was easier to open the garage door but you didn’t want your fingers to be frozen.
You sat on the old desk in the corner of your garage as you watched Yoongi open the hood of your car, trying not to stare when pulled the sleeves of his sweater up to his elbows.
He was wearing a beige sweater that tightened around his shoulders and his waist, Simon told you that he and Yoongi started going to gym lately and you could tell, his back was wider than you remember and you hated how different he looked from the last time you saw him.
You hated to think there were people who saw him everyday and couldn’t tell the difference.
You looked at your feet hanging in the air, hearing him suck his breath just to let you know he was just about to start throwing questions at you.
“So?” He asked, persistent as always.
“So what?” You played dumb.
“So?” He emphasized, not willing to give up.
So? You didn’t know how to start. Serious talks weren’t your thing, and even if you knew that Yoongi wasn’t expecting that from you, you still felt a rush of nervousness when the absence of his voice filled the room, your cue to start talking.
“Mmm… It’s difficult to explain.” You trailed off. “I’m starting to think that I might be the black sheep of the family.”
Your words made him turn his head at you, curious to hear more.
“The black sheep?” He repeated.
“Yeah, I think so.” You confirmed, without saying anything else.
“Fine…” Yoongi scratched the back of his head, a bit confused, something that was normal when he was with you.  “You’re not giving me a lot of context.”
You knew this, but making a joke was easier than telling the whole truth. You wished you could tell him jokes until he forgot what your mother told him. But no, your mother already opened her mouth and now you had to explain your life crisis to the man in front of you.
“Let’s just say.. I dropped out of the semester…” You mumbled, unsure of your own voice “but I’m thinking that it is not just the semester, maybe it’s the whole thing.”
Yoongi turned his whole body to you, paying full attention to your words “Really?” He asked, just in case you were joking, but by the look in your eyes and the tone of your voice he could tell that you weren’t playing. You just nodded “Why, though?”
“That’s something I’ve been asking myself.”
“You don’t know?” He chuckled, making you roll your eyes.
“Maybe I don’t know.” You tried to admit, but that was a lie.
“Mmm, but I think you do know, though.” He contradicted you, turning around to keep checking your car.
“Well, kind of… Do you want me to tell you half of the truth or a lie?” You offered him, leaving him without many options.
“Well, you are not very democratic, Pinky.” He scoffed, using the not-so-funny nickname he’s been calling you ever since you were kids. Only Yoongi could still be calling you like some character from an old cartoon that aired twenty years ago. “But I choose the half truth.”
“Wise decision, as always.” You commented, clicking your tongue. “The half truth is… that being a nurse is not my thing, I don’t want to be that predictable, being the bitch in highschool that ended up being a nurse. At least I want to be the bitch in high school who ended up being something else. And I was not happy at college, not even a bit. I don’t think that’s who I am”
Yoongi frowned, trying to process all the words you just vomited. If that was half the truth, what was the whole truth?
“Wait, wait. Let’s go for parts.” He stopped you. “So, now you were a bitch in high school?”
“You know I was.” You said, rolling your eyes.
Bitch was a strong word to call yourself, but to be fair you weren't being the nicest with yourself these past weeks. You stared at him, waiting for him to admit that yes, you were a bitch when you were seventeen years old, but that would be a lie. Yoongi would never have called you a bitch, you did have an attitude, you weren’t the friendliest in the mornings, you weren’t friends with everyone, you treated boys like shit, but you weren’t a bitch to him.
“Isn’t that too… harsh?” He asked softly.
“Isn’t it the truth?” You kept pushing it, but you were crazy if you think he was going to agree with you.
Yoongi shook his head, taking a long step to break the small distance that was between the two of you so he could be in front of you. As a gentle gesture, he put his cold hands on your knees, it was not an unusual gesture, but it had been so long since you had him that close that you couldn’t help but shiver. “I know you don’t like me getting all sappy, but I hope you know that only you get to decide who you are, and if you don’t think that is a nurse, then it’s not.” He rubbed his palms on your clothed skin, searching for his last words. “But, I must say, I don’t think a bitch is who you are either.”
The cold room suddenly turned warm under his gaze, catching you with your guard down once again. You hated when he turned conversations into something like this, and worse, you hated when you bumped into the ugly reality that surrounded you when his eyes stopped looking at yours. This was not easier than last year, you wondered if it will ever be easy.
“Well, the boys in my class might disagree.” You said, looking straight into his eyes.
He laughed. “Boys at that age are dumb.”
“Boys are always dumb.” You said, crossing your arms over your chest.
“Even me?” He asked, batting his eyelashes at you like he was a little girl.
“Especially you, I bet you don’t know what the hell you are doing right now with my car.”
Yoongi reached out to try to pinch your knees, but you escaped from his fingers. “God, you’re so mean.” He complained
“So mean?” You questioned, moving closer to him and pretending to be annoyed.
“Yeah, so mean” He repeated “But not a bitch.”
You rolled your eyes, watching him turn around again to come back to your car. You can’t help but feel disappointed when he moved away. “So… If you are not a nurse, what are you?”
You tilted your head, thinking about it. What were you? Well, in your room you were a dancer and in your dreams a mermaid, but in reality you were too embarrassed and too afraid, too insecure to admit what “you were”.
“I don’t know.” You hesitated to answer. You loved Yoongi, in more ways that you could ever allow yourself to love him, but you could not tell him all your dreams just like that.
“Liar, liar, pants on fire.” He sang, mocking you, but from your position you could only resist pushing him into your car. “You don’t have to say it, I already know.”
You quirked an eyebrow, curious. “Do you?” A smirk appeared on your face, but he couldn’t see it, he was still working on God knows what.
“Kind of…” He laughed “I don’t know exactly, but I do know that you are too bright to just be a nurse, with all due respect to the nurses, of course.”
You stared at his back until he turned his head to find your eyes, offering you a soft smile. You mentally cursed him, if he hadn’t turned around you could blush like a teenager without care, but now your cheeks were red and your heart was jumping, the only thing you could hope for was that he couldn’t hear it from where he was standing.
“That isn’t very respectful to nurses.” You simply said, and he shook his head, laughing.
“Maybe, but I still stand by what I said.”
“Well, whatever I might be,” You started saying, trying to keep talking with all your feelings still swirling around inside your chest, “I still don’t want to disappoint any more people by making the wrong decision and coming back to live with my mom in six months.”
Yoongi couldn’t help but laugh, not because he was mocking you, but because he couldn’t believe how you couldn’t be at least a little positive, how you were only twenty one and you felt like there was no turning back.
“Who don't you want to disappoint?” He chuckled, “I really thought you didn’t care about that stuff.”
“I thought so too!” You exclaimed, just as surprised as him. “But I already disappointed my mom, Simon will be disappointed too when he finds out, I’m sure.”
“God, you’re so wrong, I don’t even know who I’m talking to right now.” He tried to joke, but the feeling of emptiness that had been living in your stomach for the past months didn’t go away just like that. “Do you really think that about your mom?”
“I don’t know!” You said, throwing your arms in the air to be just a little more dramatic that you were already being “But when I told her she made that face that she does when she’s annoyed or upset, now she wants to talk to me about the future every time we sit down to eat, she looks at me like that all the time, like she’s mad with me or something.”
For the past few days you tried to understand your mom, but you failed when you tried to understand yourself. After Simon followed Yoongi to law school, your mom expected you to do something similar, and when you decided to be a nurse she was content enough, both of her kids were off to college now, nothing could go wrong.
Your mom always bragged that she knew you like the palm of her hand, the only conclusion she could reach when you appeared at your house with the news was that you were never happy with what you had, you always had to have something else, something you couldn’t have. And even if you were about to be mature enough to admit she was right, you knew she wasn’t completely. Yes, you were a brat, but you felt in your heart this time was different.
“C’mon, Pinky. I don’t think your mom is disappointed, I’m sure she is just confused. You were two years into college, she must think this came out of nowhere, she’ll have time to understand that it didn’t.” He turned around a pointed a tool hanging on the wall, you didn’t knew the name of it, or what the fuck he was doing with your car, but you handed it to him anyway. “And, she’ll have even more time to understand that you’re not Simon and that her children are two completely different people.”
“Do you think?” You murmured.
“Yes, dummy. And you’re crazy if you think your brother would ever be disappointed in you for something like that, he is the first person that supports you no matter what, he’ll understand that dropping out of college is not the end of the world.”
You stayed in silence, not daring to say a single word after what he said. You wanted to say that you were tired of all of that, how predictable Yoongi was, how terribly annoying it was for him to always be right. How was it that he always knew what to say? Was it so hard for him to be wrong at least once so you could argue with him? So you could correct him and tell him that he was saying nonsense? Yes, it was. You just rolled your eyes, even if he wasn’t watching you.
“You’re insufferable.” You said, when what you really wanted to say was just “thank you”, but he understood.
“Maybe I am.” He laughed, “But at least I’m not the one trying to find excuses to be miserable.”
You watched him put the tools aside and closed the hood of your car, but you were too focused on something else to ask if your car was okay or not. He grabbed a piece of cloth lying next to you and wiped his hands, “What about my grandma?”  You wondered out loud, like he knew what to do about that as well.
“You’re seriously not thinking about your grandma right now.”  He leaned on your car, with his arms crossed over his chest while shaking his head disapprovingly. If it was any other guy doing that, you would have told him to get the fuck away from your car, but Yoongi still had his sleeves rolled up, which made you think it was okay for now.
“But I am.” You answered “I can already picture her face when she finds out, I can already hear the comments about her neighbor’s daughter, about how she’s on her fourth year of medicine and I’m going back to square one again or some shit like that. The worst thing is that Simon is not here, so I’ll have to endure all of that alone.”
Yoongi was run by logic most of the time, so it was hard for him to understand how fast your imagination flew, but he knew that was part of your very theatrical self. It wouldn’t hurt him to become a little more like you, maybe being a rational person made him more intelligent, but sometimes made him more of a fool.
“And since when do you care about what your grandma thinks?” He laughed, “She will always have something to complain about, to impress her you would have to die and born again, but this time blonde and with blue eyes. Do I need to remind you again? That woman doesn’t have a loving bone in her body.”
“God, stop.” You sighed, fully knowing he was right.
“You stop.” He laughed, “Stop trying to make everyone happy but yourself.”
“Well, maybe that’s the hardest thing to do.” You murmured.
“Getting your shit together is the hardest thing to do, but I’m sure you’ll get there.”
Believing Yoongi surely was not the hardest thing to do for you, but when it came to believing in yourself it was a whole different thing.
“Says the man who always has his shit together.” You snorted “Difficult to believe you.”
Yoongi rolled his eyes, moving away from your car to sit next to you on top of the uncomfortable desk “That’s not true.” He tried to deny it.
“Yeah, sure.” You bumped his shoulder “Name one time you couldn’t balance your personal life with your academic life.”
Yoongi straightened his back, crossing his arms over his chest and pretending to think about it.
“Mmm… Right now?” He murmured.
“Right now?” You repeated, raising your eyebrows in disbelief.
“Yeah, look at me.” He pointed at himself. “I don’t think I have a personal life at this point, all I could think about was finishing early to come home to my mom so I could take care of her, and guess what?”
“What?” You asked, curiously.
“She told me she already planned a trip with my aunt for both Christmas and new years. She ditched me, and now? I’m alone, I’m starting to think my personal life was just my mom.”
You covered your mouth, not being able to hold yourself back before bursting in laughter. “She ditched you?” You laughed, but he nodded, annoyed that you’re laughing at him. “Oh my God, she got rid of you.”
“She got rid of me.” He affirmed.
“Lucky her, honestly.” You teased him “Isn’t that proof enough that you have to relax with her? You’re in college worrying about her health and she’s here organizing trips with her sister.”
Yoongi shook his head, still in denial, “Maybe, but she can’t do things like this without letting me know first.”
“Why not?” You scoffed “She’s an adult, isn’t she?”
“She’s an adult, but I’m her son.” He huffed “And that’s all I’ve ever known to do, care for her.”
“Well, you can take care of her at the same time you take care of yourself.” You reminded him “I’m sure that’s what your mom wants as well, she would be pissed to know you’re forgetting about your own life being busy worrying about her.”
Yoongi knew you were right, he knew that more than anyone but still couldn’t help but worry about his mom. She had her siblings, who always knew how to take care of her, but he always felt like it was his responsibility as her son to do it, no one could take that thought off his mind. The only reason he brought it up was because you asked, but it was not a thing he wanted to discuss right now, he could put his social life on pause if that meant his mom was going to be okay.
He turned his head at you, offering you an amused grin as he ruffled your hair with his hand, willing to change the topic. “Why are you scolding me? I’m supposed to scold you.”
You pushed his hand off you, “I don’t need you to scold me, I have enough with my mom.” You sighed “Besides, if it were a competition, I would win. At least you have a future, I’m more fucked than you.”
“No, yeah. I’m sure of that.” He teased you back “You just have to make up your mind, I know it’s a mess inside there but I believe you can do it.”
“I hope so.” You said, and this time your words were sincere. “But for now the plan is to survive the holidays, then I can get my shit together.”
Yoongi laughed, sitting next to you on top of the uncomfortable desk. “Sounds like a good plan to me.” He agreed.  “And you know, about christmas…”
“What about christmas?” You asked, at the risk of looking so visibly lost in his eyes.
“I was thinking… Since I don’t have any plans for Christmas…” He hesitated to say, lengthening the syllables of his words. “I was thinking… If you want to, I can go with you in place of your brother. You know, so you won’t be alone.”
The offering took you off guard, among all the things Yoongi could tell you, (the realistic ones, not the ones that only happened in your dreams) that was the most surprising. You had spent Christmas with Yoongi in the past, but your heart jumped at the thought of him spending Christmas with you, and not with your brother. Was he serious?
“Really?” You asked, afraid that he could see the excitement in your eyes  “Would you do that?”
“Of course.” He smiled, “We can talk shit about your grandma together.”
You could hardly hide the smile on your face, you had to suppress the immense urge you have to hug him. “In that case, I would love if you come.” You dared to admit “I mean, you owe me that for fucking up my car again.” You pointed at your car, already knowing that he couldn’t fix it.
He closed his eyes shut, throwing his head back “God, I’m sorry.”
Present
You had been wishing to sleep in your childhood bedroom for the past two months. You had been wishing to lay under the baby blue covers, have your mom kiss you goodnight and sleep a nap long enough to heal your heart.
You had been feeling like you were thirteen again for the whole year, thirteen and completely clueless, thirteen and scared, running home because you just saw your brother’s best friend kissing a girl at the bus stop, hiding under the covers and trying to forget that you were thirteen and there was no way he could ever see you the same way as that girl.
The last time that you visited your mom’s house was a year ago. You texted her every week, sent her and your brother gifts and tickets so they could see you in the current play you were in, but visiting her house was harder than it looked for you. You managed to come once every few years for thanksgiving, telling your mom that you were busy and that theater life was like that, but the truth was that after so many years you still couldn’t find the courage to spend more than two days in the town you grew up in, not after everything, not after Yoongi.
After so long, you were back where you started, running home after hitting a wall. The life you built with your own hands, the life that was supposed to be your dream turned out to be a lie, the boyfriend of three years you thought you loved was now gone, and the only person who ended up breaking your heart was yourself.
When was the moment you stopped calling you brother every three days? Or when you stopped showing up at every birthday? When was the moment you got so far from the person you used to be? You weren’t thirteen anymore, you were twenty five and just now you realized that no matter how many shiny people you have around, you are still alone and far from home.
Now you were headed home, with a bag full of clothes in the trunk of your car, prepared to install yourself in your mom’s house for the rest of the winter, determined to get your shit together, just like you thought you did a few years ago. Oh, how you wished you didn’t have to do this, how you wished you weren’t a complete mess. You wished you could enter your mother’s home and ignore the fact that you didn’t remember when was the last time you told her I love you, but to be fair with yourself, you didn’t remember the last time someone told you I love you either.
Your mom knew you were coming, she was the first one who knew about your break up with Ian, your boyfriend, so she was assuming that you were sad and heart broken, and even if that was true, it wasn’t because of the break up, you were the one who left him.
You didn’t know why, but you assumed that Ian understood what your relationship was, a sad pact that benefited both of your acting careers, a good image for the media, both of the most successful young actors being allegedly in love, and for you, just an arrangement to avoid being alone. How surprised you were when he got down on one knee and proposed, with his mom’s ring on one hand and a bunch of your so-called friends hiding in the distance, preparing to celebrate when you were supposed to say ‘yes’. He had a smile on his face, convinced that wasn’t the worst idea that ever crossed his mind. You thought it was clear that you never wanted to marry him, you believed you found someone who loved you enough not to leave you alone but not enough to marry you. God, you sounded crazy, but that was what you became, a superficial celebrity whose whole life was calculated enough so people thought it was perfect.
You felt like shit when you had to say no to Ian, but you had no other option. Everything was so fake it made you want to throw up, and on top of that, he was the asshole who didn’t even bother to invite your family to, what was supposed to be, your engagement party. If you were to say yes, where was your mom to hug you? Or to tell you that you were being mental for marrying someone you didn’t love? That was the moment when you knew you were about to lose it, that’s when you knew that if you stayed there you would’ve lost your mind, and you were so close to doing it, the only thing that finally woke you up was a marriage proposal.
You turned right, immediately recognizing you were close to home. You had to start doing things right, but where do you begin?
Four years ago
When you arrived home, the realization that almost every person in your life had found someone except you hit you. It started when your best friend, Emma, finally got a girlfriend last summer, then it followed with your brother spending the holidays with his new girlfriend, and now, to your complete surprise, you had to find out that even your mother was seeing someone for the first time in years.
Yes, at first you thought it was going be to weird to see your mother leaving you every afternoon to have dinner with her new boyfriend, -whom she refused to present to you just yet-, but after the first week of cooking for yourself to sit in the kitchen island and eating while watching a random youtube video, you realized it was not weird, but it was making you feel extremely lonely. Love seemed to be everywhere around you, but not for you.
That afternoon you helped her do the groceries, but she had already warned you that, once again, you were going to have to cook for yourself since she was not going to be around tonight.
All your friends from home were still away and they weren’t coming back for another two weeks, so you were almost completely alone in your hometown. And without you wanting it, only one particular name swirled in your mind, wondering if he was as lonely as you were, which he probably was, but you didn’t want any part of it. You were still trying not to look around too much in the grocery line hoping to see a familiar face, forcing yourself not to look up when you knew you were passing his street. You promised that you weren’t going to wait to see him again, as if that way you could prove something to yourself.
You expected Yoongi to disappear only to see him again the day before Christmas, you were sure he wasn’t going to appear at your doorstep like that morning, it wasn’t going to happen, you convinced yourself of it. Because of that, on the way home when you were riding in your mom’s car as you came back from the store, you thought that maybe you were just hallucinating when you saw him waiting in your driveway.
Your mom got down from the car first, you watched her giving him a hug and then observed them talking, you were sure he was going to offer to help with the bags and you were sure your mom was going to smile and accept his help. Your mom loved Yoongi, and Yoongi loved your mom, you could see it. When Yoongi was a kid and his mother had to spend long days at the hospital your mom always opened the doors of your house so he wouldn’t be alone. Like you, Yoongi grew up without a dad, so his mom was lucky to have your mom to look out for him when she wasn’t around.
You mustered courage and got down, surrounding the car to get to the trunk where the bags were and finding him with his arms already busy.
“Hi, Pinky.” He let out and in the cold you could see his breath. His nose was red and his eyes crystallized from the weather.
You barely got to open your mouth to greet him before your mom spoke. “Yoongi was looking for you.” She told you as she headed to the porch.
“Really?” You wanted to know, just in case your mom was lying, for some reason.
“Yeah, really.” He answered, watching you grab the last two bags and closing the trunk of the car. “Do you have any plans tonight?”
Your heels suddenly dug into the ground, making you stop dead to check if you heard that right. Yoongi didn’t notice, he started to walk backwards, heading towards the door as he looked at you and invited you to follow him. You took the first step, not knowing what to say, not knowing how to react. Did you have any plans tonight? For a second your mind went blank, completely forgetting you had a date with Robert Pattinson as Edward Cullen in Breaking Dawn at nine pm.
You avoid his gaze, trying to come up with an answer. “Do you have any friends?” You asked. Classic you, insulting him in case he noticed your face was two seconds away from burning red. You heard your mom grunt as she entered through the door, but Yoongi just laughed.
“Do you?” He attacked back, smirking “Going to the store with your mom on a friday night, I thought you were popular in high school.”
“I was not, you must have confused me with my brother, we have the same nose.” You scoffed, walking with him to your house “And I do have friends, they’re just not around.”
“So you don’t have plans.” Yoongi confirmed for himself, letting you enter through the door first.
“No, not really.” You admitted, leading him to the kitchen to leave the bags on the counter. “Why? Did you want to take me out?”
The question was intended to come out as a joke, but it burned on your tongue. You often tortured yourself with those kinds of comments, but his answer was worse than any kind of cruel joke you could’ve made to yourself.
“Yes.” He said, leaving his bags next to yours. “That’s what I was thinking before you made fun of me for not having friends.”
You stayed quiet, pretending to look for something in the bags, pretending you weren’t screaming in your mind. Why on earth was he here? Why was he torturing you this way? You were enough of a mess, the last thing you needed was this, bringing you more torment than you already had.
You sighed, quickly coming up with another answer “Sorry I can’t retract myself.” You said. “But what were you thinking that was so important for you to come to my house instead of texting?”
“I was afraid that if I texted you would’ve said no.” He admitted.
You arched an eyebrow “Why?” You questioned.
“Because… I saw that the theater is doing a Christmas special, and they’re showing Home Alone tonight.”
“Which theater?” You asked, but you were fully aware which one was.
“You know, the one near the park with the weird fountains.” He said, confirming what you were thinking.
You wondered what to say next. There you had Yoongi, inviting you to watch a movie with him, ‒your favorite movie to be more specific‒ but at the place you used to secretly go to theater classes when you were thirteen until you finished highschool. You knew the place had those kinds of events where they showed old movies following a theme, as Christmas approached they never failed to show Home Alone as many times as they could.
Would it be so bad for him to find out that you used to be obsessed, maybe still were, with musicals? You never told him about that, let alone about the classes, that was something you used to keep to yourself and no one else, so going out with him meant to out yourself to him. It was inevitable for people to recognize you there, you knew a lot of your friends from back then were still very attached to the place, unlike you, who decided to leave everything behind once you left for college to be someone you didn’t want to be.
“I don’t know, I allow myself to watch Home Alone only once a year.” You tried to excuse yourself.
“I know that, that’s why I came here instead of texting” He said, “But I’ve come up with a solution, I tell you this, we can go and watch Home Alone tonight, and on Christmas we watch Home Alone 2.” He offered, but you felt offended he even dared to mention Home Alone 2.
“I don’t like Home Alone 2.” You reminded him. “I think it’s un-”
“Unrealistic that they lose Kevin twice, yeah, yeah, I know!” He interrupted you, stealing the words from your mouth. “But I like Home Alone 2, I think it’s still a good Christmas movie.” You stared at him with narrowed eyes, pretending to think about it, as if your heart was strong enough to even try to say no to him, even if that meant you had to go back to the place where you used to be a completely different person from who you were in school, and most importantly, even if that meant you would have to watch Home Alone 2. It was painful to admit that you already knew your answer when you saw him in your driveway. “Don’t be boring, Pinky. I’ve already got tickets.”
Just for a moment, while the dim lights of your kitchen lighted up his eyes as they begged you to go with him, you wished you had plans that evening already. You took a second to imagine a scenario where you told him that you weren’t free that night, that someone was going to pick you up later. You tried to imagine his face when you told him that you were in fact going out on a date with some other dude and pictured him heartbroken because you rejected him. But of course that wasn’t the case, your friends from college used to joke around and say that men ran away from you and only the brave ones were capable of asking you out, there was no way you were going out with someone who knew you in high school. And even if that were true, you lived in a reality where Yoongi wouldn’t flinch if you told him you were going out with someone else, a reality where you could never reject him. There was a part of you who enjoyed the pain of coming back to him, of being around him and living with the knowledge that at some point you'll have to get over him.
“Fine.” You finally gave in “I guess I could watch Home Alone 2 on Christmas”
He smiled victoriously, raising his fists in the air like he won some trophy.
You didn’t know what was worse, whether to have him around or not see him at all, you knew that the safest option was not seeing him, but your poor heart didn’t seem to understand that it was for the best.
Present
When you parked your car, you realized you didn’t have the keys to your house anymore. You were sure they were somewhere in your apartment back in the city, but even if you had remembered to look for them, you wouldn’t have found them, you had no idea where they were. It has been a long time since you thought about putting foot in your home, your real home, not the one back in the city, with countless empty rooms you had never used. They keys to your home, where were they? You bitterly laughed as you walked towards the porch, with your bags in your hands and your heart on your sleeve, that was how disconnected to the place where you grew up in you were.
The little pumpkins your mom put on the porch reminded you that the last time you were home was also october. The play you were in last fall was just about to end and you visited home for a weekend just to ask your mom to go and see you for your final performance. You remembered how angry you felt when she told you she and Phil, her boyfriend, had already planned a trip to Scotland for that same weekend. It took you a whole year ‒or even more‒ to realize that while you were busy living your life, your family was doing the same thing, you disappeared for months and they had no other choice but to keep going without you.
You stood in front of the big wood door for a few seconds, feeling like some prodigal daughter, until you decided to finally ring the bell.
As soon as your mom opened the door and you caught the surprised look on her face, you knew you weren’t supposed to be there, at least not yet.
“Darling! What…?” She breathed out as if she had seen a ghost, but to be fair you weren't far from looking like one, you didn’t remember the last time you had a proper sleep. “What are you doing here?”
You shrugged, not knowing if she was joking “I called you on the phone last month, don’t you remember?” You asked. The surprise on your mom’s face morphed into confusion, and for some reason it made your chest hurt a little.
“You told me you were coming Friday the 5th.” She said, but she didn’t move from the door, as if you were about to turn around, leave and come back for the date she thought you were coming.
“That’s… today.” You reminded her.
She frowned, raising her left arm to check the apple watch on her wrist, the one you gave her as a present for mother’s day a few months ago, immediately realizing that you were right. “God, where’s my mind?” She exclaimed, cleaning her hands on the apron she was wearing to grab one of your bags from your hand, finally leaning back to let you in. “Sorry darling, I don’t know what I was thinking when you called me.”
“It’s okay.” You said, more to yourself than to her, closing the door behind you “These days my mind is nowhere near, either.”
“No, it’s not okay. I can’t believe it flew over my head like that.” She kept complaining, taking off your coat for you to hang it on the coat rack “Do you have any more bags?”
You nodded “In the car.”
“Okay, let’s go grab them later.” She said, turning around to head towards the kitchen with a quick pace. “Follow me darling, I’m about to finish cooking, you arrived just in time for lunch.”
Well, your mom always seemed to be in a hurry, she was like every other mom after all, but today she looked more rushed than usual, making you wonder if your arrival was that unexpected, did you suddenly ruin her Friday just by appearing at her doorstep? The answer wasn’t clear to you, when she turned around you lost the chance to say that she shouldn’t worry since you were planning to spend the whole weekend in your room.. Now you were just trying not to look disappointed when she didn’t give you a hug as she disappeared into the kitchen.
You followed her, taking off your converse and throwing them somewhere in the hall. Your mom had enough energy for you both, it was like she forgot that you had been driving all morning to get there, maybe she thought you arrived on a jet, you didn’t know. You thought your tired face was sign enough that all you needed was a hot shower and a long nap.
“What am I gonna do?” She murmured to herself, still trying to wrap her head around the fact that you were there earlier. “Your room isn’t ready yet!”
You scowled, sitting on one of the kitchen stools. “What do you mean my room isn’t ready?”
“We’ve been using it as a storage room lately, until Phil adjusts himself.” She told you, but you didn’t understand a word she said. Storage room? Why was your mom’s boyfriend using your bedroom as a storage room?
“Mom, what are you talking about?”
“I’m sure I told you!”
You shook your head “Tell me what?”
She tilted her head with her mouth hanging open. You visibly saw her trying to remember something, filling the room with silence. Then, it hit her, her silence suddenly broke into laughter, she realized that, whatever was she was talking about, she didn’t tell you, you just didn’t know what. “Darling, Phil moved in september, how come we didn’t talk about this?” She let out, wondering out loud. “We are still getting the hang of it, he still has a lot of boxes, we decided to put it in your room for now.” She explained, like it was nothing, but you knew it wasn’t. It took her a long time before she introduced you to Phil, she always made it clear to him that her priority was her kids, so it was a big step for her to let Phil move in.
You shook your head, immediately avoiding her gaze when you felt a sudden rush of guilt washing over your body when you tried to remember when was the last time you spoke with your mom on the phone apart from last month, when you told her you were coming today.
“Oh, mom, I had no idea.” You said as if you were apologizing, you kinda were. “I’m gonna start looking for somewhere else to crash, I still don’t know for how long I’m staying.”
She waved her hands, rushing to interrupt you “My God, sweetie, no! You know you can stay here for as long as you want, this is your house!” She said, but you struggled to believe her “But I really thought you were coming next Friday! When was your last show?”
God, the last thing you wanted to think about now was work.
“Just last week.” You replied, hoping that she wouldn't want to comment too much about it.
“How was it?” She continued to ask, going against your wishes.
Terrible, you wanted to say, you couldn’t wait to get off the stage. You did your job and you left, all your partners begged you to stay for the after party but you were exhausted, you left as soon as you could. That was supposed to be an important moment for you, the wrap up of your first main role, a clear achievement of your short career. After you did the first show of the season you went to bed wishing it could last forever, but last week you were just relieved that it finally ended.
You wouldn’t tell that to your mom, you didn’t want to worry her, so you just told her a little white lie.
“Oh, it was great.” You smiled, hoping that in that way it would be more believable. “I had a great time, but I needed to come back home for a while.”
“Well, you worked hard, now you deserve to rest” She said “And besides that… how have you been, huh?” She asked with a soft voice, making you raise your gaze to find her warm eyes and a warm smile. You failed to remember that you couldn’t lie to your mom, she always saw through you, and to be honest she would be a fool not to notice the tired look on your face. It bothered you just a bit that the main reason why she was asking about it was because of the breakup.
“Why, because of Ian?” You asked.
“No just because of him, just… how have you been about everything?”
“Well, fine, I think so.” You kept lying “Me and him… I don’t know, I don’t think I felt the same way about him anymore, I had to end it, I’m sure he deserves someone who feels the same, right?”
She hummed, not really convinced. “You deserve someone like that, too, don’t you think?”
“Maybe.” You sighed “But that topic gives me headaches.”
Your mother snorted, “Well, don’t expect me to be satisfied with that answer, after you take a nap I’m gonna ask you all about that.”
“How nosy.” You chuckled. “You just want to talk shit about your ex son in law.”
“Of course, don’t act like you don’t want to do that too, I know you too well.” You rolled your eyes, but of course she was right. “Anyway, since I thought you were coming next week I planned a dinner for tonight with everyone, they’ll be so happy to see you, but you know, I understand if you want to skip it with everything that’s happening, I’m sure no one will ask about it, but still. You came here to be alone so I don’t want you to feel overwhelmed around a lot of people.”
“Ask about what? The news isn’t out yet” You asked, confused.
Your mom turned around again, looking as confused as you. “Haven’t you checked your phone today?” She asked cautiously.
“No, it died a few hours ago. I haven't had the chance to charge it in the car.” Your words made her confused expression fade into a concerned one.
“Darling, you might want to check it now.” She pointed to the charger that was connected next to the fridge. The look on her face could only mean that something wasn’t okay.
You slowly got off the stool, heading towards the other side of the room as you took your phone from your pocket to connect it to the charger. You knew it was just a matter of time until people found out that you and Ian broke up, but you thought the news would’ve be handled the same way as always, a statement from both you, the only reason why you didn’t do it yet was because you and Ian weren’t talking since the proposal happened.
When your phone finally turned on, a rush of anxiety ran down your body when a thousand notifications began to appear on the screen, including fifty missed calls from both your manager and publicist, you had a feeling that maybe the situation was worse than you thought. “What the fuck happened?” You murmured to yourself, looking at your mother in search for answers. “Did Sally call you?” You asked her, fully knowing that Sally, your manager, had strict orders not to bother anyone in your family with calls about anything related to work.
The room suddenly fell in silence, your mom hesitated to answer, you knew she didn’t want to be the one to give you bad news.
“No, but a friend of mine sent me an article.” She explained, her voice suddenly sounding small. “I didn’t read it, you know, I didn’t even open it, I don’t like gossip.”
Your mind tried to put two and two together; missed calls from your manager, an article about you, gossip, that didn’t sound fucking right.
“Fuck, I have to call her.” You gritted your teeth, wasting no time marking her number. You felt your head swirling just by imagining the sound of her voice yelling at you for not answering her calls.
Less than five seconds later, like she was waiting by the phone, she picked up. “Fucking finally.” Was the first thing you heard, “Where the fuck were you?”
The irritated tone on her voice took you by surprise, making you jump in you place “Driving, for four fucking hours.” You rushed to say “My phone was dead, what is going on?”
You heard her inhale, trying to keep her calm “Every single person in the world is trying to reach me right now except you. It’s a mess.”
“What?” You try not to yell “I just got home, I don’t know what’s happening.”
“Honey, it got leaked, has no one told you yet?”
Then, a beat of silence. The stress on her voice is enough to make you believe her, you didn’t have to think twice. Of course something like this was going to happen to you, you couldn’t run away from the city and pretend everything behind was going to stay as it was, your life from six hours ago was still there, and it was still a fucking mess.
“What part?” Was the only thing you could say. You felt yourself entering a cloud of uncertainty, your fist clenched on your lap and while you listened to her sighing, preparing you for the answer, you held your breath as if that way you could stop time.
“Everything.” She spat. “Listen, I didn’t want to freak you out with this, I tried to keep this situation on the low but it happened anyway. The story’s out, pictures are out, every fucking thing is out.”
You suddenly tense, feeling your heart dropping to the pit of your stomach
“What? What do you-?” You stuttered.
“I know you didn’t want anyone to find out about the proposal but it's the main headline, sweetie.”
Sally is not someone who’s known for sugarcoating her words, she was straightforward and didn’t mind being the person who delivered bad news, but today you could tell she was especially stressed, you were sure she was trying to handle this issue alone with you being gone for hours.
“Fuck.” You hissed “What about him, have you called his manager?”
“Of course I called his manager, but all of a sudden that prick doesn’t want to collaborate with me on this, apparently Ian doesn’t fucking care, how about that?”
“How come he doesn’t care?” You asked exasperatedly.
“That’s the idea that I got when his manager told me to manage this issue myself.”
You pinched the bridge of your nose, taking a deep breath as you took a moment to think about it. You knew Ian well enough, but you always held onto a kind version of him, the version of him who made you stay for so long, the version of him you chose to remember so your memories weren't all bad, but that version made you felt guilty for the question that was rotting on your mouth, waiting to be spat.
“Do you think it was him?” You asked her, but her bitter laugh on the other line made you realize it wasn’t a difficult question to answer.
“I mean, would that be so crazy?” She said “You and I are pretty sure who called the people to take those pictures. He's not happy, honey, to him this is just payback for what you did.”
That word echoed in your mind for longer than you would’ve wanted to, was that the way he decided to put this to an end? Payback?
Four weeks ago, you thought that was it. When you were at the backyard of the house of Ian’s grandparents and you saw him on his knees, asking you to marry him, you thought that was the moment when every bad decision you ever made caught up to you, when everything exploded in your face. Now you realized it didn’t end there, everything you’ve done still has consequences.
You closed your eyes, trying to ignore your mom’s eyes in the back of your neck. You left the room, coming back to the hall so you could be alone. You couldn’t just hang the phone and pretend none of that happened, as tempting as it sounded, you had to take care of it. “Okay, now what? Can you clean it?”
“I’ve been trying, but it can’t disappear, you know? It’s been up for a few hours.” She replied.
You nodded, as if she could see you “Okay, listen, it doesn’t matter. I can’t deal with this right now, I don’t care where it came from, I don’t care how the pictures look, what people are saying, I don’t want to know any of it. If people saw it, I don’t give a fuck, it’s me who doesn’t want to see it.” You firmly said “If the story’s out, fine, but I don’t want any major media posting the pictures, can you do that?”
You heard her humming “Mmm, are you sure you want to handle it in that way? No statement to the media? No post on instagram? Just radio silence?”
The thought of making a statement about your relationship in public made you want to throw up, “Are you kidding?” You laughed “There’s no way I’m making a statement about this if you can’t even get Ian’s manager on the phone for him to do the same. If I say anything about this and he stays quiet I’m going to look worse of a villain than I already am for rejecting him.”
“Honey, I don’t think you understand this.” She stopped you, “This isn’t just news that you broke up, this is news that he proposed to his girlfriend of three years and she said fucking no, a.k.a a scandal.”
You rolled your eyes, wanting to curse her for treating you like a five year old child. “No, hear me out, I’m not playing his game anymore.”
“You’re not the one who’s playing his game, he’s the one playing in yours.” She emphasized, “Let me be clear with this, and I’m trying to be nice even though I’ve been working all morning to get this to disappear just for you. You were the one who decided that the relationship was going to have this kind of publicity, you can’t back down now. This could harm your image, you need to make a statement whether he does the same or not.”
You stopped for a second, hating how right she was. Every bit of your relationship with Ian was out to the public, that was the whole point of it from the beginning. Your image as an actress wasn’t entirely constructed by your work,  you took charge into making every piece of your private life part of it too, you sold it of your life to the public. After so many years of sharing everything with the media and fans, you knew it would be strange to stay in silence now, but in a matter of seconds the words piled up in your mind, making you see how ridiculously soulless a statement like that would look, lying about how much love and respect you held for Ian but at the end it didn’t work out, that you decided to stay as friends since you still loved each other so much, when the truth was that he was the one who leaked the pictures in the first place.
You were once again reminded to face the consequences, and that was what you were about to do.
“Sorry, Sally, but I'm not making a statement.” You let out, nervously tapping your foot against the floor “I started it, you’re right, but now I’ve decided to end this here. This is my private life we’re talking about, let me keep this thing to myself. The only thing that they need to know is that we’re no longer together, and from now on the only information they’ll get of me is about my work, are we clear?”
Your whole body shook in anticipation, expecting her to yell at you and tell you to do whatever she said, because you knew she knew better. You hoped she somehow didn’t see through your mask, you weren’t as hard as you wanted to sound, you weren’t as confident as you wanted to be. For years working with her you trusted her advice against all odds, and you knew she always meant well, she was just doing her job, but at this exact moment in your life you needed to stay silent.
She hesitated to answer, battling with herself and the love she had for you. “Look kid,” She said “I’m going to let you do what you want, but if this doesn’t end well I’m going to look for you in whatever farm you’re staying in right now and I’m going to strangle you, now are we clear?” She asked, repeating your last words.
It took you a second to understand what she just said, you felt so anxious you didn’t understand if she was giving you a green light or not. When you snapped out of it, you realized it was the closest you’ve felt to be relieved.
 “We are clear.” You confirmed.
“I sure hope so.” You heard her sighing once again “I’ll make it disappear and you make sure to keep your phone close in case something happens. Can you do that?”
“Yeah, sure, I’m sorry for the trouble.”
“It’s fine.” She brushed it off “At least you’re not dead, I would’ve felt guilty for cursing you so much.”
“God, maybe the news of my death would make the news about the proposal disappear.” You tried to joke, fighting against the horrible feeling you still had on your stomach.
“Okay, kid. I’m hanging up before you get more morbid. Take care, okay?”
You chuckled quietly, “Thank you, Sally” You said before she hung up “Really, I appreciate it.”
The call ended, leaving your ears ringing and your heart hammering against your chest. You stayed in the hall, sitting on the first steps of the stairs and trying to make sense of what just happened.
You were aware that Ian was angry at you, you couldn’t tell if you broke his heart but you knew that you hurt his ego, and somehow that was worse. You had to admit that your ego was as big as his, so you understood he had to do the same thing to you. Sally was right, you led yourself to this, you managed the circus that was your public life and you were the one who chose him to cover up how miserable you felt. You still felt your blood boiling just by thinking how cruel it was what he did, and at the same time you couldn’t allow yourself to be angry at him because you thought you had it coming.
You thought you were so stupid for thinking that once you got here you were going to be okay, as if you could run away from yourself, as this house was a bunker, protecting you from everything you ever did. Suddenly, you felt all your emotions stacking up your throat, you felt your eyes burning before your whole face was soaked with hot tears of regret, you didn’t even remember when was the last time you cried, that’s how fucked up you were.
You covered your face, sobbing against your palms as you tried to calm yourself, remembering your mom was waiting for you in the kitchen and you had to come back to be a functioning person, but before you could, you heard her steps approaching you, gasping when she found you crying.
“Darling, what happened?” She asked, the concern in her voice made your heart hurt.
You quickly wiped your tears with the sleeves of your sweater as you watched her kneel beside you. “Nothing, just…” You tried to lie, but what was the use of that? She would know, and you were still going to continue carrying the pain on your chest for the rest of the day. You shook your head, feeling her thumbs wiping your tears from your face.
“It doesn’t look like nothing.” She whispered, like it was a secret between the two of you. “It’s about the article, right?” You nodded.
“It’s…” You inhaled, trying to catch your breath. “It’s about more than that.”
And then, the truth. As if you were a criminal caught in the scene of the crime, you had to tell the truth.
Tumblr media
After you spent the whole afternoon trying to explain to your mom what was going on with your life, nothing could erase the worried look on her face, looking at you like you were thirteen and you had the flu, wanting to take care of you until it went away.
You felt ashamed, but you couldn’t keep lying to her, not completely at least. You had to tell her that you were never really in love but you felt so alone back in the city, you didn’t have anyone else. Most of your friends were fake, you were tired and sometimes overworked, not even your job was making up for the miserable life you were living anymore. You knew Ian was seeing other women and you couldn’t even find it in yourself to confront him about it, terrified that he’ll leave you in your big apartment alone. Your mom listened with a frown on her face, confused, asking why you never told her, asking why you never called, and you felt so embarrassed, so guilty for disappearing for so long.
“I’m sorry” was the only thing you could say, and even though she waved it off and said that you didn’t have to apologize for anything, you knew that wasn’t real. You had a bunch of this to apologize for, you didn’t even know where to begin.
After a shower, she offered her room for you to take a nap, and as you got into her bed, she sat next to you, hugging you for the first time in months.
You breathed out against her chest, feeling like a kid again around her arms. It was like she was trying to extract the sadness out of your body, and maybe it worked for now.
“You’re still invited to join us for dinner tonight, you know?” She murmured “I know you’re sad but it’s just us, maybe it’ll cheer you up.”
You nodded, “I’ll think about it, is that okay?”
“Of course, darling.” She smiled, kissing your forehead before getting up to leave.
Before she opened the door, you stopped her.
“Wait mom, who’s coming?” You asked before she disappeared from your sight.
She turned to you again, smiling. “Your brother, of course.” She said “He’s bringing Yoongi and his mom, I’m sure they’ll be thrilled to see you.”
You snapped your eyes open, but before your mom could see your reaction she disappeared through the door, leaving you alone and with your heart clenched in your fist.

Time Of Our Lives || Part 2
Tumblr media
Part 2:
Tashi Duncan was a force. Everyone knew it. Everywhere Tashi went, a crowd of people gathered, seeking some form of contact with her. A brief conversation about her day, their day, the fucking weather. Just so they could say they talked to the Tashi Duncan. Liana hated her. She didn't hate her personally; she hated the fact that even at Stanford, everything revolved around tennis, and accordingly, everything revolved around Art Donaldson and his blonde curls. Art, who showed up at her dorm at unreasonable hours with a box of fries he didn't even eat but knew she liked, Art, who was at every party she attended, Art, who wouldn't stop babbling about Tashi Duncan. "Look, I just think she's not the right girl for him..." Right now, Art was lying on her bed, bouncing a ball while she was trying to finish a paper for her Intro to Economics class. "I don't understand why you're here..." she mumbled in response. Somewhere in the second week at Stanford, she had stopped fighting his presence. He refused to let go. Every scowl she sent his way only encouraged him to do stupid things like waiting for her after class to walk her to the cafeteria or calling her mom and casually asking if she knew why Liana stopped coming to his open practices (she never attended his practices anyway, the little shit was an unbearable liar who made her mom talk for half an hour about how you can't neglect friendships like the imaginary one between her and Art). "Because you didn't come to practice today. Again." He looked at her. "Are you back with James?" he asked casually. "You know his name is Jake," she rolled her eyes, realizing she'd been reading the same line for fifteen minutes and deciding to close her laptop. "Are you sure?" he asked with a half-smile, pleased that for the first time that evening, he had her attention. "Why do you care that Patrick and Tashi are together?" she asked. "I don't care. I just know Patrick, and you know Patrick-" "Do I?" she cut him off, causing him to squint for a second. "You know Patrick well enough to know how he treats girls. He doesn't take them seriously, and now he's with Tashi. He's going to mess her up and ruin her season." He shrugged, as if it was the most logical thing anyone had ever thought about his best friend. "Aren't you supposed to worry about Patrick's season, Art? Like the good friend you are?" she asked, raising an eyebrow. Everything felt too charged with tension she couldn't figure out. "You didn't answer me about James. Are you back with him? He's kind of a loser," he changed the subject, not taking his eyes off her. "You're kind of a loser. Sitting in my room and whining about your best friend dating the most beautiful girl you've ever seen. Get over your crush and move on. Use your blonde hair to find a hookup instead of bothering me while I'm studying." She turned her back to him and opened her laptop again. "And no, I'm not back with Jake," she concluded the topic, not wanting to reopen the wound of that relationship. Certainly not with Art Donaldson, who had started moving towards the door, finally getting the hint.
Liana put Patrick on speaker while she searched for her earrings. She had promised Daria (the only friend she had managed to find so far) that she would go out with her to the bar across from the university, and they would try out their fake IDs. Liana was sure no one would believe she was 21, no matter how revealing the dress Daria forced her to wear, how much makeup she put on, or how high the heels she wore were. No one with eyes would believe she was old enough to buy alcohol. "The referee kept making mistakes. I think Marcus paid him off. His dad probably promised the guy a new Aston Martin if I lost." Patrick, who had been complaining for the last ten minutes about the terrible game he had today, continued talking while she tried to apply lipstick as straight as possible. "I don't know much about tennis, but that sounds exaggerated, Pat." Liana didn't know what to say to cheer him up. The truth was that since the season started and Patrick decided he was pursuing professional tennis, Liana didn't know how to support him. "I'm telling you, something was off there." He spoke, maybe to her, maybe trying to convince himself. "I think you should call Tashi or Art. they would understand better than me what went wrong..." she said, wiping off the lipstick, the bright color felt too much. Like she was trying too hard to draw attention to herself to show everyone she was pretending to be an adult. "Oh, if you think Tashi hasn't already called me and told me everything I did wrong in that game while reminding me of all the mistakes from the previous game, you're wrong." He answered. She recognized the bitterness in his voice. "That sounds like a healthy relationship. you should write a book." She tried to lighten the mood, again not knowing how to help him. She didn't know Tashi, only heard stories about her, and currently, they weren't great. "Art will just keep saying I should have taken the Stanford scholarship like him and be with you guys in the beautiful college bubble, drinking beer from a keg." He continued, ignoring the jab about his relationship. "Imagine how much fun you could have had with me at Stanford, Pat. I'm on my way to use my fake ID at a bar. In heels and everything." Liana tried to do everything she could to steer the conversation away from tennis. "Whoa, Liana Levi, breaking the law. Who would have believed we'd reach this moment? What's your fake name?" he laughed, which made Liana smile. Something about hearing Patrick so broken felt wrong to her. It didn't fit the curly-haired boy who always tried to make her laugh and include her in everything he did when she was around. "Amanda Jacobs," she replied. Silence fell on the line. "Amanda Jacobs like Amanda James who went to boarding school with me and Art?" Patrick asked, and she could hear the octaves in his voice change. She already knew he wouldn't let this go. "I had to come up with something on the spot. I panicked," she defended herself as his laughter slowly became the only thing she could hear. He couldn't see her right now, but it made her smile even more, even though it was at her expense. "Alright, Amanda, don't drink and drive. Don't do anything I wouldn't do." He said after he calmed down. "Okay, Dad." She rolled her eyes. "You know I love it when you call me-" he couldn't finish the sentence because she hung up.
Art was sitting on her bed when she came back from the bar. Not only had her fake ID worked, but the bartender had also been hitting on Daria all night, so he kept pouring them free shots. It was safe to say Liana had never drunk that much alcohol in her life. "Am I imagining you?" she asked with utter seriousness. "What? No. I was waiting for you." He looked confused. "Are you drunk?" he asked the obvious while Liana tried to take off one of her heels and almost fell, causing Art to quickly get up and stand next to her so she could lean on him. "How did you get in here, Arthur?" she put her hands on her hips, causing him to look at her and flash his most charming smile. The kind that made all the girls melt. "Your dad gave me a key for emergencies," he said, without taking his eyes off her as he sat back on the bed and she approached him with clumsy steps, a little disappointed that taking off the heels didn't help her stability much. "Do you want to sit?" his tone was amused. He had never seen Liana so drunk. Almost every summer, they managed to sneak a few beers when Patrick came to visit. But it was never serious. "My dad gave you a key? You realize that's not normal, right? We need to talk about boundaries, Donaldson," she turned her head to him while he was already looking at her, just inches separating them as they sat next to each other on the bed. "Patrick told me you were going to a bar, something about a fake ID? wanted to see if you're ok" he said, not moving. A little afraid she'll be the one who suddenly moves away. He couldn't remember the last time Liana was this close to him. He didn't think she would ever get this close to him again. "Patrick is a snitch, and I'm not telling him anything anymore," she sighed and threw herself on the bed dramatically, spreading her arms, causing Art to do the same and land on her arm, closer than she would tolerate any other day. "I can't believe you didn't invite me. I'm disappointed," he tried to sound amused, but he was genuinely disappointed. By this point, he was sure she understood they were friends, that they were connected by such a strong bond that he sometimes doubted if he could ever unravel it. If he even wanted to unravel it. He just didn't understand how, while he saw her so clearly, she didn't see him at all. Sometimes he wondered if she even knew his name. Then he would see her in the crowd at one of his games, and the world calmed down; he always won when she was there. "You don't drink anyway," she noted quietly. The fatigue started to overcome her, and Liana's eyes closed on their own. "Hey, I do drink," he defended himself, even though they both knew he was lying. He tried to maintain his diet as correctly as possible, as fitting as possible for his athletic lifestyle. "I think Patrick is sad," she suddenly said, and Art felt his heart beating quickly. "How do you know?" he asked in a quiet, almost defeated voice. "Because when I talk to him, I'm sad too."
sooo, here's the second part. I think we're getting somewhere, but it's going to be a slow burn, so stick with me, I guess. I'm kinda clueless as to if you like it or not, so feel free to tell me what you're thinking ❤️

when did you know you loved me? pt.3/4 ♡
Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media
deer!reader had never been more comfortable with anyone in her life. she enjoyed that she got to be herself around him — a little weird, sometimes quiet, simply enjoying eachothers company until she could think of something to say.
“it feels oddly good. like the contrast of the cold shells on my hot back? it’s therapeutic.” pope observes as you sit cross legged on the beach beside him, placing the collection of shells you’d gathered along his bare back, enjoying the peace it brought you.
“okay new business venture, i offer my services of shell-therapy where i place shells on peoples backs along the beach and they pay me lots of money.” you smile, watching your boyfriend shake his head from where his temple rests on his stacked hands.
“oh hell no, this is a special service for me only. far too intimate. also as much as i enjoy this, i wouldn’t pay for it. bad business move.” pope banters in response and you laugh openly. he always entertained your silliness, or your goofy ideas that logistically made his head hurt just a little. to this, you felt a wave of affection.
“i love you.” you grin, shaking your head. it’s the thousandth time you’ve said it, but the abruptness of it compared to the conversation makes pope lift his head, craning it around to look at you with a confused yet adoring smile.
“oh— well, i love you. a lot.” he reciprocates and you lean forward, kissing his sweaty temple.
“can i ask you something a little weird? there’s a segment missing in my ‘us’ section of my journal and i wanna fill it out.”
“ask away.” he croons as he settles back down in the position he lay in before.
“when did you know you loved me? was there a moment? or was it a slow gradual thing that just crept up on you?”
there’s a silence for a moment as pope considers, before he slowly rolls over — tipping all the shells off his back back onto the sand and laying on his back once more, breathing out a slow breath of consideration. the sad “hey” that you were about to mewl at him destroying your artwork on his back died on your tongue, more interested in what he had to say.
“you know… there’s part of me that wants to say the first moment i saw you i was in love with you. i mean, shit — it absolutely felt that way.” he splutters with a quiet laugh.
“really?” you return his tone, chuckling as you gather your shells once more, not wishing to lose them.
“i mean yeah. when i saw you struggling to walk all those dogs along the beach after the storm i remember thinking ‘okay, that is definitely the most beautiful girl i’ve ever seen’” he relays, soft smile remaining as he closes his eyes once more, enjoying the warmth of the sun on his face.
“aw…” you hum, pulling your knees to your chest and continuing to listen.
“and then of course i saw you again working at the library, and i knew i definitely had to have you, even though i kinda felt like a creep thinking that… because you barely knew me.” he cringes and you giggle, starting to place shells on his toned stomach instead.
“but i dunno… i think… i think i knew for sure that i loved you, like hard core— capital L loved you… was the first time you came to meet my folks. you came to dinner and you wore that pretty dress with the flowers on it? the one i love? and i could see the way my pops just thought you were everything, and my mom clearly adored you… and i realised i didn’t just love you… i wanted a life with you. like, the whole shebang… marriage, babies one day… all of it. you’re like… my forever. ugh, that was total cringe. but it’s true.”
he peeks an eye open, to see if you’d totally caught the ick for his sappy story, but was happy to see you grinning ear to ear. you launch forward, pressing a kiss to his mouth. it’s a little sandy and salty, but it’s pope — so you don’t care.
“i want you forever and ever.”
“yeah? good. i want that too.”

Like Father, Like Son
I'm sitting on the couch, reading a fantasy book I liked, completely absorbed by it. It’s the weekend, and I'm enjoying your time alone at home, as usual.
Suddenly, I hear the front door open. It could only be my mother and… "him". Your mom’s new boyfriend.
I don’t like him at all. He often takes advantage of your mom, and I don’t know why she still keeps him around.
"Hi Mom" I say cheerfully, I adored my mom, she raised me all by herself after dad left us, the only problem with her was that she had gotten with. "Hey punk" Steve, he wore his dumb smirk as he took off his shoes.
"Hi sweetie." mom speaks to you with a smile.
"Where'd you guys go." I say trying to sound as polite as possible to Steve in front of my mother, she didn't need the extra stress of knowing I didn't like her boyfriend.
Mom goes to the kitchen to put down her stuff. Steve, on the other hand, walks towards me, and sits down right next to me. He makes sure to sit so close to me that he’s practically touching me. "We just, walked through the town a bit." he says as he puts his arm around me.
I looked at the time, "Wait, mom don't you have a meeting soon?"
She looked at the time "Omg, I need to run, be good for Steve sweetie" as she rushed off to go to her meeting on time.
As I watched her leave I finally snapped at Steve "Get your hands off me."
"Why would I?" He smirks deviously.
"What do you want?" I asked irraitedly
He laughs, and pulls me closer to him. He’s now holding my shoulder firmly with one hand, almost like he was trapping me down to the couch. "I just want to spend some time with you, that’s all. We never got to have one-on-one chats, you know." He says with a cocky smile.
"Why would I need to spend time with you?" I asked raising my voice.
"Aww don't you want to spend time with your good ol' step dad?" he said grinning from ear to ear
"You're not my dad!" I screamed, you're just a rebound for my mom.
"Ohh, that's gonna change soon." He said under his breath, I could barely hear him, I glared at him for that but my last mistake was looking at his eyes.
"What's wrong with your eyes." I asked head suddenly getting increasingly dizzy.
"Hmm, what?" He said in a teasing tone.
"Your eyes, they're, spirals." At this point I could barely form a coherent sentence my head hurt so much, it felt like a million tiny needles were stabbed into my brain, not only that it felt like a fog was in my head stopping all thoughts from being processed.
He laughs, and looks back at me with his hypnotising eyes. "Yeah, they’re pretty cool aren’t they?" He chuckles as he looks me deep into the eyes, almost like he’s staring down my soul.
"I-I feel weird." Stammering I try to get rid of the fog that was incasing my head.
He continues to stare down into my eyes, still holding me close to him "What do you feel? Explain it to me." He says while chuckling, as if he knows exactly what I feeling but wants me to say it out loud.
"Head's foggy." I could barely hear myself over the hammering over my head.
He chuckles yet again, seeing that I was slowly getting affected by his eyes "Anything else? Do you feel dizzy? Or dumber?"
I couldn't think to refute or shout at him, I could barely speak over the indescribable pain that I was feeling, all of a sudden my body felt like there were weights attached to them. "Dizzy, body feels weird as well"
He smirks, seeing how quickly the effects were taking over "Oh really, come over here." He raises his armpits "maybe this will make you feel better."
I couldn't refute him, my body wanted someone to anchor me and think so I obediently sniffed his armpit, all of a sudden everything felt so pleasurable. As I mindlessly sniffed at his armpits I tried to resist the urge to lap at his armpits.
"That's a good boy, just follow your instincts, don't fight them." He said smirking, he could see the changes that were occurring to me, my hair for starters turned a more dirty blond and messy, he could tell that my face shape was changing, becoming much more angular and chiseled, he also saw that I was growing much more body hair, especially in my armpits.
Since he told me not to fight my urges I decide to start lapping up the sweat, his musky, and manly scent was intoxicating to me. As I continued to obediently lap and sniff my changes were accelerated, my muscles becoming more toned and defined, looking like that of a football star, my feet grew larger, I grew a few inches, both in my dick as well as my height. As the changes progressed I started to produce my own manly and musky sweat, not only that but the musk started to slowly turn me on.
"That's a good boy." Steve told me before he pulled me out of his armpit I whined. "I see, your muscles feel heavy. Your body feels strong, your head hurts and you feel dizzy. Is that right?"
I don't know why but I felt the urge to be obedient rather than defiant to a person I once despised "Yes"
He grabs my chin with his hand, forcing me to look into his eyes even more as his smirk becomes bigger "Can you feel your mind getting empty? Feeling slower than usual? Maybe even a little dumber? Or can you still think fine?"
"I can think, but my memories are emptying out" I obediently answered.
He notices that I told him that my memories are starting to disappear, as he continues to stare at me intently in the eyes as I starting to go dumb "Good, good. Let them fade away. You don’t need them anyway. You’ll be given new ones soon, so why even bother with them? Just drop them. Let them fade away from you mind as you slowly feel your intelligence and free-will go lower and lower…"
I suddenly felt a defiant surge as I struggled "What, are you doing to me"
He chuckles as he takes notice of my slow reaction and confusion. It was cute to him that I was so clueless "You still haven’t figured it out? You’re really that dumb, uh?" He says while he slowly moves his hand up to my head, and begins petting me as if I was a pet.
"I- no dad, wait what?!" I gasped at my accidental slip at calling him dad. "I my memories, you're not my biological dad but are at the same time"
He grins as he sees thatI'm slowly realising what’s happening. He knows I'm getting close to the truth, and he’s enjoying every second of it "That’s right kid, you’re almost there." He says as he continues to pet and caress my hair while staring deep into my eyes
"Are my memories-" before I could finish I was cut off.
He grins from ear to ear as he hears you say that"That’s right, your memories are slowly getting replaced. Soon, you won’t remember anything from before. Nothing. You will fully think I’m your new real dad. And you’ll be my new son."
"Why do I feel so sore dad." my memories were already starting to be replaced and I was already accepting the new ideas that were implanted in my head.
He laughs and looks me up and down "Do you know why your muscles are so sore? It’s because they’ve grown. You’re so much bigger than before, and your muscles are so much stronger and for that strength your intelligence and free-will have been slowly disappearing. You don’t need them, you don’t need to think, just being the good son that I tell you to be."
"Yeah just be a good son, wait- no what about mom!" as I was accepting my new fate I remembered my mom and was able to break free.
He scoffs as I mention my mom "What about her? She’s not here, she’s not important. To you, I’m the most important person, right? You only listen to me, right? Obedience, love and loyalty is the only thing you feel for me. Right?"
"Yeah." I said back in his control.
He grins, seeing how obedient I've become. He loves having control over me. I’ve become so dumb and submissive, it’s so amusing to him "That’s good, kid. You don’t need your mom, you don’t need anything or anyone. My control over you is absolute. You only exist to please and obey me. Isn’t that right?"
As the mindless haze fully set in my cock grew rock hard, all the thoughts slipping from my head, increased my everything, my libido, my strength, my muscles and my pleasure. These thoughts also made it so that I had lost all of my queerness, thinking only traditionally without a single liberal thought. "Yeah I'm your good obedient son." I said as I chuckle dumbly.
He grins and ruffles my hair again. He feels so satisfied that I’ve become so weak-willed and obedient. It’s almost intoxicating to him to have such control over you "That’s a good boy. A good, obedient, dumb son. Exactly the kid I’ve always wanted. So strong and muscular, yet so dumb and easy to control and manipulate. You’ll do anything I say, right?"
"Yes dad." I said.
"Good, let's start replacing your memories then. From now on you're Kyle, my ideal son, you’re the star quarterback. The most popular, well liked, and most muscular guy in school. Everyone looks up to you, and all the girls want to be with you." He stated.
"Now one more thing, you'll do it for me won't you, since you're my good dumb and obedient son." He asked knowing full well that I would say yes.
Just as he expected I nodded.
"That’s good, kid. Now, here’s what I want you to do. I want you to completely, and utterly forget about your mom. Right now."
"Mom?" I asked questioningly.
He grins and looks, satisfied with my reaction "That’s right, I want you to forget about your mom permanently. Never think about her ever again. She’s not important to you anymore. All you should think about is me and obeying me. You only exist to please me, and that’s all you need. Got it?"
As the commands set in I replied "What mom?" completely clueless of my last attachment to my previous life.
He grins widely, the satisfaction of seeing me forget my mom growing more and more "That’s right. Mom? What mom. There is no mom. Just me, right? Your only focus and thought is pleasing me. You’ll forget that you ever had a mom. As far as you’re concerned, I have always been your only parent. You only listen to me, nobody else, right?"
"Of course dad." I was so deep into the commands I only remembered to be his perfect son, dumb, sweaty, muscle-bound, obedient, straight and catholic.
He snaps his fingers as the trance ends looking at me lovingly, enjoying just how much far I've become, from the previous nerd that hated him and didn't even consider him a step-dad to this good, dumb, muscle-bound jock that loved his dad.
"yoh, dad, you coming to my football game this Friday?" I said, completely unaware of the previous tranced state I was in and the past life that I lived out.
"Of course." He said smiling, loving the good son you had become.
As we chatted the door unlocked, revealing to us the lady that was my previous mom.

“Can I braid your hair?'' That question came out of nowhere as I was massaging Landos scalp. I gave him a strange look as I stopped my hands, now resting them on his shoulders while he leaned onto me in the middle of watching a movie I had begged him to watch for the longest time. He turned to me with soft eyes.
“Are you that bored of the movie?” I asked and he immediately shook his head not wanting you to feel offended.
“I saw this tutorial online and it looked easy enough but I clearly can’t do it on my own” he blabbed about it for a couple of seconds before turning back to me, with pleading eyes asking again.
I shrugged and let out a simple okay seeing no problem with it as long as he won’t tangle it so terribly. He shuffled around now sitting behind me, gathering pieces of my hair making sure not to yank them too harshly. We sat in silence when he did the first twist.
It felt nice having him braid my hair, comforting almost. Since I was younger, my mom braided my hair practically every day but after my teenage years, I never wore braids again. His fingers would brush my hair before splitting them into three, intertwining them on each other, putting all his focus on my hair.
“Sure this is your first time?” I asked curiously as he seemed to have little struggle with braiding for, according to him, his first time. He just hummed, paying little attention to what exactly I was asking, lost in the pattern he created. I just smiled to myself as I felt him near the end of the piece.
He dropped the braid, realizing he didn't have anything to secure it and before he even had to ask, I handed him a hair band that was before wrapped around your wrist. He just grabbed it, picking back up the braid and soon securing it feeling proud of his creation.
“Face me” he requested and I just did as he said, his eyes trailing from the tip of my hair to the braid now falling on my side shoulder. “Pretty” he said, giving me a small kiss, I leaned towards him yearning for more, feeling safe near him wanting every crevice of your body to touch his own.
“You did so good baby” I complimented finally feeling the braid that he did. His cheeks turned a light pink, with a shy smile making your own brighten from the effect you had on him. He just thanked me, bringing his eye gaze back to make eye contact, “How can I repay you”
My seductive gaze was quite obvious, at least that’s what I intended it to be but he just shook his head, missing the point as he said “No payments, just wanted practice” my smirk only turned to a smile, appreciating his oblivious results and not pushing it any further as I sat back down, turning around to have my back against his chest watching the rest of the movie until it soon finished.
I didn’t quite notice how quiet Lando appeared to be until the credits rolled and I heard light snores from behind me. I giggled to myself, turning off the TV, covering both of our bodies underneath the covers, tracing my fingers over the braided pattern he had created not too long ago before sending myself into a deep slumber.

Jenna's POV
It was around 11 pm when I finally arrived at my destination, a small village with only at least 2 thousand population max. I got off my motorcycle and tied up my hair, rolled up my sleeves, and wore the crucifix necklace I had.
I grabbed my suitcase and began walking to a certain house, though this area was foreign to me, I was called multiple times because of a demon possessing a boy.
I was the 1st female exorcist in the church, since the Vatican was obviously misogynistic. They argued whether or not to make me an exorcist or just a demonologist with psychic abilities, in the end, the ministers couldn't deny that my abilities were way beyond what they already had.
Making me an exorcist was the best decision they could make. Hence they didn't regret how I successfully exorcized nearly 167 demons in a span of 5 years.
But that doesn't mean I get to get away with everything I'll be doing, even though I was heavily favored by the church herself.
"That's a beautiful pig." I said to a guy I paid to bring it. He chuckled and drank a bottle of beer, "Only the best, Father." he groggily said.
I was a female yes, but the ministers ordered me to be addressed as Father Ortega, to... continue the culture.
I opened the door to a small house, only one light was on and the rest of the light I saw was from the lit candles. The room felt uneasy and quiet.
"This way, Father." A fellow priest said, leading me to the dining room where a small girl, her mom, and her dad were sitting and looking at me. I placed my suitcase on the table nearby and the priest filled me in on what happened to the possessed boy.
"The boy is showing all the classical signs of possession, Father Ortega," the priest said, panicking and beads of sweat dripping down his face. "Has the family consulted a doctor?" I asked, looking at the people at the dining table.
"Many, many doctors." The priest sounded persistent that this was much more serious than we expected. "What are the signs of possession?" I said as I grabbed his shoulder and looked at him. "He converses in English, Father." He was shaking and before I could answer, a noise was heard on the door near the dining room.
I looked at the door, "Has he spoken English before?" I asked, not breaking my gaze on the door. "Never. Not even before." he said. "Do they own a television?" I asked. "Y-yes, I believe so." He stuttered as he looked around.
I breathed out and patted his shoulder, "Okay, thank you." He nodded at me and I went over to the girl sitting on the chair, and drawing something on the table. "Hey there, do you mind telling me what are you drawing?" I looked over at her shoulder trying to look at the picture.
"A bird," The kid said, I hummed and sat next to her. "Really? That's good, kid." I grabbed the match laying on the table, and lit it. "I have a very important job for you," I lit up the candle in front of her.
She looked at me and nodded slowly, "Do you know 'Our Father' ?" I asked. "Yes Father," She replied. "Good." As I blow out the burning match. "You can help your brother, and repeat 'Our Father, over and over. Don't get distracted. Relentless. Understood?" I said as I tucked a strand of hair behind her ear.
She smiled faintly, "Yes, Father."
"Good." Then we proceed to recite it together.
After we were done, I told the priest to come over. "Bring me the pig." I told him. He nodded fastly and left the house, then screaming from the door followed.
I opened the door, and was greeted by a young man tied up to his bed, grunting, screaming, and growling all at once. His eyes were red and so was the flesh near them.
He was filled with sweat and was moving around, trying to break free from the ropes. I made the sign of the cross, then placed my suitcase on the desk. I was opening it when he suddenly spoke.
"I am Legion,"
And clicking sounds were heard from his mouth. I looked at him weirdly.
"What is this? The Last of Us?" I thought to myself.
"I am Satan," He said again as his eyes rolled back to his head.
"I am foul-mouthed Behemoth."
I smirked at this phase and sat on the chair near him, I wiped the Totem of the Vatican symbol using my shirt and faced him.
"It's difficult to believe." I said blatantly. His head stood up in an instant and looked at me, looking mad.
"You doubt me?"
"If you are Satan, what is my name?" I asked the demon. He sat up and tried to get near my face, but the ropes were keeping him in place.
He growled at me, "I won't say shit to a dickless whore." He laughed while looking into my eyes. "I know what you are Sister, you and me, we're the same."
Tugging his hands from time to time, he never stopped looking at me. "Foul-mouthed indeed." I raised both of my brows at him. "Describe hell," I challenged him.
He laughed maniacally, throwing his head up, and continued laughing. He stopped abruptly, snapped his head back looked at me, and said, "You will find out soon eno-"
"Are you avoiding my question?" I stopped him, he lunged at me, or at least tried to.
"YOU MOCK ME!?"
His voice was disoriented and rough. Before he could say anything more, I showed him my Totem.
He went back for a bit and his face scrunched in fear. He stared at it intensely as I moved the Totem side by side, and his eyes followed it.
"Answer me, Satan." I ordered him. "Why possess this boy? Why not someone more influential?" I stared at him. He tilted his neck at a 90-degree angle, making a snapping noise.
He kept moving his head and said slowly,
"I can possess anyone I choose." Desperate for me to believe him, he was acting like a kid who was telling his mom that he had superpowers.
I lowered the Totem down and hummed then nodded sarcastically.
Just then I heard an oink behind me, "Could you possess Father Gianni?" I asked him in a questionable tone. I felt the priest nervously looking at me, scared that he'll get possessed if the demon wanted to, and me egging the demon on was making him shit his pants.
"ANYONE! ANYTHING!"
He screamed, and his spit was flying on the bed sheets. I shook my head while chuckling, "That is not the case, I do not believe you could even possess this pig."
I mocked him while looking at the pig, he started shaking his head then his whole body followed afterward. He snapped his neck to look at the pig and faced it, he kneeled on the bed and started convulsing while staring at the animal.
"Can you do it? You have the power!"
The boy growled and started screaming at the poor pig, "Could you possess the pig?" I asked him once more. His lips twitched to a smirk, "Yes, I can."
His pride was eating him, and it was eating him up good.
"Come on, Satan." I calmly said, giving him the idea that I did not believe him any second.
"WATCH ME!"
Father Gianni was looking at the boy with panic in his eyes, muttering Latin prayers quietly.
"Possess the pig. Show me you are the Prince of Darkness!"
His eyes turned white completely and kept screaming while pulling the ropes. He was almost standing and his chest was out, more growls and screams were heard as he screamed one last time.
"Have you done it, Satan? Have you possessed the pig?" I screamed at him.
"SHOW ME!"
The boy suddenly dropped back onto his bed, and I gave the signal to the man holding the pig.
A gunshot was suddenly heard and pig blood scattered all over the place. It splashed on Father Gianni's face and mine too.
"AHHHH!" The priest screamed, wiping the blood off his face. I held the boy's face and he was whimpering. "Be calm, God blesses you." I told him softly.
Father Gianni's face was in shock, looking around at what the fuck just happened.
"You can sleep now, my son. The demon has gone." His eyes were slowly forming tears, he cried in my hands as I caress his face.
"Dios está contigo"
Then he finally blacked out.
"How is it that I am suddenly worthy of the time and attention of all you powerful men?" I was sitting in a chair, crossing my legs and my arms looking at the 5 ministers in front of me.
"On the night of June 4th in the town of Tropea, you performed an exorcism, without the approval of the Reggio Calabria Bishop." One of the ministers said, Father Gabe, with venom and anger in his voice.
"What are you pointing at, Father?" I asked him, licking my dry lips in the process. "From Father Gianni's description, what occurred in Reggio Calabria sounded exactly like an exorcism, complete with animal sacrifice, no less."
I guess that bitch of a priest is throwing me under the bus now, knowing it was his friend's son who got possessed and asked me to perform an exorcism without the church's approval.
But I guess I was too dumb enough to agree with him.
"Yes, I performed the exorcism. So what's your point here, Father?" I was starting to get impatient, I already confessed to my 'wrongdoing, can he just tell me what he wants now?
"You addressed the subject as Satan, called him to display his power. Do you deny this?" The other ministers just listened to what Father Gabe said.
Is he fucking for real right now?
"Father Gabe, since when have I denied your statements?" I asked him, he looked furious and stood up.
"Respect your superiors, Father Ortega!" He pointed his finger at me and screamed, I scoffed at him.
"This is the work of a devil, of course I would exorcize the boy. Now tell me, what is your point?" I furrowed my brows at him and he sat back down and exhaled.
"The Congregation for the Doctrine of the Faith has recommended this panel, that the position of the Chief Exorcist be formally vacated." He smirks at me, locking his hands together.
"So, what you are saying is that evil does not exist?" I asked him calmly.
"The church is under constant pressure to sharpen her relevance. It's time we move past these outdated beliefs."
"Explain to me please, Your Eminence..." He sighs in annoyance as he looks over to the other ministers. "If evil does not exist, what is the role of the church?" The other ministers look at Father Gabe, telling him to revoke his command of vacating my position.
He looks at them with a small frown on his face. He had enough and stood up again.
"I WARN YOU. I WARN YOU, FATHER ORTEGA. TO SHOW SOME RESPECT TO YOUR SUPERIORS."
I stood up, fed up with his voice and useless proposals.
"I DO! I AM THE CHIEF EXORCIST OF THE VATICAN, MY POSITION WAS APPOINTED BY MY BISHOP. MY DIOCESE IS ROME, AND MY LOCAL BISHOP IS THE POPE."
Father Gabe looked shocked by how I screamed at him, he sat back down and threw his papers on the table.
"If you have a problem with me, you talk to my boss. Okay?" I drank the coffee that they gave me in one big gulp and walked out.
Your POV
It was a peaceful afternoon and I was taking my daily after prayers as someone busted through my door.
"OMG Y/N! Did you hear? Father Ortega has returned!" Emma, she was my co-novitiate. I was not done with my prayer yet and continued muttering the words.
"defende nos in proelio..."
"Oh," I felt her kneeling beside me and doing the sign of the cross, joining me in my prayer. I held out my hand to her and she held it.
"contra nequitiam et insidias diaboli esto praesidium.,"
"Imperet illi Deus, supplices deprecamur."
"tuque, Princeps militiae caelestis, in virtute Dei, in infernum detrude satanam aliosque spiritus malignos, qui ad perditionem animarum pervagantur in mundo,"
"Amen."
We both ended the prayer of protection by Saint Michael the Archangel with the sign of the cross. We both stood up and sat on my bed, I looked at her.
"What was it again Emma?" I asked her, she had a huge smile on her face and started fanning herself. "Father Ortega is here! She's here right now in the Monastery Office!"
She told me with excitement in her voice. I giggled from what she said, "Emma, I know those thoughts are impure." I told her. Emma pouts at me and crosses her arms, "Aw c'mon, cut me some slack. I won't be able to satisfy my human desires once we take our vows tomorrow."
She laid down on my bed and sighs, "Your faith was decided the second you agreed into becoming a novitiate, so why complain?" I looked at her waiting for her answer. She frowned at me, "Aw y/n/n you're no funnnn."
I laughed at her response, "Sister Alciana is waiting for us in the garden, let's go." she groaned in annoyance and stood up. "Alright, let's go."
"You both will be taking your vows tomorrow, correct?" Sister Alciana was in front of us in the walk through garden, we were walking together side by side, me on her right and Emma on her left.
"Yes, Sister. Tomorrow is finally our day." Emma replied to her, she held Emma's hands and kissed them. "God will always be with you."
She lets go of her hands and holds mine next, Sister Alciana smiles at me. "Y/n, you will be a great nun that will serve the Lord Himself. Your pure soul will help the helpless, and your holiness will help and guide the unholy."
My eyes lit up by what Sister Alciana said, I felt her hands tighten on my hands and then she kissed them.
"Sister Alciana! It's been a while!" A voice was heard behind us and I saw two figures heading our way.
A man shook Sister Alciana's hands and smiled at her. "Father Oano, it truly has been a while." But I was too busy to listen in on their conversation as I spotted an all too familiar figure behind him, it was her, Father Ortega.
I looked at her and she was already looking at me with a small grin, hands in her pockets. She shamelessly took her time to check me out. I bit my lip and gave her a head nod, and she returned it back with a smile.
Sister Alciana smiled and turned to look at both of us. "Girls, this is Father Oano, a long friend of mine and the priest who will be taking your vows."
"Nice to meet you Father Oano." I stuck my arm out at him and he gave me a firm handshake, Emma did the same and we both bowed at him. "So these are the two future nuns who you told me about? It's a pleasure to meet them." He said to Sister Alciana.
"Yes, these are my two lovely girls who will soon serve the Lord." Sister Alciana smiles at him. Father Oano took something from his pocket and gave me and Emma a small box.
"This is my early present for the both of you, for sacrificing so much just to serve Him." I opened the small box and it was a rosary inside.
Wait, isn't this the Vatican's symbolic Rosary?
I heard Emma gasp, she took the Rosary off the case and held it out to the sun, the golden beads shone brightly under the light. "The Vatican's symbolic Rosary." She said, looking in disbelief.
"Thank you so much, Father Oano. This means so much to us." I told him, he looked down flustered by our thanks and shook his head. "It's no biggie girls."
"Oh my, isn't this... Father Ortega?" Sister Alciana suddenly spoke, looking behind Father Oano. Emma snapped her head at the figure behind the priest.
"Ah yes, she was once my student in my Demonology class, and now she's officially an Exorcist." Father Oano threw his arm around Father Ortega's shoulder, she laughed and nodded.
"The one and only, Sister." She gave Sister Alciana a hand shake. "Not just an Exorcist, but the Chief Exorcist of the Vatican!" Emma said she was so happy to see her, a huge smile was visible on her face.
"You all fluster me," She giggled and looked shyly on the floor. "I've heard so much about you Father Ortega." Sister Alciana locks her hands together and smiles at her.
"Good things I hope, Sister." Father Ortega scratches the back of her neck and awkwardly smiles. "It was more than good actually," Sister Alciana replied and laughed.
"You girls should be going, I have a private matter to discuss with Father Oano." Father Oano looked at Sister Alciana and nodded, they both looked a bit serious so it must be talked between the both of them.
I looked at Jenna and she looked at me, "We should go." Emma said behind me, I nodded at her, "We'll take our leave Father Oano, and Sister Alciana. We'll see you when we see you." We all took a look at each other and waved, after that, the 3 of us walked out the walk through garden.
"Sister Y/n, I need to talk to you about a new case I'm going to be doing next week." Jenna broke the silence between us when we were already inside the Monastery, I signaled Emma to leave both of us alone and she quietly left.
"Your office?" I asked Jenna, a blush was present in her cheeks and nodded.
Jenna opened the door to her office and we both entered the room. Once she closed the door, she walked over to me and pulled my waist to kiss me.
3rd person POV
You weren't surprised at what Jenna did, instead you held her face and kissed her back. Her arms were wrapped around your torso and kissing you passionately.
You break off the kiss and look at her, she looks absolutely stunning with her hair in a ponytail. She had a huge smile on her lips and looked at you lovingly.
She moved her face closer to you and placed her forehead against yours, you smiled widely and your eyes met her lips once more.
"I miss you so much Jenna," you whispered, she could smell your minty breath and she licked her lips. "I miss you too Y/n, It's been 3 months since I've held you this close."
You hummed and closed your eyes, enjoying your girlfriend's presence. "Your taking your vows tomorrow?" She said as she kissed my forehead and I rested my head on her neck. "Sadly, yes." I sighed and looked up at those hazel eyes.
"Don't be sad about it darling, I do need a personal nun for my exorcist." She looks down at me and tucks a strand of hair behind my ear while smiling at me.
"But I can't marry you then." I wrapped my arms around her neck and played with her hair. She kissed me again and mutters,
"I don't need a paper to tell me my love for you is real."
I ran out of breath kissing her and exhaled, before I could even inhale back, she kissed me again but more deeper this time.
Her hands roaming around my lower waist and she pulls me closer to her, she bites my lip and I give out a small moan against her lips and allow her to insert her tongue inside of my mouth.
3rd person POV
It was the next day, you woke up completely bare and in the arms of Jenna, you slightly cough because of the dryness of your throat. "Baby?" You heard her calling you, you looked up at her while your eyes were still squinting, adjusting to the brightness of the room.
You hummed at her and further borrowed your face into her breasts, you smiled at the warmth they gave your face. You hear Jenna chuckling at you, "Time to get up, you're taking your vows today remember?"
You whined and shook your head, but it didn't take long for you to shoot up her bed and stare at her naked and hair down form, "Oh shit it's today!" She had a funny smirk on her face and sat up on the headboard, she crossed her arms and tilted her head to look at you.
"You're gonna work for me and only me darling." Jenna smirks at you, only for you to roll your eyes at her. You crawled over to her and pecked her lips.
"Oh yeah? What if we'll get a case where the profound demon knows all our secrets? It won't be so fun now, would it, Father Ortega?" She looks at your lips and grabs your neck, pulling you closer to her face.
"Then let the demon know you're all mine, Querida." Jenna was about ready to have sex with you again but you pushed her back on the headboard, "Your breath stinks Jenna, disgusting." You laughed at her and got out of bed, going into the shower.
She shook her head in disbelief and giggled. Jenna won't be able to marry you, but that doesn't mean she won't put a ring on your finger.
Your POV
"Before I take your vows, you must confess all your sins to me first. Then after the confession, God will accept you as his bride." Father Oano told me, he gave me a white veil to put over my head.
He nodded at me and went inside the confession room, "Gather your thoughts first, and confess everything that you have sinned against the heavens, and God himself. Take your time, soon to be Sister Y/n." I felt him softly smiling at me and I breathed in and out slowly, I gave my final exhale then went inside.
It was a cold room, with dim red lights in them. I kneeled down at the pew, holding my Rosary tightly, as goosebumps were forming on my skin.
"In the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Spirit. Amen." I did the sign of the cross and calmed my nerves down.
Beads of sweats were rolling down my face, and I gripped my Rosary.
"Bless me father for I have sinned. It has been a month since my last confession."
"Forgive me mommy, for I have been a naughty girl."
My heartbeat was beating loudly, to the point that I could hear them in my ears.
"These are my sins."
Jenna presses herself into you, her tongue deep inside your lips as you try to suppress your groans. Chest to chest, she pushed her legs in between your thighs, electing a moan from you. You break off the kiss trying to catch your breath, but she slams her lips back to where they were before.
You tilt your head to meet her kiss, wrapping your arms around her neck, she caresses your waist under your clothes using her right hand and slowly goes up to your tits.
Your soft moans were looming around in her bedroom, she trails her kisses down to your neck and collarbones, leaving small red spots along the way while playing with your boobs.
You started grinding slowly on her lap, trying to relieve some heat between your legs, Jenna undid the buttons on your clothes, not disconnecting her lips on your now wet flesh.
She unzips your long skirt, leaving you in your bra and undies. "Jump." Jenna's voice was domineering and controlling, you jump and wrap your legs around her waist as she puts you in her bed, cradling on top of you.
You tugged on her hair as she hit a particular spot on your neck, you bucked your hips along with a throaty moan as she kept assaulting that spot.
She stops and straddles you, she removes her black colored suit along with her white t-shirt and pants, leaving both of you half naked on the bed.
Jenna smirks at you below her, your half lidded eyes, you catching your breath, hair scattered along her bedsheets and the visible red marks on your neck down to your collarbones.
"My art looks beautiful," Jenna whispers, touching the marks on you. She removes your bra and sucks on your right nipple like a hungry child ready to suck her mommy dry.
Her right hand is playing with the other jugular, and you throw your head back at the pleasure. Your chest is rising up and down as you feel her right hand trailing your stomach, slowly going down to your cunt.
She bites your nipple and you slightly flinch at her teeth making contact with it. She rubs your wet cloth slit, up and down and smirks looking at you, "Look how wet you are for me sweetheart." Jenna removes your panties and settles herself between your legs.
You bit your lip and looked at her lustful eyes as she prised your legs open, revealing your drenched pussy. You wanted to keep your dignity and unconsciously tried to cover the wetness with your hands, and close your legs.
Jenna slaps your face, "Sluts like you need to know your place." She roughly pinned both of your hands above your head and opened your legs again using her other hand. You whimper at the burning feeling of her slap. But God forbid, it made you feel hotter.
"I wonder what Sister Alciana will think about you, knowing her favored novitiate is going to be fucked senseless by me." Jenna's fingers run your wet folds, her palm touching your clit from time to time. You were too focused on her fingers when you didn't notice your wrist being tied up to the headboard.
She lets go of your hands and touches your inner thighs, "So wet and hot for me baby..." Jenna mutters, she inserted two fingers inside of you, feeling the wet, tight and warm walls. You moan at her fingers and she begins moving them at a pace.
"Your cunt misses me too, how cute," Your wetness is starting to run down your ass as you breathe heavily and close your eyes, her pace wasn't enough for you and you were desperate for Jenna to ruin you. Your hips start to meet her thrust, and Jenna stops.
"Ah-ah. Only good girls get to do that, are you a good girl for me Y/n?" You opened your eyes to look at her, Jenna saw your blushing mess of a face, and you nodded.
"Y-yes Jenna, I-I've been a good girl. Please.." You begged for it, for her to corrupt your innocent soul. Jenna smirks and starts pumping her fingers inside of you fast. You were taken back but the pleasure was all you could think about.
"J-Jenna! Fuck yes!" She went down and sucked your nipples, and wet slapping noises were heard in every motion that she did. "Not my name, princess." Her palms hit your clit and you moaned further, she bit your nipple harder and you threw your head back in pleasure.
"Mommy.." Jenna looks up at you and kisses your lips, "Yes, just like that Y/n. Moan for me and only for your mommy, got it?" Jenna hit the right spot in you and you nodded your head and moaned louder. "Yes! Right t-there!" Jenna opened your legs wide, she went down and licked your clit.
Her fingers hitting the right spot over and over again, and her mouth taking good care of your clit. You bite your lip hard trying not to scream in pleasure as Jenna pounds her fingers into you.
Jenna feels you tighten around her fingers and look up at you, mouth open, eyes close and hair sticking to your face.
Was this the same person in front of Sister Alciana, Father Oano and Emma a while ago? The same person who is going to take her vows tomorrow?
Her fingers went deeper inside you as your orgasm was building up, she bit your clit and added another finger. "Cum for me, Y/n."
You moan her name one last time as your back arches and your pussy convulsing, your arousal seeping out of you as Jenna removed her fingers, and her tongue dug in your walls, lapping up all your juices impatiently.
Jenna sits up with your cum juices glistening under the light on her chin and lips, she bites her lips looking at you, your legs spread wide open and a full view of your wet cunt. She removes the clothes left behind on herself, and despite your blurry vision, you see her getting something from her drawer.
You tried to open your eyes to see what she was doing, but her fucking you after a long time of being away, you couldn't. "On your stomach." Jenna says, you tried rolling over on your stomach but you felt your lower region aching, shooting a pain to your pussy directly. You mellled on the pain and Jenna was becoming impatient.
She forced you onto your stomach and you cried in pain, "So fucking slow." She scowls, she pushed herself onto you latched her teeth on your skin, in every surface of your back, she bites and marks you everywhere. Your back is tainted with purple bruises and marks, you choke out a sob at the pain not only on your area but now also on your back.
"Devine... Now ass up, baby." You were about to put your ass up for her, but again she forcefully brought your ass up herself and you feel something hard hitting your ass checks.
You moan in pain and pleasure. With a belt on Jenna's hands she touches the red spot on your ass, lust in her eyes she brings up the belt high and spanks you with force.
You flinch hard at the impact and let out a cry. It hurts so much but feels so good, you feel yourself getting wetter, your juices running down your thighs at this point.
Jenna laughs at this sight, and a wide smirk plastered on her face. You feel a cold and hard material rubbing against your cunt as you hummed at the feeling.
Jenna aligns the tip of her strap on your entrance, coating the plastic dick with your slick. She grabs the base of the toy and thrusts her cock inside of you. Both of you moan at the feeling.
The sound of skin slapping and moans leaving your throat was overwhelming, she hisses as she sets the pace. Jenna death grips your waist, pushing your body in her dick. Your walls throb with anticipation as you feel another slap to your ass.
Tears fall in your eyes, your lips are bleeding from you biting them. You gasp as Jenna bites your nape, the pleasure doubling from her bite, as she fucks you against her mattress. "You're doing so well, Y/n..." Pushing her hips further in you, your arms give out and your face hits her pillows.
"Taking mommy in so well, princess..." Jenna reaches for your nape and pushes her hands, choking you from behind. Your eyes widen from the lack of oxygen, making you feel high, and dizzy. She pounds into you, fast and unsympathetic of her actions. Hitting all the right spots inside of you, you moan loud and good, showing off your incredible vocal cords.
You feel yourself tightening against her cock, your and walls clit convulsing at her cock touching your cervix. Jenna notices this and, "You wanna cum, baby?" Her tone was playful and filled with excitement, she fucks you deeper and faster as if it wasn't enough already.
She slams again and again, smiling at your state, head to the side struggling to breathe, your whines and throaty moans, but all though you were on the verge of passing out and overstimulating, you slam yourself against her cock desperate for your own release.
She holds your waist tighter and with a final slam, your body shakes violently as you feel an abnormal amount of liquid gushing out of you, squirting onto her mattress, Jenna looks down with pride.
She made you squirt, and she was more than fucking happy with it.
"Y/n?" You snapped back to reality as you heard Father Oano's voice, you randomly bucked your hips forward, making a sound.
"Y/n? Are you alright?" You hear Father Oano's voice again, you breathe heavily and nodded, as if he could see you.
"Y-yes! Yes, Father. I-I'm just getting a bit emotional..." You faked sniffing. You heard Father Oano hum, "Do not be ashamed of your sins, Y/n, for the Lord is merciful and he will show mercy to those who deserve it."
It has been hours, and you still found yourself getting fucked by Jenna, with multiple orgasms you've had, you were going in and out of consciousness as you felt her biting your neck.
"J-Jenna... Please, no more..." You whimper at her touch. Jenna didn't listen, instead, she slammed her lips onto yours, earning a moan from your mouth. The overstimulation was getting into you and you started crying in pain, you scratched Jenna's back, too lost in her pounding inside of you like there's no tomorrow.
Your pelvic sore from the prologue of your legs over her shoulders and she slams deeper. "I'm not done with you, Mon cher" With each thrust you feel yourself getting closer to the edge, Jenna stops kissing you and goes down to your tits, sucking, biting and squishing your nipples.
"You don't know how many times I've touched myself without you, baby. Those 3 months were too long for me not being able to touch you..." Jenna looks at you, her hair sticking to her skin, as she pants.
"Now that you're here with me..." She takes her dick out, "I can fuck you whenever I want to..." She slams it inside of you again. You throw your head back with an uncomfortable look on your face, tears rolling down your face, and you can't help but moan.
"Open your mouth, Y/n. I have a present for you, for being so good to our Lord and Savior...." You look at Jenna and all you could see was lust in them, you opened your mouth and Jenna gathered her saliva, and spit inside of your lips.
Her spit made direct contact with the back of your throat, making you choke, but as you were about to cough it out, Jenna grabs your neck and presses down.
You tried stopping her choking you, but your hands were bound. Jenna grabs both of your legs and throws them over her shoulders again as they are slowly falling down the mattress. She rolls her hips at a certain angle, and your eyes roll over your head.
Mouth agape, Jenna spits inside again. Your stomach turns as your orgasm comes crashing down, you felt yourself cumming but a warm liquid coming out of your clit was too embarrassing to not notice.
Jenna slowly removes her strap and kisses your forehead, "You're alright, Y/n." She lays both of your legs down on the bed, and you whimper from the pain. Jenna caresses your face and wipes your tears away.
"Close your eyes and sleep, I'll take care of you, princess." You slowly open your eyes and see Jenna softly smile at you and you smile back. "Jenna..." You whisper, she hums and kisses your temple. "Yes, baby?"
"I love you."
And you black out from exhaustion, Jenna smiles widely and looks at you lovingly.
"I love you too, Y/n."
"Forgive me Father, for I was fucked by Father Ortega last night," You mumbled to yourself. "I can't quite catch you, Y/n." Father Oano said, "Forgive me Father, for I squirted so hard for her.." You mumbled again.
"I'm gonna need you to speak up a bit louder for our Lord to hear them." Father Oano's voice was calm and understanding.
You feel your arousal dripping down your thighs, your panties drenched with wetness. You held out a moan, and started panting faintly. Your head was spinning and your legs started shaking, you felt yourself almost at your high as you finally said.
"Forgive me Father, for I have a vibrator up my cunt right now that Father Ortega placed this morning."
"What?"
