abbys the type of gf who, if you started to slack off in class or with homework and stuff, would withhold kisses or touches until you got your shit done. shes hard on you but its only bc she wants to see you thrive in your academics, because she knows you can do it

okay we already know that i think abby would withhold intimacy as punishment (per my abby and doggy drabble)

but this is like a new level! she would do this even though it hurts her too. i'm gonna rope clingy!abby into this too... she misses your touch so bad but she knows that it's the best way to make you do your work.

you go to abby's dorm after a long day of classes and she lets you relax for a little bit, you lay on her and she rubs your back, tries to get out a bit of the stress that the day has caused. but after an hour or so she's telling you it's time to start doing your work.

"c'mon, kid. up. i know you've got some stuff to get done."

"but i spent all day in classes, abs. wanna lay down."

she lightly pushes you off her, making sure you sit up. your hair is a bit mussed from how you were laying, and you look so cute that she's already regretting making you get up.

"nope, work time. gotta stay on top of it. you know that."

you groan, but listen. pulling out your work from your book bag on the floor. you know the drill by now. abby works at the bottom of the bed, you work at the top. no touching, because you'll both get distracted. and you do good for a while! you don't touch her or complain, you just do your work. and she's about to tell you that you're doing a good job, until she feels your socked foot come to poke at her thigh.

she ignores you, trying to get you to settle down on your own, but you will not stop kicking her. you're making little huffs and sighs from her lack of attention.

"i'm gonna ask you once to stop." she says, not even looking up from her computer.

"can't we take a break? miss you." you pout, crawling down towards her to try and persuade her. you're inches away from her face.

she looks up to meet your eye, "baby, be a good girl and get your work done, yeah? know i'll reward you later if you behave right now. you want a reward, don't you?"

her words make your brain a bit fuzzy. you nod your head and lean back on your heels for a second. she shoots you a smile and shifts her eyes to your work then back to you. you understand her point and sit all the way back. putting all your energy into getting the assignments finished.

safe to say you got a really good reward that night.

event post time lets goooooo. as usual, under the cut there will be some general ideas for event, pls like this post or slide into my ims/dscrd if u wanna plot! i’m trying to be as detailed as possible but like, there is a lot going on, this list probs won’t be exhaustive. i’m also open to p much anything so pls don’t feel limited to any of these plots!! im down for anything!!! either way, continue below the cut if u wanna know more ab what my kids are getting up to (any dates that arent specified i just... didn’t decide on anything and am open to Absolutely anything):

JAEWON: 

general: backstage at the concerts is v welcome for any of the days, just idk, hanging out, i’m tryna keep this v general. pros: jaewon is p proud for unity snatching one of the three closing performance slots, dimensions’ pride indeed. cons: he probably has his tits out, jaewon always has his tits out on stage, he rlly lives like this. anyone is allowed to feel whatever way he wants ab either of those two things.

dec 26: jaewon pulls a blue card cuz sexy pool montage of jaewon. ok im kidding (kinda). idk, kick his ass at games, team up w him to crush the competition,  drown his stupid ass, literally anything.

dec 26: so SOMEONE learned his lesson from the halloween party, no alcohol at the ball for him. come clown him w/ memories of that night (he sure doesnt have any) or idk, try to talk him into drinking (he won’t)

dec 26: in general, i think jaewon might forego most of the party, just find a quiet spot to hang out, look at the sea or some fake deep shit. if anyone is feeling up to it come hang out w him and, idk, reflect on the past year. it’s a time for realizing stuff. (the muse in question would have to b somewhat close to jaewon for this but like im always down to plot that out!)

dec 27: idk, jaewon will probably forego most of the traveling and exploring, opt for a calm day on board instead, anything re: that is super welcome.

dec 28: jaewon ends up in team red for the day so like, kitchen antics w/ jaewon. he’s a surprisingly good cook (shoutout to grandma park, the real og, for kicking this idiot into the kitchen since a young age)

dec 30: jaewon pulls blue again and... you’d think he wouldn’t be as disgruntled about it? someone pls kick his shins till he accepts going to the spa isn’t such a bad thing sir just relax for one (1) day it will Not kill you

YUANJUN: 

dec 26:  yuanjun pulls a yellow card cuz dancing king xiao yuanjun sure as hell is fucking involved in this god damn flashmob sUE ME. local enthusiastic dance teacher, will annoy anyone who Doesn’t Want To Be There into having fun and partaking, cutely messing around w people who are having a good time anything you need him to!

dec 26: in their free time after that he’ll def drag someone along to come explore the ship with him so like!!! will they get lost? possibly, but it will be Fun

dec 26: someone decorate sugar cookies w him at the holiday ball pLEASE

dec 27: yuanjun is DEFINTELY exploring the hecc out of taipei, grab dinner w him, go late night shopping w him, sightseeing, ANYTHING

dec 28: he pulls yellow again so you know how it is, photo session at the zoo, you just know he’s going to vibing so hard taking pictures of animals. whether they succeed or not i’m not decided on, im down for either way tbh

29 dec: YUANJUNS BDAY BITCHESSSSSS. ill probs write up an open ab this, but he’s !!!! going to be so annoying the entire day, he WILL be acting like bc has organized this entire thing Just for his 21st bday and u can’t stop him (you can try tho, feel free to attempt and burst his bubble). again, i’ll do a general open for this but if anyone wants to do anything specific for his bday let me kno uwu

dec 31: minahs baby sister minji is attending the busan concert and minah will be over the moon about it, odds are she will chat ur muses’ ear off ab it backstage, sorry not sorry!

YENA:

general: first things first, yena doesn’t have a roommate yet so like,,, any female-presenting muses hit me UPPPP 

general: yena will be complaining backstage at the concerts tbh, she’s tryna celebrate a vacation here why does she have to WORK, does anyone really care to see gal.actic perform anyway?

dec 26: yena pulls red and has to help decorating which honestly she’ll enjoy but i also just need someone to playfully fuck around w her cuz yena doesnt Do excessive labor and instead decorate her in tinsel instead because yes, yena IS the main attraction here thank you

dec 26: yena WILL spend most of the holiday ball in the indoor pool, chilling in a jacuzzi w a glass of champagne or smth, real hot girl shit, you know how it is

dec 28: lucky queen pulls blue which means she gets to go shopping, it also means she’s going to try and scam someone into spending their money on buying her pretty things, whether she’s succesful or not

dec 30: this time. yena is on team yellow and she ends up later tagging along to the spa day and tbh, id like to think she’d do a pretty convincing job at it, acting queen nam yena pop off

dec 31: if u think yena will see the new year sober ur WRONG and truly u should know better, if there is any night she goes stupid crazy its this night just saying

jan 1: god she’s going to complain the living FUCK outta the day cuz of that god damn fansign, in part cuz shes hangover and part cuz ew who even is a gal.actic stan in 2020. either join her in her complaining or lecture her ab being thankful for fans or smth!

big mean rant

i realize that this sounds absolutely terrible bc generally even if i don’t personally get along with people in my class i still want them to succeed & don’t wish for their failure, but there is one girl who i am SO looking forward to failing this fucking semester. she’s just bad at literally everything, which again sounds horrible of me to say, but she doesn’t improve, doesn’t have the confidence to improve, doesn’t try to take opportunities to improve, doesn’t help out with any cleaning, & gets really bitchy when you try to help her. it’s like every single day is her first day.

most of us feel the same way about going through this as a team, so we are more than willing to help each other, because it helps us learn when we explain things to other people or demonstrate for them. most of us are really good at doing that in a non-condescending way, & also at being grateful for the help. we encourage & root for each other; it’s one of the ways we’ve grown the most as a class & as individuals & it makes me proud of all of us. but this girl..... first of all she can’t do anything, & secondly when you try to help her -- not correct her but help her, because we have live patients & this shit needs to get done -- she gets bitchy at you. she also talks shit about people being “bossy” when she NEEDS to be bossed to succeed at anything. when you are working with her you quite literally have to do two jobs.

this is the one who snapped at me when i was trying to help with the emergency drug calculations, then did it completely wrong to the point where the dosage would’ve killed the animal. when monitoring on anesthesia she just pretends to do things & doesn’t actually do it (such as checking pulse/heartrate -- this is monitored by the EKG but you need to double check it manually to ensure that it matches) which is of course dangerous to the patient. the other day i was assigned to surgical nurse for one patient, but i had to help her recover her patient first because she was about to let it fall off the table. it took her 5 minutes to remove the catheter bandage; all this involves is cutting the tape, which we do with special bandage scissors that have a nub on the lower blade so you physically cant even cut the animal. after carefully cutting it she was peeling it as slowly as possible, i guess bc she didn’t want to pull its hair, but we all know from wearing bandaids that that hurts more. regardless, this animal just came out of having its abdomen cut open & is hopped up on opiates; it gives no fuck about having some fur ripped out. the only thing that requires technique is removing the catheter itself, & all that takes is putting your finger over the hole when you take it out so blood doesn’t go squirting everywhere. naturally she didn’t do that, & didn’t even have her pressure wrap ready to cover it. so everyone was waiting around for me to start the next procedure bc i was helping her, which i didn’t have to do but like. idk i don’t want our patients to fall off the fucking table or bleed out, y’know? that’s the thing, letting her fail on her own & not picking up her slack isn’t an option bc we are dealing with LIVE patients & if something goes wrong, it affects all of us.

then another day she was assigned to put in the catheter & everyone was losing their fucking minds bc it took her 20 minutes & they were all trying not to get frustrated with her. dogs just love having a needle poked around their veins repeatedly bc you don’t know what you’re doing. later the SAME DAY she was sitting around not doing anything while everyone else was cleaning instruments, & someone asked her to clean the hair clippers. she said “i don’t know how, but i can if you show me.” that’s.... not how it works, if someone shows you then they’re just doing it themselves. we had to repeatedly watch a video the very first semester on how to clean the clippers. it was stressed that we need to know this. it’s not that hard. again, is this your first day? maybe search your email & watch the video, bc we are all really busy doing our own stuff & don’t have time to teach you something you should’ve learned first semester.

then on monday we got the instructions for what we’re gonna do for our large animal final, & she was complaining bc we’re gonna have to do injections. that’s uh.... a main skill of the class. a final exists to test you on your skills. just because you can’t do something doesn’t mean it shouldn’t be on the test? you should know it by now, & if you don’t then you deserve to fail.

anyway, i have been patient all semester but i’m officially done. i had already been joking with one of our cvts about how i always get stuck with her & it is wearing on my nerves. but the last straw is that i got paired with her as my partner for the large animal final. everyone threw me under the bus when we were signing up bc i’m actually the person who’s most willing to work with her & is the most patient, so they left her to me bc no one else wanted to deal. & it’s just..... the ONE class where i could actually get killed if my partner can’t do her job, & it’s this one. i’m gonna have to do two jobs, one of them being “don’t get killed by the horse” & the other being “stab it with needles.” i’m pissed about it.

i’m genuinely a patient person honestly, & i want people to succeed, but if you’re not even trying, if you don’t take any of the ample opportunities to improve on your weaknesses, if you won’t even do menial stuff like cleaning, if you can’t trust yourself to do anything, if you’re making everybody else pick up your slack, & then get pissy when people try to help you, to the point where you’re going behind their backs to shit talk them... i run out of sympathy. you do not belong in this program or in this profession. it is literally a profession centered around teamwork!! plus it’s life & death so you can’t exactly fake your way through it!
