i think i should get off socialmedia because every time i see a post calling out something bad that people do, regardless of whether i do that thing or strongly agree with what they say im always like ‘im the problem i should kill myself as punishment’

#it actually is super bad on my mental health #and this isnt even counting the times i do do something similar to what theyre calling out #i feel like 10x worse even if i stip it #and then i see posts of people hating on stuff i like and im like ‘im a really bad person for liking this #thats not how it works. why does social media make me think evil things like this #more reason why i think all modern technology should explode and we revert back a couple decades socially wise
