hey jasper!

i'm working on getting to know certain local natural phenomena as spirits/entities in their own right, and aspiring to worship these natural spirits. this is, obviously, a lot of work on my behalf. i expected this.

what i'm stuck on now is celebrations and festivals - i would like more holidays, but as i do not worship any specific established god or deity with an established religious framework around it, there's not much.

i've thought about celebrating holidays i know and am comfortable with (i.e. halloween/christmas/valentine's, as a USAmerican), but with the focus on the natural phenomena, but i quickly found i didn't actually like that in practice. and the wheel of the year icks me out

do you have any resources on creating your own holidays? i figured you might, maybe in your pop culture resources? i'm just having a hard time looking through your tags, and the tumblr search feature is horrendous.

also - i've never worked with thoughtforms/servitors, but your recent posts have been very fun to read anyway! i'd never considered it before, but maybe now i might!

So, the thing about my holiday tag is that it's primarily filled with "stop spreading misinformation about Easter/Christmas 'stealing from pagans'" and whatnot but I DID find some things that may help you.

I, personally, am not a holiday-celebrating person. Most of the time, I forget that they exist. Many a holiday, American or no, has passed me by with me being none the wiser. Regardless, I hope those three posts give you an idea of where to start!

In regards to my energyform posts, I'm glad you find them interesting! It's a corner of magic that doesn't have a lot of information, so I make and/or share what I can!

Ok so i just watched it again for the firs time in a couple years so its still fresh:

kevin is so small omg

i was cackling when he basically told his mom to fuck off

im a freak planner so watching them run to catch the plane gives me so much anxiety

ok i know you have like 50 kids but HOW DO YOU FORGET A CHILD!!

the action in this movie is amazing
