Started wondering to myself “man why i have i never seen people associate Steven with the Eon Duo when he’s tied to how you obtain them in two different games?” and then i blacked out and came to with a Latios oc.

Anyway this is Zircon, hes a very friendly lil dude that starts following Steven around when after he’s given Wallace the champion title and had started wandering around other regions for character development.
