#ty posts #i dont think yall understand how deep my love for honky tonk runs. i could make a separate post abt it #honky tonk music does follow the same chord progressions but i eat it up every time IDC!!!!#but seriously. i grew up listening to honktonk after finding it on my own on the radio.#and listened to so much of it in my formative childhood ways that i developed a generic southern accent.#formative childhood yrs*#i open my mouth.#and a mix of TN & TX & milwaukee comes out #im minnesota born n raised. my dad is from south side milwaukee my mother is from wisconsin but not mke #i bring it up a fair amount but GOD my mysterious generic southern accent is so funny to me. and it gets WORSE when i drink #and i listen to sm honkytonk now + i live alone so i have near constant exposure to the same accents that formed mine HAHAHAH #good lord that’s a lot of tags SORRYYYYYY #what ty’s listening to
