a little tutorial for line art. just one way to get started, paper and pencil to digital. often i go right into a sketch on my ipad and skip drawing on paper. i have a long history of drawing with pen and paper though, and honestly, practicing on either medium should benefit both.
Tumblr media Tumblr media
you can scan, or take a picture, which is what i do. i edit the photo so its easier to see, correct the whitebalance so the paper is light, up the contrast.
Tumblr media
i trace over it in procreate - it’s easier if you lower the opacity of your reference layer. my go to brush is just hard airbrush. during this step, i’ll also use select tool to isolate parts and expand/shrink/move parts as needed. you don’t have to get proportions anatomy correct on the first try (bless digital). you can see i even moved petyr’s entire body from the original drawing’s position.
Tumblr media
i’ve turned off the reference layer and it looks pretty rough
Tumblr media
i don’t know what that shoe looks like off the top of my head. (now pinterest is gonna show me these til i die)
Tumblr media
this is yet another layer - with an easy to follow base underneath, i can focus on making the lines nice (the lines look nicer if you relax when you draw!) i tend to thicken the outside lines
i’ll color this next, and have a step-by-step for that as well. that’s the part 2
if people have specific art questions, i’ll be more than happy to answer my ask box

OLD DOG, NEW TRICKS (PART TWO)
Tumblr media
SUMMARY: Bucky may be from 1940, and he may be a bit out of practice, but his neighbor next door can show him a thing or two.
NOTE: Swearing, NSFW (18+)
It had been nearly a week.
A week since you had spent 9 hours - 540 minutes, 32,400 seconds. Every one of those seconds you had spent under his touch - discovering and relishing in every part of him. If someone had told you that your day off would’ve been spent in bed with none other than Bucky Barnes, you probably would’ve labeled them as crazy. But nonetheless, two you had experienced each other - over and over again. it was something you had never been a part of, being with a man who was so eager to learn and teach just how many ways he could get you unhinged. It was always a matter of getting the job done, getting them off before even you were finished. But Bucky Barnes was different. You could tell from the very first moment you met him, he was someone who put others before himself - and god did he prove that in the bedroom. You tried to fight it, replaying the memories of that day - you couldn’t believe it happened. You almost thought to yourself if it was going to happen again anytime soon. Tonight you would most definitely get that answer. Every so often you were invited to the Friday night bar hangout. It involved the enhanced invidual heroes of the world, and you couldn’t help but tag along - than again who would turn the Avengers down. You were more nervous than anything, you hadn’t seen Bucky all week since your day of.. discovering each other. You had kept yourself busy, in all honesty - you weren’t sure if you were ready to face him again. But god did you want to now, you almost craved looking in those pretty blue eyes. On the way to the bar, you had kept music in your ears - marvin gaye was the only thing to give you some shred of confidence in a time like this. You were going to see him again, in the flesh - with his clothes on.
The bar was packed as usual, the loud music overpowering any more doubtful thoughts in your head. Your eyes had searched across the establishment, trailing just slow enough to get a glimpse - you saw them at a small table in the far back corner. Taking a deep breath, you made eye contact with Sam - smiling you walked forward, motioning to the bar for your usual. When you got to the table your heart was racing, seeing Bucky was almost like a rush of adrenaline right now. It didn’t help that he looked damn good. You took a moment to appreciate him, a dark red t shirt - paired with a leather jacket. There was no beating the way he looked right now, no man could ever compare - not with a smile like that.
“Nice of you to make it.” Sam laughed, “What did you do? walk here?“
“I did actually.” You grinned, “It’s called saving money.”
“Well you could’ve shared a taxi with Barnes,” Nat smirked, “He just got here before you did.“
“Didn’t know she was home.” Bucky took a slow sip of his beer, looking to Steve for a brief moment.
“So Buck tells me you let us borrow your washing machine.” Steve sighed, and you nearly choked on the drink that you took a sip of.
“Uh, yeah.” You shrugged, “It’s no big deal.”
“No, really.” Steve placed a hand to your shoulder, “You’ve been such a help.“
“Oh its nothing.” You swallowed harshly, “It wasn’t that much.”
“Oh I’d say it was-“ Bucky took a deep breath, a slow smirk on his lips started to tease, “Five loads?“
Your eyes went wide, wondering why the hell he was about to drop the news to everyone by his sly remark.
“Yeah well.” You coughed, “They weren’t considered that much.”
“Oh?” Bucky questioned, “I’d say they were pretty big loads. Of laundry.“
“Bucky tends to wait a long time before-“ Steve started, and you wished to god that Bucky didn’t tease about this.
“Doing my laundry.” Bucky grinned, “You’re right, Pal. It’s been a long time since I’ve washed clothes.”
“So, we haven’t seen you for awhile.” Nat remarked, “How have you been?“
“I’m fine.” You choked out, “Yeah I’m great.”
“Seeing anyone?” Sam questioned, and Nat instantly shoved his arm at the forward question.
“Uh-“ You felt your palms start to sweat, Bucky looked at you with anticipation.
“You don’t have to answer that.” Steve looked to you in sympathy that you were being put on the spot.
“Alright alright.” Sam laughed, “Anyone else want something to eat?“
You watched carefully as Steve and Nat nodded before following, they all left to the bar - leaving you and Bucky alone. Quick in your actions you had moved to sit yourself at his side, within seconds you thankfully exchanged smiles with the man you had gotten involved with.
“Big loads, huh?” You smirked, playfully nudging his arm.
“Am I wrong?” Bucky laughed, his eyes daring enough to fall to your lips.
“So are we-“ You took a deep breath, “A-Are we telling them?”
“How about we just-“ Bucky placed a hand to your thigh, “Keep this to ourselves for now.“
You sighed in relief, “Oh thank god.”
“Wow alright.” Bucky gave you a look of disapproval, “I mean I know I’m no trophy.“
You giggled, “No. I’m just saying they would have so many questions.”
Bucky smirked to you, “You’re very right. Can’t imagine what kind of crazy lecture Steve would give me.“
“Oh I’m sure that would be real swell.” You giggled, “Secret for now.”
“I’m completely fine with that.” Bucky grinned, “But when are we… going to do laundry again?“
“Okay no more laundry.” You playfully rolled your eyes to him, “And I was..maybe thinking. You and I could get out of here, soon?”
“Oh?” Bucky smiled boyishly to you, “So soon, huh?“
“Well I gotta few more things to teach you, Barnes.” You bit your lip, “You have no idea what I’m capable of.”
“Is that so?” Bucky teased, “I think you don’t know who you’re talking to, darlin.“
You bit your lip, ready to tease even more - but you quickly felt the moment fade as the rest of the group returned to the table.
“You wouldn’t believe the shit we got into this week.” Sam looked at you, “I tell you this whole superhero thing is harder than it looks.”
“Is our birdman getting tired?” Nat winked at you, “Who would’ve thought flying around all day could be tiring.“
“Alright call me birdman again, Romanoff.” Sam warned, “You may be cute but I still get pissed over that.”
You couldnt help but laugh, but it was mostly in attempt to cover what your hand suddenly felt the need to do. It was a dangerous move, but you couldn’t help yourself. Not when you knew what Bucky Barnes had underneath his clothing. You were slow in your touch, placing your hand just over the front of his jeans - gripping ever so lightly to feel his leg jolt.
“So, Steve-“ Bucky choked out, “A-Any news on the Sharon front?“
“I dont know.” Steve sighed, “You know it is kinda odd.”
“You’re right. It is.” Nat took a sip of her beer, “But who’s to say who you choose to fall in love with?“
Bucky’s features were suddenly so amusing, completely focused and trying to keep his breathing steady. You couldn’t help yourself, rubbing along the material - he felt so good beneath your hands, and now you felt just how much he appreciated the touch. There was no way he could stand up from the table right now. Biting your lip, you felt his hand dip beneath the table - placing over your own, you were sure he was going to pull it away. But he did the exact opposite. You froze, trying your best not to smile - his hand had actually made you cause more pressure. He was playing the game just as you.
“How was your-“ You tried not to laugh, “Latest mission?”
“It was alright, I suppose.” Nat shrugged, “Took a lot longer than we hoped.“
“How long would you say?” You did your best to hold conversation, but it was difficult when you felt Bucky rock hard beneath your hand.
“Three days.” Nat sighed, her eyes fixating to you - she was starting to notice.
“Did you-“ You looked to Bucky in a warning, “Did you say you had something to show me?”
“Y-Yes.” Bucky managed to get words out, his cheeks were suddenly a shade of pink. Something you noticed when he was more than ready to go.
“Alright.” You stammered, “Well we’re going to go.“
“Wait-“ Steve piped up, and you had stood to your feet.
“We’ll see you later.” Bucky coughed, “Later.”
“Right.” You released a shaking breath, Bucky’s hands forced you to stand in front of him.
You could hardly breathe, your legs feeling like jello - his hardness was pressing against you, and you could hardly breathe.
This was going to be another long night.

I don't know if you do these kinds of asks but how about reader pulling a hunger games type moment and confronting Larry before he kills himself saying if you go I do too I won't let someone I love die alone type thing.
All aboard the angst train ♥  written as a mini fic! TW for attempted suicide! Reader is gender neutral.
If you are in crisis, please call the National Suicide Prevention Hotline and get the help you deserve. Call 1-800-273-8255. If you are like me and are afraid to call, there are also live online chat options as well, located HERE!
You’d known for awhile something was... off with Larry. Ever since Sal had officially moved in with Todd and Neil, Larry had been stadoff-ish on a good day, and on bad days would seclude himself in the tree house, Sanity’s Fall blasting from that tiny stereo so loud you could hear it from your shared basement apartment. To say you were worried about his behavior was an understatement. Especially after you’d begun to notice the pattern of near constant headaches, the fact that he was always saying it was too loud in the apartment, the occasional mutter of, “shut up,” to an empty room when he though you weren’t close enough to hear, and the quickly worsening whip of anger he’d been developing… You were walking on eggshells at any given moment.
Finally, it all hit a breaking point.
You had been helping Larry pack up the remainder of his non-essentials, getting them ready to go over to his new room at Todd’s. It had been a process to pack a lot of his stuff up- it was a whole lifetime to sort through; countless weird knick knacks to decide to keep or not, finding old drawings and sketchbooks from his childhood, finding a random little thing that had been lost years ago tucked away in a dusty corner someplace…
To be honest, it had been more reminiscing about his childhood and the memories about each of the items you both went through than it was actually packing. But it was fun, and the wistful smile he wore as he told you stories of his mother, his missing father and his years of shenanigans with Sal and Todd made every wasted second well worth it.
When you unearthed a little silver puzzle box, you expected a fun story and for him to add it into the donation box for the local second hand shop for some needy kid to enjoy it later. But the simple question of, “Trash or stash?” quickly devolved into an argument about how much you didn’t care about his sentimentality or that it was an important object to him- and it just got worse from there- until you gave up, tossed up your hands, and stated you were gonna bring the box you’d finished earlier over to Todd’s while he cooled off, and walked out.
When you’d gotten there, the first thing you did was tell Sal what was up, hoping maybe he’d have some kind of wise words or what you could have done to set Larry off in the first place. Sally, ever the sweetheart, pulled you into a gentle hug, reassuring you that Larry was probably just having a rough patch and that he would talk to him and see if Larry might open up about it.
Taking Todd up on an offer to stay the night, you threw on a movie and made yourself comfortable on the couch, falling into a dreamless sleep.
Neil woke you the next morning with a killer cup of coffee and a poor mans breakfast of sugar coated pop tarts. Sally had come around not long after, letting you know Larry had texted him, and they’d be headed to the apartments for some, “Ghost hunting.” He seemed kind of tense but reassured you that he’d talk to Larry today, before he met up with Ash. Of course, you’d thanked him, and settled into Larry’s soon-to-be room to start sorting out some of the easier boxes.
—–
You woke up later, sprawled on the couch, to the sound of Todd rummaging in the kitchen. Yawning, you stretched and made your way out to greet him, smoothing out your bead-head.
“Hey Todd, how as class?” You asked, grabbing a seat at the kitchen table.
Todd shrugged, idly stirring an instant noodle cup, “No complaints. How’s Larry’s room coming along? Sal said you were unpacking this morning.”
“Well, I made it through the clothes and some oddball boxes… Did Sally mention anything about Larry by chance?”
Todd shook his head, “No, but he left with Ash almost as soon as he was back, so we didn’t have much time to chat. Knowing Sal, things should be smoothed over. He’s always been able to mellow Larry out like that.”
With that, you decided to head back and see if Larry was feeling any better after some Sally time. It was getting dark, and the thick clouds looming overhead finally opened into a sweeping downpour just after you had left Todd’s. You stopped under a thicket of trees just off the road, hoping the rain would lessen, when your cell phone went off.
Larry: [Name] im rly sry. i nvr meant that shit i said.
[Name]: Dude its all good i know youre stressed lately. Im heading back now.
Larry: stay at todds. and just dont blame urself ok? its my time to go.
[Name]: Larry wtf are you talking about? youre scaring me?
Without waiting for a reply you took off towards the apartments at a breakneck run. Bypassing the front door, you ran around the backside of the building to use the back entrance, when you noticed a light on in the old tree house- Then your gaze trailed down to the baggy with a neatly folded paper pinned to the lower steps on the tree.
You felt your blood run cold. He wouldn’t- no.
“Larry!” You scrambled up the rickety planks, ignoring the note, and all but threw yourself onto the tree house floor. “Larry, don’t!”
Tucked against the wall of the tree house, just under the little window, sat Larry, an old camping lantern lit in the corner beside him. His eyes were puffy and his hair disheveled, evidence that he’d been crying before. Tears welled in your own eyes as you took in his distraught expression and the bottle of whiskey in his hands.
“[Name]..?” He whispered your name, and the way his voice cracked brought you to instant tears, and you all but launched yourself at him, pulling him into a desperate embrace.
“Larry Johnson, you fucking asshole! Don’t you dare- don’t you dare take a sip from that bottle-”
“[Name]-” you cut him off, taking his face into your hands and forcing him to look at you. The circles under his eyes were so deep, and the absolute emptiness in them broke your heart.
“No! You listen here, you fucking string bean- you don’t get to do this. You can’t just… just push me away and expect me not to worry. You can’t just text… text me something like that and not expect me to come running to- to fucking keep you from being stupid! What the fuck am I supposed to do without you?!” You were openly sobbing now, practically screaming at the boy who all but held your entire world in his hands. “You’re all I have! You can’t just-just leave me behind and expect me to move on- who am I without my other half, Larry? Who am I?!”
He scrunched his eyes closed, tears streaming down his cheeks again, as he shook his head.
“If you fucking kill yourself, I’m going with you. And you can’t stop me.” You knew it was a dirty trick to play, guilting him like this when his soul was this ravaged and he was so vulnerable- but you were being honest. What would you do without him in your life? What about Sal? God, what about poor Lisa? He was so dear to you all, so loved, and he was ready and willing just throw it all away-
“[Name], I-I can’t take it anymore- I just- the cult shit, that demon, the ghosts! The fucking whispers-  they’re dri-driving me insane! I‘m not like you or Sal- I can’t handle this shit anymore!” He finally breaks down into heaving sobs at that, burying his face into your shoulder, and dropping the bottle in favor of a bone-crushing embrace that you readily return.
You kick the bottle away from Larry, as far as you can get it, and quietly thank whoever will listen when the cap pops the rest of the way off, spilling the amber liquid and the mostly dissolved remnants of pills onto the tree house floor.
“…Why didn’t you just tell me? Or even Sal. Someone. You know we’d do anything for you, Larry, absolutely anything.” He didn’t reply, just shook his head and pulled you closer. What the fuck was was this place doing to him? You had to get him out- get him away- Larry’s phone vibrated from the other side of the tree house, but you elected to ignore it, praying whoever was calling was also smart enough to find you both before things got any worse.
He sniffled, hiccuping into you shoulder, “I’m so sorry, [name]. I didn’t mean anything that I said the other day- or anything I said in those other arguments. I just- This- this place is.. I think I’m going crazy-”
You shushed him, smoothing a hand down his hair and he devolved into body-wracking sobs that shook you both with the sheer force of them. Your soul ached for the boy you had known almost all your life- the boy you grew up with, shared secrets with, made countless memories with, and loved with all your heart.
Why didn’t you see this coming sooner? “I know, Larry, I know. This place- there’s something still wrong with Addison apartments and we’re gonna get you out of here, forever. I promise.”
“I-I’m so, so sorry, [name]. Please... Please don’t leave me.”
The rain continued to pour in violent sheets outside, but you distinctly heard the frantic voice of Sal, calling Larry’s name, as he ran towards the tree house. You had never felt such absolute relief in your life, even with Larry clinging to you like a lifeline, and the stain of his near-death slowly seeping into the floor of the tree house just behind you.
“I’m not going anywhere, Larry. I’m with you, always, no matter what happens.”
—fin—
WHEW. I tried to make it so you could read their relationship as either romantic or platonic, and tried to stay as neutral as possible in gender as well! I hope this is alright, and I hope you like it! I’ve actually never seen the Hunger Games so I kinda went my own way ♥
I’d also like to use this space as a PSA:I’ve struggled with depression and suicidal thoughts and tendencies my whole life- don’t let your depression convince you that you are trapped or alone or unloveable. I know its hard, and there’s no easy fix for it, but there are things in life that make it worth sticking around. Even if its something as silly as looking forward to a new game or story or waiting for a flower you planted to bloom, there are reasons to keep living. Please be kind to yourself and remember, even if we’ve never spoken or interacted or existed in the same space, I know that you are worthy of being loved and cared for and you are not alone.
If ever you feel like you are truly alone in this world, please reach out- there will always be people out here willing to lend a shoulder to cry on, a hand to hold, and a friend to those who feel lost ♥ I know i will always be open to anyone out there in need of a friend so, please, never be afraid to reach out!

There are plot devices that are MacGuffings, but the calls have never been such and I'll fight everyone on it. The worms might have been one to an extent, but NOT THE CALLS. It's one of the reasons the narrative about Jason changing his mind about bellarke makes no sense. Had the writers changed their minds about its importance, they had an astronomical amount of time to change it and let it fade into the background, but they still went with Madi mentioning it as a kept secret in the finale (!!)
The worms weren’t a macguffin either. They were a storyline. It wasn’t the romantic storyline, but it was about the dangers in the new landscape, both natural and political. It was part of the plot. Man vs Nature. Was it the end point goal? No. And it wasn’t ever shown to be. The end point goal was EDEN. And Eden was lost to them through war. I suppose the REAL end point goal was PEACE and a home. They gained peace and lost home. They won the war but lost the goal. That is a valid ending. The worms were a tool, an obstacle, a danger. They were explained within the narrative. They were not pursued, they were used as a biological weapon. Not a MacGuffin. The ending of the danger of the macguffin might have been anti-climactic, but it all made sense. And the real danger was the PEOPLE using the worms, not the worms themselves.
In fiction, a MacGuffin (sometimes McGuffin) is a plot device in the form of some goal, desired object, or another motivator that the protagonist pursues, often with little or no narrative explanation. The MacGuffin’s importance to the plot is not the object itself, but rather its effect on the characters and their motivations.
The MacGuffin technique is common in films, especially thrillers. Usually, the MacGuffin is revealed in the first act, and thereafter declines in importance. It may reappear at the climax of the story but sometimes is actually forgotten by the end of the story. Multiple MacGuffins are sometimes derisively identified as plot coupons. [x]
To be honest, I think people were dissatisfied that the main plot didn’t put Clarke and Bellamy together romantically, so they started saying that everything that wasn’t Bellarke romance was “filler” or “plot devices” or “mcguffins,” as a way to minimize the story that WAS being told. And that is just not true. The story moved along at a brisk pace. It was about the war over eden, fought by the two serpents and Clarke and Bellamy caught in the middle.
The ROMANCE story, however, was a slow story. The Bellarke reunion ALONE took all season long, from 5.01 to 5.13.
The familial story of The Blake siblings, where Octavia had become her worst self and Bellamy had to set his boundaries and reject their toxic dynamic… that took MOST of the season, from 5.01 to 5.12. It did, however, have a fantastic resolution with Bellamy standing up to Octavia. That’s been going on since season 3.
Clarke’s story of trauma and tragedy and her fall from grace has been a slow tumble, and started when she had to kill Finn to save him from Lxa’s torture, and was just compounded with her complex and intense relationship with Lxa, who FINALLY apologized and made amends and stopped her from repeating the cycle she had been repeating since Lxa told her that love was a weakness. That was BRILLIANT.
Bellamy finished the story of the cycle of violence, the one that started the apocalypse and the one that began in 5.01 when Jaha sent 100 expendable people down to a poisoned planet where they met a vengeful people who believed in blood must have blood.
These are really, really long term stories. The Bellarke romance, Clarke and Bellamy’s character development. The main conflict. The Blake siblings. They are NOT one season stories. They WILL go slow. And that means they are IMPORTANT. The more time it takes to tell the story, the more they are THE CENTER OF THE STORY. Watch s6 be Clarke’s hero’s journey completion, and Bellarkes admission of romantic love to EACH OTHER. Leaving book 2 to be about how Clarke and Bellamy, the mated pair of heroes saved humanity and set them on a better path. Because book 1 was about how Clarke and Bellamy came together and saved the last of humanity as it destroyed itself. Book 1– Wanheda, was about death. How much you wanna bet Book 2 is gonna be about REBIRTH.  hmmmm. Will Bellamy get his mythic name finally?
I really think people are confused by the concept of PLOT DEVICE. Every story is FULL of plot devices, narrative devices. It’s not a trick on the audience to have an obstacle in the storyline. The narrative devices of season 5 were not a way to keep the audience from getting what they wanted, or some sort of sleight of hand to bait us. The fandom tends to use terms like “plot device” or “mcguffin” both derisively and inaccurately in order to invalidate the writing, the story, the character development and the season because the story didn’t end up being the story that they wanted…. even if it did, just not in the way that they thought it should be done.
Saying that JR decided NOT to do Bellarke is part of this. The narrative, the STORY, what we saw on screen says the opposite of that. But because it didn’t go the way people wanted it to go, they say “the story changed.” No. It really did not. The story doubled down on romantic Bellarke. It’s still there. Behind the romantic obstacle of B/E. Now with a narratively acknowledged love triangle between Clarke, Bellamy and Echo.
I do not understand how people say that JR decided not to do Bellarke as a romance, when it is RIGHT THERE, canonically in the text and dialogue that there is a love triangle and Clarke loves Bellamy and Bellamy loves Clarke. This is not, in any way shape or form, platonic. You cannot have a romance be platonic. A love triangle is A ROMANCE. A complicated one. With a romantic obstacle. WHICH STILL MAKES IT A ROMANCE. A canon romance.
The amount of time focused on the Bellarke relationship, both onscreen time when they are together and the amount of time when they are talking about each other while not WITH each other is far and away MORE than the time spent with B/E onscreen time. And there is almost no time where Bellamy or Echo talks about the other. Oh except for when Echo is talking to CLARKE. And it’s ALL about Clarke’s feelings for Bellamy.
CANON declarations of Bellamy’s feelings for Clarke. Another traitor who you love. This is most definitely NOT a sign that they decided to drop Bellarke.
Even the offhand comment of “the hostage taker and his girlfriend” is CANON statement of a romantic relationship.
We had a dead character come back into the story. She didn’t declare her undying love, nope. She TOLD CLARKE NOT TO BETRAY HER LOVE THE WAY L BETRAYED CLARKE. And then Clarke tells Echo to go save HIM. She sends her daughter into war to SAVE BELLAMY, because L told her that love was not a weakness.
SMDH.
That is NOT how you choose NOT to write a romantic story.
AND THEN
To reunite Clarke and Bellamy again, and have Clarke just as much in love with Bellamy, and Bellamy afraid to look at her practically, and refusing to forgive her until he finds out that Clarke called him every day for six years, and then, upon realized that she CARES for him that much, he immediately forgives her, welcomes her back into his life, smiles, hugs, faces the future with CLARKE.
And if you compare his reunion with Clarke to his reunion with Echo, you have a couple of minutes of screen time for B/E, we get a touch on the hand and an awkward look, and then a short non-romantic hug outside of the rover, while the Bellarke reunion basically takes over, and they reunite in steps lasting until the very end of the season. Echo disappears, even though she’s the canon girlfriend. She is no longer shown as intimate with Bellamy, while Clarke is.
THIS IS NOT HOW YOU WRITE A BELLARKE STORY THAT IS NOT ROMANTIC.
If you change your mind about doing Bellarke, you go, “oh yeah, 6 years was a long time, missed you guys. I called you everday so I wouldn’t go crazy. ha ha. now i get to drive you crazy in person.” BOOM. Changed Bellarke. Not romantic anymore.
That did not happen.
No more bellarke means you wake up SPACEKRU. The team. Bellamy and Clarke ok, but also Raven, Echo, Murphy and Emori. That is a non romantic ending. That’s platonic Bellarke ending.
If B/E were the romantic endgame, when Bellamy woke up, ECHO would have greeted him and smiled.
If B/E were endgame, Marper wouldn’t have woken up Bellarke. BECAUSE what Marper did was not a coincidence, it was a narrative device to tell a story, and THAT story has linked Clarke and Bellamy not only as partners, but also as the substitute parents of their son, that means MOM AND DAD, that is a romantic relationship, even though romance is not the most important thing. It is a MATED PAIR. Clarke and Bellamy are a MATED PAIR. He thought she was dead and had a girfriend. THIS IS A CLASSIC ROMANTIC TROPE.
I’m tired.
I dont’ understand why people don’t understand this BLATANTLY romantic story and want to keep saying it’s platonic.

La Joie de Vivre: Paris 32mm
Just came from Le Caveau de la Huchette - yes, the jazz club from La-La-Land. I didn’t know this, until I was at the door. I was just looking for a fun place to have a drink or two on a Thursday night and what a joy I found. I literally found the joy of life, or the Parisian way - la joie de vivre.
Tumblr media
These people, they were so immerse into the beat, it was très magnifique. Specially there was this one women, with style and grace, short hair, long earrings, long skirt -long according to her age but edgy enough let her wave and move around-, without a bra, laughing and shaking her arms towards the back while killing the dance floor at the beat and rhythm of bebop with his partner, a black man with a white haired afro, with the same big smile and crazy moves as her. It was amazing. I only felt tele transported like this before and it was at Nicky’s, the best Speakeasy bar in Buenos Aires. But this was the real deal: I am in Paris, living the late roaring 20s, in between wars after the American soldiers fought in Paris, in a lost cave right next Ile de cité, few blocks away from Notre Dame.
Tumblr media
photocredits: Black Label Media  Although I must confess I was expecting to meet my Ryan Gosling - and yes, I did remember our dance mov(i)es - I met Mr. PH, or Pierre-Henri, the lovely Swedish/French, who lived in Utah from Uppsala. It’s amazing to be able to connect with all these people through music, regardless of age and origin, and this was even more special due to my Swedish experience. We danced and laughed a lot. I proudly made a fool of myself and decided I’m gonna learn this dance once Im back in NYC. Then I met Maurice, a younger, intriguing French guy with whom we danced more upbeat my-hips-dont-lie songs. That was some intense moves going on there! I had such a wonderful time I couldn’t wait to come home to write about it, I hope to make justice to the amazing experience I just had. Walking down the Seine, as Owen Willson in Midnight in Paris, I came back home - to this evil, evil Airbnb, not without stoping by the Louvre and enjoying all its secrets, changing my movie switch to the Da Vinci Code.
It’s still mesmerizes me how much these narratives shape our collective perspectives on the world. I was thinking about this exact same issue while walking down my office’s street the other day, back in NY, and saw a couple of police patrols going around like crazy, with a black SUV that looked as if it was from the FBI and a small but intense manifestation. I was surprised on how quiet the protesters were after the police cars passed by and didn’t make much sense to me. That was when I finally realized I was living this meta-reality and was tricked by my very own mind: this was all a set up for Gotham and I thought it was the real deal. I couldn’t stop laughing and my mind exploded for a couple of very long minutes trying to understand and process all these realities happening at the same time in my head!  So yes, this is my tribute to them, to the movies, to those little pieces of realities that we share in 32 mm (or blue ray, but that way is not that picturesque any more) And it feels weird that I start this tribute in Paris and not in New York, but I guess the NYC experience still feels a little bit surreal to me. At least here I know I’m not staying for good, I’m just here for 10 days, so I guess that makes me way more objective, an eager observer and an obsessed analytic of every minute.
I deserved some celebration after the success on the US embassy, so I decided to start with the simplest thing: let’s go for dinner! I went for my poulette avec pomme de terre but since it only came with fries, I switched it for the plat du soir and felt a little bit of the Jack Nicholson’s magic on Something Gotta Give at the Grand Colbert restaurant.
Tumblr media
I ended up in the most surreal circumstances on a Friday’s night. Lost, during a thin-rainy eve in Paris, searching for hidden wifi hotspots in order to reach my destination: a typical French bistro by Le Marais. What I didnt realized, was that I was gonna run into this typical French guy called William. William, is actually a PHD professor and researcher from Atlanta- although he has been living in France since forever, and as per a Woody Allen movie, he was wearing a brown suit jacket which was double his proper size. He was also wearing bigger trousers -not pants- and we debated about morality, existence and transcendence of matter and language over the Frankfurt School, Marcuse, Horkheimer, Adorno for more than 4 hours, having wine, charcuterie and terrine. It was a very nice movie cliche to experience without even planning it!
Tumblr media
Who knew Paris was so famous in movies? I mean, of course in the collective imagery it is, but I didn’t actually realize the size nor the amount of “featured time” Paris have in this movie so called life. After my wonderful La-La-Land experience, my expectations were high and difficult to match, but oh you, dear Amélie, that was a hell of a Saturday we shared together!
I went to Montmartre and started my film on the Abesees station, right next to the carrousel, close to her apartment. After a beautiful morning stroll with the sun on my face and the joy on each and every single pore of my being, I found the Cafe des 2 Moulins, where she enjoys the small but amazing things of life. Little did I know that not only the creme brûlée was gonna be amazing, but the atmosphere and the memories would be as such! The waiter became my fan: he noticed I was writing in my journal and started hitting on me with the sweetest and cheesiest lines ever, talking about the movie, practicing and mixing English and French, gifting me a pain au chocolat, drawing a heart gesture on the air before giving it to me. He even dared to asked for my number in the most courageous yet sweet way imaginable! It really made my day. Thanks Jullien, that was fun! Of course I also checked out the Studio 28 Cinema, where Amelie enjoys her movies. BITES & KMS SAYS: That’s a meta-hyper reality indeed: Amelie, a fictional character which I watch, goes and watches movies to the cinema in a narrative fiction, located on the same place I am standing right now in real life, thinking and wondering about what that character would be feeling at that moment, with the difference that I am feeling it right now. Wow #mindblown
Tumblr media Tumblr media
Of course, I couldn’t stop singing My Song, performed by Christian (Ewan McGregor), feeling a little bit like Satine from Moulin Rouge, while going up and down hills. I hate Boulevard de Clichy, I absolutely hate it: it’s dirty, touristy, with no style nor personality, full of weird people in the bad sense weird can be understood. But well, even though the Bal du Moulin Rouge is located there, this is not whatsoever the best part of the Quarter. So, I kept my musical dream alive and went around the other small and hidden streets. I actually found a spot, which was absolutely perfect. I needed to stop and write about it. My piece of paper said something like this: “Little pieces of Paris, small and unique as the cobblestones of their streets, where only the little birds sing and the sun warms the soul, in between the distant buzz and talks from the tourists.” I imagine a little chambre on one of those top balconies, with lovers singing to each other, having sex and drinking wine in bed at 11 am on a Sunday, waiting to be drunk again to keep sleeping. I stopped by this wonderful Bistro called Le Sancerre. I had my first glass of champagne and had a delicious lunch, falling in love with all these movies, one scene at a time.
Tumblr media Tumblr media
The following day I had a very specific location in mind: the Coulee Verte Rene Dumont: secret lover gardens. Only true Parisians go there and take their dates in hopes of some French kiss action. It is quite far off the tourist circuit, and that made me realized how the US is a rough copy of the best of France, with a very local spin. The Highline, that architecture phenomenon everyone is proud of, already existed here in Paris more than a century ago, and still lingers today. So, sorry Paula Scher, there’s nothing new under the sun. And talking about the sun, this was the setting for Before Sunset. I went there to seek inspiration and to reflect upon that proper dialogue that happens in the movie. Was sex with Ethan Hawke that forgettable or was it actually remarkable? Was he really happy with his wife? Why aren’t they together? Are they meant to be?
Tumblr media
I guess there is just time to listen to some Nina Simone - which, for the time being, we can switch for French Edit Piaf or Italian Mina- and to whomever is asking when I’m flying back, I’m just gonna do as Ethan Hawke:
Celine- Hey Babe, you’re gonna miss that plane. Jesse- I know.

    Learn Stage Hypnosis…
From the desk of: Jason Gold, Master Stage Hypnotist Date:
Rapid hypnosis is NOT difficult.
Neither is street hypnosis, covert hypnosis, or performing stage hypnosis shows.
Stage Hypnosis is something that can be learned and used by anyone. I should know, I’ve been doing it successfully for more than ten years.
However, you may be where I was in the early days, trying to figure out the big secret, faced with absolute bulls**t from money-grabbing hypnosis trainers, and keen to just ‘make it happen’ and start having fun.
Here’s the good news…
If you take just a few minutes to read this page, all of the magic you’ve seen in Stage Hypnosis shows can become real, and YOU will know exactly what it takes to hypnotize people quickly and easily, I guarantee it!
First, allow me to introduce myself…
My name is Jason Gold. I’ve been performing stage hypnosis shows since 2002.
I remember watching a stage hypnotist as a kid and thinking “I wish I knew how to do that.” The obsession strengthened over time, and as an adult, I decided to learn.
Let me just clear something up…
When I talk about hypnosis, I actually do mean putting people under in a matter of seconds, and being able to rapidly hypnotize many people quickly on stage, at home, on the street, at a party – anywhere, anytime.
And I absolutely do mean making people cluck like chickens, think they’re the star of a singing contest, forget their own names, and so on.
I believed that if other people could do it, then I could learn…
So I started hunting high and low to find people who could teach me stage hypnosis. I encountered MANY promises, but most came to nothing. I spent a fortune on books, workshops, audio, DVDs, and other training, and still – nothing.
Of course there are many gifted trainers out there, but most of them were teaching hypnosis for the purpose of hypnotherapy, or as an application of NLP.
That wasn’t what I wanted.
I wanted to know how to take complete control of a volunteers mind, and have them do and believe whatever I told them to.
It was almost impossible to learn…
I struggled for a very long time to find the answers, and on my journey, I somehow ended up working in hypnotherapy, helping people with their problems.
I knew how to use hypnosis in therapy but to me that wasn’t REAL hypnosis.
It was useful, but it certainly wasn’t the hypnosis I’d watched in shows.
I knew many hypnotherapists, and I knew that none of them could hypnotize people to the depths required to have them believe and do whatever they said.
I felt like there was some sort of Secret Stage Hypnotists Society that just didn’t want to share; and every person, workshop, group, course or book that promised to teach me, left me feeling ripped off, deflated, and let down.
I was almost at the point of giving up completely.
And then it happened…
Thankfully, I didn’t give up. Instead – at my lowest point…
I had a ‘chance’ meeting with a leading UK TV hypnotist, who gave me some invaluable advice, which helped me put all of the pieces together.
I took the advice, and put it together with everything I’d learned and practiced through my struggle to learn REAL hypnosis.
And then I made it happen.
I asked some of the people that worked in my building, if anyone would be willing to volunteer. After a few moments of silence, a young guy named Scott stepped up and said he’d give it a go.
I took Scott into my office, gave him a few words of introduction as to what we were about to do, and I proceeded to carry out the hand-lock test.
(I should mention, I was completely winging it! I figured that if I did what I was supposed to do, said what I was supposed to say, and did it with absolute belief and conviction, then it would have a better chance of working.)
To my absolute amazement, Scott couldn’t part his hands. They were stuck together, and he simply couldn’t separate them.
Using the massive burst of confidence this gave me, I proceeded to carry out a RAPID hypnotic induction, lasting in total around two minutes, including a few words to strengthen the trance.
I had no idea if it had worked, but it was time to find out.
I told Scott that when he woke up, he would forget his name.
I then asked him to get up and take a seat, and I asked him his name…
And he had completely forgotten it.
The best part – he wasn’t just playing along – Scott had genuinely forgotten his name. He was completely confused – and I was jumping for joy.
This, to me, is REAL hypnosis, where the volunteer absolutely BELIEVES whatever you tell them to, and does, whatever you tell them to.
I’ll tell you more about Scott in the training, but lets just say…
I was like a kid in a candy store!
Let the fun and games begin.
I began hypnotizing everyone and anyone who would let me. I had my friends, family and colleagues; barking at pedestrians, forgetting their names, believing they were famous singers, dancers, actors, and celebrities, and all the rest.
I became the life and soul of every party.
Those early days were the most fun I’ve ever had.
I went on to perform local shows, leading to pubs and clubs, and finally theatres. I began flying around the world to corporate retreats, making lots of money, making lots of new friends and performing lots of shows, and I loved every minute of it.
After really getting started…
I began earning between $4500 – $15,000 for the BIG shows, with travel and accommodation always covered. I’ll show you exactly how I managed this and how you can do the same.
I was able to hypnotize between 1-20 people at a time, in less than 7 minutes, in front of live audiences. I’ll show you step-by-step how to do this. It’s a lot easier than you might imagine.
I mastered INSTANT Inductions, placing people in RAPID trance in a matter of seconds. This is also something I’ll be showing you, and it’s also easier than you might imagine.
And much, much, much more.
But here’s what really fascinated me when I finally cracked the code…
There is no REAL secret to Stage Hypnosis…
Stage hypnosis is actually very simple.
I couldn’t believe quite how simple it was when I finally got started.
Basically, it can be broken down into very straightforward steps…
As long as you know what to say, how to say it, what to do, and how to do it, with the knowledge of why and how it works, then you can make it happen.
Like driving a car, Stage Hypnosis is VERY learnable. Anyone can do it. It just takes the right knowledge followed by the right actions.
It took me years to figure out how to hypnotize people, but it won’t be like that for you. In fact, if you’re ready to learn, then I’m ready to teach you. I’ve racked up over 1000 shows, and learned the hard way. And now…
I’m now going to pass absolutely EVERYTHING on to YOU
I’m going to teach you what the other hypnotists don’t want you to know.
If you’ve been trying to learn, you’ll know just how true the last statement is.
Other stage hypnotists simply don’t want you to know how to do it. They don’t want the competition. There aren’t many decent hypnotists left working the local scenes, and these people want to keep their positions.
As for the big guys, the so-called industry leaders, guru’s and high level trainers, well, go to them if you will – but expect to pay a fortune for it, and never expect to get it all in one go, there’s always a masterclass or higher level upsell.
Stage hypnosis is simple. Many would have you believe it’s difficult and that you MUST attend their 7 day training (etc.) to learn, but don’t believe the hype.
Anyway, it’s been a crazy ride for me. I’ve learned a great deal, came up against many challenges (legal challenges, media challenges, trouble finding the right information, and more), and I’ve experienced some CRAZY things.
And now I want to pass what I’ve learned on to you – so you can get to the destination faster, without as many bumps in the road.
Here’s just some of what you’re about to learn in The Art of Stage Hypnosis
Precisely how to hypnotize volunteers in any situation, and how you can hypnotize between 1-20 people, on stage, in less than 7 minutes total!
How to hypnotize people in less than 7 minutes. Forget long, drawn out hypnotic inductions, this is stage hypnosis – not hypnotherapy.
Instant RAPID inductions. Learn how to hypnotize people in a matter of seconds, even as an absolute beginner.
Word for word scripts to get you started. If you follow these precise scripts, word for word, you’re practically guaranteed success.
How stage hypnosis works. Learn the foundations of stage hypnosis, how it works, why it works, the various methods used to put people in trance, and all the foundational information you need to know.
Suggestibility tests. Discover how to lock your volunteers hands together, as well as a host of other tests to find out who can be hypnotized, and who the stars of your show will be.
Advanced inductions. All the extra tricks, ways and means of perfecting your skills once you’ve learned how to hypnotize people.
How to put on a show. You’ll learn how to structure a stage show, the set up, organisation, and everything that goes with it.
Stage hypnosis show routines. Every routine and skit I ever had on hand when performing stage shows. Plus, instructions on how to perform, how to add comedy, how to deliver, how to add music, and much more.
The rules and regulations. Cutting the red tape. The do’s and donts of stage hypnosis. A guide to staying above board.
The business side of stage hypnosis. You’ll be learning how to take your shows into small audiences, and then how to move right up through the ranks, ultimately leading to the corporate level where the BIG bucks are.
And much, much, MUCH more.
I’ve put this training together for you in a very strategic way.

Past students…
I don’t usually leave testimonials so you can imagine the reasons for doing so is simply because your product and one to one support on learning stage hypnosis gave me a wider insight into the world of hypnosis.
Having learned hypnotherapy I felt I was missing something as I wasn’t confident hypnotizing for fun but with the techniques taught by you I was instantly able to put people under within seconds of starting the process and have phenomena occuring that I had intended to try out for years!
The vast amount of detail covered is just mind blowing as I know some trainers charge a fortune just to share some of these “secrets”.
I’m glad I had a chance to meet up with you to have all of my questions answered and to gain a great friend and mentor in the process. You are truely a rare gem in the industry that is so filled with so much biased BS now!
For what I paid I feel you have overdelivered and just wish I had found out about you sooner so I hadn’t wasted so much time and money on other courses that just taught me what I already knew.
I wish you all the success you can handle and thanks again for providing such a great product and support.

The Art of Stage Hypnosis is a great value read, I m so glad I discovered it, as it encouraged me to take that final step from thinking and reading about stage hypnosis to actually getting up on stage and performing.
I found Jason’s style to be honest, informative, down to earth and realistic with real practical advice that I have used in formulating and performing my shows. Jason’s advice and writings have given me the confidence to get up on stage and pursue my dream of becoming a full time stage hypnotist.
Matt Thomas, UK
Past students…
After being interested in Stage hypnosis for twenty years and messing about on the fringes. I bought your first course “The Art Of Stage Hypnosis”. After reading it, I decided to get serious and become a full time Comedy hypnotist.
I can tell you I have been a full time Comedy Hypnotist ever since, probably one of the busiest in the UK today. I have worked the Pub and Club circuit to gain the maxium experience. I am now ready to go to the next level.
What really struck me when I read over your excellent “The Art Of Stage Hypnosis” was how accurate the information was. After two years experience, believe me I know, what you relate has all happened to me.
I have like your training say’s you did, bought all the books on hypnosis, taken the courses and spent A LOT of money in the pursuit of knowledge. They have all been lacking in that essential detail. Refreshingly your course gives it all.
Like you I contacted other hypnotists with little success, that seceret society syndrome. So it is great, to have a reference that one can constantly refer to and know it’s from somebody who is telling it as it is, somebody that has undoubtably “Walked the Walk”.
I would have no hesitation recomending your accurate and excellent work, to any budding Stage Hypnotist or person just interested in the process. They will save a fortune.
In fact, I would go as far to say it is essential reading.
Alec Dubbens
Hypnosis trainer…
The Art of Stage Hypnosis is a great course which gives real value to customers, which is why myself and Keys To The Mind are happy to promote it. My subscribers loved the offer.
Nathan Thomas
Past students…
Despite being a hypnotherapist of many years standing, the thought of my first stage show was a little unnerving to say the least. I set about finding out all I could about stage hypnosis by watching DVDs, and surfing Youtube. Nothing prepared me better for success than the generosity of knowledge imparted by Jason.
The result… a great night, a high that lasted a week and the promise of more bookings from my agent!
Bob Hannam
Past students…
If you’re like me and have a great interest in hypnosis you’ll have no doubt been through the endless rigmarole of searching the internet or reading many books on stage hypnosis, trying to find the best and most effective methods to successfully place people under your influence. You will also no doubt have come to the same conclusion that much of the information you find on the internet or read in books is contradictory, or you simply find useless information. Worse yet, some give you so much information that you’re hooked and feel your getting somewhere but to your despair you find that the information just stops or you have to pay ridiculous amounts of money to gain so called ‘secret information’ on how to be a masterful stage hypnotist.
Well due to a very strange occurrence and my previously never ending search for the right person to teach me how to hypnotize people and even more – enabling me to perform to hundreds as a stage hypnotist, I crossed paths with Jason. After a couple of meetings with Jason I knew he had that special something I was always searching for and could never get my hands on. It was the right information that after nearly 5 years of searching I had now found. I felt that Jason’s unique methods of teaching and the vast amount of information he holds is why I just had to take his stage hypnosis training. After my first days training I was beaming with confidence and had a greater understanding of hypnosis and how to use it to hypnotize people and perform stage shows.
Throughout my training with Jason I learned all the things plus more that I had been searching for for all those years. I highly regard Jason as not only a masterful teacher of his craft and a stage hypnotist but also as a professional respected by many people.
Patrick Larkins

Thanks loads for your training, I learnt so much! I’m now confident I can put on a fantastic show which means I can get out there and just do it!

How to insure a used car off of the lot with no previous insurance?
I have never had insurance in my name before (my parents had me under their insurance within the past 6 months, but I am now not insured, nor driving a vehicle). I am interested in buying a car from a buy here, pay here lot and I don't quite understand how it works as far as insuring the vehicle off of the lot goes. I was told that the dealer would give me a few options of insurance (usually crappy) and I would use that insurance for the drive home, and subsequently get my own insurance. This is so ridiculous to me, to pay for insurance twice?! I just want to know the legal & affordable & practical way of insuring this vehicle. Is it not possible to be at the dealership, buy the car, get insurance over the phone while still on the lot, and then drive it home? Because I realize that the dealer will not let you drive it off of the lot if you don't have insurance. Also, how will they know I have the insurance? Since I currently do not have any, I won't have an insurance card or anything material to provide as proof... will they accept an over-the-phone affirmation by the insurance company as proof?""
Would I need insurance?

The handset price (how much you pay on the day for the actual phone) is 29, so if I break or loose or someone steals the phone, would I pay 29 and get another headset, or will they make me pay 29 for a phone I don't even have? Having my dad as the policyholder is not beneficial because although he has been driving for over 30 years, he has always had a company car and has never owned, and therefore never had insurance. I have looked everywhere for insurance and the cheapest is 3500, most quotes are over 4000 and around a third of the results are over 10000. Can i keep the insurance money and not fix my car ? can i still buy insurance in future?
I have a BMW 335i which cost around 29k (BUY LAST YEAR with CASH). I was hit by other guy ,he was at fault so their insurance ( B) absolutely must pay to fix my car .Nothing relate to my insurance ( farmer ). they estimate the cost to fix at their shop is 7k while BMW estimate for me is 13k (if there is hidden cost to fix the car, B will have to pay it too, thats the law). I do not want to drive this accident car anymore ,so can i ask them to write me a final check ,for example 15k to cover everything now and in future (for example they accept the deal). i then will sell the damaged car to somebody for cash and buy another one ? my car is still drivable (in my opinion the stucture would cost like 2 k to get it work perfectly, yet if we do not care the look, the cosmetic it will be a super good car to drive) In case i do not sell the car and fix the structure to drive, keep the money , i heard somewhere from yahoo answer that no insurance company will sell you insurance ??? like i can no longer buy farmers insurance if i do not fix my car ??? IS THIS FOR REAL ? ( because i did not make any claim on my insurance FARMER ) Is there any problem with an accident car ( Car title ,etc....) Is it legal in texas to drive a damaged car ? Will they report it to carfax ( i got police report) ..... I need advice for my auto insurance claim! Please help!!?
I was in a car accident 4 days ago. My Mother was the passenger in my car (I was driving). I was on the off ramp getting off the freeway. All cars behind me were stopped. I was stopped waiting to make a right turn. An emergency vehicle was coming in my direction from my left. Therefore, I was waiting for the emergency vehicle to pass. The person behind me (large dodge ram truck I am in an '08 2 door Infiniti coupe) thought I went so he 'gunned it' to get in front of the emergency vehicle. Unfortunately, we had not gone so he pushed my vehicle out in front of the emergency vehicle. Luckily, I was able to turn my car out of the way. I did not hit anyone (no one was in front of me). My Mother and I were both put into a gurney and taken to a local hospital in an ambulance. We both had our seat belts on and suffered whiplash. We were released 5-6 hours later after x-rays, etc. We were both prescribed medicine. My Mother has had 3 brain tumors and has trouble with her speech etc. and any violent startling trauma can get her shaken up pretty badly and confused. I know she hit her head but, she is in pain but not nearly as much as I am. With my Mother's condition I don't know if this kind of thing can have negative effects later on. I know that my neck and back is pretty messed up. It hurts to stand for after 15 minutes or so. My car is pretty messed up and had to be towed. I plan on taking it back to the Infiniti shop to get all new parts. My car has all the upgrades in it so I want it to be taken care of. Am I allowed to take it to the Infiniti dealership or will Geico (the other persons insurance) not allow that, or does it not matter? The police gave the guy that hit us a citation. I have USAA and the other person has Geico. I just want to know exactly what to do in this situation. Since I'm out a car (I work for myself) I have been out (already) a decent amount of money for not being able to meet up with my clients. I spoke to my insurance today and they said that all my medical is covered since I had that already in my plan (without it raising my premium) and that I should get a settlement ON TOP of paying for damages to my car and getting me a rental, etc. Any advice would be greatly appreciated. I don't want to get taken for a ride. I've heard the horror stories of dealing with insurance companies. Any advice on what I should make a point of saying to the other insurance company, etc. Thanks in advance....""

How is mandating health insurance like mandating auto insurance (according to Obama)?
Auto Insurance: If I don't want auto insurance, I don't have to drive. Auto insurance is a CHOICE. Health Insurance: Will be the only thing somebody HAS to pay simply for being alive in America. Some people do NOT agree with ANY main stream health practices like myself. I would NOT go to a doctor even if I was on my death bed. Comment: Does it concern ANY of you that this mandatory health insurance will be the FIRST thing the government REQUIRES you to buy. Even Taxes are a choice. Some people chose to work for goods and barter (Amish). Isn't this America, where I can choose to seek alternative health rather than be forced to pay for something for merely being alive? Also, what about Church of Christ Scientists - Why force people who are religiously opposed to our health care system to buy health insurance. Many Christ Scientists will die before they seek main stream health. This plan makes me sick.""

Can a car insurance company make up points on your license?
So in early march my apartment was raided for pot, and a 1/2 gram was found. I was convicted of possession of marijuana and as part of Michigan's driving laws even if the incident did not occur in a car your license is restricted for 6 months. Yesterday my mother (the insurance for the whole family is in her name) received a notice that i had 8 points on my license and my insurance rates would be raised. Confused about this i went to Sec of State and in fact found out that i have no points. I called Memic and explained this to them, they informed me that they do not use actual points, they use their system of points. For example OUID is a 6 point offense but they count it as 8 points. Passing a stopped school bus (which as far as i can tell is no points) they view as 8 points. My question is, can they do this? We are switching insurances next month due to cheaper rates but this seems like a shady business practice to me. Thanks for ur time!!! -Pat""

Trunk Insurance vs. Car Insurance?
I recently changed cities on my auto insurance going from a Cleveland, OH zip code to an upper middle class Cleveland suburb and my rates fell more than $200/half...I drive a '99 S-10, just a regular pickup truck, I am in the market for a new vehicle and ideally it would be a full size truck (Chevy Silverado or GMC Sierra half ton)...my agent has the exact truck I would like to buy, so I asked him what that truck would be insurance-wise for me. It automatically went back up to what I was originally paying in Cleveland...around $650/6 mos. Other variables of my car purchasing ordeal are that I took a buyout from General Motors and I got a vehicle voucher included in the buyout, so another option for me is to get a Chevy Malibu which I could basically drive off the lot for zero money...I've been reading that sometimes car insurance can be more than insuring a truck, with the information I've provided can someone help me out and estimate if my insurance would be more for a basic/no frills 2011 Chevy Malibu or a 2011 Silverado/Sierra with some bells and whistles...and also, do Insurance companies look at the more options a vehicle has as being more to ensure??? any answers would be appreciated""

How bad will the insurance coverage get under the Affordable Health Care Act? Mine just keeps getting worse?
Its now been changed to only cover 70% rather than 80%. The copay and deductible are higher. The notification said that the company I worked for was being pressured to reduce costs due to the Affordable Health Care Act. So now I guess I need a supplemental health insurance policy. I guess that looks better on Obama's statistics but it sure doesn't help the people who need insurance. How does that save me money? Why does anyone support this bill? It stinks.

""Families who live in America, how much is your health insurance per month?""
In an earlier question I mentioned that my boyfriend's parents are paying for his 24-year-old sister's health insurance after she got laid off and couldn't find another position and can't afford health care on her own, to the tune of $175 a month (and she's perfectly healthy) and was floored when someone said that was actually inexpensive. Btw, her parents insist on her having health care coverage for fear of her getting in an accident or whatever. I'm 17 and am quite obviously naive about the costs of health insurance, but I'm really curious about it, and would like to know how much it usually costs for a family to have health insurance in America. I'm in California. I don't know if it's more expensive depending on your state. If if you don't mind answering, how much do you pay per year, and how many people are in your family? Does it become more expensive as your kids get older? What kind of plan do you have? Through work or your own? Are you supportive of universal health coverage? Also: does anyone understand how Medicare / MediCal works and who decides who is covered and who isn't? Is it based on your yearly income? I'm asking because one of the reasons my boyfriend's parents want his sister to have insurance is that another family friend of ours broke her jaw in a roller blading accident when she was 26 and didn't have insurance because she was unemployed at the time, and not being able to pay the $15,000 hospital bill killed her credit score. Sorry for all the questions. I'm just really curious about all this.""

What are legal steps to resolving an auto insurance claim?
Allstate was supposed to compensate me for X amount of damage done to my car by the driver who had insurance upto 5 grand. Notice that I did not have insurance with AllState but that because the driver was at fault, and had coverage of upto $5000, AllState has agreed to pay me a portion of that 5 grand. However, the problem is the driver who was at fault is not agreeing to this and demands more in loss from AllState. Whereas, although, I myself deserve more in damage since the car was worth more than the amount I am being compenstated for, I have still decided to settle for less. Now because the driver is delaying the decision to accept the remaining amount out of 5 grand, this case/claim has not resolved SINCE 2010. They wouldn't send me check yet only because the driver needs to accept the offer also. My theory is that whether or not the driver finds the offer fair, is none of my problem. I shouldn't have to wait for 2 years only because the driver refuses their offer. I should get my share at least. Do I have a legal case against the company for taking too long in this regards ? What can I do to resolve this ?""

I want you to get absolutely everything you need to know, but without clouding your mind with useless rubbish.

Thanks loads for your training, I learnt so much! I’m now confident I can put on a fantastic show which means I can get out there and just do it!

I want you to get absolutely everything you need to know, but without clouding your mind with useless rubbish.

I want you to get absolutely everything you need to know, but without clouding your mind with useless rubbish.

I found Jason’s style to be honest, informative, down to earth and realistic with real practical advice that I have used in formulating and performing my shows. Jason’s advice and writings have given me the confidence to get up on stage and pursue my dream of becoming a full time stage hypnotist.

I want you to get absolutely everything you need to know, but without clouding your mind with useless rubbish.
