throwing myselft into school has worked rlly well for me today.

gonna get a salad soon so i can either not eat it or eat it at my bf's tonight. (dont rlly wanna eat but its ok i can fast tomorrow since im not doing anything but schoolwork) I just really do not wanna eat lately but also ive been trying to make sure i dont revert to binge mode again :-( i feel so ashamed to walk around lately bc of how i look and feel (i feel full all the time never even hungry i just keep eating and eating raaaahh)

I took some before photos of where I currently am in my weightloss journey.

These are going to be like my half way photos ig. Since i had lost 125lbs initially. I sadly havent rlly lost any weight at all during the last year. Ive fluctuated between 155-165lbs. Well this month i decides to break that cycle. I want to finally reach my goal weight of 135lbs.

Tomorrow morning i will weigh myself to get my mew starting weight. And then im thinking that ill update here weekly with my progress for that week :)

Im getting my fasting app back along with my weight and fitness tracker.

Now its not like i have to explain my process to the few to none people who are gonna read this (because tbh im talking to myself here in these posts, i dont actually have any followers who care ab me or anything) but here it goes anyway,,

I work at a job where im on my feet all day long. I also get dizzy and lightheaded very easy. I dont want to draw attention to myself so i always eat in the morning. I used to do omad but that was when i had a desk job so i didnt have to always be on my feet. Im gonna have to start with 2 meals a day for now. Ill do breakfast around 9-10 depending on how hungry i am that morning.

Breakfast will consist of whatever we have on the line at breakfast that morning, most of the time its eggs bacon or sausage and toast. 1 of each.

I also wanna throw in some fruit so ill probably have either apples or melon with that.

For my dinner meal i will have to eat with my parents because even at the ripe ol age of 21 i still live with them and they still expect me to eat the food that they cook. They eat pretty healthy so ill just have small servings of whatever they make me.

The real kicker is that im not going to be allowing myself to have the sweet foods i love so much. Ive had a year to eat them. Ive had a year to satisfy myself with them. Now its time to set them aside in favor for a healthier lifestyle.

Im going to make an effort to stick to this plan so that i can be happy and reach my ultimate goal.

Im very worried ab the loose skin and how it will affect my body dysmorphia along with my dysphoria surrounding my chest. Im unsure if losing 30lbs will make the loose skin better or worse. Im going to try my best to work out as much as i can to tone up my body. With how high my starting weight was im scared that it wont go back to normal.

This is a long post now so im logging off. Ill post my before pics along with my new starting weight tomorrow morning

so its the first time michael has visited the house since vee told him about her regression. he was super supportive and understanding - honestly it made a lot of sense given what he had seen of her behaviour

and michael reassured her that he was okay with it all and that she can regress with him if she wants to. so before michael visits, vee purposefully doesnt hide any of the little items around her room as she had done every time he visited previously

and when michael comes in he sees the sanrio and winnie the pooh colouring books on her bed. he just smiles and asks if she was doing colouring before he got there

vee gets a bit shy because its so much more real to have him actually talk abt it openly, and she just shakes her head, blushes and starts to chew her nail

michael obviously notices her nervousness so he doesnt push anythinf and they just sit down on the bed to watch a cartoon - michael isnt into kids shows rlly but hes been watching steven universe with vee recently

and eventually vee notices michaels gaze has wandered during the show and hes looking at the bedside table - she looks and goes rlly red because she FORGOT that she left out a couple of pacis,

and she tells mimi abt all the different colours she has and how nice they feel in her mouth and she even mentions that she uses them when big sometimes for anxiety - she flips the dark blue one over to show him the clear teat and explains that one is better for chewing. thats why she has two next to her all the time so if shes little she goes for the softer cloudy teat and if shes big and anxious she uses the firmer clear one and it helps her breathe slowly

michael is actually super impressed and curious about that "oh! oh like oral stimming! like the chewy necklaces!" and vee smiles "yeah!"

then the convo abt the pacis goes quiet and vee is leaning against him and fiddling with the lilac paci in her lap, smiling softly down at it

then suddenly michael asks, sounding almost shy "kitty? can i maybe... ask you something?"

vee feels her heart stutter. she gets rlly nervos and her eyes tear up in a second because oh no hes uncomfortable he thinks its weird he's gonna ask me to never show him little stuff again oh no

i haven't been anywhere haunted but the one time i thought was at a mutual friend's house and the two times i've been she pulled a prank on me she would excuse herself then all the lights in her house would go out and scary music would start playing on her alexa and i would always go with a friend eventually we started to look for her she would be in her room closet and jump at us once we walked in the second time it happened i forgot what specifically happened but i got so scared i ended up crying ㅠㅠ she didn't seem sorry nor try to comfort me and while i'm not upset anymore i look back on this and add it to the collection of weird stuff she's done over our relationship i saw her about a month ago when i used to go out for my school club i passed by her on the sidewalk not realizing it was her and she cursed me out because i didn't say anything and made me give her a hug,,,,,,,

japan is goals tbh asdffghjk i miss eating katsudon and i didn't rlly get to do much more bcs the person accompanying me was like those people who turn out to be complainers of everything? i didn't get to see all the activities in the tower due to it nor visit the hot springs! #never again; i got around well in a way tho bcs i knew a very small bit of japanese at the time tho bcs very few people know basic english there. oh and the nara deer are so cool and the foxes in miyagi! i got to hold one

honestly speaking the most costly i got there was the plane ticket and the train bullet tickets. food was about (im doing this in euros bcs im not from the usa so i dont know approx. but there's converters online right?) 5-11€ in average usually unless you wanted to go to a specific gourmet restaurant or smth. also the water is free usually. costs are ofc higher in tokyo : for example a water bottle there is 110 ¥ and in kyoto its 100 ¥. but all worth it.

needless to say i almost went broke bcs i bought the asl plushies (the kid version and i had to go to osaka too for the other two missing from the trio) and i also got an ace figure. sabo merhandise tho you're either early to get the worm or pay the price later. at the tower there was very few merch left of sabo bcs HUNGRY FANGIRLS EVERYWHERE. like even in the line to enter you could see girls with their clothes and bags full of pins of either zoro, sanji or sabo. like dozens of them.

speaking of going tho i believe october is the low season for prices? when i went in april i payed like app 2000 € in total but for the plane alone rn it should be like half of it? 600€-700€ so in USD that should be like 700-800$ right? but yeah people stare lots, i guess its bcs foreigners are too noticeable even in mannerisms or dressing codes? idk.
