I haven't read the IDW comics, so I'm way late and all I know of personality is that from what I saw, she's like "oh, abrasive with a rough exterior but can be broken through" yada yada like Shadow maybe but

D'ya think Surge's design is in reference to or inspired by Manic?

Cause, like,

we got Manic. Notably, he has two earring hoops, a unique spikey mohawk-ish hairstyle, spikey cuff bracelets, and is generally very punk related.

And then we have Surge.

Two earring hoops, spikey hairstyle, spikey cuff bracelets, and punk related.

Also, they are obviously both green.

I don't have much else to say. I just noticed similarities and wanted an excuse to say them.
