it took me like twenty years to fully realize that i took esl tests

HD KK HDDKDJ#i dont know how kt came to mind but i was randomly thinking today about like#in elementary + middle school how i used to have to take these random english tests where id have to get taken out of class#and they were sooo boring it was like the same thing each time and it was at least once a year#and i wasnt really sure what they were i was just like ok whatever#and then yeah i was thinking abt it earlier and i asked my brother abt it and he was like 'well yeah it#was because eng wasnt our first language'#and i was just like wait WHAT !!!!#also the whole time i thought that i had to keep taking those tests until i passed so i was sooo annoyed that i had to take it#each year ??? i was like im ????? i feel lkke my eng is decent enough wtffff#wow . wow i legiterally had no idea hdkddnkd#sashimimi
