I just had a chill regular ass day, how was Christmas for you folks

Pagan Murdoc HCs

constantly carries around different crystals and rocks and has a huge collection of them

He has some favorites, healing crystals that target headache type pains to help with hangovers, protection crystals for when he communicates with his demon pals, focusing and creativity boosting crystals to help him through writers block on his music, ect

But he also has super obscure and specific ones. Like I saw that apparently dino bones can help heal broken bones? First of all thats super interesting, and second of all he totally bought a small fossilized shark tooth or something in hopes of healing his broken nose(s)

He puts a little metal loop on each them by hand and just strings them on his necklace interchangeably

He also likes to keep a deck of tarot cards with him, and has several different decks for different questions/topics/perspectives

He goes out on walks, especially in fall and winter, to just be alone with the wind and trees pretty often

While hes out he collects leaves and rocks and rainwater for his alter

He also has a little garden outback that he grows herbs for spells in and has a surprisingly green thumb.

But he doesnt like house plants as much bc he thinks its rude to keep them out of the sun and away from their friends (though he would never admit this out loud)

He has filled about seven (7) grimiores/BoS and he always buys the same black leather bound book to continue his writing.

Theyre actually pretty similar to his song writing notebook, which once lead to an unfortunate situation for 2D

No one in the band celebrates christmas (Noodle has showed signs of also picking up Satanism/pagan/wiccan stuff, Stu is Buddhist, and Russ is Muslim) so they all just sort of exchange gifts on Yule bc it doesnt change year to year and its easiest

But they totally get in on each others holidays and its super interesting and fun when they overlap

Mudsy and noods want to have a full moon ritual on Vesak? Sure, lets go to the park and you can put up your circle while I set off some lanterns, we can share candles

Murdoc is deffinelty the type of guy to hex/curse people.

And he'll do so like twice a day.

Rude guy cuts him off in traffic? All of your bacon will be soggy. Stuffy christian lady tells him hes going to hell? Your kid is going to forget to call you for a month. JCPenny employee tells him hes too old to buy a crop top? Here, have this five dollar (euro?) bill that will give you a paper cut everytime you touch it

Hes actually lowkey an empath and so hes really good at reading people but crowds overwhelm him

That's why he started getting drunk whenever he went out, it makes it way easier to think clearly (ironically)

Draws sigils on all his shit

Him and noodle have very distinct sigil styles

Noodle is a way more modern practicer and uses her phone as a scrying mirror and uses emoji spells and all that type of thing

Puts herbs in her weed

Shes more focused on gods and goddesses than demonic worship like murdoc
