“Yeah, that thing’s a biohazard right now. Honestly, it’s fine. We can always get a redo, if you really, really want one, tomorrow or something. I doubt any places are gonna let me in without a shirt. My big scary tattoos will frighten the midwestern townsfolk.”

Steve places both hands on his hips and Eddie wants to kiss him.

Again, and again, and again.

“Just wear one of mine. Your jeans are fine, so here.” He turns around and flits through the drawer once more, tugging out a shirt and tossing it to Eddie with a hesitant smile.

Among the many rumors that have circulated about Eddie Munson, the one he holds in highest contempt is that he’s stupid. That he took so many tries to graduate high school because he was dumb, incapable.

He’s not.

Eddie isn’t stupid, and he’s been around Steve long enough to learn all about the courting rituals of a jock, about how his teammate’s girlfriends and partners wear their names across their backs to show they’re… well, theirs. 

So when Steve hands him a maroon tee-shirt with white hems, the Indiana University emblem on the front and Harrington written across the back, he knows what the gesture means. 

He pulls the shirt over his frizzy mess of curls and secretly hopes he’s right.

I wanted to tag everyone who was already tagged for JP but Tumblr was being stupid. So hopefully everyone sees this! I also wanted to let everyone know that even though it's only me now on this story, nothing has changed. All aspects of writing/writing style will remain the same. I'll still be the sole writer of this but it might take me a bit longer because having to rework some things are hurting my brain. 😂 But I swear, you all will love it so much! I promise you; it's going to be so fucking amazing from now until the end.

The sound of the waves crashing echoed all around us, trapping us together. The salty brine lingered on my lips as I licked them, watching Y/N stare out into the vastness of the ocean in front of her. She stood with arms stretched wide and an even wider smile on her face.

"Do you remember what you told me the last time we were standing on a beach together?" I asked while brushing away the hair that blew into her face.

She giggled with a nod. "It can't rain all the time."

The memory of us together, all that time ago, was one of the few that replayed in my mind on a loop. Her face filled with so much worry about how she would deal with the Trey situation and afraid that she would drown in the rain.

But now she glowed with the ever growing rays of the sunset, the metaphorical halo she wore proving why her nickname fit her so well.

Angel.

With one arm wrapped around her shoulder, holding her close to my chest, I dug my toes deeper into the sand trying to keep myself grounded. The entire day had been perfect, our redo date becoming a new favorite memory of mine, but there was still one thing left to do. My other hand was stuffed into the pocket of my joggers and it felt like it was wrapped around a weight. My heart would not stop pounding in my chest and I was sure Y/N could feel it against her cheek.

"Angel," I began with a long breath.

Just then, her phone began to ring causing her to pull it out of her sweater with a sigh. She went to ignore the call but when I noticed the caller's I.D, I motioned for her to stop.

"That's the fourth time they've called today, Y/N. You should answer it."

She frowned. "But I don't want to ruin the day."

I pressed a soft kiss to her lips, humming at the taste of her lip gloss.

"It's alright. Answer it."

Nodding, she accepted the call with a smile. "Hey. Sorry, I've-."

The words died on her tongue as she fell away from me, those bright eyes dulling like the dark cloud that suddenly formed overhead, crackling and booming into the air around us.

Q. I will admit that I misread the ship I attached myself too but I think you all are doing the same thing. Eddie and Buck have barely spoken this season let alone appear to be close to figuring out life changing feelings for one another. I think you all are playing yourselves as well. Just a heads up. And call backs are inevitably going to be repeated given how long the show has been on. These callbacks are coincidental nothing more.

A. Most of their dialogue for the season so far was in episode 5 so I'll agree that their conversations have been minimal for them, but that was very clearly an intentional choice and we got the answer as to why in episode 6. Eddie has been denying himself things that bring him joy. Eddie has been punishing himself. There is a long established history of Eddie enjoying and being endeared by Buck's ramblings. Eddie likes to listen to Buck talk. That is a canon fact. And while they haven't had that much dialogue the show has still made a point of giving them at least one scene together in every episode. We have also seen Eddie looking at and too Buck numerous times. These have almost certainly now been intentional choices. Eddie doesn't want to allow himself his normal with Buck but he's still letting himself look at Buck. Some part of Eddie KNOWS. I think a growing number of people believe that.

And yes calls will be repeated to an extent but they're not 'accidentally' only repeating Buck and Eddie calls. That's a deliberate writing choice. We just don't know why yet. To me it still feels like he's trying to redo the season 5 he wanted without outright repeating it episode for episode. The season has been too similar to 5 so far to be a coincidence. And I don't think anyone is close to admitting or acknowledging anything yet. I think we'll get some kind of cliffhanger with one of them in the mid season finale and a think or nod to the other realizing it or acknowledging something in that moment but I think the first part of 8b will be used as a build up. Episode 118 looks more and more likely every day. And the break will absolutely be promoted using them and what might happen. Their follow numbers, streaming numbers and trending numbers all increased following episode 5. The show clearly has a plan. We haven't misread anything, anon.

Yep, yep and yep. I don't think anything is coincidental on a TV-show. Everything has meaning. They only have a short amount of time to tell a full story, so a lot of the signs are there, but they're in the background or a part of the decor or clothing.

And when you watch the show long enough, you start to notice patterns and little subtle nudges and hints.

I will most certainly be rewatching 8a during hiatus and see if I can pick up on the little things I might have missed and that haven't been discussed yet.

I agree, the show clearly has a plan.

Even more pre-ep-8 thoughts (Sun Sept 8)

4 Minutes is taking up way too much of my brain space.

I'm fully expecting the ending to depend on what happens in the 4:00 room.

So much of the tragedy of this series is because of people acting on incomplete info.

Tyme doesn't know that Warit is the one who killed his parents or had them killed. Yes, Great's dad didn't do anything to stop Warit, but Warit is the one who acted.

Tonkla doesn't know - or does he? I know Win knows that Title's fingerprints are on the rock that killed Dome, but I can't remember if Win told him - that Great was an under duress bystander/after the fact accessory, so he shoots Great too. Actually, Tonkla is sufficiently deranged that he might have shot Great anyway.

Update: Tonkla's Timeline in ep 1-7 confirms Win did tell Tonkla that Title killed Dome. (This is a great work of scholarship by the way and I recommend you read it.)

Tonkla makes me think of Light Yagami in Death Note. He starts by supernaturally killing people who are known criminals who have gotten insufficient justice and winds up killing anyone who is in his way. I watched the anime series and it's a great watch. Not QL, although I'd bet there's Light/L (his nemisis) fanfic. (Can't verify. AO3 doesn't seem to provide a search by slash pairings and I'm getting way too many irrelevant results. Some of the results are tagged for noncon, so I guess some of them do have sex in them.)

But I digress.

I'm starting to accept the argument that episodes 1-5 are a mix of real events and redo events. I'm still in the camp that the nonreality parts of 1-5 are not solely Great's four minute fever dream.

I'm thinking specifically of Great's dad's dinner with Tyme's grandmother, which happens in the redo timeline only. While Great may subconsciously remember that his parents and Tyme's parents knew each other, he probably would not know that Great's parents knew Tyme's grandma. So I don't know how Great would come up with that.

By the way, after searching the interwebs, apparently Great's dad's reference to the "three realms" with regard to granny's homey cooking is a reference to Heaven, Earth, and Hell. I'm not Thai so I don't know whether that would be an odd thing to say in real life.

We still don't know what Manee was doing in that tunnel. Did she jump or was she pushed?

Want to bet Warit has Great's parents and Korn killed because Warit wants 100% control over the gambling operation? or kills Great's parents and forces Korn to marry Fasai and makes it clear Korn's continued life is dependent on Korn's cooperation.

Finally (for the moment), why did Title rope Great into being a witness and accessory for Dome's killing in the first place? Possibilities:

He's an egomaniac and wants to show off

It was too much work getting Dome into the trunk of his car and he's lazy

He wants the option of framing Great if things go wrong

I'm thinking the last one.

And just now remembering, a friend of mine reported having an out of body experience as a child immediately after a car crash that killed their father but which they survived. So this series is even more fascinating for me on a personal level.

I will, of course, be honoring my beloved Arlasaire today with a combo of spoken dialogue and narration. That being said, I don't really write good out-of-context bangers lines lol -- everything only barely works because of the context. (I wish I was. I'm not that cool though.)

2. Least favourite set? Oh, I'm sorry but I don't want to answer that 😅 I've deleted any I really don't like, but I will say there's a set that keeps popping up in my notifs where I'm like 'really, that one again???' But that's all I will say. People like what they like.

3. The set with the most notes? This one with 1559 notes. I'm happy with that, it's a good set. The ones with Connor in them tend to do well.

5. Favourite movie/tv show to gif? dbh is my main fandom so yeah, dbh but more specifically, Markus. I just love giffing him, it's almost therapeutic at this stage.

7. Who are my top 3 gifmakers? @thirium @aghostinmyownmachine @mijchi for dbh gifs and also shout out to @babyjapril who is not a dbh giffer but her gifs are always incredible (sorry for the random tag ana).

13. Where and/or from whom did you learn to gif? I'm mostly self-taught but I have relied on a few tutorials here and there.

17. How many gifs do you prefer in a set? I guess 2? That's how many I usually make in a set, so that must be my preference. I do like a 4 set too though.

19. What I'd my giffing process like? Very on the fly, lol. I check to see if I have the footage I want, if I don't I screen record the scene I need. I upload that into ps, trim the clip to what I need, change the speed and crop. Then I brighten and colour them to whatever I'm feeling at the time. I always sharpen last. It's what takes the longest and I sometimes have to finick with the settings a bit until it looks nice on tumblr.

23. What's the thing you gif when you don't have anything else to gif? Take a wild guess. It's my boy ofc

29. Have you ever posted a set, realised you made a mistake later but realised it was too late? Oh yes many a time. Usually on sets with text and I made a typo. That's happens pretty often 😅 I usually go back and fix them anyway but then the old versions still get reblogged lol

31. Do you schedule/queue posts or do you post as soon as you're done? I usually post when I'm done. If I'm not really happy with a set, I'll save them to drafts and look at them later. If I decide they're actually OK, I'll post them, if not, I redo them. But I don't schedule posts, I'm too impatient.

37. What sets do you have planned to make in the future? There are a few sets I'm waiting to do when my skills catch up to my visions. But right now? There's a quote gifset I want to make with Markus but it will require time I just don't have right now.

41. Least favourite part of the gifmaking process? Oh my god, uploading to tumblr. I never really know what gifs are going to look good. Sometimes I'll spend ages on a set, upload to tumblr and it look like ass, so I have to redo the whole thing. It's infuriating.

43. Do you keep videos or delete them once you're done giffing? I keep them unless I need the space. I'm pretty lazy like that hahaha

47. Any advice for novice gif makers/people who want to start making gifs? Gif tutorials are your friend. I'm mostly self-taught but whenever I get really stuck, I search for gif tutorials. They are incredibly helpful.

It's been a few weeks since I had new books to share, but I finally got photos taken of the newest ones so today's the day. Here, have a book:

This is Across Tides and Currents, a Good Omens siren AU by Sodium_Azide and @doorwaytoparadise (hi. I hope I tagged you right). My favorite thing about this AU is that, at its heart, it's about learning to communicate with someone who is so different from you that you can't even physically speak each other's language, and yet you've still got so much common ground that you find a way. It's way lighter and more fun than that description makes it sound, though, so go read it if that's your thing.

The cover on this is Lineco book cloth, scrapbook paper printed to look like leather, and blue foil htv. The foil was actually a nightmare to do. The first time I applied it, it wouldn't stick no matter what I did, and the bits that did stick peeled off as soon as I touched them. I had to peel them up very carefully, cut a new image, and try again. Thankfully it worked the second time but I don't know that I'll be using the foil type again unless there's no other way to get the color I want. The non-foil metallic was so much easier to work with.

I went with a coptic bind for this one for a few reasons. The first was that I wanted to try one on a quarto-size book to see if I could. I also wanted to try the mitered corners thing I did when I bound Strange Moons, and see if I could have the same effect on the interior. (That bit didn't work out so well; the front is fine but I mismeasured the inside and the lines didn't match up, so I trimmed some pieces of cardstock to cover that up. I really like the layered look though, so that's fine. It's quirky.) The third reason is that not long before I decided to bind this one, the authors published a new chapter after two years of no updates. That's the best possible reason to have to change plans, and the glueless bind means that if they ever do that again I can just redo the stitching to add more pages. Win-win.

Getting whimsical with title pages here. This took way longer than I thought it would, probably because I don't like graphic design and I did it in Word where I do the rest of my typesetting. Usually what I do is grab an image and put text around it or on top of it and then just play with fonts and sizes, but this time I drew the lines and then made the text follow them. This is the first time I've used the word art feature since...probably 2009? I'd forgotten how. I have no doubt there are better ways to do this but if I'd had to learn a new program at that point I'd have quit. And I do think it was worth it--it's cute and fun and looks about how I imagined it.

Couple of photos of the inside. Sorry the first one's blurry, I had someone trying to get my attention when I took these. The section break image came from rawpixel, I just made it gray instead of black so it's more subtle. The fic has very nice illustrations that I specifically got the artist's permission to print and then I failed to get any photos of them when I did my little photo shoot. They look very nice, though. I swear.

The last image is something I've started including in my latest books. I'm calling them "A Note from the Bookbinder" and it's basically just me talking about why I chose that story, the experience of reading it for the first time, stuff that's going on in the fandom, stuff about the process like the new chapter coming out as I was preparing to print. It's kind of...like marginalia? Part of fanbinding is preservation and that's linked to archival work, and something I know archivists love is marginalia and diaries. I don't like writing in my books and I've never found any fun in journaling, but sometimes that kind of context is important so I'm trying to add it. Someday, decades from now, I may not remember all the details, so I'm trying to preserve them. IDK, this got philosophical on me. Go read about mermaids now. Promise it's a good time.

It was moreso a family fic, but Red/Kitty and Jay/Leia were the pairings.

Bonnie/Damon & literally every Bonnie ship I have, but if they had been canon, I know for sure Plec would’ve fucked it up like she fucked up every good thing in tvd lmao.

Nikki/Nate, and Jackie/Kelso (not as much tho rn b/c I’m not fixated on them). Neither are endgame material imo tho in canon.

Honestly I've been writing more fic than reading it 😭😭😭

But out of all the ships, I feel like I read Gwikki fic the most.

Enemies to lovers. It’s just my thing.

OH MY GOD I HATE ships with Person A going after Person B without taking no for an answer. Person B's agency isn’t being taken into consideration and it’s like they’re a prize for Person A.

Granted there are ships with that trope I do like, but it’s moreso b/c of the other good stuff in the ship and it outweighs the bad.

Like Kl*roline, there’s literally nothing about that ship I can say that I like except for the fact that the actors are pretty and I liked the paper scene (and even then, Caroline was shamelessly giggling with Klaus while her boyfriend was watching. Her boyfriend who Klaus killed, forced to become a hybrid, and made him into his slave).

Stuff involving Classic Sonic

I forgot I had this, I’m thinking of eventually redoing the design especially since I made him look too much like Cheryl from Silent Hill whose outfit(after looking up the game) was inspiration for him.

So here’s Classic along with him before he became who is today.

I don’t remember if I’ve said this before but due to how things go in my Lost Prince AU Classic wouldn’t be past Sonic.(So Sonic from an alternate universe) In my version he’s called Classic by Modern because someone pointed out how he looks along with classic Tails’s stuff looking a little retro style. I guess an excuse for him showing up in Sonic Generations was classic Tails trying something out that allowed for dimensional travel & bringing Sonic while Classic Robotnik happened to already be there & testing out the time shit with Eggman. This also is an excuse for everyone to be like “Thanks to these guys it’s not our first time dealing with alternate versions of ourselves.” if I do anything with other versions meeting cause lol.

I was looking something up & the wiki mentioned that there’s no Classic Shadow because of timeline stuff. I guess my version can get away with him being there since my Classic Sonic isn’t the past Sonic.

I don’t really have plans to do much with my version of Classic past the times he shows up in modern Sonic games.(Maybe pics here & there) I don’t really have any connection with Classic since I’ve mostly been around early 2000s & modern Sonic especially since my first Sonic related media was Sonic X. I guess if we count Sonic sprites fandom on YouTube maybe that counts but dunno.(Probably not since that’s classic sprites used for modern) The point is due to not having a connection I don’t have much to do with Classic.

I do have a plot which kind of explains "past Classic" which was simply called "Christmas Island" but I don't really have plans to do much with it but I'll try to work on it one day.(Maybe)

The whole idea is that Robotnik & Sonic are heading to Sonic's home town on the island Christmas Island. Sonic's friends find out & tag along while wanting answers that neither the doctor nor hedghog are giving.(Given Sonic is selectively mute they're not getting a straight answer anyway) The gang end up in a Silent Hill based adventure as they finally learn Sonic's backstory & what was left behind.

Summary for classic Sonic:

Sonic or Classic as he's called when visiting his new friends in an alternate universe is an energetic, friendly guy that can be a bit sassy. He's selective mute but that doesn't stop him from being expressive, his friends(even Robotnik) have learned to figure out what he's trying to say as it's very rare for Sonic to choose to talk.(Also not helped by lack of use)

Sonic use to be Robotnik's adopted son, Robotnik before becoming a villain was a family friend that was asked to take Sonic in when something bad happened to his home town. It's unknown what happened with neither Sonic nor Robotnik like talking about it. Though they're fighting against each other & not exactly on good terms they have times when they still see each other as family especially Sonic as Robotnik has been his only parental figure after being removed from Christmas Island for his safety.

Hey there! I'm interested at taking a peek at the files for the game to look at the models (I love studying how models are made as a 3d modeler myself!) but I've hit a wall when it comes to getting the assets! I'm not inexperienced when it comes to looking at game files, but I think this game in particular has encryption (maybe unique to Chinese versions of Unity?) that makes it difficult to rip the assets, so I was wondering how you were doing it! Sorry if this is outta left field! <3

They are in fact encrypted! I ran into the same problem with both the second and third betas, haha (the encryption gets stronger each time), so I've been in exactly this position.

The way I ended up getting past it (which, note, only works for the 2D and 3D assets, not audio files as far as I've tried, though that should be fine for your purposes it sounds like!) is to do two things:

I set up AssetStudioMod for viewing and extracting the files, which you can find here: https://github.com/aelurum/AssetStudio * Note that it requires a few other things to be installed to set up correctly, explained in the description on GitHub, although it was a bit more complicated than I first expected. I had a friend who's more familiar with code and programs help me, though I don't know if that was exactly necessary since we ended up doing it wrong and having to redo part of it anyway, haha. For that reason, though, I can't really walk you through it, because I don't remember exactly what we did that was actually necessary. I am pretty sure the actual version of AssetStudioMod I downloaded to use was one of the GUI versions from this release: https://github.com/aelurum/AssetStudio/releases/tag/v0.17.4

I then used a script to remove the dummy encryption on the files, which you can find here: https://github.com/SerenoV7/scripts/blob/main/python/p5x-asset-converter.py * There's a note at the top of the script that says where to put it, though if you're not familiar with scripts, after putting it there you'll have to double-click it to actually run it on the files. This script was made for the second beta, but worked for me in combination with AssetStudioMod to view the third beta's files as well.

If you're just trying to look at the second beta's files, the original AssetStudio + the script in #2 worked for me for that, but AssetStudioMod was necessary for the third beta's files in my experience. If you run into any trouble, I can try to help, though again I only sort of remember what I did that worked.

If there are specific models you're interested in, and the above sounds too complicated or you can't get it to work, I could also just export the ones you want and put them in a .zip for you, so let me know!

Hi! I saw this post, and I was wondering if Anton could actually be an ISTP (or INFJ or ISFP)? Like, hear me out (sorry if I made a mistake, I am not too involved in MBTI):

Se because he was a swimmer, a celloist, then became an idol and is into music production. And he even took part in the music production of a movie. This seems more like Se than Ne because Ne is more concerned with entertaining the possibilities/ideas while Se is concerned with actually doing things and interacting with the physical environment.

I even remember seeing a post where after seeing EXO, he grasped the opportunity to become an idol so he doesn’t miss out and regret later on, which seems like Se-Ni mentality imo.

And Shotaro and Seunghan even once said that while in the US, Anton had a list of things to do and when Taro suggested going somewhere out of the blue, he got upset and said that “when you go somewhere, you plan it”. I admit this made me think of him as an INTJ, but I don’t see Se inferior (I always look into inferior functions while typing someone). This seems like Ni, because of the specific vision he was pursuing (like the planning) and getting upset because of his plans getting disrupted by Shotaro (if Anton were a Ne user, I assume he’d change his plans and tag along).

And from his W Korea interview: “I made music out of curiosity because I was curious about what would happen if I made music while being exposed to good music.” This seems like Ni-Se behaviour. Ni speculates about how things would go and potential implications when it comes to a new idea. They are very attracted to abstract concepts or things that appear like a mystery to them. And I kinda see Se in the sense that he is relying on the external environment to guide him ahead (like the exposure to good music).

I don’t have strong arguments regarding Ti-Fe, but in the Talk Saxy reaction (especially Sohee’s bridge), he was more concerned with the production of the bridge, which seems like Ti to me since I feel like Ti is concerned with how things work, and they usually like to look into the internal process of a system. And maybe him not being expressive could be a sign of inferior Fe? He’s kinda like Eunseok but rather shy and soft while my man Eunseok took the stone in “silver stone” too seriously. But at the same time, I also don’t know about Fi-Te. Ti-Fe and Fi-Te can be hard to distinguish at times, hehe.

But honestly, Anton’s one of the hardest to type simply because of how shy and introverted he is. But I do think that he could be an INxJ or an ISxP. (And I will never forgive PDB for ruining his consensus cause there’s no way he’s an INxP, and most INxP voters don’t even have any proper arguments besides him being quiet and shy and sweet and caring and all and the whole vibe-typing which also ruined Wonbin’s consensus in the beginning)

(And I also feel like Sungchan could be an ENFJ or ENTJ, but that’s for another story)

Ooooh those are some interesting observations 🤔🤔 I was planning to redo my guesses on them someday, after I finish some of my other drafts first lol. But with your observations, he could be an Ni-Se user rather than Ne-Si... The only ones I'm very sure about are Wonbin = ISTJ and Shotaro = ESFJ. Eunseok seems like he uses Ti the most and Fe inferior...

But yeah you're definitely right about how he is a bit tricky to type considering how quiet and private he is compared to the others. He does seem to lead with an introverted function though. It hasn't been a full year since their debut yet, so hopefully Anton will open up a little more throughout his career and make it a bit easier to determine his functions.

Fi and Ti are the most confusing functions for people to differentiate, so don't stress too much about confusing those lol.

Yeah honestly I think the reason rewrites are getting so much hate now is because of like 2-3 popular rewrite creators being really pushy about people making their own rewrites. It’s the same reason Shaw was getting so much hate in the beginning too because most people don’t like having things forced onto them. I can’t know for sure obviously but I’ve been following a couple of rewrite creators for a long time and before these 2-3 popular creators started being so pushy I never saw any of the other rewrite creators get any hate, I’ve seen people get death threats for using Bright or Shaw but never for a rewrite. I seriously miss the days when having a rewrite of Bright was just something others would do for fun or to make the character more personal to them but now it’s being forced as some moral obligation.

As for how I write Bright I don’t plan on giving him some sort of redemption arc but I have removed the possession anomaly and amulet so he’s just immortal and unable to be harmed kinda like Clef. However I can’t change the name or anything else because then he just starts to feel like an oc as opposed to an actual established character. Although I do enjoy most rewrites and even Shaw I just can’t get attached to them in the same way sadly. Also I can’t really speak on removing the Dr Bright tag from rewrites I know some of my friends get triggered by seeing rewrites in the tag but I can’t personally attest to that.

I have to disagree; most of the popular blogs are stating their boundaries, telling people why they don't want their stuff to be labeled as Dr. Bright contents, and providing information on why they don't want it. People don't actively seek out people and demand that they make rewrites; if you think what they're doing is pushy, block them. 

Point blank: The reason people disliked Shaw was because DJK was presented in such a terrible light and had stolen credit from the real creator, who was a victim. I can understand Shaw because DJK claims he ‘killed’ Bright, which in itself was really shitty and performative as to boost his relevance by introducing ‘his’ cool new OC. He didn't ‘kill’ Bright; he didn't do jack shit. Hell, he didn't even acknowledge the antisemitism. At some point, racism, incest, or sexism were attached to the character. Simply changing his name does not fix anything; in fact, it sweeps it under the rug and still treats it as the butt of the joke. Not only that, but people found out that the real creator of Shaw actually had plans to redo and fix the character, not to completely erase Dr. Bright but to remove the negative parts. They decided to remodel the character as well because Dr.Bright was suppose to be self-insert by AB.

People wanted to do the same thing because they didn't agree or because they wanted to make a version of that piece. Either it's changing the character as a whole, changing the amulet and the lore along with the name, or keeping everything the same but rewriting the lore and lightly changing the name to have the same hold as Bright. 

We're not outwardly telling people to change; we're just asking them to remember the victims and to change the lore of that character. Remove AB from the lore and create your ideal of 963. If it's the sexy Tumblr man, cool! Do it! Be happy and set your lore! But don't be disrespectful about it. We do it for fun, but there's people who have disrespected us and refuse to which started this whole situation. We asked many times for people to not tag our stuff as Jack Bright/Bright/ or anything of that manner, as we do have our own tags, which are 963-Rewrites/Bright-Rewrites/ or our Rewrites name. That's why we keep pleading with people to respect our wishes, but many people don't.

Many people haven't. Or many people have created a fuss with our wishes.

Most of the Doctors or personnel are well-known OCs from the authors because they have been around longer or when the whole fandom began to rise up. Everything in the foundation is someone's OC or creation. That's the whole point of creating for someone to see your creation, or OC./lh/NM

1. What’s your favorite sims death? Oh my god, I forgot the running with scissors death in TS2 existed until @venriliz mentioned it, but that made me remember I once killed off an unwanted legacy heir using that method. :/ Don't ask me why I couldn't just move him out and leave him to his own devices. Anyway, I think death by cowplant is pretty classic.

My LEAST favorite Sims death is freezing because I had a really traumatic experience in the second generation of my legacy where my Sim Phoebe made the bright decision to host a birthday party for one of her housemates at the Bluffs in Windenburg in the dead of winter and everyone decided to start swimming and like three people froze to death, including the birthday girl. It remains a horrifically vivid memory to this day, lmao.

2. Alpha CC or Maxis Match? Maxis Match for the most part. I find that anything alpha just ends up looking too out of place unless it's closer to the Maxis side of the spectrum.

3. Do you cheat when your sims gain weight? If it fits their lifestyle, I'll have them work out/eat healthier, but I try not to interfere otherwise.

4. Do you use move objects? Absolutely, it's permanently activated!

5. Favorite mod? MCCC is obviously essential, as well as anything that makes CAS better looking and more efficient. I also wouldn't play without Sunblind these days! I can't get enough of those gorgeous sunrises and sunsets.

6. First expansion/game/stuff pack you got? I think I got City Living and Seasons at the same time. I was kind of a late adapter to TS4 but fell very quickly down the rabbit hole.

7. Do you pronounce “live mode” like aLIVE or LIVing? I want to think I pronounce it like LIVing because I know that's technically correct, but I think half the time I still pronounce it like aLIVE in my head.

8. Who’s your favorite sim that you’ve made? Oh, this is so hard... If we're going solely on Sims who originated in CAS, there aren't really many options! Most of my Sims have been born in-game. I am really proud of Helena, and I think everyone can tell how attached I've become to her. Hmm, I need to make more Sims, I guess.

9. Have you made a simself? Noooooooooo. The Sims for me is very much an escape from myself, so I don't think I ever will.

10. What sim traits did you give yourself? I would probably give myself music lover, perfectionist, and socially awkward.

11. What is your favorite EA hair color? The lightest blond, I think? The one that looks almost platinum and isn't quite as yellowy as some of the others.

12. Favorite EA hair? That short choppy hair from Cottage Living (the one the Creature Keeper has). For a while, I was absolutely eating up every single variation I could find.

13. Favorite life stage? If I'm being honest, young adult. I find that my gameplay is most varied and interesting when my Sims are in that stage because they're traveling, meeting a lot of people, trying new things, etc. Once my Sims settle down and start a family, it's easy for me to forget places and people outside their home lot exist and everything becomes more routine.

14. Are you a builder or are you in it for the gameplay? Me, a builder? That's a funny joke. I'm definitely more in it for gameplay and storytelling. I'll do everything I can to avoid building a lot myself. I don't mind redoing interiors, but it takes me forever, so I try to limit how often I do that, too.

15. Are you a CC creator? No. I've done a couple very basic recolors/edits for myself. We're talking kindergarten level stuff. I don't really have the willpower for learning anything more complex right now.

16. Do you have any simblr friends/a sim squad? Sim squad is such a weird term to me. I do still feel like a bit of an outsider in the Simblr community at times, but I also have a handful of mutuals who I've enjoyed connecting with, and it always makes me happy to see them in my notes and on my dash!

17. What’s your favorite game? The only games I've ever been heavily into are The Sims and those Nancy Drew computer games... I think you can guess which one is my favorite. But if we narrow down the franchise, The Sims 2 has a very special place in my heart.

19. Do you have a YouTube for sims? No, and as someone who can't stand hearing or seeing recordings of myself, it would be a nightmare.

20. How has your “sim style” changed throughout your years of playing? I've honestly wondered about this myself! I don't think it's really changed so much as become more refined. I don't make a ton of Sims, so I don't think I have an obvious aesthetic style. But my play style has definitely changed in that it's more storytelling-geared, which does mean I spend less time actually using gameplay mechanisms and more time setting up. My visual style (e.g. composition, editing, etc.) has definitely evolved a lot even over the past few months.

21. What’s your Origin ID? Going to pass on this one! My sister and I share an account, and I don't upload anything on the gallery anyway.

22. Who’s your favorite CC creator? Oh, so many! I will download basically anything that sforzcc or softerhaze upload. My absolute favorite hair creators are simstrouble and okruee. And I've been using a ton of stuff from awingedllama and leaf-motif when decorating lately. But those are just a few that come to mind.

23. How long have you had a simblr? I only just started my Simblr back in January or February. But I've been on Tumblr itself way too long to admit out loud.

24. How do you edit your pictures? I try to let Reshade do the heavy lifting, but I also like using a few of these actions in Photoshop to make them pop a bit more.

25. What expansion/game/stuff pack is your favorite so far? City Living because San Myshuno is one of the only worlds that really feels "alive" to me and I think it does festivals best, and Cottage Living because it's the complete opposite but the slowed down, quiet, countryside aesthetic is so serene and relaxing.

26. What expansion/game/stuff pack do you want next? I don't trust EA to do it right, but all I want is bands and another super dense and populated urban world and more apartments! I would also never like to see another world inspired by an American suburb again.
