I'm so here for a streamer x streamer AU. Why can I see Max so clearly as a geoguesser pro?
geoguesser pro.... your mind....
my real vision (that i came up with approximately 2 hours ago) is that max and lando are on rival league of legends teams (max is an adc, lando is support, this is canon to me) and talk shit about each other on streams. then they fuck nasty at the league world championship 😌

Anon who expects load of G/A from the midfielders of Klopp's system, please don't make me wild and the rants about how much I hate some of our own players and the man himself Klopp. Klopp has PTSD about the goal scoring midfielders. Seeing Dominik and Alexis in defensive duties is a thorn in my flesh. Don't worry even if KDB and Bellingham come to Liverpool, Klopp will only give them defensive duties so even they won't get as much G/A and are only going to be worse off than Dominik and Alexis. They also will have to cover Arnold's ass tbf.
I mean this has been Klopp's system for ages, and for better or worse, but even more so for better, it has worked out very well. Sure, it's open to criticism and I understand if it's not everyone's cup of tea, but both Macca and Domi knew what to expect when they signed for the club to become a Liverpool FC midfielder. Personally, I found it very harsh to hate Klopp or certain players for this - it's a system and it's a system that works.
Still, I'm not going to lie, this season I did also found myself a couple of times frustrated with this set-up. It all comes down to the fact that there are two teams I will always support: Liverpool FC and the Hungarian National Team and in the presence of Dominik, there's now a player who plays for both teams. The thing is I don't worry much about Liverpool in the sense that I know there are world class players who can pick up the pieces and carry the team on their shoulders even if shit hits the fan. In Hungary, this responsibility in every possible sense (for now, at least) is Domi's and his only. So I did have a bit of a 'now what' moment following the Arsenal game ( the one before Christmas), after his couple of hit and miss performances. That match, the Arsenal one, was especially weird, because he was basically playing as a RB, and every good moment he had was a defensive one, meanwhile his passing, creativity, shooting was either bad or non-existent. So, yeah, what I'm trying to say is that for my own selfish reasons I do also had my fair share of bones to pick with this set-up, but I calmed down ever since haha. I love Domi as a singular player and especially as the captain of my country, but I also whole-heartedly love and support and want the best for this team, and he won’t change that. Also, I do have hope that all he needs is time to adjust and adapt and find his feet fully in this team and new role.
However, I do agree with your opinion towards Jude or any other signing really. I just don't see Klopp changing up his whole tactical system for a new player, not even for someone as good as Jude. And I mean why would he? We are at the top of the league, close to winning our first trophy this season and in for two more as well. As a team, currently this is the perfect system and even as someone, who has her own selfish reasons for wanting change for certain players, I still think it should remain how it is. Once things settle, there will always be a chance to try out new things, but not now. I just really want this team to win everything, because they deserve it so much haha.
Sorry for the rant, I'm not even sure I'm making sense, I’m tired, but even when tired I have so much to say lol.

Here's an update
From crying in a cafe to hooking up with the wrong guys, to flirting with the wrong guys- the spiral continues.
I suppose I'll need to give a nickname to this one too- because Lord knows we don't want ANYONE guessing this one. So let's call him Logan (iykyk). Alright well, Logan is not someone to be concerned about in "that" sense, but lately our friendship has played with the fringes of intimacy- only in conversation of course (for obvious reasons). And while it has been simply for the sake of humour and whatnot, I am fearful of how this could impact both of us and our friendship as time progresses (once he realises that was probably not acceptable). Needless to say, that type of playful banter is unacceptable within the confines of this type of friendship- even if it isss simply playful banter. And I've got to admit that sometimes, when my fucking hormones are raging I project those built up (ahem) "emotions" onto him- and it's not always meant in humour... Also, it has given way to a sense of closeness that my lonely ass seems to be using to fill up my empty life. And by that I mean I may be seeking consolation and time from someone out of my league (in a difference sense of the phrase, of course). I feel.. nay, I know, that it is unacceptable and wrong and unholy (even though the intentions are innocent and come from a place of loneliness and vulnerability and are in no way vulgar or corrupt). What I mean by unholy is- it's not the right kind of relationship, where I can seek that kind of closeness or bond from him- even in the form of a friendship. So I'm in a battle- a battle with myself to set down boundaries and distance myself from what he doesn't yet realise, but I know, is not acceptable.
It's innocent, yes. Well... except for those recent comments made in jest. But still innocent. I claim him as a brother but honestly love him like a friend. A best friend tbf. But my best friend can't be who he is- even if we do feel closely connected. Also given that I'm the more "experienced" one in this friendship, it is my responsibility to do the right thing- because he doesn't see it yet that I am putting him in a difficult position by depending on him and confiding in him. He in his state of inexperience, feels the need to be there for me and support me in some way- he feels responsible. It's the innocence of youth, I suppose. But I know that had he had my "experience" he would know that it's not upto him to be there for me in that sense. Therefore, it is my duty to free poor Logan from this friendship. It's not easy and that's what I need to project here.
I've come to enjoy his company- I wait for us to meet. I hug him harder than anyone else. I take a personal interest in his progress and success. I am invested in his well-being and I love him very much. Platonically... Well, most of the time... I mean.. Do I find him attractive? Yes. And I admire his good looks- not in a creepy perverted way, but more like a "damn, he's become quite attractive" or "damn he's pretty tall, and his physique looks good"...hmm.. is that creepy? I don't mean it to be...
Anyway, getting back to the point... I know I can't say goodbye without it drilling a hole in my heart. It's like losing a brother- but actually like losing a cherished best friend. I can't imagine my days without our calls. But I suppose given some time that would be inevitable... So do I wait for time to teach me to let go? Or do I let go first, and let time do the healing?
In the meantime let me fill that void by doing all the wrong things, that drive me away from the place I'm supposed to be, and seek temporary validation and attention, as I spiral towards rock bottom.

People go overboard with Southgate slander. Pep has everyone dazzled for obvious reasons but he is currently playing with 4 very tall centre backs and 2 defensive midfielders. 7 defensive players and he’s hailed a genius! He lost the Champions League final on xG and created virtually nothing after getting fed up of losing a knockout tournament by getting countered 7 years running. Tony Pulis and Jose Mourinho would be proud. City have been playing fancy Brexit, lump-it-to-the-big-man Ball for months; they just have KDB. But Southgate first did that at Euros 2021 and it led to England not conceding in open play once across the tournament and only conceding to Italy in the final with a desperately unlucky scrappy corner after containing them to very low xG shots all match. England also, by every conceivable measure, outplayed France at the World Cup and got unlucky again because their all time record goalscorer missed a penalty. He is completely passable tactically and his only real failing is making subs too late. The OTT criticism is largely results biased and people being unwilling to accept how much of international knockout football relies on luck. But we were losing to fuckin Iceland before with several of the players who are still in the squad today, and now we’re legitimately good.
Okay fair enough you've made quite a few good points here lol. I've just personally had enough of Gareth. You call it unlucky but I call it not good enough haha. And you're forgetting how bad we were in the nations league. I mean come on. Losing 4-0 to Hungary? Srsly that's a sackable offence for me. And with the euros yeah you could call it bad luck. But that felt like our only chance to win something and he decided to choose players that barely played all tournament to take the pens?? And with the world cup I agree that we did outplay France at times yes. But why didn't they score from open play then? I feel like that's England's biggest problem atm. As soon as we come up against a good team when it really matters they bottle it! But yeah they are undeniably much better than previous england teams. I just don't want the talent to go to waste. If we don't win anything with this generation i'll be absolutely gutted. And tbf sothagate has been in charge for a while now. Maybe its time for a change. Just my opinion tho...

Thoughts on Dead Poet Society (1989)
I've got notes to write so I'm going to be watching Dead Poet Society (1989) and writing whatever comes to mind.
1989, wow, this film is the same age as my eldest half-sibling.
Bagpipes!!!
This sounds like it's the beginning of a cult.
Ugh the Ivy League.
I'm so glad that I didn't have to wear a blazer at any of my schools.
There's always one kid who's sick all the time and needs all the medicine in the world
I like the alternative four pillars.
Knox Overstreet? Oof poor sod
Till he finishes medical school???? That's fucking years away, poor kid.
Ah yes the numerous bird shots
That Latin class seems so dull.
I do not envy them carrying around all those textbooks
That's not at all morbid.
Neil Perry's kinda cute.
Ah yes the pondering, writing on a piece of paper before scrunching it up and throwing it
Perry in the glasses, oooooo.
Ewwww the sound of chalk against a chalkboard
Nice the ruler method of ripping out pages
The lord's prayer, I forget sometimes that I was christened and did the whole confirmation thing. Was mainly doing it for the wine.
"Burn that. Especially my picture." Can relate with almost every photo of me before the age of 15
Neil and Todd. They're cute.
Scary stories time
Saying poems like they're raps
This is mockery upon the British accent, and I expect nothing less from Americans (we do the exact same tbf)
Poor Todd
Oh god midsummers night's dream, brings me back to 11 year old me where I acted in this play with the RSC as a fairy
Forging a permission slip?? Fair
Time lapse of teamwork in football with pretentious music as the background sound, not surprising, quite fitting actually
Jesus Christ Knox, bit extreme dude
I have a feeling this is going to end in shit; they're all too happy and the creative arts and the heads of their school are not going to be happy.
Oh no sad parent talk with friend
Rather aerodynamic? Nice way of saying you want to throw it away to break it.
The first women in this entire film with more than one line
Oh of course his night went to shit
Oh shit paddling
The boys share my sentiments about spaghetti and meatballs
It's always the child's actions affecting the adult's reputation and it's bullshit.
Poor Neil
Oh god it's the play
His father's there, awwww. I don't know whether this will end badly or not and I am scared
Oh no
Military school?? Oooo not fun
Don't cower to your father's will Neil
Don't jump Neil. Do not.
Okay phew.
Oh no
Fuck where is he
Oh shit there he is
Really taking the name of the film to heart there Neil
There was always some special connection between Todd and Neil and I'm glad ao3 writers agree with me on that (I was curious as to how many ship fics there were of those two as of me writing this, there are 1600+)
Kid deserved to get punched
Never trust a ginger
This meeting is gonna be painful
Poor Todd (a lot of this has just been me say "poor this person" I now realise)
Rebellion. Nice.
The paddling they'll get for this one is gonna hurt so much. Or not that's the end of the film.
WAIT A MINUTE
THAT WAS ETHAN HAWKE, MAYA HAWKE'S FATHER AS TODD ANDERSON
OH MY LORD I KNEW HIS FACE WAS SOMEWHAT FAMILIAR
Overall score: 7/10
Recommendations welcome!

About an ask you answered earlier, personally I don't think Zizou rotates our players enough. He sticks with the same starting XI and usually the same subs. The only time other players get the chance is when members of his original XI are injured. He only makes big rotations when we play every other 3 days. And that's only to rest his XI. Also when "B team" plays it's usually against teams at the bottom of the league. I want to see these players start against bigger teams.
Hi! I see what you mean. He definitely has a preferred starting XI if they’re all fit - Keylor, Dani, Rapha, Sergio, Marcelo, Case, Toni, Luka, BBC - and if he can he’ll play them in the bigger games. But that’s normal. He sees this XI as the most balanced reliable team. But if you look back at other seasons, this would be our line up for 99% of the matches, whilst with Zizou you get radical rotations for a lot of games. And yes normally it’s against smaller teams but tbh I think those might just be the most crucial to beat, so it’s still a big responsibility for these players.
Buuuut i dont agree that he always makes the same subs. He’s aaaalways alternating between Kova, James, Isco, Marco, Lucas, Alvaro and Mariano. There’s rarely two matches where the same one comes on.
As for wanting to see these players in big games tbh I do too. We need fresh blood in that preferred XI. It’s gotten a bit predictable in mid and boring in attack. But I don’t think Zizou is worse than any other manager with this. Every manager has a preferred lineup and at least Zizou is suuuuper flexible with it. Way more than usual. Changing a team almost completely from one game to another is wild and the only reason we dont all have a heart attack when we see those alternative lineups is because Zizou has not only put them together way more than once but also prepared them to step up as if they’ve been playing all season.
I’m personally a huge fan of what Zizou has achieved, i think the main reason we haven’t been able to win a league in so long is because we can’t keep up our form from start to finish and he’s found a way to make sure we do.
And tbf… I feel like our main XI have been doing a great job in the big games. Especially in the UCL (knock out stages cause our group stage was a mess). So it’s not like Zizou having a preferred lineup has been costing us the season. Idk maybe it’s just that i’m a huge fan of a case-toni-luka mid and of cris and benz and i’m always rooting for them to snap out of it and be the amazing mind blowing players ik they can be and that’s why i’m not so bothered but I don’t think Zizou has been as awful and unfair and evil to our subs as everyone makes it sound like.
