I always feel like F1 fans make serious issues seem so trivial when they put a TW on a basic photo of a driver or censor their names. TWs are incredibly useful for people who deal with PTSD, body image issues, etc. They're even useful for posts that do discuss racism or misogyny or transphobia or you know, a whole list of harmful and offensive behaviors so that people who do deal with those things in real life don't also have to be exposed to them on Tumblr.

How the fuck is a picture of a racing driver triggering anyone though? How can people even WATCH modern F1 if they apparently can't see Max Verstappen's face without being traumatized? Like, it's not normal and it actually minimizes the purpose of TWs and just kind of turns TWs into a joke and makes people less likely to use them when they are talking about actual problems that could cause someone emotional distress or psychological harm. Like I have encountered people on this hellsite who will add TWs to photos of Max or put like "TW Red Bull" yet won't add TWs to their posts going into detail about abuse or body image. It doesn't make sense!
