NAME

Tumblr media
KAT POLE
manipulative
best friend
female
She loves taking you to the bar so she can beat up people who flirt with you.
She knows bars and clubs make you so uncomfortable, but she will make you feel so so safe.
Isolating you from your friends and gaslighting are her thing!
Absolutely takes advantage her close relationship with you and blurs the line of “platonic” and “romantic”
Will kiss you and if you get mad?
“I’m just showing how much I love ya, bestie!”
And it’s true.
You just don't realize how true it is.
“Y’know I’d never lie to you, babes!”
Tumblr media
BEAR SYLVAS
protective
roommate
male (ftm)
This big softie!
The only person you trust as much as you trust Kat; maybe even more!
He’s a huge teddy bear, and you refer to him as such.
He’s your teddy bear, and you're his little bear -
But this big bear refuses to let ANYTHING happen to his little bear.
He also is an isolator
He will do whatever he can to convince you to just stay in your apartment with him.
His job doesn’t require him to leave the house much, so he’s happy to take care of you and the home.
Constantly trying to convince you to quit your job and just let him care for you.
"I don’t like it when you leave…what if you get hurt?”

WOLFGANG GRAY

This man
This man -
You referred to him as Gray, until you got closer and started calling him Wolfy.
Obviously you're the only one who can get away with that.
Actually, he really likes it - likes that you gave him a “personalized” nickname -
So in return he calls you “Bunny” (MC’s last name is Hare)
Tbh he’s actually probably the chillest out of all of them?
Monopolizing is his favorite, but he doesn’t get a lot of opportunities to do so.
Any excuse he can get to be with his darling, he’ll take! He’d go to the ends of the earth for you!
He dreams of the day he can take you far far away from everything and keep you to himself.
And he views that day as inevitable.
You will be his.
"Hey, I don’t like it when you leave, so stop leaving, okay?”
Tumblr media
LEON KING
delusional
boss
male
Oh -
Oh, this man -
this man -
Delusional man in power!
Genuinely thinks he’s living out some sort of              “ “ “forbidden romance” ” ” with his darling
Believes that his precious darling does love him! You're just so scared of the consequences of dating your boss!
He’d never fire you, but he dreams of the day you'll quit so he can finally marry you and keep you in his nice house and settle down.
You often forget or loses your lunch, and when it happens, he’ll insist you share with him.
The only way you can get out of it is if you sneak off with Wolfgang for lunch first.
Thankfully too delusional to use his status to get what he wants, because in his eyes, he already has it anyway.
“You don’t need a job, my dear! I can provide for you! But since you aren’t quite ready to settle down, I will wait. Just remember my patience is not infinite.”
Tumblr media
FAWKES RED
obsessive
stranger
nb
THIS ONE -
“Met” you at a gay bar Kat had dragged you to.
Has been obsessed ever since.
They’re the stalker!
They’re the one with the shrine!
They’re the one who will take small “mementos” from their darling's house!
They also will steal locks of hair and knit with it.
One day they’ll whisk their darling away for good (they’ve already got a room ready), but for now they’re content to watch them from a distance.
Favorite activity is watching you sleep
They also love seeing how close they can get and what they can get away with during that time you're asleep
"Aw, just look at my precious darling! The way they're posed for me—it’s as if they know I’m here! I’m definitely adding these pictures to the shrine!~”

A THEORETICAL REINTERPRETATION OF THE WORLDVIEW ACCORDING TO THE PERENNIAL PHILOSOPHY
by ftmaiello
"Creation out of Desire is an eternal phenomenon."
"The only thing I'm absolutely certain about is that I can't be absolutely certain about ANYYHING." - ftm
ABSTRACT
This little treatise seeks to prove that there is no beginning or end to our manifesting in the relative world. That we in fact have an eternal desire to experience this sense-bound dimension, followed by our desire to have it sustained, to then eventually be released from it, duly take our rest, where eventually our desire to "physicalize" will once again be rekindled, and thus the pattern "has been set." (The Akashic Record+ indicates it technically never had an actual beginning; nor will it ever end..)
In other words, this Desire will eternally reassert itself, in a sine-wave form, adhering to the same "breathing process" dynamic found in all expressions of living cycles: day and night, the beat of the heart, the change of seasons, cycles of the sun and moon, etc.
That, furthermore, there will always be an interplay between the Light and the Dark; that there can never be a time where an idyllic, utopian world will exist, since, among other reasons, it wouldn't be desirable to begin with, as everything would become predictable and quite naturally boring. Challenge and the unexpected are indispensable for life to thrive.
INTRODUCTION
To my understanding, it's possible to achieve enlightenment and yet have fundamental misconceptions regarding the role and function of the Ego and the World.
How can this be?
Because enlightenment is the result of:
1. Realizing "I am That IAm" (viz identifying one's individual Self or Atman with Its source Singularity Field of the Absolute Be-ness or Brahman++); and 2. Realizing that the primal essence of both the Atman and Brahman are, in the last analysis, unfathomable Mysteries. (They can be seen collectively as the Mysterium Tremendum.)
"It doesn't matter what we think or believe, we will be what we are, reality will be what it is, and all will unfold as it must." - ftm
THE PRIMORDIAL ONTOLOGICAL QUESTION
If not from the Absolute Be-ness++, where did the World, whether we consider it real or unreal, actually derive from? Can we say the World was created by something apart from Brahman, the Ground of All Being?
Now, no amount of intellectual posturing, using abstractions such as metaphors, dialectics, inferences, deductive reasoning, etc, can usurp, trivialize, or make disappear, this simple, direct, and unavoidable question.
For example, the numerous metaphors used to prove that Maya afterall resolves itself into being merely an illusion is academic in reality since, as long as the illusion persists, it affects a palpable emotional change in the one perceiving it...it affects an emotion that cannot be *justifiably* denied.
If, therefore, we can agree that the Absolute Be-ness can be the only ultimate efficient cause of the World, and since, as a result of it, we [as sentient beings manifesting within its domain.....indeed, sentient beings who ARE Its own Self, pluralized/"externalized"] will inevitably finally be subjected to sickness, old age, and death, it's therefore reasonable to come to regard it as something undesirable.
Considering the above, are we to hence conclude [Its] creation is the result of an unintentional accident or mistake on the part of Brahman, the Source Absolute?
This is what's being implied by most of our best Vedic philosophers, including apparently the majority of our most renowned and lauded sages ("apparently" because it is their *followers* who came to misinterpret their teachings!), who as a result strive to be liberated from Samsara (the Wheel of Rebirth) and "return once and for all to the Source, to never again come back into 'dense physical form', thank you very much!"
I regard the logic behind this to be not only counter-intuitive, but naive and incomplete.
Can it possibly be that my observation could be correct, and the vast majority who see it the classical way, be completely erroneous?
To answer this..
First of all, anything is possible.
Secondly, there could be a very good reason why such an all-encompassing philosophical blunder has been perpetrated and managed to prevail,...moreover, to do so for multiple thousands of years!
That reason is simply the Kali Yuga: The Age of Darkness and Ignorance that has led us into some fundamental misunderstandings re what the great sages actually taught. (Add to this the lost knowledge from the destruction of the Library of Alexandria, Egypt.)
A REINTERPRETATION
What will be attempted here is to reveal the common denominator threading three of the most pivotal and definitive teachings in Eastern philosophy, all of which are non-dual in essence: 1. Gotama Siddhartha's Mahayana Buddhism, 2. Nagarjuna's Madhyamaka or "Two Truth" Buddhism (which is widely considered a clarification of Gotama's teaching), and 3. Adi Sankara's revival and refinement of Advaita Vedanta.
(Note: There has recently emerged in the West a philosophical approach based on Advaita Vedanta, which has come to be called "Non-dual Philosophy." I contend, however, that its proponents are failing to address the originally intended Vedantic meaning of "non-dual" (not-two). Which is to say, what *pair* of concepts or things is Advaita referring to?)
Now, by analyzing the true import of Adi Sankara's interpretation of Advaita Vedanta+++, a pivotal concept and its corresponding insight readily materializes.
There are three fundamental axioms Sankara based his teaching on (which contain the above insight).
These are taken from the 20th verse of his document, Brahmajnanavalimala++++:
ब्रह्म सत्यं जगन्मिथ्या जीवो ब्रह्मैव नापरः ।
अनेन वेद्यं सच्छास्त्रमिति वेदान्तडिण्डिमः ॥ २०॥
1. Brahma satyam,
2. Jagat mithya,
3. Jivo Brahmaiva naparah.
Translation:
1. Brahman is the only reality,
2. The world [*as* world, unto itself] is unreal,
3. There is ultimately no difference between the individual Self (Atman) and Brahman.
Now, here's the key point: in the 3rd axiom, the word "jiva" is translated as the individual Self or Atman. (Note: This is *also* referring to the ego with *all* its trappings! This is the very baseline of what the individual expresses himself to be, from the most primitive and unevolved levels of the human ego to its most advanced. In other words, the term "jiva" in this translation is inclusive of 1. the base or lower ego, 2. the jivatman (the human Soul or reincarnating Ego), and 3. the Atman (the true Self, which is identical to Brahman++)).
The jiva can also be represented within Sankara's axioms as the tripartite "Sohamidam": Soh = the Creator God or Saguna Brahman; Aham = the jiva or human ego; and Idam = the relative World.
The following fact cannot be avoided or remain unacknowledged, regardless of what leap in logic can be potentially applied, such as the many examples showing how the substratum Brahman over-rides the appearances of Maya, rendering it utterly illusory. Among the most famous analogies are the snake in the rope, the mirage on the desert, and the gold in the jewelry. However, these do not remove the experience itself *during the time* that Maya is persisting. In other words, the bad dream affects the dreamer in the midst of the dream, no matter how much the logic reveals it's an illusion *after the fact*. Therefore THE FACT REMAINS irrespective of how much and how vigorously it's proven to be merely a temporal phenomenon!
Now, what follows further reinforces the real *component* of Maya (as shown above) from an entirely different viewpoint:
Whatever caused the [implied by definition] homeostatic state of Brahman to eventually stir and thus create the world of Maya, will do so again after it recapitulates or re-sets Itself to Its prior stable state (or *apparently* stable state in Its Pralaya or Dormant Mode). Now, if the question arises, why would It do so? Pat comes the answer: because the exact same condition exists once *again*!; nothing has or even could have changed.
This relates to the selfsame cyclical phenomenon that applies to virtually every process and event in nature from the quantum to the cosmic scale. +++++
From yet another angle of perspective, the world phenomenon can also be evaluated thus:
From the Paramarthika or Brahman-based, Singularity Field perspective, it is mithya or purely an illusion.
From the Vyavaharika or Brahman's Lila or relative world-Game perspective, it is Maya, which is *relatively* real. This is why we have to yet play by the world's rules, such as not putting a gun to our head and pulling the trigger! Lol
In circa 1995, my older son was having a problem in school and I told him to "Act as though everything matters; yet *be* as though nothing does."

+ The Akashic Record can only be accessed psychically, which is to say it is accomplished through the buddhic or intuitive faculty of the mind. (Nikola Tesla also said that his inventions were conceived using the information he obtained through the Akashic Record. As did many other physicists, such as Planck, Shroedinger, and Heisenberg.)
++ aka The Absolute Existence, the Godhead, Shunyata, the Tao, Ain Soph, Nagual, the Source Singularity, the ALL-ONE, etc.
+++ Although Adi Sankara (Shankaracharya), CE 800, is considered the father of Advaita Vedanta, it actually existed before him. What he did was revive it, further clarify it, and established it throughout India, to the point of its having come to represent the Sanatana Dharma (translated as The Eternal Way/Truth; and what is called Hinduism in the West).
+++++ Here's mathematical proof of a cyclical time scale of events eternally repeating itself:
